Went to the Hooters on Lagrange Rd in Orland Park for a birthday celebration and there were 50-60 people in attendance and we were sat in different areas throughout the restaurant and 1 server to cover all 50-60 of us..we requested separate checks and was told couldn't do separate, but could do by table...so 2 1/2 hours later the 'cold' food was brought out and some didn't get either dish at all and requested to javelin those items removed from the bill....the server brought out 4 copies of 1 single bill for over $1200 and gave us a highlighter and told us to mark our items off and we could pay 1 at a time..45 minutes later.. over half the guests had left, but there was about 10 remaining left, most of them seniors 72-80 years old...needless to say the count was about $100 short and the asst mgr Taylor Shaver and mgr Andy Troung said that we (the remaining guest) had to make up the pymt ARE YOU KIDDING ME... Ms Shaver then called then police and told them that some guests were trying to leave without paying their bill. So the police arrive 6-8 police arrive and what she failed to inform them is that the entire bill was over $1200 and they it thw wntire orders on 1 bill and let half the guest leave before closing out the ticket...so the $100 was paid and then after reviewing the bill . They never took the items that weren't received off the bill, so we paid for about $40 for nothing..I WILL NEVER EVER patronize any Hooters EVER again!! I only wish I could give them a big fat ZERO stars!!!

The Hooters on Pembroke Pines are thieves. Samantha was my server. My part of the bill came up to $45.00. My card was charged for this amount, I signed for this amount and left a cash tip. The following day I noticed that Samantha had charged my card for a higher amount of $54.00, I DID NOT authorize this amount. I went back to Hoooters, the manager did not help me, he fobbed me off and told me that my bank made an error. I told him that Samantha forged the cheque and must have added a tip after I had authorized the payment of $45.00. I am very unhappy that the manager did not deal with problem. He was rude, loud and over-talked me. I will never go back to that Hooters again and will tell everyone to do the same... this was daylight robbery and I will be contacting the local News, as I've heard about other people who have experienced this same problem at this same location. They need to be investigated.

So I went to the hooters in Fort Worth on Southwest Blvd and what a crappy experience. First I put my order online and they never received it or so they said then when the only person who helped me Kayden awesome server btw she went above and beyond to help with my order she kept asking if they got it and if they were working on it and the kitchen staff just blew her off very bad attitudes including the manager. She was amazing thank you Kayden you are the best. Well then the manager asked what's this order for Ray and I asked her after waiting for almost and hour if they had even started my order and she apologized and told me not yet so I asked her to cancel my order and decided to leave I asked for a refund and the rude manager who didn't even want to talk to me came out of the kitchen and went to a terminal and then promptly told me it would take about five days for a refund I didn't even want to argue with the rude manager so I left. Kayden do yourself a favor and final another job or maybe another location that place is toxic and rude and maybe they need a change is management. Very bad experience I won't be back

Note that today 11/26/22 I went to your restaurant for the first time because I want to try the food and I was really disappointed by the service and food. I ordered a plain burger with fries. The restaurant was not very busy, and this order took around 35 minutes. and the food was very cold, normally i never complain anywhere but this time was very disappointing the service and food at this hooters location 2700 S interstate 35 the hour 6.57 pm. check server name #171 Meca.

Hi, on holiday with hubby and friend. Visited last night 20.11.22. Blonde lady on desk explained there was half hr wait for table and would have to wait outside. I asked if i could wait inside due to have asthma and bad chest. Was raining and cold outside. She said no, i explained im not well. She was quite rude and a bit snotty to me. Anyway she did us a fave as we went next door to senior frogs and had the best night. Very disappointed to have been treated like this. Put us off visiting hooters now

My family went to Hooters in Melbourne Fl. for dinner 11/18/2022 and will never go back to this location .this is NOT the first time we have had bad service. the waitress and manager on both times are playing with other male local customers at a specific table and dont pay any attention to their customers, us. the food order came out wrong and she blamed it on the cook and told us we only have 1 cook on tonight . the mistakes continued and we walked out and was told by manager that she would all the police on us if we didnt pay our bill. so i paid for the beer we drank and left and will never go back to this location and this place is filthy dirty to boot.

Your Katy, Texas location is a complete dumpster fire. Your leadership has shown an unwillingness to address issues. They instead kick out customers who complain. So there is no possibility of getting better. They have no ability to self correct nor will they adhere to any simple requests. Shut down this place.

Went to Hooters in St. Louis before the game on 8/27/22. Got seated and was told the waitress would be right over. 10 minutes later she came and got the drink order. 3 beers, water and sodas were ordered. 10 min later the beer came. 15 later she came by and said she forgot the other drinks and would get them. By then more beers we're ordered for some. She was VERY RUDE when we all finally got our food and was told not everyone got what they ordered. Right away I asked to speak to her manager. Was told he would talk to her and adjust our bill. Well she tried to be sneaky and printed the bill without telling him. When I saw the amount I told her I would not pay it and if it were my choice she'd get no tip at all! The manger told us she printed the bill without telling him so he could adjust it. After waiting another 10 minutes we finally got the bill adjusted and had $30 taken off. That's one Hooters we will NEVER go back to again. Dont go to the Hooters in St. Louis by Busch Stadium!!

