I made my purchase on line for a emarald pendant & gold necklace. The necklace chain arrived all knotted up & I was unable to undo it.So Returne it back to Macy's. I asked that they return the refund back to my credit card. I made the purchase on 5/9/23. And send it back with the sale slip & the reason why I was returning the defected item on 5/16/23. Today This same defected necklace & pendant has been arrive back to my homewith no explanation as to why it was being returned back to me, on 5/23/23.

I purchased a emerald pendant & necklace from macy's on 5/9/23. The necklace was defected as it arrived al knotted. I returned it back to Macy's and asked that they refund the money back to my credit Card. Today I received the same necklace all knotted up. with no explanation.

Macy's doing their customer wrong not letting us know about the new 30 day return policy instead of 90 days. That is a way for them to keep our money and expand their bottom line for profits. Greed has taken over with them like most places. God doesn't like ugly you reap what you sow. That is why they have closed stores and probably will continue. I see some of their competitors have more business and better prices and sales than they do. You can't get in contact with corporate anymore that should tell us something. All they want is our money and the heck with us they don't care. That is the very way it is they know we don't want to lose our money and get nothing in return.

Macy's customer service has really done after the virus. They should have recalled the previous employee that gave good service. These new employees don't speak or say anything until you tell them what you are at the for. They don't thank you some act like they they don't want to be there. I wouldn't be surprised it they don't go out of business. When you order sometimes they don't sent the correct size and if you reorder you get the same size not the one you ordered. They just don't have caring employees anymore.They used to be an upscale store but now some of the clothing doesn't look that good with a large price and some not good quantity like before.

My complaint is for the attitude of the customer service employee. Absolutely rude. Unnecessary rude attitude. I've never had a problem with customer service at Macy's before, they must have switched up their training. I'll be sure and never shop there again.

they cancelled 1 of my orders without giving any reason so i made another order with the same stuff and they cancelled that 1 too. i tried going to their customer service website that they put in their email and its not even a real website so i responded to the email, rudely tbh, because i assumed it would go to a bot since it said do not reply because its not monitored. then 3 days later they have a very indian sounding named person reply to my email and they were so useless and very clearly didnt work directly for macys because they gave me a broken english generic message saying sorry

Received a gift from Macys with a gift receipt on 4-30. Gift was bought on 4-1. I tried to return the gift with the gift reciept on 5-3 for a merchandise to credit to get something else. I was told I couldnt return the gift because it was bought over 30 days ago. The gift reciept clearly says nothing about 30 days. It says to present the gift reciept for an exchange or return. What is the sense of getting a gift reciept if the person getting the gift can't get a merchandise credit for something else if it was purchased more than 30 days ago. I was shy 2 days but just received the gift. Very unfair. Consumer service did nothing to help.

First I placed an order and they declined my card. The next day I go in and delete my order and begin a new one / where my credit card was immediately accepted. I ordered 3 items - but 4 items were shown - but 4th was not on cart list. I used code for 30%. Placed order and my verification email came thru that did not include the 30% discount. Could not figure out how to cancel order - finally got a chat person after 5 min and explained situation (another 5 min) who then stated I need to talk to someone else waited another 10 min and chat person came on - gave my order # and went back and forth with chat. Guess what ???? I cud not cancel my order as it had been over 30 min - did they purposefully keep me on line to not allow me to cancel my order???? Lost over $75 dollars. Crappy costumer service. Then person stated I cud talk to his supervisor - yeah sure -NOT
I understand why so many Macy's stores are closing. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. In the past I ordered many times with Macy's --- never again.

Macy's lakeline in Austin TX, by far is the worst company I've ever worked for... They over work their employees, under pay them, cut hours like crazy, boss of this store didn't know anything about her business or how to run it, plus she treats her employees like they are dispensable. Benefits are trash, management is trash, after 2 yrs no raise or incentives, hectic work environment.... I could go on....

Terrible service and a complete mess in their company. Returns received take forever to be credited, even after i called three times. I have no idea they were this disorganized. Avoid shopping there...

I will never order from Macy's Web site again. I never got an E Mail confirming my on line order. They gave me an incorrect Tracking Number. When you look at order history on the Macy website, the order is not even listed there, even after three days! What is wrong with the Macy website? Plus, they have so many, many options to choose from and you end up, having to call and wait for long time. Please! fix this.

Customer Service is the absolute worst. I just closed my Macy's credit card account due to a $2.00 late interest charge that they removed, but yet still considered my account past due. I spoke with 2 "managers" Ashley C. and Mario Sanchez that explained to me, there was nothing they can do and my account would still be considered past due. How is that possible? They just lost a long time customer that paid their bills on time every month. It's not about the $2.00 it is the principle. I will not be shopping at Macy's going forward. This is why the big box stores are disappearing due to lack of customer service. It is hard to believe that there was nothing they could do. It's a shame.

I will never purchase furniture from Macy's again. The customer review is lousy and they give you the round a round and never repair the furniture. I have to say Lazboy service is the best.

Not happy with sleep number bed getting the run around my base broke I made over 15 calls ever time I call I get a different number and answer I would not recommend no one buy this bed

I had been with Macy's for 7 years but today that relationship ended. I called to get assistance with my credit card. The first CSR was not able to do anything so I asked to speak with a Supervisor. He was not helpful at all and didn't seemed to care if I remain a customer or not. I stated my concerns and told him I would close my account if I couldn't get better assistance. Well, he closed the account for me. Not once did he say they would like to keep me as a customer or anything. I will take my business elsewhere. No wonder they are closing stores everywhere.

While coming to return a package at customer service today they had three workers no one was behind me and I got ugly looks and no one wanted to help me but soon as a white customer walked up they rushed to help them so I asked to speak with a manager after my horrible experience so Ms. Leslie the manager made excuses for the workers and was very dismissive so it was pointless talking to her I'm leaving this review hoping something will get done because I don't want anyone else to experience this.
