the Popeye location in Texarkana Ark is the absolutely worst. I stopped by on 1/13/24 and placed a 30.00 order for chicken thru the drive through. When I got to the window I asked if they would add 1 biscuit to the order only to be told by the manager that add on's could not be done at the window! Are you kidding me, I pay for 30.00 worth of food and I cant get a biscuit? I contacted the Popeyes chat screen only to be offered a 5.00 coupon!

I bought a 3 piece chicken, once I took the 3rd bite I had a long string of hair in my mouth. When we took it back the ignorant manager claimed I ate half of it and refused my refund. I explained to her that it was the 3rd bite when I found it, instead of refunding my money she got nasty and took the chicken and threw it in the garbage as I was standing there. She then told me that she wasn't going to refund anything to me. This is the Popeyes on 9 mile and Kelly in Eastpoint Mi. Beware if you don't mind plucking your own food.

The Collinsville Illinois restaurant is the worst, they don't speak to you in the drive through, it takes 30 or more mins to receive food , then the order is still wrong! , today January 13th 2024 I went to Popeyes and it was at least 10 cars in the drive through, no one ever came to the speaker to take order so cars started speeding off , I said hello at least 5 times... nothing at all so I pull to the window not a worker in sight ... no one ever came, that is beyond ridiculous and sad, this happens very often, horrible customer service I don't even know why that location is still open

We just got our first Popeyes in town roughly within the last year. I've been 3 times all through the drive thru and each time there has only been 1 car in front of me. Every time I have been it has been around 8:00pm and has always taken more than 30 min to get my food. Just. Small combo meal at that. I sat in line tonight for 30 min before someone even took my order. The girl working was very nice I will say but why is it that it takes this long every time. I hope corporate reads these comments that people write and maybe train the employees correctly to be more efficient. And another thing which is probably worse. You might want to tell the employees that walk out the back door right where the drive thru line is that it's probably not a good look or idea to be out there smoking cigarettes while people order there food. It's disgusting. Not planning on ever going back to a Popeyes. NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR NEW FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN TOWN. Definitely not fast

I am writing today to report you restaurant in Carbondale IL. This store is absolutely disgusting on multiple levels. First, it is filthy. Secondly, it is completely unprofessional and gives the Popeye Corporation a bad name. Lastly, the food is below standards for a restaurant of equal character. Last month, my son and I went into the store to order two meals. There was only one other person waiting besides us when we ordered. As we waited several other people came in and ordered their food. All of us were waiting. There were 6 employees on at the time. After we gave our order we heard something crash in the back and all the employees went running back there and started laughing. We, however, continued to wait for our order. After 30 mins I went to the counter to inquire about my food and the working the register lady said "Oh" and quickly got our order. Once we got the food it was absolutely disgusting. It was cold and they gave my son a child size (soggy) french fries. I would also like to point out an observation: The line cook made an over abundance of chicken which I thought was unusual considering there was hardly anyone there. I suppose your company is use to a large amt of wasted products... or products that are conveniently taken home with the employess at the end of the night. Today, my son (who is 31 y/o) called to tell me to say that he ate there again and that when he got his order it was wrong. He ordered a three piece chicken meal with french fries and a soda. What he received was chicken and two tubs of gravy. No potatoes and not fries. So he took it up to the counter and they said they would fix it... but it never came so when he asked about it, a very aggressive rude unprofessional male informed my son he was a liar and he "wouldn't be havin' non of that". The guy did eventually give my son the french fries her ordered but he also cause my a lot of embarrassment too. I am literally appalled at the horrific management of this restaurant your corporation has allowed in my town. It does not represent our town well. I want you to know what is going on. I don't care if you ever write me back. I don't want a dime from you. I will not eat there and I will be sure to let the community also know that they should not eat there.

Went to popeyes in florissant mo on Lindbergh Blvd on December 31st. Went to the bathroom toilet paper everywhere trash can over filling pee in the toilet and the seat had toilet paper on it that's been peen on also black residue on the seat. There was a can of Raid and other chemicals on the sink counter. Feel free to email me for pictures I did take some.

I ordered over 100.00 in food and I asked the manager if everything was in the bag he said yes rudely and rushed me out the door. I was missing 2 large red beans and rice.

I'm so disgusted with the workers at Popeyes. I ordered my food at the drive through and when I pulled up, one of the workers was lending over a counter and all I saw was his draws! That was not what I wanted to see. And the young man at the window forgot to give me my soda. I have been calling the store but the mailbox is full and corporate number isn't in service. What's going on with Popeye???

Popeyes in Hiram Ga. 30141 needs new management very rude. I ordered a 8 ct. Nugget meal she thought I ordered 8 piece meal and wouldn't change it at window was very rude about it.

I really like the new wings but the issue is they just pour some sauce on top, and today they were room temperature. Not even a little bit warm. That isn't right.

Went to the drive-through and placed my order. Went to the next window and paid. She asked me to pull up. Put my car in park. Turned my car off after a while. I went in the store. As soon as I came in the manager asked if I was waiting for an order. I said yes I've been waiting a while. She asked me what I had ordered. I told her my order and it was ready in 1 minute. As I went out she was telling her staff that if they park a car they can't forget about them. HA,HA,Ha. POPEYES ON BROAD STREET Around 5:30 p.m. NO RECIEPT!