Worst service I have ever had in my long time of going to hooters across the nation. I am a truck driver and get to visit lots of different hooters, the one in south Houston,tx was the worst I walked I and immediately I felt outta place. The greeter acted as if she didn't want to seat me but finally did. The waitress took her sweet time greeting me and ask for my drink order, I then ask for a menu and she replied our customers usually look at our menu online! After she brought me a menu than ask for my order which I ordered the Buffalo platter she took my order and ask if I wanted naked or breaded wings to which I replied naked, told her my sauces she disappointed 45 minutes later she finally showed back up with my order to which was wrong, breaded wings of course she was rude and very short. She then disappeared again until I was finished eating then in 10 minutes ask if I were ok 3 time to which I responded with ready to go she finally brought me my bill. Like I said worst hooters experience ever

I have never seen such poor service from restaurant. Food was over 1 hour late and cold plus they forgot part of the order. Plus they did not offer silverware. The servers seems to be unconcerned about guest.

Hello before I got my food I gave a good comment because the waiter she was really nice and everything but when I got my food I ordered a 15 piece and a 10 piece my bone-in-wing I was missing a wing so I had to wait 25 minutes just to get a wing to make it 15 wings that is so sad come on that took up all the time I was just going to get a refund if I wasn't so hungry but that is very wrong when you have to wait 25 minutes for a wing

Came in for a bud light draft and wings. The draft beer has been out for two weeks according to the bar tender. Told her I will pay for my bottle beer and go to twin peaks.

To whom it may concern. Me and my wife here in Memphis. The Hooters on Winchester is poor customer service. And they do utility tips on your receipt how can you do that in the employees don't come and wait on you like they supposed to do. I will not go back at all. Unhappy customer

For many years I have eaten at Hooters Savannah Hwy 204 / I-95 the service by the waitresses is fine the problem is with the management I used to go in and the place was packed years ago it might take 45 minute's to get the food today when you go it's over an hour and 15 minutes and there not busy at all the food was always good years ago today it's hit and miss I just hope you read this and make the appropriate changes in this restaurant or just close it because it's not to the standards that it should be thank you

I've not been to a Hooters in over 15 years and what a disappointment. Waitress was rude, a plain salad was extremely small and looked like they opened a $3 bag from grocery store. I ordered the buffalo chicken salad with no dressing. My order was wrong. How do you screw that up? I'm surprised y'all are still open. I guess it's because of the girls wearing thongs that keep the men coming around.

I am a frequent Hooter diner and usually have a good time. I travel and have been to multiple Hooters around the country and the best is in Metairie LA. This is due to the girls NOT the food and DEFINATELY NOT management. My rankings below are for management not the girls who I have no complaints. Management does not care about their customers and treat the girls horrible. I know managing that many attitudes can be challenging but to tell a girl to come in when she says she has Covid is unacceptable and against any moral thought. The food is ok at best with a menu that needs a major update. Why is there a limited menu here where you can just now get lettuce on Nachos. The purchasing power Hooters should demand is not paying off on the size of the wings, small is an understatement. When asked about this they give usual answer the chicken industry is struggling. My friends and I take this as a joke being we frequent other places as well and they have large wings. Why don't you charge wings by the pound not the piece. Your seasonal menu changes are ok but when something is doing well by my perception on # sold you take it off menu, quesadilla's is one. Really quesadilla's is so cheap and profitable for you and they were good

Took 1 1/2 hour to get two orders of boneless wings and one order of chicken tenders. Boneless wings came out 30 minutes before tenders. Ordered two beers that tasted bad. Asked for silverware twice and ended up getting it myself. I asked the manager what the problem was and she ignored me. Location was Prattville, AL

I made a purchase at a corporate store in Orlando and the sauce was horrible and I was unable to eat it. I called in and was told that the Sauces in the Tampa area, which is where I am from, are different. This sauce taste like vinegar! I wanted to get a credit or return it in the morning as it is raining here and I am in a hotel. I was told no.

We arrived at hooters and placed our order. The receipt time stamp was 11:06 pm, and at 11:50 I asked why we had not received our food because it DOES NOT take this long to cook wings and shrimp!!
The reply I received was they are working on it!! Really so did they have to kill the chicken.

I place an order at 301 light st, Baltimore, Maryland. I'M Staying in Hyatt. Getting back to my room my food was cold. I call to speak to the manager he couldn't come to the phone. They told me warm up food which is impossible I'm staying in hotel. They didn't try to fix the problem. My food cost 31.76. I'm disappointed in Hooter and staff.

Was not happy being called after two drinks I was cut off my service was slow she was more interested in chatting with friends and she was with serving me I will not be going back to that one at 120 fm 1960 Houston tx
