Also... Forgot To Mention... Both My Units Were Gone Thru And So Many Items Are Missing!!! They Broke My Lock Because I Was Late On Payment And Took Advantage Of That Opportunity To Steal My Personal Belongings!! It Was Obvious As Soon As I Opened The Unit That It Had Been Searched- It Was So..so..obvious!

Public Storage located @ 1531 Ramona in Corona is one of the worst Storage Facilities I have ever dealt with. The Manager "Krystal" is the most NEGATIVE & RuDE person anyone can deal with. There's another girl whom works there as well... I dont knoe her name but she has a Tattoo of a Rose behind her ear! She is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL. She CUSSED at me calling me a "Dumb Bi**h" and kept giving me the finger. All because I asked her "Why" was it that she needed to confirm firm my locks! She threatened to call the Police on me because we started recording her. Both Krystal and this girl are Unprofessional and NEED to be replaced! There are MANY girls out there who would do the job BETTER than those two! Public Storage should be ASHAMED for having employees like that represent their company name! Bad...Bad...Bad!!!

IF YOU ARE RENTING AS BUSINESS STORAGE STAY AWAY

BEEN there 25 years , never paid late but still paying more for the same size unit than someone there for only a year.

Gate broken AGAIN. THEIR SOLUTION, padlock the gate so businesses can not get in until management unlocks it at 9:30 in the morning.

I've been with public storage for seven long years. I have never missed a payment. My funds a not much and I have been paying at the end of the month. I love this company for Thayer very thoughtful
they always try to work with their faithful customers. KIM AND AMANDA in the Heritage public storage area are golden. I RATE THEM BOTH 5 STAR. BUT the manager who goes by the name Linda was quit DISRESPECFUL towards me today April 29th 2022 when I came to pay my bill. SHE is quite unpleasant. She even WENT AT FAR AS MAKING very disturbing accusations. But I took the high road. I felt care on ease and on satisfied she lack professionalism and kindness. Linda works at the 408 WELSHWOOD Dr in Nashville TN public storage on welshwood dr. I won't be go back to her office to pay my she hurts my feelings moreover, she treated me in a disrespectful manner.

This is a criminal enterprise. They took my payment then sold my unit anyway. Now, the manager is trying to extort more money from me by holding my other unit hostage. Nobody will answer my calls and I don't know what to do!!

HORRIBLE PREDATORY PRACTICES!!! Seems their predatory business model is to lure in victims with low introductory prices. Afterward they raise rental prices at an alarming rate. Seems they calculate people would pay the increases versus the hassle of moving. For example, my rental prices increased twice in 2021 by a total of 20%. Not a single penny invested in the facility over years I rented. I rented from the location on Stickman Rd in Wake Forest NC for 7 years. Instead of valuing a long term customer, they abuse them with continual price increases - someone renting today gets a much lower rate than a long-term renter!! To top all this off, if you have an issue with billing, they guarantee you will never speak to a person that can make a decision. First inept office manager sends you to Customer Service that has no authority to make any decisions. If you press them enough, they will tell you to call the "District Sales Manager" (Michael) at 919-746-9879. All his calls go to an answering machine -- guess what, he never returns your call. I recommend you read the numerous reviews with 1 star, because they all highlight these same issues you can fully expect if renting from this "company"!

Sorry can't say anything nice about my experience with public storage
They didn't have decency to notify me they were selling my stuff
They failed to properly notify me of their intentions
I was in he hosp recovering ( some recovery to learn after the fact they vacated my unit and disposed of my car legal documents which is a crime
My advice to anyone is
Don't store your belongings with them

Hi,I'm having a serious problem with the storege i rent from in New Orleans Louisiana.
I went in and made a payment on,6,6,2021, but yet they're contacting me telling me that they did not receive my payment. I went back and spoke with the exact lady that i made my payment to,and she told me that she must have applied my payment to the wrong account, and that she had to get in touch with her GM,to find out what to do about a situation such as this. The assured me that they would contact me lator that day, but no one contacted me. I received a message via email, telling me that I'd missed the payment and i had a late fee.

Public storage is cut my luck at two week intervals when they're supposed to wait 30 days after they notify you that they're going to cut lock my my roof had been cut open and left that way for three months now I went to move out today my stuff was molded mildewed broken and stuff was missing. People you have a right contact the Federal trade commission and also the fraud in business commission. if anything everybody could go together and start a class action suit because there's no telling what all these people have destroyed and why were they letting someone crawl around in the Attic to cat mine and other people's ceilings and the electricity there.

today April 2nd 2020 .... during a dangerous worldwide pandemic .... I received a harassing phone call from public storage where they demanded I physically go and place a lock on my unit (my last lock was forcibly removed because my credit card on-file was renewed and thus the charge was declined, however I immediate paid and updated credit card information once I was aware). I cannot believe how public storage is willing to put clients at RISK
...... once I argued that it's dangerous they "backed off" but the harassing phone call had already happened ..... I don't understand the lack of consciousness for the situation we're living

Second Time In The Six Months I've Had The Storage Unit That I Have Been Randomly Put On Autopay Without Consent And Due To That Have Been Charged Twice. This Is Also The Second Time That It Has Taken Over A Week To Get My Payment Reversed. The First Time This Happened The Guy On The Phone Told Me That It Would Take So Long To Get My Money Back I Might As Well Jsut Leave It In There To Pay The Next Month. I Wish I Would Have Never Rented Storage Here And Will Be Moving Out Shortly.

