Popeye's Customer Service Complaints - page 3

I was very disappointed in my order from Popeyes in Waycross GA. I ordered a 12 piece dinner and waited 10 minutes for it to be cooked and when I got home with it, it was not even close to what I ordered. I called back and spoke with Gabriel, he took my name and said it would be replaced. I called today to get the reorder but the person on the phone was so rude I just told him to keep his chicken I didn't have to listen to his rudeness so he hung up on me. This was the store on US1. Needless to say I am done with Popeyes.

The location at 35th ave and Greenway in Phoenix, AZ is ridiculous slow. I placed an online order. I waited 20 minutes before going to pick it up. When I arrived I was told they didn't have an order for me. I produce multiple confirmations that I had placed an order. I then waited an additional 40 minutes for my food. And when I arrived home I realized I didn't even have everything I had ordered. NEVER eating Popeyes again.

Ordered 3pcs meal at Joo Koon Popeyes,take away.my order number 0081.ordered times 6.37pm .when I reached home ,realised only two pcs chicken and whipped potatoes .one 7-up .bad service .dine in costumers only one couple and one young guy ,total 3 customers.kitchen not busy still serve wrong foods.discounted w their service.

Orders 2 chicken sandwiches with extra pickle, a mac and cheese and a large lemonade. We were so disappointed as the sandwiches were unnaturally Cole, especially the buns. The mac and cheese tasted old and not very appealing. The lemon acid tasted odd and off. Maybe it too was old. We are at the Popeyes in Eastgate Ohio. The young lady working the window was short in speaking and trusted our food out of the window. We thanked he and aye never responded. Overall, not a good dining experience at all.

Totally incapable of servicing the Hermitage Tn area (37076 ). On several occasions ( weekends or weekdays) I have been told I would have to wait 6 or so minutes fo them to fry the wings. And then when I order through Door Dash instead of 12 classic wings I get 8. Besides that the wings are so tiny their mini drummettes. This should not be so at a chicken restaurant not enough chicken prepared at a chicken restaurant is poor management. And trying to shorten the amount paid for is robbery.

Paid alost $4 for a small french fries that had 18 french fries. Fryed in old oil. Thats ridicules

I ordered 12 wings if they were to get any smaller I would just get chicken fingers,it's all about big corporate not about the customer any more.nothing like putting your self out of business

We had the WORST experience at the Popeye's location here in Saint Louis Mo at Popeye's
located at 3624 Telegraph Rd. With 5 employees NO drive-thru customers, 3 in the store one lady ordered 5 pieces of chicken and wanted a side of Mack&Cheese but was told it was frozen ( I am amazed at 2:45pm on a Friday night you could not get Mack&Cheese ?? ) I also heard the gentlemen in front of us checking their order and not given their Mashed Potatoes and still waiting.Now we ordered a quart of gravy upon reaching our home it was only half full trying calling the store but it just continued to ring NO one would pick up. To BAD some body didn't want to place a order. I fell that they were just

Please train your workers at 2802 Wrightsboro Road, Augusta, GA. Their customer service skills are horrible. The young lady at the register taking orders had a very unpleasant look (no greeting or smile for the customers). After I placed and paid for my order I noticed an entire stack of coupons right in front of her register. I could have saved several dollars if she had been polite enough to point them out to me. A few minutes later another young lady handed my order to me and did not even look in my direction - no "thank-you, have a nice day, etc." - nothing! Please provide some on the job training for these young people who apparently have no home training!!! By the way, I am 76 years old!

I went to Popeyes# 12028 chicken in Graham, NC on 09142023. Order# 88 which was the 8pc dark meal, legs and thighs, popcorn shrimp combo, 2 drinks and a 1/2 gallon sweet tea, total= $48.84.

Get home, check bag, I have 2 legs, 1 thigh, 3 breast. I go there because I love the chicken, but they never give you what you order. I assumed after driving 30 mins home, I could call and explain what happened, but NO one ever answers phone.
Why can't there be people working that are trained to know the different parts of chicken? I did not get asked if I would accept other pieces due to low items.

I went through drive thru on university Blvd today at 6:27. My order made me sick. It was dry, unflavored and not spicy at all. The chicken sandwiches I also ordered were horrible. We did not eat the dinner. I won't be going back to your business. I want my order to be refunded in the amount of 28.44. It was not worth it. The server was maria wences and my order number is #43. I keep all receipts. Someone get back to me on my request.

