I had an appointment at Quest Labs at 340 Cobble Drive, Cobblestone Village, St. Augustine, Fl. My appointment was 2:20 pm. I was on time and signed in at the kiosk as instructed. My name appeared on the screen, letting me know I was the next patient to be seen. They could see five patients waiting from the different stations in the back. The employee came out at 3:00 pm, their closing time. He ensured he came out at 3:00 pm to send everyone away. He stated it was closing time. Most people were dropping off specimens, and he would not even take them. He claimed that my name was never on the patient screen, which it was. He continued to take me to the back. I sat on the lab chair, and he told me he could not draw my labs. He said he could not draw them because Quest wanted him to sign out at closing. What was the point of taking me back if he would not remove my labs?
I took time from my job to have this testing done for an upcoming doctor's appointment that I soon have. This was a HUGE waste of time and energy. Since I am in-network with LabCorp, I will begin doing business with them. I will have my doctors send my orders to them instead of Quest. What a joke that they play a video while you sit in the waiting room. The video boast of how kind and courteous they are; Wow!!! There is no truth in this advertisement. They need to stop playing this video unless it is meant to be a comedy. I would not recommend their services to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I went to quest lab 2629 Delaware avenue to have my blood drawn I ride at 7:00 in the morning time I was a walk in I was sitting there they start calling all the walk-in people my name is Linda m another woman came in as Linda j the lab nurse came out and just said Linda I asked her which Linda was she talking about she said whichever one is on the board but at that time it was not showing Linda j which I just came in jumped up and jumped ahead of me and was waited on without no questions and I say this because we are not the same color and I really didn't appreciate it to be disrespected in that type of form special after I had been sitting there for over an hour and that was no apology or nothing when she realized that she had the wrong person why do you have an appointment bored and a walk-in board that you supposed to be going by when you take a Linda j in the place of Linda m and then you have signs stating treat people the way you want to be treated it's not working at 2629 Delaware avenue in Buffalo New York

Have been to 2 locations in the villages Brownwood and Magnolia. I have to say as a retired RN I have never run into so many young people that are incredibly rude and disrespectful. To the point that I have refused and or requested to have another tech do my blood draw. Besides the personality issues, having 2 inch orange pointy fake nails should never be allowed!!
After reading all the other reviews I found that I am not alone.
Please address this problem People do not need to be treated like this.

extremely rude. treated my husband and i like a child. my husband left, called his doctor to request a different company to deal with. this was his second attempt at quest and treated rudely the first time as well. customer service is horrible i would give a zero if i could!

This company is terrible! I went last week and helped customers log into their pad who did not speak English. There was no one at their front desk.'the website is lame and you can't ever get a live person.

Your voice appointments are awful and your ability to reach anyone with complaints is awful. Too big to really care about your customer. Need to find others place for blood test more customer friendly

This West Boynton Beach location has a BIG BIG PROBLEM. (red curly haired woman) Just who does this employee think she is treating people with such rudeness and disrespect? I couldn't believe my eyes and ears! This place is cold as ice with no degree of customer care. NONE! Customers getting yelled at for no good reason and a door slamming shut every two minutes. Quest.......Automation is one thing... now try adding a bit of human kindness. The technician that helped me was kind as she tried to compensate for this other employees bad behavior. Some people should not be allowed to deal with the public. Quest needs a little undercover work... see how your employees are treating your customers... it's not good

The customer service person I spoke with sounded immediately irritated with me, even before I had told her my problem. She at least told me what I needed to know, but I felt like I was a bug she wished she could crush. I was telling her about a problem where I had no idea I had a bill until I got a notice saying it was overdue. It's basic customer service knowledge that you should ensure someone feels heard even if you can't help them. She didn't seem to sympathize with my problem at all and it felt like she was thinking, "Seriously? Why are you telling me this?". I'm really starting to hate this company. The first time I got a bill from them, it was in the form of a text message that looked like a scam. The login to check your bill is weird, too: mine says I have two different accounts, but they're identical. They need to have better communication practices with their customers. I wish my doctor's office used a different company.

Quest is a horrible diagnostic center they take so long for your test results they play with people's lives when they do that hire some people get the job done

Twice already Quest has failed to send my lab results to my doctor, once for myself and once for my husband. Unsure why they have failed to do this but now it has happened twice and that is unacceptable! The information was clearly printed on the document from the doctor that we brought to the lab.

Bllod work from Doctor included PSA test which Quest tech said was not covered and would cost $150. I declined test, tech insisted, I repeated decline, tech gave me a form to sign that I thought was because I declined test. Tech submitted PSA test and was included in my results. Form to to accept responsibility for test. I did not have my reading glasses so i couldn't read form and tech did not tell me what form was. Not I am being billed for the test that I said I didn't want. I complained and Billing says I signed the form so I have to pay. Looks like a scam.

My doctor submitted an order for labs, when I arrived at Quest they did not have it. I have had several doctors order for lab test to not arrive, it is frustrating to drive in to take a test and Quest say they do not have it!!!!!!

