I have not lost a single pound in the first 30days and I have stuck to the diet. I actually eat more food on diet than before getting nutrisystems. 250cal 6 times a day is too much.

Ordered 1Ok Did'nt read the fine print so didn't know it was sent auto. Got the next box and the same day it came, I called to see how to sent it back. Got the return label printed and sent the back the next day. Well be aware that they kept more than half of the price of the food Saying it was for shipping. It was about 139 Dollars worth of shipping and I only got a partial refund.. Don't get caught in this rip off. IF you do not stay with the program I guess you get punished. SO $269.00 for first month and $139.00 for shipping on second pkg. was a lot of money to try to lose a few pounds, And I found that it is just measured calories which I can do myself. And tastes a lot better when you do it yourself.I only got $130. dollars refunded out of $269.Grrr.

I have been trying to reach Nutrisystem for two days. It is regarding my bill and being overcharged.
Approx 8 calls over 2 days each call waiting at least 30 min.
Something is very odd. When I called to sign up the call was taken immediately.
I highly do Not recommend Nutrisystem

I have been trying to reach a LIVE person for two days!I have not received my free body gym w/ 1st order. My second frozen order arrived without the changes I updATED to. It is frustrating to try to reach someone besides a robot. Ed Luby

When you return am returning my food because I was on vacation and did not need it. When I called the company I was told that I would have to pay for the package to be returned and now when I read the instructions they will also charge an extra $30 plus what I will have to pay for the package to be returned. When I asked about if they could email me a shipping label they said yes but that would cost me $19.99, now really it is an email. I ended up cancelling my whole program and now would not recommend this company to anyone ever!!!!! It is just a huge RIP OFF!!! Not sure how they can have a A by BBB, they have huge hidden fees.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE NUTRISYSTEM but your counselor support and customer service NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Sometimes I have to hold for over 20 mins and still no help. I have a billing emergency and need to speak to someone ASAP

I tried Nutrisystem two different times. The first was a success losing 40lbs. A year later I decided to do it again but wasn't inspired enough to keep up with it. I cancelled my order but they still continued to send me food and charge my bank account. I returned 2 months worth of food (on the same day with 2 different RMA #'s) to Nutrisystem after I was able to cancel my orders. They made the process very difficult just to get those RMA #'s. The first month of food I sent went through without a problem and I received the refund in about 2 weeks. The second month worth of food was a different story. I watched my bank account for another week but never saw the refund. Each time I called they said they never received the box. Unfortunately, I did not keep my tracking # to prove it was picked up and now they tell me that I am out of luck because FedEx does not keep tracking numbers for that long. Moral of the story: KEEP YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION TO BACK UP YOUR RECORDS. Nutrisystem sucks.

I received a box after sending an email saying I did not want this box and stop delivery until end of December. I sent this the 18th, well ahead of the 22nd. I later received an email stating that the email did not go through. Too late to stop delivery. I used the proper email. I still need the vacation.

I can not contact you and I am ready to screem..., NOTE to Board of Directors, 1. Fire your advertising and promotions department They repeat the info so much the phone listener wants to throw up, that's not good when your trying to sell food. 2. Fire your web IT Dept, they do not help your current customers, and with the circus like web site all you can do is order. 3. Create a new department named the common seance in working with people department

I have not been able to reach you by phone, even though I am calling during your office hours, it says I am not and to call back. I am on my first month of your plan and still have probably two weeks of food left and I think it is getting close to my next shipment and I would like it held up for two weeks. Please call me to let me know when the next shipment is supposed to be shipped.

The worse customer service from a callcenter in the United States. I waited for over 30 mins.for a representative to answer my call and it was a ms. mariette about 10:50 this am who came to the rescue with the most antagonistic attitude I have ever seenI in a service industry. She made no
apology for my wait time, draining my cell battery, it sounded like I interrupted her doing her nails. Is that the real nutri system?? Meanwhile now i have to call my credit card which has been billed for an order I never got. Too bad the diet wasn't bad but the methods and procedures and the customer service
all stink.

The number customer service is showing me I have dialed and dialed back to back over and over. When I press #l it just click and then the recording hangs up on me. That is whats been happening for the last 2 days.

I have been trying to talk to someone in nutrisystem for two days. I have chatted with 3 reprs. expressing my concerns. I want to place an order, but my husband is paying and don't want me to give his card info online. I have called 6 different numbers, plus the numbers given to me by your reprs. and I have called those numbers back to back over and over and over until one of the reprs. told me to try and this is where I landed.Because of what has occurred with Target and other companys, my husband is scare to release card info on line. Please help me so I can place this order. I am a diabetic and I want the core plan.

If your phone representive hadn't been so negative I would have stayed with Nutri-System. Better listen to some of the tapes as I was given incorrect info.

I have nothing but negative comments for the nutrisystem company. I ordered a months supply of food from them and found out that it was not for me after eating only 2 of the products. I send back the box immediately and was treatly poorly. When calling for the refund , they assured me that they never got the shipment. I was never refunded and to this date never was given the time of day. I have read that the reps are trained to keep putting you off until the time limit for returns expires. Well, guess they needed my 250 for all the expensive advertising they do but I also advertise. I tell all my patients of my negative experence and suggest other means of weight controll when the topic arises. The power of one can be surprising. They tell their friends and suddenly the nutrasystem cant hide the fact that they do not trust the customers and feel they are not honest to return. I still believe my box of food is in the warehouse or perhaps shipped to another unluck customer. Shame on them. Not a good way to build a company.
