Hardee's Customer Service

The only thing good about my lunch was the fries. I ordered a Regular Roast Beef and it only had two slices of beef on it and it was cold. I ate it just because I didn't want to go take it back.

Guarantee no one will respond to this as hardees is now ignoring my messages! Took me a long time to get comfortable to text them because i was so embarrassed and hurt but finally got the guts. At a drive thru hardees in Iowa I had an employee ask me if I had a rough day at the coal mine. When my friend was confused she said you talking about my shirt? And he said no, her face. And pointed at me. I have health issues and I'm a tan skinned person....i cried for days. I couldn't even look at my friend in the face after feeling that's all she thought now was what he said. He really destroyed my self image...I emailed Hardee's to take care of this without it getting out in public but they have started to skip responding to any emails and they won't pass me on to anyone in corporate. I'm going to seek a lawyer over this, unless I hear from someone in corporate soon. If you read this and happen to be a good lawyer, feel free to comment if you want to help me in this matter: nothing about what was said to me that day is ok it's awful and wrong and should be dealt with.

Sat in drive-thru for 3-5 minutes at the 5900 High Street location. The person in front of me was still waiting to place their order. Once I ordered, the cashier kept going asking "is that it, is that it." Once I received my order, I checked to make sure I had everything. I got to my parents house 5 minutes away and all the food was overcooked. My Frisco sandwich had dried egg and the bread was hard on the top and soggy on the bottom. It seems as if it had been sitting out for a while. The loaded omelet biscuit was dried out and the biscuit was hard. The pork chop biscuit was hard and overcooked. I haven't eaten at Hardee's in a long time, I am very dissapointed in the product and service.

Today (11/8/2023/ I was in the drive thru at the Hardee's on Portsmouth Blvd. in Portsmouth, VA.and waited there for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged to take my order. So I went in and my neighbor was with me so we told employee no one acknowledged us and so we asked to speak to manager. Well the manager was the one working the drive thru and she said she did not have her headphones on to take.ourborder even though she said she did take a order but that was person in car behind me. So we just left so won't be back. No apology no nothing and I wonder where she was not to take order. I even called the store and no one answered phone. It's as of she could of cared less. The time I was there was after 3pm. So I'm really doubtful I hear any response so we went somewhere else to get lunch

Your store doesn't have chicken strips?? Come on! This is ridiculous! Try to get food an watch the game an you don't have chicken or can't make a sourdough burger? Wtf.!!

Every evening we go to get tea and fries seems like the (kids) they have workin shouldn't be in fast food phones are more important than customers always I'll with customers bathrooms are disgusting I mean disgusting when u tell employee they say not their prob morning shift will clean they too busy ....I'm only person in her as customer ppl hanging in there showin tic TOC videos not even employees the man that supposed be manager is rude and says if i don't like it go somewhere else the floors have standing water i watched one employee play with her hair not even wash hands and touch food noone weRs hair nets or gloves I've complained about hair in food and asked why they don't were hair nets was told its not mandatory when food has hair im it it should be they play w phones hair touch mols and pick up garbage and do t wash hands i go in mornings to get my ederly grandparents breakfast the woman works is so sweet and runs doin e erything from drive thru to baggin food always washing hands if order is wrong very apologetjc tries vet it fixed quickly ive heard coworkers calling her filthy names she smiles and apologizes for thier actions she is always gryin to jewp it clean and stocked while other ppl worj thier are outside amoking or on phones she doesnt make enough moneg to be treated by other employees or be called. Names one man calls her he dont care customers can hear hkm she works hard but not there on mweekends ..I think the ones who work that hard should be paid for thier worth .....y'all need to train other employees to be more like her ...kelli i believe is her name give that girl credit were it is due make other ppl tjere do some of the work. It's hard to fimd good ones like her if yall dont watch it she will be snatched away feom hardees to a placw that will give her pay she should get and respect deserved...

