I bought 2 seals got home to put them in and one box was empty I live 40 miles from the store I called them they said to come in and they will figure it out so my wife went in and they where rude to her and said there was nothing that they could do so the part cost me 50 and the gas to go there and back plus my time I will never buy anything from them ever again

I called the O Reily Auto parts in Warrior Al and asked if they made hydraulic hoses. They said yes and said the guy that made hose left at 6. So I got the line off and got up there at 540. He didn't appear to be helping anyone and told me it would be in the morning before he could make it. I'm not happy with the service. It cost me a days work and the guy on the phone said it only took about 15min to make the line. I have done thousands of dollars in business for several years. This was the manager so I can't complain to anyone. I just feel like they dropped the ball and made me feel like my business didn't matter. So I will be taking my business elsewhere until they have new manager. Never wrote a review before but I work hard and expect the same from othes.

Every time I call the store in DeSoto, they cannot find the part on there computer.even when it's something simple like a battery. I called outo zone and they have no problems. This has happened numerous times.

The store in Suisun California has the poorest management that I have ever seen. The manager belittled his employees in front of customers. His name is Ed and for that reason I will never go there again. Ed is a bully.

I've been a tech for 44 years. Worked for a dealer ship for 24 years. I've had my own shop since. I used O'Reillys in Ashdown Arkansas for a while. And stop because the service got bad. I've just recently tried to use them again but worse than ever. Ashdown's O'Reillys sucks! Don't have a problem with the ones in the next town.

Most likely, these employees are underpaid and overworked. However, it's no excuse for willful dereliction of duty and immorality. It was late and I lost the key for the gas cap. I'm from Abilene TX driving home and about to run out of gas. My Verizon signal was scarce no Internet. I had not eaten in days and was starving and stressed. I was trying to conserve gas and called asking if they carried Mopar gas caps to get a key and told them of my dire situation. The man looked it up with an affirmative answer so I used my precious gas to drive there. Then the man was busy willfully ignoring me and "Katie" said they don't carry Mopar. "Katie" giggled and said the answer to my problem was on Youtube and willfully offered no further assistance except to borrow a screw driver. I pleaded with "Katie" to help me and she just smiled and enjoyed observing my plight and struggles. So I left and managed to drive to Walmart for the night. My cell signal improved and Youtube indicated a screw through the gas cap will prevent it from swiveling and that was the simple answer to my problem. Walmart closed and I bought a screw driver and screw at Walmart the next day. Why couldn't "Katie" be helpful to someone in trouble and provide the simple answer and give me a damn screw (no pun intended) ? "Katie" and the other man who misled me are terrible employees and should be fired. They were not busy and misled me then offered no goodwill whatsoever. This is a dereliction of duty and immoral. This event happened Thursday 05/18/23 at 8pm.

I had to purchase show up on my debit card after the hours of operation. They were closed. So who in that store facilitated that purchase an hour damn near after they were closed? I called the store and had one employee who spoke perfect English put me on hold and put someone on the phone who barely spoke English they were supposed to assist me. Seems to me that O'Reilly's employees Crooks and thieves.

I recently purchased a battery online for my truck, it was shipped fast and no problems. However I wanted to return my old battery for a core charge , so I called my local store, to see if I needed a invoice for the return. first time it took around 10 rings for someone to answer and when they did I was greeted with a voice saying hold. I waited and waited so I hung up. I tried again 1/2 hour later it rang and and I was greeted by yea, and that's it. So I tried explaining I purchased a battery online through the website, he said that I should have read the directions better and that I needed to ship the old one back . I tried explaining that that's now what the website says, I asked him if he had a supervisor, he said he was the store manager, then he hung up on me. Now I don't care so much about the 22.00, but I do care about how I was treated over the phone. Every time I go into that particular store they are rude and make people wait . Im not dealing with this store any more. My suggestion is there either need more training on how to deal with the public or replaced all together. Maybe that's why that store is never really busy.

Kingman Arizona Stockton Hill rd. Horrible attitude by a female employee. 12/30/22 6:15 p.m. tried to sell me a socket which was the wrong size for my project. 1st order was for an oxygen sensor which she had. 2nd project was for an oil switch sensor which needed. A socket. She directed me to the aisle to find it myself. I couldn't find it. I asked another employee to help me. She came out and grabbed a socket which fit the item I was going to purchase. I told hiit wasn't what I needed. She became irritated and insisted I was wrong. I told her she had a bad attitude and told her to go home. I then stated I was going to AUTOZONE to buy my parts. She said something at me when I was leaving the store. I said Happy New Year! She should get some training on customer service. I always buy from O'Reilly's.

