Wow! Yesterday I stopped at the Collegeville Pa store to buy a few fresh vegetables to make soup. Imagine if you can a supermarket not having onions! I had a young man check in the back and the produce manager came out to speak to me and said he's had a problem. Bought 2 loose onions for $2.79, ridiculous.Went to a nearby Redner's, onions everywhere, BJ s this am no problem. $3.49 for a 3lb BAG at Giant. When the cashier asked if I found everything I came in for I had to laugh. Too many convenient stores nearby to bother with your store anymore. Bye!

I find your lower pricec commercials very hypocritical. You have screwed over the I90 corridor for a very long time. You have taken away coupon items, shrunk the quantity of the packed good , and only wegmans brands are pretty much the only choice. Example 5 bagels for 7.00 . In all instances your pricing structure is ridiculous. If you truly had low prices people would not to go to three store or more to get enough groceries for the week. We are two elderly customers and can't imagine what families go through. You must surely be democrats because you lie through your teeth. How do you sleep with yourself . I guess is the only thing that matters to you.

Hello. I just picked up 2 dozen sized Dunkin' Keurig decaf boxes at your Mechanicsburg Wegmans only to find at home that according to Dunkin' a dozen is now only 10 - but the same size box. I'll boycott Dunkin' now but you might reconsider selling their deceitful products.

Note to corporate. In Ballston/Arlington--- the old Macys is going to be replaced by multiuse apt WITH a gricery story on street. We would LOVE you. Why doesnt Wegmans take that. We are stuck w/ HT---( blick). Wegmans would get the biz

I shop in the Woodbridge, New Jersey store. I am writing about the Wegmans Pita Chips. They were missing from the store for quite a while. At least 2 months. They just came back to the store and they are horrible. I don't know who is making the chips for Wegmans now but they are definitely different than the ones that were sold a couple of months ago. I bought 2 bags and they are disgusting. From now on I will have to buy Stacy's Pita Chips.

I shopped the Wegmans in Woodbridge, New Jersey on Veterans Day 2023. I was shopping for a sweet red wine from Germany that they do carry. I noticed that an employee profiled me the whole time I was there, although I had this very small bag that I could barely fit anything into if I were attempting to shoplift at all which I was not. And the cashier was a very old woman of perhaps italian ancestry and she was very oddly rude toward me, and very kind to the person who came behind me . He was totally more agreeable to her, considering they probably shared the same ancestors. Unfortunate that this type of discriminatory racist prejudice continues specifically in Woodbridge, New Jersey and at the Wegmans store.

Very disappointed from the sushi department of WEGMAS Harrison New York I was looking for a sushi and I kindly asked him the person named MARIBEL from the sushi department and he answered me in a non-professional way telling me with bad gestures that he had not been available in a very bad way and resolved that there is a very friendly boy behind and I am looking for the sushi that I needed very friendly the boy I don't know how they have people with that lack of professionalism where they have to give a good customer service I am a 72-year-old lady who is not affordable for me to see the articles

I had the most unpleasant experience this week with an employee at the morris plains nj wegmans that was more interested in packing shelves then assisting me in finding an item. Finally after I asked him several times if he could show me where it was in the next aisle he said " it's half way down the next aisle on the left you'll find it " as I walked away I could here him say " what a bi$#h" I said what did you say and he said I didn't say anything ... I walked away and found another employee that not only showed me where it was because it wasn't where he said it was he also have me the name of the person who was do rude . Matt Glaganic , I have shopped there since the store opened and think it's horrible someone like that represents your store

Posted by Anonymous

Wegman's in Morris Plains is generally a great grocery store. But I have had multiple encounters with Lynn in the liquor section that have been unpleasant. She just seems generally unhappy and is unprofessional. Honestly, I dread when I see that she is the next lane open.

Actually I don't know what happens with customer service mainly with what they work in wegmas Harrison New York I have I ask you by article that they are available and the employees are always using the cell phone and they don't help you look for the product I needed I was last Thursday looking for an organic milk that that area is always empty and the employees don't help you I just helped me a guy who works in another area I made the complaint with a manager the one who was in front because really that attitude is not the right one very bad Service faith some employees where it shouldn't be done for a company like wegmas with a lot of prestige nationwide I MUST BE MORE SERVICE with the customer regardless of age

Posted by Sebastián J

Really very offended with the customer service of Wegmas Harrison New York mainly with the sushi area I was looking for a specific sushi and I decently ask a steep one who is in front cutting some sushi and he answers me in a bad way that it is underneath to look for it and I told him that please if you can show it to me he told me that NO to look for it bone what form are those of customer service I made the complaint with the manager but apparently it didn't seem at all to do it is if it were that everyone does what he thinks that store very bad customer service ?????

