I purchased five pairs of shoes from Saks Off Fifth, all coming at different times. So far two pairs have come in the most disgusting condition being heavily worn with black scuffs, dirt, and worn soles. they have the audacity to resell returned items that have been used and worn. This is a health hazard, especially during Covid. I've tried to file a complaint, but Was provided with a phone number by customer service that is out of service. Can find nothing online for executive office Except more phone numbers that disconnect me. Have never had such a horrible experience with a merchant in my life. I'm fearful that I'll never get my money returned at this point. DO NOT PURCHASE FTOM THIS STORE

Make sure you will keep whatever you purchase online, because returns are the worst nightmare!
I returned the next day the way they require, fed-ex, and that was one month ago!!
They sent a credit, and I called and said I want the refund. They "can't credit pay pal" so give your charge number.
Another week goes by.....still waiting. On hold forever...they use a vendor somewhere out of the company.
Dont do it, dont buy here,

I would not recommend shopping at saks .They have the worse customer service agents ever.I have never call a company and have to go toe to toe with a representative ever.I mean am the customer and I have all right to be upset if I order something and then it was not delivered also I order a perfume and they sent a dress .smh .I had hell to return the dress.and they are trying to charge me for something I did not receive and I call to get the merchandise send back to me and I have to go through hell with customer service and no one can help because they keep hanging up.

Saksfifth sold me expiring foundation when I ask for the refund they never send it to me. I've been waiting for at least a month but I still didn't get it.

They stole the money from a gift card, and trying to reach someone in customer service was impossible. I could have called President Biden with less trouble. I'm done with Saks. I will only shop at Bloomingdale's.

I have been trying to resolve a GWP error for a month now. The generous Spring Beauty bonus was supposed to include a tote with 29 samples, all itemized online. Mine included only 18, about 60% of what was promised, largely perfume-samples, which are free at any beauty counter. Today, my third try (I also was disconnected), I was told a replacement is on the way but has been delayed. Why would Saks not notify the customer that there was a huge out-of-stock issue? Post-pandemic I will shop in-store and reject any GWP and go elsewhere if it is lacking. I read that saks.com and Saks bricks-and-mortar are separating, interesting news. Let's hope saks.com does not become another williamssonoma.com, i.e., a total disaster.

My name is Patricia I try placing an order with this company and I will never recommend this company to anyone....I'm on the phone for 90mins waiting to speak to someone when they eventually came on the line to take me order he told me hold on and he hang up the phone....I called back waited on the phone for 43mins this time only to be told that he can't take my orders and hang up on.me again My question is this don't know if it is because I'm a black person with my language I'm being treated like this if so it is very very sad thinking g about closing g off my account with you all.The customer service I s very very nasty with we the consumers ....

Saks fifth Avenue refuses to refund almost $2,000 for a purchase that they finally acknowledged receiving after about a dozen phones calls. I have finally resorted to hiring an attorney to handle this and fully expect Saks to pay my attorney costs. They is unbelievable!

I received your shipment 282073868 and one of the Radko ornaments was broken. The only way I can get credited is to return it to you, since there is no store anywhere near me. You charge $9.95 for a return label, so I am definitely not being "made whole" on this transaction. So I have a broken ornament coming back to you and I'm not even being reimbursed completely for it. That's not right, especially since there will be no restocking of something broken.

I purchased a pair of expensive earrings from them back in October, they sent me the wrong earrings and I returned them right away. They sent them back to me saying they were the wrong pair (which is why I returned them). That was in October, I'm still disputing the charge with my credit card company and them! HORRIBLE Customer Service! I will NEVER shop from them again!

I made a purchase online and sent it back within a few days. It was the wrong size. Saks will not refund my PayPal account which was used to make the purchase, saying they don't refund a third party account... huh??? I said what's the difference between Amex, Visa or PayPal? They said they can send a gift card/merchandise credit instead. I have called repeatedly and get the same response. Unreal! I want my refund!

I was at the Saks Off 5th in Ontario Ca. The only reason I felt safe to go is because it had an outside entrance and I didn't have to go through the mall to enter the store. It was 2hrs before closing and a store employee told my daughter and I(with 2babies in tow) that we could not enter through those doors they were exit only for the first time ever. I tried to reason with him. Explaining I was not comfortable going into the crowded mall, I was only shopping for something specific at that store. He refused to let us in, saying we had to go around to this weird garbage entrance in the back and then go through the mall to get into the store, those 6 doors to the outside were exit only (never before was it that way). So now we enter the super crowded Ontario Mills Mall and attempt to make our way through so many ppl. When we left this supposedly security dude was no where to be found. Should my daughter or I have been exposed to this virus? In 2weeks time we will know for sure. I have record of me testing negative on Nov 25th. You will be hearing from my lawyer. This was unacceptable and made no sense whatsoever. There was no line to enter the store so they definatly didn't have too many ppl inside. No I didn't have to go to the mall, but your store didn't have to make it so much more dangerous than it already was by 100x.