Alright!!!!!! here we go with this b*******., I'm going to have to start cooking because I'm going to end up really embarrassing one of these counter persons taking your orders and the manages ain't worth s*** by letting them do it, how in the f*** are you going to have a attitude because I asked for fries with my dinner everybody in the back on the f****** phone texting or looking on Facebook or Instagram it was some little straps and the fry holder and she tried to give me those after she closed my box and went back there looked at the monitor and nobody was going to make fries so she came back around open my box up was going to try to give me them rags and straps that's been sitting there for a minute and you can tell it's barely enough to give a customer any and I told her don't give me no straps just give me a mashed potatoes and gravy this little I'm not going to call out her name but how can you have an attitude you trying to give a customer some f***** up food and the customer sees you and I tell you I don't want those straps so you take the mashed potatoes and gravy and throws it in the bag and as I'm getting my drink I see you scraping the fry holder and throwing them in the trash and you know those was some trashy ass fries from the start and tried to give them to me..
Popeye's up here on Northwest expressway and Wilshire I hate to call out somebody business but again it's the manager fault for letting this s*** happen when you know you have a counter person who ain't worth s*** and you keep them there because you don't have no help..

Today my wife and I went to Popeye's on Bell Road in Surprise Az. It was 2 PM we tried to order 2 Classic Chicken Sandwiches. We were told they had no classic or spicy only blackened chicken available. It is hard to believe there weren't any other chicken sandwiches available at 2 in the afternoon. This isn't the first time we've been disappointed at this location.

I love Popeye's chicken but hate the long wait every time I think the drive thru is not busy! Today, there was 1 car ordering as I sat behind them 10 minutes. A (woman's) voice asked for my order and when I began placing my order, a man asked me to wait please which I did for another 5 minutes. Once I ordered and paid for my meal, a young man asked me to pull in a parking space as my 2 apple pies were almost ready and they will bring them to me. I waited in my car another 10 minutes and two other cars pulled next to me. When a man came out he asked me what I ordered and handed me a bag and the car next to me a bag. I had ordered the family size 10 piece chicken with mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and 5 biscuits with a side of buttermilk ranch and honey mustard. I asked for extra crispy but received 5 pieces of old/cold chicken and 5 pc extra crispy. I have ordered inside and it seemed there were enough employees but apparently they are not coordinated and every time I buy chicken at the Wesley chapel store the service is so slow I regret wasting so much time sitting in line and waiting. Is a manager on duty if so they are not training the employees to be attentive to details, repeating the order and insuring everything is "in the bag" before giving to the customer.

I do not frequent your store as much as I would like as customer service has never improved since you first opened this store.....

My order no was 6084 Brighton Outlet 2nd September 2023 time 08:32 ,I ordered the meals attached below however I was missing six pieces of chicken and biscut and cajun gravy.
I ordered normal fries with my meal but they gave seasoned one.
They just messed up my complete order.
Definitely will never suggest to others and myself

Arrived at Popeye's Swannanoa, NC location. Ordered off the menu with no changes. Wa advised that the drink machine was broken, so I could not order that. Visa card taken at the drive-thru window and then I was asked to pull forward as they were just "dropping" the blackened chicken into the fryer for 3 minutes. 10 minutes later, my order came out. Four persons were lined up at the drive-thru window with their own issues. Sorry, but this location has had issues since it opened...inside dining room sometimes closed; lack of items ready for fast-food type delivery. Unlikely to try this location again, and the only other Asheville location appears to be on Airport Road far away. The only positive was the young man who finally delivered the simple, small order apologized for the wait.

8/24/23 I ate at popeyes on 9th st Salina Kansas today.following is my experience. 10:30 am after waiting over 15 min and watching customer after customer shake the frond door to find it locked and drive off. I then callled Popeyes to get a recording that it was the convenience store connected to Popeyes, finaly I get the correct extension. I then tried to order. What do you know out of red beans and rice no biscuit, no napkins, had to ask two times for my drink. I finally got my cup and quess what no ice.

I ate at Popeyes chicken on Manchester rd . The chicken was good but the restaurant was filthy, floor was not clean, drink machine leaking on floor, went to take abwe in men's bathroom stuck so bad I had to leave, no paper towels somebody should call health department floors had all kinds of particulates under drink machine . No telling what it looks like behind the were they prepare the food

When we pulled up all the workers were outside the PA system to order food was not working and you always have to wait for food they are never in uniform I believe this Popeyes is so desperate they hire anybody smdh bad service will not go again (Auburn street in Rockford )

We just stopped on a trip at a Popeye's in Vienna Georgia. The exterior of the building was deplorable!! The grass was knee-high. I didn't even want to go in but my husband just really wanted spicy chicken. The inside was just as bad: missing bench seats at several tables, peeling wallpaper, a general horribly unkept appearance!! I was glad I couldn't see the kitchen! The mashed potatoes had hardly any gravy and the food was barely warm! It was the worst experience ever at a Popeyes! Just absolutely disgraceful!

I am writing you because your manager at Centerton Popeyes up set me very much to why we were dining in your restaurant. We saw a woman in the back yelling at another employee. Telling then to shut up 3 times the only one we hear was her big mouth.When we got done this woman was up front so I ask her if she was the manager and she said she was .I told her I would never work for someone that talked to me the way she was talking.I would have walked out .I am 64 years old have work fast food all my life .This woman was out of line .You never talk to team members or yell .The food was good but that will keep us from going back .Sad that boss think they can talk to teem members this was .