Posted by Amanda

In Wegmans Harrison New York, there are many products that are available to us and when you ask a job you say that it is not there but in reality if they are available because others make it easier for you I don't know why they have that poor customer service some employees you see them using the cell phone and when you ask them they don't pay attention and some wax workers tell me that they don't care about their work I live Serca from the store and I come here since they opened it they should correct that because there are products that I look for and there are always many empty things and no one wants to HELP!!

Posted by Anonymous

very bad taste and unprofessional from the manager JUAN of wegmas Harrison New York, how is it possible that he is asked for a favor to find me a product that they do not have available and that person takes a bad attitude as if I were asking, I am buying in the store. I am a client who has to be attended to and that person is always bad-tempered like they have a general manager with that bad behavior.

Posted by Darp45

Very upset that only Buffalo stores sell Bills Pawson Knox dogs as well as the Bills little people. I live in Geneseo NY and we love the Bills too!

I have more than 30 years living in the Harrison New York area and since they put wegmas I follow the best supermarket in the area but the assistance they give is not the best the manager Juan is a person with a bad character if professionalism of work I don't know how they have a person doing as a manager they have to improve that

Greece store on west ridge road has some employees that have become detectives, I was thoroughly interrogated by a young woman as to why I need a service dog, I am a disabled veteran with PTSD and hard of hearing, but not good enough for her, so Tops or Aldi will have to be where my family and I shop from now on

I'm a 77-year-old customer and the attention they take in wegmas Harrison New York is not the right one when they could products no one wants to look for it back because ahead there is never I go where ZACH always for his workers they don't want to look for him mainly the manager JUAN that is the most unrespectful I don't know how they have a person as a manager haci doesn't attend he has a bad attitude he's not a professional very disoriented of this supermarket I'm

Posted by Abraham

I have an annoyance with wegmas Harrison New York it turns out that lately there are no products in the produce and it turns out that when I ask someone tells me that there is no but when I ask another person if they get me the product I am an older person I have given the complaint to the manager JUAN that I think is a person with a bad service And to the other managers with greater height and apparently they are not focused on helping me their employers are only in other things how using the phone they do not pay attention to you and I think it is very bad

I don't know who bright idea it was to put all product pricing turned backwards at first i thought it was a new employee doing it wrong so I said something and now the whole stre products are all turned backwards this is so wrong and against every concept of retail its absolutely stupid that you have to touch the products a turn them around so you can see the price totally against all retail standards.my guess is that they are so ashamed of there ridiculously high cost if they face the products so you can see them you will more than likely walk right by when you see how high there pricing is and not buy it. Totally out of control pricing. And to turn the products backwards is the proof they know it and are imbarissed to show the cost. I should no have to turn the products to see the cost. Its a disgrace.

Hello, I am an ex employee (90's), a shopper for myself and an instacart shopper. I do Love Wegmans and probably 95% of employees are super helpful. The guy in dairy ALWAYS HELP ME NO MATTER WHAT HE IS DOING, I have never caught his name. The younger friendly guy in frozen also ALWAYS HELP ME NO MATTER WHAT HE IS DOING, never caught his name either. The young woman in floral is ALWAYS a pleasure, sorry can't remember her name either. Then there's Jared in the seafood department, never had salmon nuggets before and I told so many people about him and the nuggets GREAT GUY! I was there yesterday (Saturday 19th) and one of the employees Smiled at me, I asked him who he was smiling at, lol! He said me, that was nice. I didn't catch his name, this was in the produce department, he was walking through. Then there is Morgan, I remember her because she is always smiling and attentive. Your wine staff is amazing. Like I said MOST employees are helpful and some Stand out more than others and then there is the few that act like you are bothering them. I must Admit NO ONE SPEAKS, none of them unless I go to them. The ladies in the aisles don't even turn around when they are doing the "tags" and ask of you need help.
Anyway the bad experiences...I had asked one of the managers (they said he was a manager) Jeff I believe his name was where something was located, he walked me to the aisle sure but he pointed and said it's down there on the bottom shelf ?? ♀️ I didn't say anything just went to look for the grocery item. That SUCKED especially since he had just had a "huddle" and treated me that way. Also I was in the store on Saturday instacart shopping (who are YOUR CUSTOMERS BY THE WAY) and I couldn't find the diced red onions, I look around BEFORE I went and asked the elderly male stocking bananas where were the onions, he practically rolled his eyes at me, I let it past because he looked tired and it was busy but I was shopping for YOUR CUSTOMERS. I said I looked down there pointing towards the front wall and I probably missed them. He PAUSED and said well that's were they are down there and we may be out. I said sir would you mind showing me please, he PAUSED again and walked halfway and pointed to the middle section of the wall on the bottom shelf. I ALMOST said something but I didn't. I said sarcastically I didn't mean to inconvenience you sir. He said look I showed you were it was and that's all I can do for you and raised his voice a little so others could hear. It was like I was pestering him or something SO EMBARRASSING to me. After i delivered the $200 order I came back to apologize to him and he was even more rude. He said he had a stroke or something. I said I wasn't rushing you sir I just wanted to know...and he hushed me right up. THAT was unacceptable to ME. I always try and be courteous to your employees I shouldn't be "begging" for help or apologizing for asking. I suggest you ASK HIM and check your cameras in produce. He knows who I am and he can tell you what time. I am working for YOUR customers and when you are out of something I LOSE pay. That really hurt my feelings because I don't know what I was apologizing for.

