Saks does not refund online purchases. They do not honor their own return policy. They say it will be refunded in 10 to 14 business days, but that time period comes and goes with no refund. Online reviews all over various websites, echo my statement. This company needs to be investigated and cited. I filed a complaint with the FTC. also, their chat agents are useless and clueless. May as well not even have chat agents.

I placed an order from February and haven't received my item or a refund. Pandilion declared the package lost from February and they are still telling me that I have wait for them to investigate to refund me. I keep getting the run around. These workers are doing inside scams and the company is a scam. I need my refund now.

?You have 24 hours to handle a refund. We have been escalating a refund since the middle of February. How quick to charge my card and not honor your own refund policy. Handling while planning a funeral. Customer service at Saks is evasive and they are running a scam. Management is incompetent, insensitive, rude. As a long time customer, I remain disgusted. SHAMEFUL!

The customer service for this company is fully a joke. 3 months they haven't processed refund after so many escalations. Tired of talking with them, and go to another fashion dealer if you could.

In reading the reviews on this site and others, it's clear that Saks Off Fifth has a pattern of not delivering their products to the correct address and then denying the customer a refund. This was my experience and it is the most appalling experience I have ever had with any department store. Nothing in my lifetime even comes close to the atrocious experience I had with Saks Off Fifth. They claim they delivered the package I ordered -- two pairs of boots totaling over $150 -- and they site a photo from the carrier to support their claim. However, I sent a photo of the hallway where my apartment is located which looks completely different than the photo they provided. Their photo shows 3 apartment doors and my hallway only has 2 apartment doors. I thought this would be a clear cut, simple case which would result in a refund based on the photographic evidence but that isn't what I received. In fact, they repeatedly denied the claim and have the audacity to say that the carrier says the item was delivered. But how can the item be delivered when the two photos do not match at all? It is evident to anyone who views the photos -- their photo and the photo of my hallway -- that this package was delivered to the wrong address. Yet they refuse to offer a store credit or refund. It is the most appalling and abysmal customer service I have ever experienced. I refuse to accept that I should lose over $150 due to their incompetence. I'm going to escalate this matter until I receive a refund or a store credit. There is no way I'm settling for less. This organization should be ashamed of themselves.

I bought 4 items in September, totalling ~ $3000. One item was a pair of gold and diamond earrings, a gift for my mother. I received the package unfortunately the earings came in without any diamonds. I called customer service and they told me to return them and they would notate my account.

To this day I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CREDIT. I HAVE ESCALATED OVER AN OVER.... NOTHING! MY NEXT STEPS TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!

They won't give me a refund although i never receive my package. Courier left my package downstairs in the lobby area for hours instead of leaving my package in front of my door. Saks are aware of this and has the proof my my package sitting in the lobby area because the courier took the picture. Saks made me wait 4weeks and then said although they have the evidence they can't give me my refund. Supervisors was terrible one gentleman Luis #Q74329 told me yes i see the picture of your package downstairs in the lobby but they can't do nothing about it i ask to speak to a manager or have a manager name nothing was provided. Worst ever straight robbery

This is the worst company to deal with. They have a dreadful customer service team. Their chat line staff is a joke. They ship wrong orders and do not allow cusyomerz cancel orders. All these empty headed individuals should be replaced including depart.ent heads. Buncb of clerks with no skillset! Terrible company and hope goes out of business soon!!

Hello, this is the third time that I have purchased something from Saks and the carrier that you have has mishandled my items. The person that you all have to deliver the customer merchandise doesn't care and take pride in their job. The carrier just through my items in the middle of the yard the last three times I've ordered. Anyone that's driving by that sees something in the middle of the yard could come and steal it. Being that Saks is a big name company throughout the world it speaks less of you all that you have carriers that's being sloppy and giving such negative behavior. I've spent a lot of money with Saks and the fact that my items are just being thrown in the yard without the decency of sitting the items at the customer doorstep it's really sad. I'm at the point of not ordering anything from Saks because this is the third time it has happened. I'm am very upset.

