I went into your downers grove location for one girl took forever to take my order and then tried to over charge for cheese charged 3 times on bill for cheese and then food was not up to par at all food was not fresh I eat a hooters all the time this experience was horrible I asked her if ranch was included she said yes then charged for it all around experience was bad very upset spent 100.00 complete waist of money would like refund

Ordered wings on 2/11/24 ordered for 4:30pm got there at 4:15 not ready that was ok only waited 15 minutes wings were cold not even warm at least my cheese sticks were warn I will never order from Hooters again

Visited local Hooters in Harlingen, TX 12/11/2023. Had not been there in almost 12 months.
Well nn3dless to say the large multi TV screen continue to have a TV not working making it difficult to appreciate the full field of view.
Now the audio is distorted a can't understand what is being said.
No hueno for this location
Oh yet the prices aren't altered due to equipment that doesn't get repaired.

I went to the Hooters in Concord NC for all you can eat wings on November 24 and was totally disappointed with the results!! I could only Order 10 wings in the beginning ( when you buy 10 wings on Monday or Wednesday you get 10 free and they bring all 20 out together) and ONLY 6 wings on the refills!! If I'm spending more money (19.83) than the buy ten get ten free( 17.99) I should at least get to order 20 wings in the beginning!! I'm not planning on paying more money and eating less wings!! That's stupid!! The refills( 6 wings ) were taking an average of 30 minutes!! I was sitting there for an half an each time with no wings!! The hourly manager told me the ticket time for 6 wings was about 20 minutes. My first complaint is if I had been able to order 20 wings in the beginning, I wouldn't had been wit wings for very long!! 2nd, when I told the hourly manager. Somebody should go back and the kitchen get the HOT food out, he implied HIS job was to seat the guest ( so they could rung up and hooters gets the sales) but to jump back in the kitchen to help them!!! 3rd, shouldn't a Salaried Manger been in the building?? It was Black Friday and Hooters had a All you can eat wings promotion and no one thought that the hourly kitchen staff might not show up!!! I don't blame the hourly manager, I blame the General Manager and the Regional Manger!! They sat poor Marcus up for failure by not staffing the restaurant with a Salaried Manger. The Gm was probably on vacation and the other Salaried manager's were probably given the Friday night off!! What a horrible way to run a restaurant!! The Gm should be fired and the Regional should work in the kitchen to make sure Hot food gets served to the customers in a timely matter!! That was the Concord NC location!!

Hooters was a great place and can be again,get you some good management for starter's and lower all your prices,your way to expensive for the kind of food you serve.Be careful on hiring black managers reason is every restaurant iv been to that's has black managers those places are mostly not there no more,they run a place down I'm not being racist I'm telling you for facts they will run a place in the ground....hope you clean your stores up because im an old fan of Hooters, Thank You.....

My wife and I went to the Hooters in Gainesville, Florida for lunch. Sofia our server did great taking care of us. Our issue was it tool 35 minutes for our lunch in a restaurant with 4 tables. The manager who I was told was Hannah was clueless as what was taking place in her kitchen. She was only concerned about talking to regulars at the bar. Meanwhile servers are trying to get food to guests who were very aggravated with the length of time it was taking. After 28 minutes of waiting for our food I asked Sofia our server for the manager. I asked Hannah if she was aware of cook times of 28 minutes and still no food? She responded no I didn't which I knew the answer as she had been standing at the bar doing nothing but talking to her regular customer buddies. She then said she would go check. After 7 more minutes ourfood finally came out. Hannah had no idea what was happening because she was paying no attention to customers other than her buddies at the bar. Hannah offered no apologies and honestly acted like she couldn't be bothered with other customers since it interrupted her time standing at the bar.

I placed an order on line it was supposed to be ready at 8:24. the employee doing to go orders was nowhere to be found!I had to wait 24 minutes for my food and when I get home and opened up the box I only had 9 wings when I ordered 10

My wife and I visited Hooters in Dedham, Massachusetts on October 5th 2023 for my 50th birthday. We couldn't have been more disappointed!!! We don't have a Hooters anywhere near us. So, for us to travel over 4 hours to have an awful time...SUCKED!!! One server and one bartender was pathetic!! Seeing so called "managers" walking around doing nothing was just absolute laziness. Waiting on our order for almost 45 mins was uncalled for. When we did finally get it we just had the waitress bring us to go containers. Never again will we come to this restaurant!!