I recently visited the Hardee's restaurant at 1590 First street in Winston Salem, 9:30 AM, September 26, 2023. As I was exiting my car, a black male was standing outside the entrance door talking on a cell phone. This individual yelled to me, "drive through" which told me the dining room was closed. About that same time another couple was walking toward the door who heard his comment about the drive through only and continued walking out of the parking lot. As I was leaving the lot I rolled my window down and casually mentioned to this individual that they (Hardee's) was losing business by not having the dining room open. He yelled back and said he only had one person working which reinforced my belief that he was the manager. As I continued to drive off he yelled "f___ you" and I returned the compliment. As I continued to drive off he said in a threatening manner, come back here and do something about it! Recognizing this individual had no regard for customers and certainly no regard for the Hardee's Corporation I didn't feel a confrontation would serve any purpose. When I arrived home I attempted to call Hardee's customer service and was directed to their website. I don't expect anyone from the corporate office will read these comments, but I have no intention of ever doing any business with this restaurant chain again. You'd think they would spend a little more time vetting their employees instead of hiring throwbacks?

Hardee's on 258 in kinston nc just SD me a southern chicken sandwich combo .I paid 10.00 an couldn't even eat the chicken it was raw like rubber.outside very done the breading only.

I have a complaint on 08-15-2023 we went to Hardee's in Harrington de 19952 at 7:25 pm waited in the drive thru for almost 35 minutes to get waited on finally ordered our food got to the window to pay no apologies for being so long so I said you guys busy tonight she said no just 3 people working so I paid then she asked me to pull in the parking spot so she could bring it to me which was another 15 minutes so we got our food proceeded home which is 5 minutes from them for the food to be cold and the cheese burgers to be thrown together sloppy .
Needless to say very disappointed in the service there tonight

I order some food from hardee^s in lancaster ohio 43130. All i have got run around. On july 8 order breakfast 3 dinner. Well I call about but get no answer so maybe texting you madebe I get help the biscuit was dry and burn and rest was cold and the egg was so thin could not eat Them. So give them 0. Waste food.

A young lady not a manager named Brittany on her name tag interrupted a very nice woman named Michelle who was taking my order when I ask about the cost of water the Brittany lady pushed the nice lady aside and said this is why we charge for water there is a cup there is ice there is energy we pay to make that ice there is a straw there is a lid it's not just water that's why we charge the other lady apologized to me after the Britney girl stepped aside I have no idea what kind of training that Britney girl had but it was one of the rudest most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had and it was at the New Castle Indiana Hardee's bless that other lady by the name of Michelle who has to deal with her on a daily basis I could not do that rude rude rude is what that Britney girl was

Hardee's in Middletown PA.. went through the drive-thru.. ordered a monster roast beef with a large fries and a soda that I was going to share with my mom. Once we pulled up to the window I think we waited 5 to 6 minutes until the food was given to us. I know it was long enough that I shut the car off. When we got home and I opened up the sandwich it was surprisingly small and it's supposed to be the monster size. I would hate to see what the regular size looks like. Almost $13 must be a sign of the times. I know McDonald's and Chick-fil-A can get people through their drive-thru in a minute or less.

My son and I went the Hardee's at 6852 Wilson Blvd, Jacksonville, FL last night only to find they only had one person to work the drive thru, cook orders, run the register, take money, and hand out orders. I would call that losing money on what could have been a busy night since it was a Saturday. I tried to call to speak to the manager about it and to my surprise the number was a fax machine.

Hardee's in Denmark South Carolina ordered a 8 piece for $24.99 it is supposed to come with a half gallon tea. We have to pull up and wait they employee comes out and said we're out of tea and have our family a 32oz drink with the order turned around walked back in with an attitude. What is one 32 oz going to compensate for a half gallon. Do better

Hardee's of andalusia al was very rude and I never got all of food I ordered Saturday morning. I ordered number 3 and never got my hashbrowns. Everyone that you have for employees act as children in daycare. #1:when sun is out, employees outside passing ball#2: Putting cold and stale food through the drive thru window #3: No matter what time of day day there isn't anyone around to take orders and it's worst place in town to try and get Breakfast,lunch,or dinner.No one is ever ordering there or dining there because they keep doors locked and service is very poor with stale cold food.