Absolutely the worst customer service! I honestly don't know how they continue to be in business. Yesterday I was on the web page because I have 800. In gift certificates to spend. I noticed the Jimmy Choo combat boots were on sale for 906.50 down from 1295. Plus you get a gift certificate for 250 with the code WKNDGCSF! Fabulous but no when you add the boots they are regular price. When I spoke with cs they said my computer was showing and old page or all kinds of other things.. I emailed them a screen shot showing all the Jimmy Choo boots on sale and they said no that sale doesn't start till 12/1 and that's not what shows in their system... I said but it's what shows on your web site. They said too bad! Check it out for yourself it still showing the sale prices.. this is just one of a dozen bad times with them.. I cannot wait to spend the rest of these gift cards and be done forever with them

I have been dealing with a transaction that was not authorized by me.. I had spoken to at least 4 of your employees.. this morning I was on the line for over 50 minutes.. the lady acknowledged that although that this error was on you guys end, I wasn't able to get a refund until the item was returned.. I haven't received the item.. I advised her that this is unfare to me because I'm now out of money do to you guys mistake.. I asked to speak to a supervisor..the lady said her name was adaisha the acting supervisor... she immediately accused me of ordering this item and refused to let me talk.. her attitude was very rude and un professional...

I started shopping for my mother-of-the-bride outfit in October/ 2021. Knowing how selective I am - I wanted to start the search well ahead of time to alleviate the pressure of all that is needed surrounding a wedding. I started with the NYC SAKS 5th avenue store and was absolutely thrilled to find a lovely, unique jumpsuit on my first visit. My sister-in-law also purchased 2-3 dresses on that day. It was a nice experience and Linda Gold, the style advisor, was helpful and informative.

I left the jumpsuit, at SAKS, to return for alterations in a few months. ( I live in the Boston area). When I returned in January I did not have the right shoes ( and it seemed like a tall order to have someone bring a few pairs of shoes from the shoe department to the dressing room) so we all decided that I would return with my shoes a month later. I was totally fine with that decision.

I made the appointment with Linda via text 1-2 months or so later. When I arrived, promptly, the jumpsuit was not ready and I spent 1 hour sitting in the dressing room. The end result was the jumpsuit could not be found. The manager was called ( I do not have her name). There was no apology made for this huge inconvenience and absolutely no mention of trying to find another jumpsuit or at the very least a credit toward something else. I assumed it was not a style that was being sold any longer for the jumpsuit.
There was no follow-up by a manager and in the subsequent 2 weeks, I had to call and text the sales person several times to find out if the outfit was located and/or if my money was returned. I was told I would receive the receipt credit in my email. That never happened. The $1800 was finally credited 2 1/2-3 weeks later.

In short, the customer service was abysmal. I am now left with the task of finding something for a mid-September/2022 wedding.

I started this email a month ago but decided to email the stylist first but never heard back.

When I bought at the store, the cashier didn't tell me this item was final sale. I came back home and check the receipt, i just noticed this item was final sale, and than bring it back to return, the store manager joy told me, that could not return, because the sign is already signed the notes. who would you when you pay at the cashier, and look around the cashier anywhere, usually if this one is final, the cashier have to tell to us which one is final sale, but nobody will say. The illustrates cheating Consumers.

I purchased a $750 dress from Saks online, which I returned because it didn't fit. Instead of receiving a refund to my original form of payment, they sent me a gift card, despite absolutely no information on their website explaining why. I called immediately, and the agent filed a claim and said I would hear back in 2 weeks. Two weeks later, no response from them, so I called back. First agent spoke such horrible English I could barely understand her but I believe she identified that the claim was filed on the wrong order #. She put me on hold for 30 minutes and then she dropped the call. I called back and have been on hold so far for 45 minutes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SAKS.

I purchased a Burberry Belt on 12-09-2021 --- was small - I returned it within the time frame on the receipt 01-15-2022 ---they sent me an email stating that in the next 7 days I will be receiving a Gift Card ---I called them today 01-28-2022 and requested they refund my money on the credit card I purchased the merchandise with and they told me that it would take 14 days to refund to my debit card ---I asked to speak with the supervisor and was told I would have to wait for 2 hours to speak to a supervisor and they will tell me the same thing. I am still on hold and absolutely sure nobody will answer the phone.