had a old fashion sub made to order. when I got to my destination I looked at it and couldn't believe the meat I got. 3 very little pieces. I took pictures of it. I always get this sub on Sunday. I wish I could send you the picture.

I have been buying your 4 gallon water bottles for years with no problem. Recently I have had the bottles caving in while they are on my cooler. I have had at least 5 so far that have done that. The last one leaked all over my floor. Have you guys changed the plastic bottles to a cheaper brand? If you did it's not working and I will have to stop buying them.

I was at Wegmans on Latta buying muffins and donuts they were so hard dried out and still and I paid big money for them I am very very upset every time I go there they're out of everything what the hell is going on over there this is disgusting I've been going to Wegmans on Latta for last 30 years why is this happening nobody does anything about this you go talk to somebody and they look at you like you're crazy enough is enough I spend big money at Wegmans every week this is crazy unfortunately I'm going to start looking for another store I can't deal with this anymore

For on Line delivery - just charge a flat fee, but don't add a 10 to 15% increase on each item.
This is not clearly explained when you order on line . You already have a minimum delivery charge and I received two different invoices with different itemized cost.
I will not recommend this service to anyone.

I love Wegmans store in Woodbrige nj, the variety of food is incredible, you always see employees cleaning their stations and the customer service is very good. Since the new year I noticed that the tables upstairs are often if not always dirty, around 10 am there's no clean place to sit on, the dust on windowsill and area dividers is embarrassing for this store that has been so great. I want to continue going to the dining area but now I have to clean the table before I sit. There's plenty of employees, please go back to your old standards. Thanks

We love wegmans. We are suggesting an area of the store that has all healthy, nutritional low carb, low and no sugar ingredients. We know you have your nature's market, but I feel there are so many of these type of items that it would be better in one area.

Nice, just need bags with handles, and have plastic ones with handles available too. Those paper bags tear easy, especially without handles.

I have visited Wegmans for the first time recently and liked it a lot !
I am a Charleston SC resident and sad to learn there is not one in Charleston . Please consider building one there !

What a positive shopping day in Wegmans last week. A store employee, Sarah, who was stocking shelves in the baking supplies was so helpful. She took the time to help me find not only several baking items I was looking for, but several other non baking items I was looking for. She remained patient, helpful, accurate on location of items and so kind. Thank you Sarah!

Stopped to buy some wine today( ( no groceries) and had to wait for customers to check out grocery items with no alcohol.
Why can't they have (1) check- out just for alcohol purchase?
The under 15 item lane doesn't work cause people don't understand ( or care).
Much easier to stop in the beer/ wine store than wait for grocery check out registers.
Thanks
Am loyal grocery shopper but when I'm just picking up alcohol I'll stop else where

The customer service is amazing. Please stop rearranging the store!

My family and I were in the new Wegmans in D.C. this week. My four year old grandson wanted to look at toys, but we could not find any. We questioned an employee who we ran across but she worked in Wine & Spirits and didn't know where to direct us. About 5 minutes later, the same lady tracked us down to let us know there was no toy section. I was very impressed how she went above and beyond to help shoppers. I wish I had gotten her name. She showed the Wegman's employee caring and willing to take that extra step.

Just a suggestion - in the premixed salad bags, please consider a ziplock type of bag to hold the dressing. Not everyone uses all of the dressing in one serving. The little bag currently being used has to be cut to open and is difficult to close and store.

We just had a wonderful experience at Holt Rd Wegmans in Webster, NY. While cashing out, a big storm began and our cashier (Op # 133953) asked for a Helping Hand to accompany my wife with an umbrella, while I got our car. He was considered about her going out in the rain and strong wind.

Very thoughtful and very much appreciated.

Dabney at the Alexandria VA store was wonderful. We made a holiday dinner order only to find out later that we have a guest with a dairy intolerance. Dabney researched the items we ordered, called us back within 30 mins and shared which food items had no dairy in the ingredients. THis has saved our order (yay!) and saved the embarassment of a guest not being able to eat! We are SOOOOO appreciative of her effort! This is partly why we love shopping at Wegmans and are repeat catering customers! (the other reason is that the food is DELICOUS!!!!)
Thank and put one more "Positive" on the score board.