Ordered some parts and was told they would be back in one week came back a week later and was told it was going to take another week and was given a specific date. Waited two days after the date they were supposed to come in and called and was told the parts were in within four hours traveled to the store and was told the parts have been sent back because they had been there five days. Poor communication and they didn't really seem to care! Requested to speak with manager and was denied.

Amador county.
Jose the Manager/ assistant manager treated me so bad I drove away thought about then turned around and returned it and went to autozone and purchased it.

This O'Reillys on 31st St. and Washington has got to be the most dislocated company for customer care and service. I have been to many parts house but, that O'Reillys has got to be the worst store I have ever been into to buy parts for my company. When I go in there and I try to do this less and less, I get the wrong part, I get a used part, and I get the worst attitude and looks when I have to return the park because of their mistake. I have come to the point where I have and do you still really feel uncomfortable walking in there. You would think a big company like Oriellies would actually care for their customers in helping and understanding their needs. Not this O'Reillys on 31st and Washington. They could care less about what you need and the importance that is needed with that part. That store I would give a -10 because of their atmosphere, service, and the most uncomfortable feeling of walking in those doors. I have been in business for a short five years and I will be damned if I stay with that O'Reillys on 31st and Washington in Ogden Utah. I just cannot explain the experience I have had in that store and with their people. It really saddens me that someone has put together a fantastic auto parts store with people like that on 31st and Washington. It is auto parts store like that that will destroy a company and structure of employees. I have never ever had a review like this in my life about any business. But that store in particular on 31st and Washington has the lowest form of morals and respect for their customers. If only it could be like the O'Reillys on 2700 N. and 325 E. in North Ogden Utah. If they could be like them, that company would be unstoppable and take over.

They ignored me and let people cut in front of me and then when it was my turn she left to the back and did not return in Alice texas

As a customer, I recently witnessed the intimidating, hostile managing by Corporate employees! Using intimidation, they harass, threaten jobs and play mind games with their employees! Toxic work environment! Definitely reporting to BBB and EEOC on behalf of their employees.

I'm from Louisiana & have always had good service & good parts from the O'reilly's stores in my state. But just came back from Hot Springs, Arkansas & had to go really bad & pulled into their place & asked to use the facility. The worker there said their bathroom was out of order. I snuck into the back because it was either that, or piss in his garbage can. So I found the bathroom & used it. The next day both of my batteries went out in my truck & I went to bumper to bumper & did business with them.

I called the corporate office to explain what happened & why I didn't do business with them because of their attitude & I got a BIG F!#K you from Stacey the girl in the complaint department. She basically told me that different O' Reilly's won't let customers use the restroom for various reasons. And she couldn't do anything about that. I explained to her my age & conditions & she just didn't care. it was my problem & I should make allowances for my condition. I will make those allowances from now on by never stepping foot in another O'Reilly's the rest of my life.

Very rude, ignorant people mark the manager stupid as he looks, your return policy is not right no more dealings with your company,be glad to pass this on Rome Georgia shorter ave. Location

Greenwood SC bypass 72 store. Andrew. Very rude employee. No respect and completely a liability for that store.

Traveling from Montana back to California in our vintage GMC rv we have visited 3 O'Reilly stores - Idaho Falls, Twin Falls, and Fernley. All of the staff have been helpful, the parts we needed were there, and we were allowed to work on our problems at the side of the locations. Truly this has saved us! (We also stopped at other auto part stores, so we can say that this was not the case for those.)
Whatever you are doing to stock your stores and support your employees to create a helpful environment is important and has created thankful and loyal customers in us. With appreciation, Rick & Debbie Flanagan

I would like to acknowledge a young man who gave me the BEST customer service I have ever had my entire life. I didn't get his last name but I did ask for his first name. Jay on hwy 51 in Ridgeland, MS. He helped me when nobody else could or would. Autozone was horrible and Advance wasn't any better. The employees do the bear minimum which is clock in only. Jay went above and beyond expectations. He needs more than a raise he needs acknowledgement. He blew me and my husband away with he desire to help us get what we needed to get my truck back on the road. My first time going to Oreillys was today and today was my last time ever going to Autozone ! JAY the world ? needs more of you to be in retail!