I get better refund service at Walmart
Unacceptable for this company that sales high end expensive merchandise and caters to an upper economic status population to treat customers in this manner

The question I have is --- Is it really worth it for me to shop from them again when I spend so much money on what I buy or just go straight to the brand company and buy what I want or even another store that sells the brands I buy!!!

I placed an online order at saks.com on 05/26/2021 for Zimmermann Lovestruck Chiffon Tank Top and Lovestruck Linen Belted Shorts. The package arrived on 05/28/21 and only the Tank Top was in the box. As soon as I got the package, I called Saks customer service to inform them that the shorts didn't arrive. I spoke to Lisa and was told that a refund would be requested for me and that I would receive an email from Saks the next day. I never received the email. So I decided to call back on 05/29/21 at 12:20pm and spoke to Dayana to inquire the status of the refund. I was given a case #. On 05/31/21 I called again at 1:30pm and spoke to Emma and was told that I would get a refund. I never received a refund, so I called again on 6/7/21 at 11:19am and spoke to Chanel and was told that a refund has been approved. On 6/15/21 at 6:45pm I called again and spoke to Roger. I was told that the request has been approved and I would get the money around 6/21. On 6/26 at 10pm, I called again and spoke to Roger. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that a supervisor would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. On 6/29/21, I got a call and email from Ingrid. I was told, "The request for a refund for missing item ZIMMERMANN LOVESTRUCK LINEN BELTED SHORTS shows approved under case number ORC-### since 05/29/21. We have escalated the refund not process yet into your account. The entire review can take up to 10 business days for a resolution." On 7/9/21 at 3:24pm I reached out to Saks and the called got disconnected so I called again at 3:25pm and spoke to Nondu. I was told that the case was escalated to the refund department and a supervisor would email the refund department. On 7/15/21 I called at 9:50am and spoke to Orlando. After 27 minutes, the call got disconnected. I called back at 10:05am and after waiting for 15 minutes, the call got disconnected. I even filed a dispute with my credit company, Citi bank on 7/15/21. On 8/3/21 I called at 2:09pm and spoke to Lwazi and was given another case #. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was put on hold. At 2:43pm I was transferred to another number, not a supervisor. Throughout this ordeal, I have expressed to them that the shorts were not in the package, and they could reach out to the store where the shorts were shipped from and try to locate and ship them to me. I have been told that they would follow up and escalate the case. I emailed Saks on 9/4/21. I received an email on 9/5/21 from Saks Customer Service that says, "Thanks for contacting Saks. We're in the process of reviewing your request regarding your order ####. Requests are typically reimbursed within 14 business days and it may take two billing cycles to appear on your statement. If you have any questions please reference your case number #." I called on 09/05/21 at 1:19pm and spoke to Jennifer. I was told that the issue had been escalated to the finance department and the refund had been approved and she didn't know why I hadn't received the refund. She put me on hold while she figured out what happened. After 27 minutes, the call was disconnected. However, as of now, I have not received the refund from Saks. As you can see, I have tried my best to reach out and resolve this and do not understand what is causing this delay. I've been shopping at Saks for over 20 years and continue to shop there after this happened, believing that this matter would be resolved shortly. It seems to me that they would rather lose a loyal customer than resolve this. At this point, I will take my business elsewhere.

Purchase several order on line, did return from Canada more than 30 days ago , SAKS still didn't proceed refund back to my visa more then 30 days . Did contact them many times and no clean answer why its so delayed .Will not do shopping this store any more, customer service is not professional and helpfull at all.

I have had an excellent experience with Saks.com. I had one of my orders cancelled as well. It happens! I find Saks has the MOST generous return policy, and sale price adjustment policy.... I have shopped all the high end names, and Saks is definitely a favorite. Lastly, I saw alot of people moaning about the time it takes to be refunded.. I just have to say if the amount of time it takes to be refunded for its return matters....you probably cant afford it in the first place.