My friend who is diabetic has had a horrible time trying to get their lab work done and has had no help from customer service in correcting their own error. My friends insurance paid the $810.61 lab bill within 3 days of receiving it but Quest claims that the bill was never paid and put my friends account into "Collections"and told them that they will not do anything for him until they pay the $810.61 that had already been paid by their insurance.My friend and I both have been providing Quest with proof that the bill was paid by insurance,talking with the insurance company,Quest and even the doctors office.It has been almost 2 months now of getting the run around from Quest and still the issue hasn't been resolved and my friend still can't get their labs done. The employees that work for this company(Quest)are dishonest and unhelpful.They have given us 2 totally different fax numbers,one had an area code 956 or something close to that & The second number they provided was an 800 number.The first woman we spoke to gave the 956 fax number& we faxed the insurance statement that shows the bill was paid.We called Quest after faxing the document and a woman that sounded just like the first woman we spoke to said there was no record of us speaking to the previous woman and told us that the doctors office sent them the incorrect diagnostic codes so we had to have the doctor send them the correct diagnostic codes so they could re-bill the insurance so my friends account would then be removed from "collections" and their balance cleared back to $0. We explained this to the doctor who checked the codes and was just as confused as we were as to why Quest is claiming the bill was not paid. My friend has been getting their labs taken through Quest since they were diagnosed with having Diabetes 3 years prior to this and there was never any problems until now.So now they refuse to help him at all unless he somehow comes up with another $810.61 for the bill that they've already been paid for.This is a nightmare and I'm worried about my friends health every second of the day because the medications they are on require lab tests every couple weeks and it has been 2 months already and issue is still not fixed!Quest could care less that they're putting people's lives in danger, their only concern is taking your money and charging the insurance double which is against the law.They are consumed by greed. I do NOT recommend Quest to anyone in fact I warn everyone I know about their shady business. If you want to deal with honest people, find a different lab because Quest is far from honest and they don't care if your health is in danger because of their error!!

I went to the Carrollton texas office to get a drug test for graduate school
Starting off the employee was flat and rude. When I simply asked for a glove she treated me like a criminal. Inwas 5cc short in urine and told me aggressively I would have to start over. I said I'll have to come back to a different location especially since she was so rude. I will never be back to this location and I'm sorry for the people who have to work with that woman. If you hate your job so much find something else.

You continue to bill me for something that is covered by insurance. This has happened multiple times. I work full time and cannot continue to hold on .....

In Mid-January 2023 I was sent to Quest Diagnostics located at Fort Harrison to a series of lab tests. When I arrived I was provided with the cost of each procedure by the staff person drawing the blood. Based on my insurance I was provided with the total cost and the patient responsibility cost which I paid using my debit card. There were to be no additional costs billed to me at a later date. However, someone at the business signed me up for some type of easy payment plan without my authorization and they have been raiding my HSA account fraudulently. On three occasions ii have been billed additional charges and when I contact them via email they offer no explanation. I have had to cancel my debit card to stop this company from stealing my money. I am sure that there are other citizens who are being robbed by this company.

Employees of Quest in the Genesee County, Michigan area think their time is more important than that of others. I am the sole care giver of both of my parents plus I work full time. My time IS important! All I needed to do was to drop off a sample of urine for my mom. I was met at the door by a very sterile person who really didn't care about anything but the Quest procedure. AND the person this employee was calling for was not present. Gee she had time to help out but NOPE, I had to sign in and wait. Another female employee came out (after I had signed in) and called for another patient who also was not present. I asked if I could leave the urine sample with her. She said no that someone would come out and get me. The sample was fully marked with my mothers information so why the wait. These two females had NO ONE else to help. The office was empty except for a man waiting for his wife. I think it's high time another business gives Quest some competition as their attitudes are too high and mighty. Life doesn't revolve around you, Quest employees!! The people you serve are people, real people! They don't need to have robots waiting on them who don't give a rip.

Other than the wait time, my review is about the lack of compassion and customer service for ilderly patients who can't navigate computerized appointments, kiosks, or the lack of a person to speak to at Quest sites. Quest is not the place for these people. On my recent visit, I watched a little old man with no appointment try to get help. He could barely shuffle around, said he had tried to call and make appointment without success and then was told there was no guarantee of service without an appointment. I live in Florida where there is an over-abundance of seniors. Since these patients make up a large volume of their business, you would hope could find a way to better serve these patients. Some day, those who serve will need to be served so I hope they can understand how they may be in the same positions some day and will not like the treatment they receive just because they are old. Where is the leadership at Quest?

INCREDIBLY SICK. Exposed to COVID. BAD symptoms and high risk senior. Took test at Rite Aid. Waiting to hear if I should go start treatment....Test results promised next day.. 48 hours have passed. Nothing indicates in MYQUEST website that test has even been received. Called pharmacymacy...pharmacy gave special quest number to call. On hold 15 minutes. First girl took all information, then passed the call. Second support woman asked for all information again in a VERY irritated manner. I could hardly speak but was completely kind and questioning when I would receive results. Support woman was rude and kept saying ...they have to pick it up...and I ke-t saying...I had the test two days ago...and support person said...well, they have to pick it up. I said...Rite Aid said they picked up test on Tuesday...she said in a SNIDE manner...well you should have the results tonight. You know,...this is a customer service position in which staff are dealing with significantly Sick and elderly people...This woman acted like she owned the company, and that I was worthless. WOW! Rite AID....GET ANOTHER LAB SERVICE. THIS WAS AWFUL.

Very bad customer services .I overpaid for a bill and I needed to call many times and get transferring of calling. Waiting so long. No serious company.