This Review Is For The Public Storage On Cherry Ave In Long Beach Ca. The Rude, Unprofessional Manager Named Tina Couldent Put Her Burrito Down For 1 Second To Talk To Me And Started Cursing At Me For No Reason. What Manger Comes From Behind The Glass With A Mouth Full Of Food To Talk To A Customer. My Mom Passed Away And Im Her Only Son. Public Storage Gave Me A Form To Get Notoraized Which I Did With A Copy Of The Death Certificate. On The Death Certificate, It Shows That Im Her Next Of Kin, Im Her Only Son. Also On The Death Certificate It Says She Is Divorced. They Still Wont Let Me In My Moms Storage But Will Let Her Ex Husband In Which Makes No Senses Because They Are Divorced!!. I Even Have The Divorce Papers To Show He Gets Nothing. But No Manger Tina Couldent Stop Showing Food In Her Fat Face To Comprhend This. My Mom Would Be Rolling Over In Her Grave If They Knew What Kind Of Company Does This. Who Gives Access To A Ex Husband But Not The Next Of Kin!!!!. My 2 Year Old Son Can Do A Better Job Then The Manger There. I Want My Pictures And My Moms Memintoes Which Me Being The Son Should Already Have Access Too. I Cannot Put My Mom Down Peacefully Untill I Gather All My Moms Belonings Which This Place Is Not Letting Me. Oh Plus I Have The Gate Code, Both Of The Storage Keys And Her Drivers License. You Would Think After Telling The Manger Tina About This She Would Put The Burrito Down And Talk To Me But Nope!!! She Didnt Care My Mom Passed!!! She Is The Rudest Person I Have Ever Encounterd In My Life!! Don't come here. These people are scam artists. I left my storage unlocked intentionally because I did not want my stuff anymore. I came back three days later to close the account. When I get there my pin for the gate was not working. However when I spoke to the receptionist I found out my lock was replaced with one of theirs. Than I was told that I needed to pay 80$ to remove my Belongings or "trash" from the unit. So I angrily pay the 80$ and low and behold most of my stuff was gone except a few large peices. So Naturally I remove them. What struck me as the most odd was I never called about my lock being replaced. I was never called about my unit being open. Nor was I called about my belongings missing. I was however called about a fee if the account was not closed on time. I was told a day not a time. So when I showed up an hour before the campus closed I was very surpised that my code did not work. I was extremely mad that my lock was replaced as well. It seemed like the unit was locked with out my knowledge so that the company could charge me 80$. I really see no other reason for this stady behavior..they can claim policy this and policy that. But I talked to the local tenants and I was not the first victim of this storage scam.

The district manager for Van Nuys, his name is Pedro is very rude and no customer relation. He does not know how to speak to customer at all, am surprised is a distinct manager, he need to go and learn how to speak to people without giving attitude and respect, he is very rude.

Your Storage on S. Cobb Dr. In Atlanta, Ga. Will lose a lot of money, because of the woman that you've hired there! I waited a LONG TIME for her to show up! She complained that her mother was sick or some such thing, but she smelled like a distillery! She was rude, and when other people who were waiting, saw what shape she was in THEY LEFT...along with ME! I remember her name is SHEILA....she will, again be the reason your storages are NOT FILLED!

The public storage on New Halls Ferry is terrible have been trying to get in my unit for three months they gave us the wrong keys first then made us pay for another lock. Come back a week later and still cant get in my unit the manager wint respond just horrible customer service once I get my things I would never recommend this facility just ghetto

My name is Cynthia Goddard and I've had a rental storage unit for almost 2 years and my rent has been raised as other storages don't do this your manager Darnell keeps sending notices to my friend Vera Watkins in California as she doesn't appreciate it and I've told your worker already please stop sending her my personal business this is out of control and I struggle to pay my unit late fees I am totally disabled and receive Social security payment I had paid what Icould last month and I went to the property to get my winter clothes and other extremely important documents that I needed and my code wouldn't work therefore it costs myself alot of money to get copies of my personal information inside the unit which isn't excetable this needs to stop !

No, Don't Do It. Don't Use That Public Storage in Austin, TX. Service starts Okay, Then Becomes Awful as That One Lady is Rude & Lazy. If You Want Storage, Stick with U-Haul or Uncle Bob's Self Storage.
