It was very frustrating. I tried to rent a show from Redbox and after going through the entire process of updating my profile searching for the exact title the coupon was declined because it only cost $3.99 and you cannot use a coupon for anything under $4.99. I did not want a new release. For that reason we stopped and look for the title elsewhere and decided not to use Redbox. I haven't used it since.

Customer service WAS VERY RUDE... 2 CSR hung on me. YALL CHARGED ME $70 for 2 movies THAT I RETURNED! And they don't wanna give me the time of day. Poor company

Why does Redbox need to think they need to be political? They rent and sell DVDs only. They are not a platform for voicing their political views. I attempted to look for something to rent not to care about how you feel about your agenda.

July 26, 2020 I rent 2 movies total $3.15 return back the next date before 9pm. Your company double dip took it out my account twice $6.30.
Your customer service representative is very rude unprofessional nasty attitude when I call back the second time to ask to speak to a supervisor wooden transfer me to speak to a supervisor. Yes got ugly I told him put it on Facebook he say I was threatened him I said putting it on Facebook that not a threatened so he don't know what threat is.
Yes Rebox DVD Rental stealing money from their customer service credit card double and triple dipped.

A supervisor by the name of Jake was rude and unprofessional. He would not disclose where he was . He also had an attitude when I ask a question. I can't believe that Red Box has representative like this . He did not want to correct the problem with my issue.

Redbox stopped stocking the western Pennsylvania redbox's, so consumers would be forced to rent them online for 24 times the amount. When I contacted them they said they were short handed. But there not posting job openings.

I already turned in my movies at Kroger's redbox not on 4-720 I turn 2 days after I rented the movies and I went put my movies in and it didn't take the movies and the movies just fell in there now I just got charge for 65.00 I want my money back

I dont like that you rent a disc for a day but get double chatged if you bring it back before 9:00 , a day to me means 24 hours not 10 or twelve , you watch a movie at night and get up to have breakfast and your late bringing the movie back or so they charge you for another day . I also see they say they will charge no more than the movie is worth but I accedently firegot to put the movie back in the case and was charged up to
$65.oo for a movie i could buy at Best But for $12.00.

Why are you all still open when we have a shelter in place for the state of ga.you do not care about your employees or your customers. Your employees don't have the right tools to be working now.no masks gloves those machines are dirty and full of germs and they are taking them home to there families every day. People in the main office are not out in it everyday so why are your employees?

Redbox can kiss my %$#. I was fraudulently charged and the non speaking English reps are all over the place. Luckily my bank gave me back my money. However, the folks in customer service sucks. They have to be underpaid.Flora's is just retarded..just like she sounds..she kept me on hold for over 30mins then hung up after waiting for over an hour. Anna..supervisor is a liar and very misleading. I will continue to use redbox. However,this time it will be on them. U wanna %uck me. I can %uck u better!

My friends and I would like to request a redbox at the brand new Dollar General in Olla, La. We have always wanted one cause Every location around us is no less than 20 miles... Jena, Columbia, and Winnfeild! Boy the business you guys would get from Olla, Urania and Tullos.... 3 schools are close!!!! Please take into consideration!!!! Thanks, Britt Cruse

They are a rip off I'm so upset I rented a movie it was 5 galaxies instead it was joker and I went back and returned it 17 days later I had a charge of $35 dollars and I called them to explain what happened and y they charged me they said o because you never returned it I was like I did it was the wrong movie ? The lady said she didn't care and that there's nothing they can do I asked to speak to a supervisor she was rude as well and said that she didn't care the charge was charged and o well ?? I explained it was the wrong movie ! She said ya but rented 5 galaxies and did return it I said Ys but I did return it she said there's no proof o well !! I'm so upset !!!!!

It used to be nice to just go to the REDBOX, and pick up a movie, but when you constantly get the wrong one or its scratched or dont have proper credits that should of been issued. Its time to speak up. If your going to correct an error great. If your going to lie for someone else then make sure your statements match. If someone is do credits do it the right way. Please don't leave someone on hold for 45 minutes and then hang up. This will be reported to BBB and whomever else needs to know.

Where the hell are all the new releases for 9/13/19? STILL not available in my are of Cape Coral, FL 33904. In particular, Iron Sky, Cold Blood, Into the Ashes, The Child Remains and The Utah Cabin Murders. 8 new releases were advertised and only 3 of them were in stock!!! NOT a happy customer!!!!

Worst customer service EVER! Was charged for a rental when I used FREE promo points!!!! Threw my account off too!!! When I called Was basically told, oh well call your bank. In broken English. Someone needs to invent a equivalent competing device!!!

I call today to inform them that i have a movie that is in need of a case what can I do to make that work. The person at the call center was RUDE she keep me on hold so long that I hang up.I call back no one never pick up the phone at all.I never had any problem at all renting movies from the RED BOX.I see that i will be investing my money in a fire stick.So i don't have to put up with RUDE people at all.I have starting talking to me friends about the BAD customer service that I got from the Red Box. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.Some of your need to be retrain on what to do.

I rented 2 movies last week or more.

Checking my bank statement, not only did it show for the original day I rented, but it is now showing a 31.00+ charge..

I teturned both of those dvds on second day..Why in the hell are you charging me for 2 returns..

Contact me soon as yoy have been put on notice of ur error..

If I do nor gear from you by middle if next week, you will hear from my ATTORNEY, plus I will take it to Social network and alert people of ur tactics..

I am a senior citizen and enjoyed getting my movies cheap..