Was wondering why the Wegmans Masala Sauce is no longer available. Loved the flavor. Tried the Victoria brand you carry. No flavor at all.

I just had the best experience ever with a very friendly cashier named Hannah at Collegeville, Pa. She has a great personality and I wish all customer service representatives would be more like her. She is truly amazing and even interacted with my daughter. I'd like to see her in management one day.

At Cherry Hill NJ 08002 Sophia at the customer service desk went above and beyond with more than a pleasant attitude and a smile-Dawn who was also there at the customer service desk helped us with a phone number-Wegmans is lucky to have this employee-

Ashley at Woodbridge NJ store should be recognized for her customer service. I had asked her where I can find a product and she directed me to it. She then helped me at the lotto counter and remembered I was the one who asked for the product and asked if I found it. I had forgotten to pick it up and she offered to go bring it. She really makes the effort to know who her customers are.

I had a wonderful experience in the floral department at the Lancaster, buffalo store . I spoke to Maggie the manager , I wanted to order some arrangements to be pickup. Since Maggie was scheduled off the next day she told me Victoria would be in and she would handle my order if I called in. Victoria was helpful, resourceful and excellent in every way. With Covid people are shut in and need and extra delivery of cheer. Victoria and Maggie made that happen. Thank you

I have millions of positive comments and truly believe the quality of your products employee conduct with customers.. I have always been treated like a guest in your home. I visited one of my favorite stores today and had two really positive encounters with different employees. My problem was the noise level in the store. There was piped in music in at least 4 different areas of the store. It sounded like they were competing for attention. I have PTSD and found it incredibly stressful. This will not impact my loyalty to your family and high quality but thought you might like to know. Thank you???

I am in my sixties. So computers is hard. Anyway, this is not a complaint. I love your products. Tonight for dinner, I made the southwest black bean burger. It was Awesome. Everything we have bought was very good. Your vegetables and yogurt. I am very picky. So let me just say, Thank You

Hi,
My name is Beverly Mulhall. My husband and I shop Wegmans all the time. This is my first complaint!
I bought Wegmans brand ice cream sandwiches recently. When my husband and I opened one to eat it had very little ice cream. One side was almost wafer to wafer! Every one in the box of 12 was like that! Not a big deal, but if we're going to treat ourselves to an ice cream sandwich, we don't want mainly wafer!! Lol
I love Wegmans brand everything, this was disappointing. Maybe someone can contact the people who make these, and ask them to fill the ice cream to the edge?
Thank you for having such a wonderful store!
Sincerely,
Beverly Mulhall

I just wanted to give a huge thanks to the Manager and Bakery at Wegmans in Columbia, MD. After a record breaking snow storm in Maryland, they still came through with a special birthday cake for my 14 year old son. They let us come by the store and pick up the cake although minimally staffed. That is what I call service! Thank you for not letting the weather put a damper on a young man's birthday.

Please ensure these folks get the recognition they deserve!

I would like to take this opportunity to complement the wonderful service that I received yesterday (10/08/2015) At your Germantown, MD store. Two of your female employees treated me so special that I had too let Customer Service Know about this. a

Anita helped me in the Bakery Department and in the Deli Counter Martha was wonderful. Thank you always for your GOOD service.

Very Satisfied Customer, Sandra Estrain

I went to the Wegmans on Transit Road in Williamsville, NY today to order a cake from the bakery. It was the first time I ordered a cake. Kiersten was absolutely fabulous and wonderful. She helped me get exactly what I was looking for for my moms 65th birthday and with a smile. She answered my questions with patience and was just amazing.

I guess I'm very upset about this whole situation about Wegmans in Lakewood New York I put my application online like about 2 or 3 times I never got a call back I don't know what's going on and you guys say that you don't discriminate against people I see it differently my problem is how come I don't get a phone call when I do leave a phone call or a message

Good evening just wanted to say very dissapointed about not being able to get hired. First of all I went through all the processes and was offered a position waiting on training to start. I received an email that the offer of employment was rescinded. I was in total shock, I tried reaching out for answers to HR in Richmond Va no answer from Ms. Brook. Also tried reaching to Mr. Bryon Willis by email he never responded. Okay finally got a letter in the mail about the background check. A misdemeanor from 1998 a bad check showed up. I had no idea that I even had a misdemeanor on my record, I have been through background checks before and have always put on applications no misdemeanor. I was not even aware of this until applying for this company. I'm a veteran (USMC), 30 years of retail experience and resigned from a competitor to join I thought a great company only to be denied for something I was totally unaware existed. Mrs. Colleen Wegman I'm not asking for a job just asking for clarification does the punishment fit the crime that wasn't even aware of until now? I'm a United States Marine I took a oath and one of them most important ones with honesty.