A big thanks to the guys at The Monmouth store!! I needed 2 different sizes of wiper blades and instead of not listening to me, they listened to me and worked until I had 2 new wiper blades. Nissan has 2 different sizes on my car and they first mentioned looking it up, I explained don't bother because what Nissan says I need...won't work. Normally I couldn't tell you a thing about a car but I've had it for several years. I appreciated them and not treating me like I was clueless!!! Thanks again!!!

I don't have any complaints today but I would like to point out how hard working and courteous to staff is at the O'Reilly's on 16th Street they have helped me through every step of grievous painful just break down and cry problem that I've had with these lemons of a vehicles that I keep buying and every time I go in there there's somebody trying to steal something or trying to get over and the pet and the patience of the staff is incredible of course they always catch the thieves and they are very patient to listen to what scam is coming next and easily avoid it I like to point out that I don't think they get paid enough to do what they do in there and I'd like to give him a big kudos ever thank you from Michael have a great day and thanks O'Reilly's.

I just thought I'd reach out due to my experience at the location in Plant city FL 33563 on James our's Redman Parkway. I've been going there for years. I have spent a lot of money there, but the best experience I had was this last weekend. Luis O. (sorry, can't pronounce his last name.) seems to be fairly new, but he remembered the last time he dealt with me on an entirely different vehicle and he was right. I asked if I could use the restroom and by the time I came out, my new windshield wipers were on my vehicle! I manage a lot of people, and yes, I thought I could use them somewhere local to plant city. I would've offered him a job, that's how good he is. I just don't want him to go unnoticed because I think he is a huge asset to your company and I think he will climb the ladder rapidly providing he stays employed there, which he seemed pretty damn happy to be there. I know JP is his manager and he is top shelf as well and I've dealt with him for a long time. JP and Luis make a hell of a team and you should be proud to have them at this location. Kind regards, Mike.

I had an my alternator go out on traveling and had to replace. Found an O'Reilly's on route in Rusk Texas, Store #5990. Bought an alternator and replaced it in the parking lot. Brandon an employee went above and beyond his duties to see that I had everything needed for the job. Even help on his free time in helping me in getting it out and new one end. I give this gentleman my highest regards and thanks for services rendered. I have always had the greatest respect for your company and never not been able to get parts needed. Again thank you for your service's.

In a current climate of excessive complaining, I wanted to reach out and say what an absolutely positive and commendable experience I had at your store in Bunnell with Korey. Honesty, great customer service, and I ended up walking away with exactly what I needed with a friendly encounter.
Thank you Korey, for being great at what you do!

I went to O'REILLYS AUTO PARTS AT 1244 W.Main ST. Tupelo, Ms to purchase a set of windshield wipers and air filter for my GMC pickup, Tori helped me find the correct wipers with the correct connectors and a air filter, She first went outside to my truck and took off the old wipers blades and said I did not have the right connectors and then made sure the ones she picked did actually fit, she stayed while I took off my air filter cover and put the new one in to see if it fit. Now thats service, I WILL BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER. Thank you James H.

Store O'Reilly #1702 in Laredo has a great assistant manager (Robert) who went out of his way to make sure all issues that my car contained were somewhat solved or given proper instructions to handle the issues. . Him and his staff were very pleasant and I would not mind getting all my auto parts purchases from that store.

My husband and I were travel from Florida home to Tennessee on 09/13/3021.My check engine light came on. I immediately stopped the car and googled the nearest O'Reilly's. We were directed to 1806 Houston Lake Rd, Perry, Ga.store.I went in and spoke to Joseph. He gladly came out and checked my car. It was a cam shaft sensor. He made sure he had the part and he replaced it for me. He went above and beyond for is. He was a true God send. You really need to keep him in your company. Customer service like this is hard to find now days. He made it possible for us to get back home safely. I will recommend O'Reilly's to everyone. Thank you for listening. Sincerely,

Dorothy Wallace

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Orange Beach on Canal Road. Rick was absolutely fantastic-he is the manager-but didn't hesitate to jump in and replace the battery in my car himself. He was very informative about my battery options. He is definitely a team player as well as leader. There was another part where needed that they didn't have and told me we're to go to get it. True outstanding customer service and caring about the customer! Definitely won't go anywhere else for parts!

I just wanted to say the experience I had in the Indiana,PA store was outstanding!! I was carrying oil up to the counter and as soon as Don (and another worker) seen me they immediately took it out of my hands and put it on the counter. Don then rung me out and I had the best customer service ever!!! Don carried my oil out to the car. I am going to blast this all over my Facebook page because I will definitely be back.... outstanding!!!!
