I have purchased a lot of car parts when, I lived in California. After moving to Idaho falls. Every car part I need is special order, three to four days out and want me to pay for the shipping. I am now buying my parts down the road at AutoZone. Today was another fine example wanting sparkplug wires.

I would like to know why you can't look up parts on the internet. I have tried several times an says this doesn't math anything.Mahle F12336 exhaust gasket. You can't even get into exhaust system on the internet. Do ya'll stock exhaust parts

I ordered my parts the day before and I received a email that there ready and went to pick the up the lady at the counter was really rude and when I told her I had a online class order rather then ask for my ID like every other time she tells me I need to bring up the order on my phone so I did it for her and she told me she didn't even need it then she called her colleague they started speaking in Spanish then they told me they didn't have any parts when I ordered the parts because they were in stock and they told me I had to wait laughing I feel like I was being treated this way because of my color of skin . It was at 4511 calumet ave ,46327, gammon Indiana

WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Firetower road location in Greenville NC. They refused to take the battery out of the car for my elderly mother 75 years old. Told her she needed to get it out of the car and bring it in the store for them to help her with it! Are you kidding me??? I called them since I'm 2 hours away and ask can you get the battery out for her and they say NO we can't do that. Anyone reading this should take note that Advance Auto and Auto Zone are right down the street and both are great to deal with and that's exactly what I did. O'Reilly Auto should be ashamed to treat the elderly this way.

Worst service in tMission Tx business 83 .
Called today 10/7/20 for brake pads 8:10 am store clerk put me on hold an had me on hold for 10 min. someone else answered the phone an said they had computer problems hung up on me an did not bother to askewhat I needed. I call d back to tell them that need brake pads for my truck. I left them my name and Phone number to call me back no one called me back to tell me they were still having problems with the computers at 1:15 in the afternoon. A phone call to let me know that they were still having problems would have been nice. No follow up with customers not good for business. I'll just take this one as a bad store and try another one. Let's see what happens.

On the way home from full day of driving from Florida and just as we were about 150 miles from Dallas, our van started making strange noises as we applied the brakes. Highly startled by the noise, we pulled over to Oreilly's auto parts In Kilgore , Texas. ( Freddy, an Oreilly associate helped diagnose the problem and
went back into the store to look for the part. Oreilly didn't carry it so he called Autozone and even drove over there to pay for the part himself.
Meanwhile, another customer stopped to help replace the brake pads and used the part Freddy bought. We were very grateful and relieved. Freddy went beyond his duty as an employee to help us. First , by personally buying the part and refused to take our money. And second, by overseeing the customer assist us in replacing the brake pad. Upon closing at 9:00 pm Saturday (8/15/2020)Freddy even gave us his number in case we had any questions .
Oreilly should be very proud to have an honest and caring team member. And we , as a family of 8 tired travelers are extremely fortunate to meet Freddy Saturday night on August 15,2020. He saved us from being stranded 150 miles from home , weary from a long hot day of driving. One small act of kindness, meant a lot to us! Thank you again to Freddy!

Notice your stores are open and keeping same hours during this co-vid crisis. Think of employees exposure in not staying home. At least consider changing hours to only daytime 8a-5p. Employees who haven't yet contracted co-vid19 are probably exhausted filling in for other employees that are sick. Praying God will lead you to help your employees stay home and stay safe!

I went In o really in baton rouge LA on plank rd went in On Sunday around 3-330 the guy didn't want to sell me the spark plugs for my car I called first before coming a lady answered told me what to get for My Lexus the guy wouldn't sell me any so I left went to advance auto. If I don't have the money for 80 dollar spark plugs I don't have to get them.

I currently hqve two major complaints.i cuurently have an orielys card and give my card or phone number each time i make a purchase. I frequently go to the same store and know most of the workers by face at least.im hobbiest painters and buy paint and equipment there. So, to the point. I go in with a bad tool i bought in just the last few weeks and would like a return or replace. I told the manager right off that the reciept was destroyed i was sorry but i should be able to chase back the rewards card for the purchase. Not only was it not there but it couldnt be found along with dozens of other purchases not only in the last few weeks on the day of the tool purchase but for years!! So even though i know the guys, the tool was sold there and has model and serial number right on the side NOTHING COULD BE DONE. Its like a game and if you dont have the reciept your tossed like it didnt even happen. Now i bought the tool there it was an inline sander on sale for aprox. 50 regular 79 i know of no one else in the area selling this brand. What the hell,,i get the reciept thing on some parts or cleaners for what ever reason but i bought it there i couldnt get else where my reward card is a joke and improperly loged, for years. So,, your card can be messed up, your computers messed up, your employees unresponsible, and the tool sold a bad buy even discounted but since i dont have a reciept all your inconsistencies are lost over a fricken reciept that should have been easily tracked through your system 3 different ways. Uh,,,, i feel ripped off. Fricken help me solve this issue so i can at least get the damn tool replaced

You probably don't care. In the Choctaw Ok store you have a smartass punk working there. I will no longer buy parts from your store because of his attitude. Good thing autozone is right down street they will be getting my business now.

I was put on hold for almost 30 mins and then the guy just hung up the phone never looked up my order I ask for the manager and he put me on hold again for ten more mins and then he told me to call back tomorrow.

I went to buy a alternator ....took it home...wow gave me wun for a six cylinder...pissed off I went to return it and they said I couldn't because it's been used ! My lawyer will hear about this!!!really can't take a 120 hit for your own mistake????? Terrible!!!

I went to the Paola, Ks Oreilly, and was treated very poorly. We frequent this store often but today was not a good experience, there were 2 employees and the one who waited on me voiced out loud several times to several customers that he had not seen his manager for 3 days, he had no lunch break and was extremely irritated. Not my problem, don't take it out on customers and bring a lunch, stuff happens, the other employee stood there with his mouth open. Useless! I left and went to Napa where so far everyone is getting a lunch and a manager is there!

A technician from O'Reilly of South Oklahoma City area said he cannot do something for me because he was busy As a service manager that is definitely not acceptable could have been worded better and the lack of professionalism definitely was there

I was in your store july 15 the customer service was very poor one of the employee was texting on his phone. there were customer needed help
The location was Dothan Al on Montgomery hwy.I want be going back to that location.That is bad business and make your store with unprofessional peoples.