Worst experience ever. While the chicken was excellent the order was completely wrong. Wanted a 3 piece regular with coleslaw but they were out of coleslaw and a 4 piece spicy with red beans but they were out of those too so I settled for fries. When I got home I had a 3 piece regular and no fries and a 4 piece regular not spicy and once again no fries. Will not be going back.

After several attempts to make a catering order online failed, i went to the store on Broadway in Baltimore MD and attempted to place the same order. I was told that they do not honor what is online and the price was different. I even showed her that 75 pieces were $99 online but she insisted that the price was $159. i paid it because the event was about to start. They would not answer the phone and when i called the complaint number it stuck me in a loop. I really want to know if your company will justify this problem.

Don't place no doordash orders at Popeyes Louisiana kitchen 8100 Manchester Rd, Brentwood, MO 63144 two times I went to go pick the order up they said they don't have the items to make the order Saturday night or and tonight told me somebody else picked the order up and was laughing with their co-workers I heard over the mic.

Just ate a Popeyes in Laurel Ms. I must say the cashier was most unfriendly, and actually the whole crew was loud and very disrespectful to your customers. After I ordered I decided I wanted something else, went back up to order and of all the 5 people I saw , no one offered to wait on me, several looked at me, never called anyone to the front. , Finally someone walked toward me and I said I wanted to order something else to go with my order, she said ok and turned toward the food part and never looked at me again. I walked back to my seat, and didn't order the extra thing I wanted. My mom and I were eating and several people came back with wrong order. You need to talk to your manager about this nonsense behind the counter. Every person who walks thru your doors should feel welcomed, we didn't at all. Time for a meeting, as as mom said!

I just went to ur Popeyes drive thru I order 3 pieces of chicken they gave me 1 leg 2 thighs the thighs look like they were from a pigeon but when I look at it it was a half tender with lots of breading so I call Popeyes about my order and the person said they couldn't do anything cause they were 3 pieces in the box and no napkins I took pictures I won't b going back to any Popeyes anymore

My experience at the Culver City Westfield Mall at Popeyes was horrible the employees stood and talked to each other very casually while customers stood in line.My chicken nugget combo was given to me without nuggets.When I spoke to the server she acted like I was trying to jip grout of something.I spoke to the manager but he was very indifferent. SERVICE WAS VERY BAD.NOT LIKE SERVICE IN PAST YEARS.

I was at tge Popeyes in Lincoln Nebraska today and the cashier seemed to me to be a drugie. He could talk right, his eyes were half shut, he was sniffing a lot. I will not be going back again if this is the kind of people working there.

My husband and I had dinner at your restaurant located at 6203 Saratoga Corpus Christi, TX 78414 and we experienced the worst conversation between 2 Popeyes employees on their break. There were so many 4 letter words exchanged including the "F" word which was said multiple times, and loudly. We were trying to enjoy our dinner but the language was horrible. We are not prude but these two representatives of Popeyes were in uniform. At one point a team leader or manager asked the more aggressive of the 2 (who was doing most of the foul mouth talking) to watch his language because there were patrons around him. He seemed to have no care about anyone around him. The pair who were on break went back to work. I didn't get to see the names of the 2 but the more aggressive one is easily identifiable by his many tattoos on his face and body. I truly don't see how this restaurant is going to stay open with employees like these 2 as representatives of Popeyes. I will make sure to go elsewhere and hope more customers do as well.

On my ticket #647 at the Popeyes off of pleasant Grove road in Rogers Arkansas this store has got to be the slowest store and worst customer service because you can never reach them on the phone tried to call and somebody hung up after asking to speak to a manager and then called four more times after that and nobody picked up until the very last of the fourth call not very good customer service on top of ordering almost $50 worth of food on Saturday 10-21-23 and only getting half of my sandwich correct ordered a #3 came home wasting my gas coming home to find out I have to turn around to go get another sandwich because they forgot the bacon and cheese that wasn't a very hard request to put on the #3 but they just shoved a chicken sandwich in there and called it good this isn't the first time that I've had issues with this restaurant somebody probably needs to look into this place and get it on track to where it should be. Always super slow and getting the right food is a challenge.

The Popeye's in Wilson,N.C. has really disappointed me. The fries were cold, the chicken was very greasy. So Greasy the bread was soggy. I took 2 bites of the sandwich and throws the rest away. I was to far away from the restaurant to return to ask for a refund. This was my second time going to that Popeyes and I was disappointed each time.

I am so tired of our Popeyes store in Hurst TX on 183 giving me the wrong order!!! They don't have enough people working there so the lobby is closed. I told the drive through guy I wanred spicy three times and he kept saying classic. When I got home it was not the right parts. There were `1 pieces as requested but was mostly white meat and two wings. My wife and I order dark meat and Spicy!!! I went to McCalisters the next day and while telling the worker there how frustrating it is she said it happened to her on the same Sunday!!! We love Popeyes and when I go inside I can check my order.The receipt the guy had in the bag had three receipts and they all said classic. I assume he did not have spicy and gave me whatever was available. He should be fired!!!

I was very disappointed in my order from Popeyes in Waycross GA. I ordered a 12 piece dinner and waited 10 minutes for it to be cooked and when I got home with it, it was not even close to what I ordered. I called back and spoke with Gabriel, he took my name and said it would be replaced. I called today to get the reorder but the person on the phone was so rude I just told him to keep his chicken I didn't have to listen to his rudeness so he hung up on me. This was the store on US1. Needless to say I am done with Popeyes.