I ordered on the app yesterday, I put new card info in and they charged that card, but the order didn't go thru. I had to use a different card and they took money from that one too! I want my money back, but it seems to take an act of god to get in touch with anyone!

We stopped at the one in Rochelle, IL at 400 Steward Rd. Ordered a super Star chz burger combo and a fish cmb. It was a disastrous meal. Burger was tasteless, fish sandwich was warm( sitting under the heat lamp for awhile.) fries were old, it seemed that they had been doubled fried. The sodas were good. Will not be recommending nor returning to this restaurant. My husband works too hard for unsatisfactory food. I believe that the fries should be freshly made and fish sandwich as well. Burgers should have some flavor.

I eat at Hardee's everyday each morning and I really want to express my feelings on how much these cinnamon rolls are just plain nasty, gross and hard as a rock every single time I get them and I would love to see the cinnamon raisin biscuits come back

I am so glad that they change their management. The young lady that has it now does a great job and the food is hot fresh and we get it quicker than we have ever gotten it at Hardees. Thank you Hardees for changing your management.

I go to get 8 piece family meal after church for the kids and me and wife. Go home open box and see 6 thighs,2breasts and a leg no wings in sight. I was upset because my kids are little and don't eat big children only legs and wings. The store at 5412 boydton plank road in petersburg, Va.need to get their act together. My husband and I stopped by Hardee's in Moyock N.C. The manager, Thomas took our order along with working the drive thru window, cleaning tables and delivering food. He was extremely busy but stayed very upbeat. He knew his job and was doing it very well. His positive attitude impressed my husband and I as well as several other customers. I asked for his name so I could write this review. I complimented him on his outstanding customer service. He said Hardee's was a great company to work for and felt very blessed. What a great employee to be working and representing your company! I cannot say enough good things about him. Please give this gentlemen the recognition he deserves. What a pleasure it was meeting him!

Today I ate in a Hardee's for the first time restaurant 717-264-3630 in Chambersburg Pennsylvania the food was delicious and there was a little girl named Denise some type of trainer I'm hoping with time she is promoted to assistant manager ASAP The manager of this restaurant is very lucky the place was immaculate and she was directing others and helping along the way she's got a bright future with such good work ethics

This is for the Hardees on Thornoton road. We really had great customer service we would like to give Rico the Manager a rating of 10. He greeted us with respect and made sure we had everything we ordered and need. He was very curteous. The restaurant was clean as well as the outside.

It was getting late and needed a bite to eat and the Mandy at the Hardee's in Leland NC was very helpful she only had 7 minutes left and instead telling me she was closed gave a meal instead and very respectful and it really made my night better thanks alot mandy that's was wonderful and I really appreciate that.

Want to give a shoutout to the Hardees location 3700 Clarks River Rd Paducah Ky.They are always curtious even at 5 am when I stop by after work. They work very hard even qhen I only see a couple workers in there. I have never had a bad experience here. Keep it up. Must have good management and workers.

I received excellent service from Vincent.
He is apparently the manager and is professional, fast and a hard worker. I could tell that the employees respected him.

I went to the 11959, 210 Benson north Carolina last night. Janice, Christian, Gage and Kevin were working. These four employees all had smiling faces and great attitudes. I haven't been to Hardee's in about 4 yrs due to a bad experience and never getting what I paid for. The food was fresh and hot. I went inside the store around 8:45 and placed our order. Very,very clean. These four employees, smiling faces and great attitudes, will definitely have me coming back to this specific location on a regular basis. They even did the suggestive selling and yes we even got an apple turn over(yummy btw) Janice,Christian,Gage and Kevin really did an outstanding Job. Bravo guys

Love Hardees! Came in today at your Hot Springs location and they were slammed packed. But to my surprise. No waiting and the 2 lady mgrs very well trained. They had several new Employees training and they were attientive to every customer and employee inside and out. Stephanie and Nett i believe were the mgrs. Way to pave the way and lead. We will be returning for the BLT again. So juicy so hot and my fries were so good.Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The food has changed tremendously. The biscuits are no longer soft and fluffy. They are hard and taste like pure LARD! I'm so disappointed. I will no longer patronize them for any meal.

