I bought a gift and paid for gift wrap. It came in a crushed box. Additionally, e=when I opened the box. T was empty. After holding over 15 minutes for a real person on their customer service line, I was told they would file a claim and let. me know in 4 days. They said the box was heavy enough that there must have been something inside. There was NOTHING!! They would not order a replacement for the missing baby sweater or give me a credit!! I have been a very good customer for years!!! It's time to STOP SHOPPING at Neiman Marcus!!

I have been trying to contact Neiman Marcus on several occasions by phone regarding a return but at this time after always waiting upwards of 15 minutes the recording says there is no individual to help me due to covid19. I bought several pair of shoes, returned a few and intended to keep the rest. Due to cancellation of all travel plans this summer I would like to still return 2 pairs and cannot do it online as it says I am beyond the 30 days. I would like to know if you can grant me an exception with time due to my inability to process this return earlier. None have been worn, all in original packaging and I have packing slip. Can You please authorize a return for me?

The reason why this company collapsed it because of greed, corruption,not properly trained management and ignorance. This could have been prevented. Oh well. Maybe This should teach them a big lesson. Real Sad.

wow, maybe someone at Neiman's should read the comments here. I bought a skirt which I wanted to return, no return slip in box, was an online purchase, I went to the sight I was directed to and found nothing but a shipping label which I downloaded. The label I downloaded states postage must be payed or will not be delivered. I went back to the site where I had purchased and it states free returns, item was not a sale, full price. There was a place that said I could contact them so I sent a note saying I was 78 years old and did not want to go to post office, or any place including fedex got a promt reply with a place I could click on to get a shipping label, which I did. was exactly same one I had already down loaded Telling me package would not be delivered without postage. Last time I order from Neiman Marcus.

I bought three items that went on sale before the ten day deadline. I called to request the price adjustment over the phone, as I am trying to adhere to the stay at home policy during the pandemic. However, I was told it could not be done over the phone. I need to return the items to the store and re-buy them. Now the stores are closed due to the virus. I am concerned that you will not accept the return once the stores reopen, especially because it will most likely be after the 30-day return window. Please advise.

After being told by customer service on Monday I would receive my online order by 12/19 I reached out today to customer service to find out why there still wasn't any shipping information. The response I received was my item was out of stock and my order (a gift I was really excited to give) had been canceled. Why is this the only option available? I'm so disappointed with how my online order was handled. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from Neiman Marcus.

I can not believe in today's world that an overnight order can not be shipped out.. If overnight is offered it should be delivered. Your company can not send a package out a Friday because it's to close to a weekend. According to your service department. I would have ordered from another company if you would not have offered overnight service. The other stores like Nordstrom and even Gucci can overnight a package. Extremely disappointed in this company. I can not believe anyone would order from this company more than once. I will never order anything again. This store should be considered an Outdated Company that needs to close completely due to lack of

service.

Ordered a bag online that said was available to pick up in store. However when I went there they told me the bag was not possible to pick up in store. Customer service reps lied to me, the store assistants were rude, and they tried to accuse me of trying to steal what I had a receipt for. They cancelled my order without authorization and then tried to get me to repurchase after the way they treated me. They will never get my service again and as a lover of fashion they lost a lot of business. Instead of lying to customers and not keeping their word while being condescending, they should rethink their approach to sales and customer service.

Why do you make it so difficult to return an item? l see by many other comments, that you are not favored by a lot of shoppers.
This practice will influence me in purchasing any items from you.

I purchase a shirt and didn't realize that their return policy had changed. I ask could I returned the item the shirt still had the tags on it and they still refused to return the item. My family been shopping with them over 40 pluse year's, I will take my business elsewhere. You would think they would like to keep their business. Every single person has the same problem with neiman marcus unprofessional. I rather give my money to a business that appreciate you shopping with them. They forgot about social media that can make or break your business.

Your return policy is the worst! I loved your return policy before because I have a busy lifestyle! You have degraded the people that have the privilege to shop there! I can shop online and get what I want anywhere so good luck staying in business. You don't seem to care about your elite clientele. So u might as well close your doors now! Customer service in your stores mean everything. You corporate people that hide behind your office and make decisions, get the F-- out of your office and get with the program to keep stores open for customers to feel good about paying your high prices.

Went to return a item to the store which I have shopped in for 15 to 20 years. And they told me they could not refund after 30 days. Asked for a manager and she just said sorry. Customer service, what the hell is customer service anymore at Neimans Marcus. They will be next to close brick and mortar store because I liked to go to the store and touch and feel. They just ruined that store and turn it into a sears store degrading the clients that can shop there. Totally pissed off

I went to return an online purchase presuming I was in the 60 day return policy to be told it is now a 30 day return policy for online purchases! My item was returned however I was furious. They need to make customers aware PRIOR to check out when purchasing online. PRIOR to confirming one's order, the customer should have to check a box ACKNOWLEDGING the return policy. I was returning an expense item and this could have been a BAD situation. NEIMAN MARCUS you're losing your way!

Terrible customer service! I made a purchase and even though the invoice states 60 days for a return, (and I am within the return window) they keep telling me they are making an exception for me and letting me return it but I have to pay postage?! They also don't train their reps. I was put on hold every time I needed an answer to a simple question. This will definitely be my last purchase with Neiman Marcus online and retail - the store also sucks in customer service. The sales people are very rude and not helpful at all. I can get way better customer service at Nordstrom and Bloomingdales. And honestly, if I really want a designer piece, I'll just shop directly at a flagship store. It's not worth the frustration.

I will NEVER shop here again!!! Changed policy after I purchased an item then sent the item back in deplorable condition. I returned it brand new on a hanger never worn in perfect condition. Received it back with a note stating a new policy which is BS for I would not have paid postage. This was an aggravating issue to facilitate the return as paperwork was missing. Do NOT use this vendor for In my humble opinion they are scamming people on the returns. And it is obvious as I read the comments!! I rarely return items either so they lost out on a customer!!!

Obviously your store does not want any returns. This is so complicated the shopper gives up. Until this is fixed, I won't shop with Neiman Marcus catalog again.

No return label
Entered order # twice. Last number of order is 1. The response was that an order ending in 2 was not allowed to be returned. This order arrived yesterday, and I thought I'd get it back quickly for Their business. Items XLare huge..maybe a 2X

As everyone else has already stated. DON'T SHOP AT NEIMAN MARCUS (Needless Markup). Unless you want to give your money away, I'd say shop either at Bloomingdales or Nordstrom.

The worst return policy ever. I have a $6000 credit card with them so I spend a lot. But 30-60 days for a return is ridiculous . Bloomingdales policy is 365 days Nordstrom is 2 year to forever even poll factory la return policy is forever because it's there product. I'm over them. I will not be a customer any longer. Oh and Saks Homer's their customers very well too.

I am still trying to return shoes....The most stressful process ever! Tried several days ago by phone...was on hold through 11 0f the same piano pieces before I hung up!Today I am trying on an IPad and the Fedx co. I use isn't listed for returns!!!!!!! So sorry I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on my Neiman card.Sorry but will not be ordering again until it is revised simple as it once was!We live in a non-simple world and I can order many other places that makes MY life simple. Please fix this

I returned a pair of jeans and a pair of shoes Saturday and I only received a return email about the jeans! I have been on the phone and online chat and to no avail not one person has helped me!!! I need to know that my shoes have been returned asap!! Neiman Marcus customer service is stressing me out and leaves me questioning should I bring my business else where?