They don't even deserve 1 star!!! Horrible online Customer service!!! The phone line connection is awful!!! Customer service representatives so ignorant and unprofessional!!! Who hire people like these?! I had to contact to CEO President of SacksFifthAvenue to complain, because I wasn't given a chance to talk to the manager! Can you imagine how Bad they are?! I never get any responses from CEO either!!! I'm not surprised!!! Shame on SacksFifthAvenue!!! Do something about it!!!

I ordered $145 worth of merchandise on Aug 15, I never received the items. I called saks & finally got email on Oct 2 saying I will get a refund in 1 week, never happened. I called again & I was told to wait 14 business days. It has been way more than 14 days & still nothing. I will never ever deal with them anymore.

I just spoke with one of your representatives and was shocked to hear that you have not established a holiday return policy yet, like all of the other stores. I always like to start shopping in October and have all of my Christmas shopping done by the end of November so that I can enjoy the Christmas month. I guess I will have to count on the other department stores for my Christmas list.

I have never experienced worse customer service. I canceled order #112131292 back in August. I have tried calling and writing customer service at least 20 times. And, while I have been promised a refund to my paypal account, I have never received it. Last case # with that promise is 01974295. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and have been disconnected or put on hold, literally for over 2 hours. I am beyond livid, and I don't like throwing away my money. I was a frequent customer, but will never shop there again. Plus, I will be sure to spread the word!!!

Ordered a bottle of creed from saks.com. When the box was delivered it was empty! Reported this to customer service who gave me the we have to investigate bs. They also said they wouldn't reship. After their10 day investigation customer service determined since I signed for it they can not refund me. Im super pissed! Back and fourth with them only to get nothing. $300. Upon reading all the horrible reviews I decided to file a complaint with the FTC. I suggest everyone do the same and so they can restore some respect to their name because they are trash I will never shop at saks again

I purchased boots online from Saks. When they arrived,I discovered they did not have a side zipper so they were difficult to pull on and off. The following day I attempted to return them to our local Saks in Beachwood Ohio. The sales associate said the boots had been worn and he could not take them back. I assured him I had not worn the boots and it had not even been 24 hours since they had been delivered. I asked to speak to a manager. He refused. He said the manager had already looked at the boots. He then put a plaque in my face that had the email address and website for Saks and he turned and walked away. I have never experienced such rudeness and disrespect at any store, let alone one that supposedly has a reputation for high quality and outstanding customer service. I will not visit the website or the store again. I will also urge my friends as well.

I can't say I'm at all surprised with all the negative feedback from saks . Worst customer service ever . Half the reps I spoke with you cannot understand at all. That aside they all gave differing information, and I called at like 15 times over the course of a MONTH to follow up with a refund ( a simple price adjustment of 20% bc the coupon didn't work) I had called right after the order she had told me she put it in and I would just see a difference for the prices as a credit . Well 10-14 days is a joke try 40 some days. They're pathetic . I couldn't fathom why they couldn't process it before nt order was even sent off , most places can, was simply a matter of running my card for the credit amount . They are so unethical and need some serious changes. Oh and these reviews go back 5 years or so so clearly nothing has changed and it is not a NEW problem.

WORST SERVICE EVER
I have never encountered such ineptness. I do not know what happened to the old Saks customer service but it is gone and will never return. No one returns calls or emails. They have moved the customer service department to the Philippines. I have been waiting for a refund for a package that I never received for over a month. I call repeatedly and I get the same profuse apologies and no outcomes. I will never purchase anything from them again. It is sad because they actually think I am going to get tired of asking for my money. NEVER!! No one from the company has ever reached out to me. They do not have an escalation or expedite process. However, it is so funny they can take your money within minutes and earn interest from it while you play this insidious game with them. I see a bankruptcy in their immediate future. GOOD RIDDANCE

SFA does not care about customers any more. They have forgotten their Mission, if at any time they had one. Its officers are now involved in political issues and have abandoned giving a good service to their old good customers. You write Customer Care about orders and/or returns, they answer back saying you will receive a response from a customer care associate within 24 hours, but they never answer back. I have written them 3 times and they have not answered to any. I have 3 returns awaiting the refund but nobody wants to know about it. A better Cash Flow for Saks when not refunding customers. Blame it on the Covid 19, blame it on the carrier, blame it on the surge in business (with all the unemployment we have they could hire as many people as they need to give a good service to customers, but they don't). They are all PR and giving excuses all day with very nice words. But NO answers to customers.

I bought merchandise at Saks off 5th via internet. Trying to return merchandise before via mail have been a straight up challenge!
This truly will not EVER happen again!
Returns and exchanges, with a receipt should be simple!

Worst customer service ever in history!!!!!
Items ordered on May 3,2020 and they never shipped the items and lie and say a refund will be issued, but still have not after 30+ days. I'm so tired of calling and being lied to from a company that I expected more respect and service from.