I've been eating a lot of fast food during the stay home order. I got a burger combo earlier today from the Westover Terrace/Green Valley location. I haven't had Hardees in quite some time and I am very happy to have stopped by. Best fast food burger I've had out of all the other restaurants, McDonalds, Wendys, 5 guys, ECT... I would like to compliment Leanna at the US 40 location in Greenfield, Indiana. We were there this morning around 7:00 a.m. She is the hardest working person we have ever seen. She was everywhere...taking orders at the counter, delivering food to the tables, helping with preparing food, packaging food, etc. She had a great smile on her face! Awesome employee!

I have started going to the store on Jefferson Street in Athens every morning thanks to the cashier Leann. Her personality and customer service is wonderful. She is very fast,very delightful, she makes my visit amazing everyday she is has my order memorized and has it waiting for me when I pull up. Unfortunately they have hired a new employee who has been working drive thru named Christine who is not so great but instead of stopping my business I just started going inside so that I make sure Leann is my cashier. I went to hardeHar in Stanton and thier where two rude girls one name is Amy about 30 blonda hair other is kaylaen brown hair look no more then 19 years old ...they both where rude to other employees they where talking dirty about employees working there ....while I was there both girls when outside same time and sit in car watching traffic pile up to drive through and inside they just sit and laugh ..I never in my life meet so disrespectful employees at a job ...they also told me to make sure I don't ever step back in the store again . I am currently working at a Hardee's location in Tennessee. Most days it's not so bad other days it's horrible the GM doesn't do anything completely lazy We've lost more good employees because of the GM's attitude. Honestly not sure how she still has her job. I have worked at Hardee's twice, I quit the first time for a better paying job. The second time was to help supplement my income. I worked 2 days, we could not agree on a schedule that worked for both of us. I was disappointed, as I enjoyed working with the general manager Lisa. The most of the rest of the staff was very standoffish. Did not talk to you, nor help. I worked two days, it has been over two weeks since I should have gotten paid. I still don;t have my pay check. This Hardee's as all have a hard time getting people to work.

Nepotism is alive and well at the Hardee's in Crawfordville,Fl. Manager treating her daughter like she is the only employee that matters. Gives her overtime hours when she is not even full-time. You also do not ignore long term employees for any newbie, especially when they do not know what they are doing! Last time I checked a family member is not supposed to be your direct supervisor at any job. This woman is not even a good manager. The higher ups really need to check into this situation.

I used to work at Hardee's, and I have to say, it sucks. My boss & her daughter worked together, and refused to give anyone a raise but themselves. Favoritism at its finest, not only that, a friend of mine worked there, and got fired because my boss's daughter kept prank calling us and he kindly told her to stop. She had a minor working over 40 hours, and another employee working over 90 which is ridiculous. I had been there for over 2 years, as a shift leader, STILL not making even 8 dollars. I hope, this Hardee's, on Green Bay road, in Wisconsin fails (which It will considering over 6 people quit after the bs my "boss" was pulling) just like her sad, miserable life. My daughter has worked for Hardee's for about 1 year. She has three children to support. The manager and shift leader has treated her with such disrespect. They make racial remarks. She is white with predominantly black co workers. Her lead manager ask her to clean a toilet without giving her proper cleaning supplies nor would she provide her the key to supply closet to get them herself. Shift leader proceeded to write her up for not following directions. Manager told her that she was replaceable. That she needed Hardee's. Hardee's didn't need her.