Was served food on a dirty plate, freaking nasty. Didn't ask for new plate or reimbursed ticket. Manager was a jerk and a joke , no customer service. Fort Worth Hooters zip 76126 is nasty.

Real simple as a customer we are who keeps the doors open or closed location in San Marcos Tx horrible customer service at the Bar no napkins not condiments where brought to me ask for a football game and looked like the cook tryd but said it wasn't showing when it was Managers in polo shirts don't even come around to see how we are doing .

I was at the Hooters at 3902 Towne Crossing Blvd.., Mesquite,Tx and the food, customer service and Jesus Christ our waitress was all on horrible experience rolled into one..., it took us forever to be seated, considering it was only four ppl to be waited on, then it took 3 years to finally get our food.., our waitress abandoned us never to come bck to check on us to see how we were doing, did we need a damn refill and on top of all the chaos.., we still didn't get all that we ordered.., on a scale of 1 - 10..., this ghetto, hood, unprofessional place would definitely get a goose egg of a double zero..00.., I would definitely not recommend this particular Hooters to my worst enemies..

My last 2.trips.to Hooters has.been terrible. Waited 45.minutes to be served cold food twice. I've spent $300 each time with no satisfaction whatsoever. And management socks! Do you all even train staff for customer service. Rotten

Hooters on Peach tree. Walker in and multiple staff sitting. No one got up to greet us. It was a sign. At this point we ordered 1 hour and 45 minutes ago. 2 of our people got their food 30 minutes ago. 3 other tables have been served and left. Horrible horrible service. Just cannot believe how horrible. The place is not even busy.

If your a women or have a family members with you the bartender Makala refuses you service especially if I bring my significant other with who she hates. She has a bug up her backside. The manager has had to wait on us and even the cook. When I come in I usually spend over 60.00 her tip would be at least 12.00 not including the bill. My last bill for 4 of us was near 86.00.
Management should make her wait on us or tell her to get her things and go home or dock her Fridays. All ppl are Hooters clients. Your food is awesome
It's only her that refuses my family service!!! All oter servers are very polite and outgoing

It would be next to have a menu you can actually read, Hooters on 82nd street in Castleton, Indiana are copies from a printer and print is so small, you have to squint to read and some unreadable, asked about if they still had to the blacken fish and was told that I have only worked here for around 1 month and didn't know, didn't even try to find out if they did. I suggest, spend a little money for customers can actually read and see your menu

The Kennesaw location was very disappointing with customer service by Tiffany and Management Justin...order was incorrect cause of not listening/rude attitude. Manager didn't even care so tried to charge for something else. Never in all my years even growing up in Kennesaw have I ever felt profiled until today

Hooter's has reached the bottom. I ordered the Buffalo chicken slider and received a 4 chicken nuggets on bins. Ridiculous. Chicken was dry like it had been sitting all day. And the fries were undercooked. Very disappointing

I went to your Hootters in Harligen Texas. The service was lousy. It took the waitress 18 minutes to get us our beer and we didn't get our water until after dinner. The wings were cold and we had to look for her to get our silver ware.
Additionally, some of the chicken wings tasted like old chicken. Very disappointed.

Just left the San Marcos, Tx location. Terrible. Wings were hard. Sauce was sloppy.
Our server was too busy talking to other servers to see if we needed anything. We are very good tippers. We left her $5.00 which was too much.
Last time to go there. We understand why on a Saturday late afternoon no one was there.

I went into the Hooters location in downtown Fort Worth location and was FLOORED that the bartender IGNORED the whole bar from the time I was there for over 30 minutes talking with one set of guests in the corner of the bar.Another guest was completely ignored for over 10 minutes and walked out UPSET..

Iposted this concern about 5 years age, the last time I went in, but they never did anything about it because either they didn't give a crap or decided it's too much work, and since I was in the POS business, so I know it wouldn't be too much of a big deal. Guess it would make too much sense to put the business name on the receipt instead of just: city name

Iam a ex employee of Hooters and they've made it so hard to change my address for my tax return, no one will email you back no one will answer phones, all that hard work I've put in and they don't give a damm about the people who help keep their business afloat, I'm not talking about the restaurant itself i use to work for their trying I'm talking about the corporation itself, y'all are truly a P.O.S company in the long run

Bad there's big raoch's on wall's . Little black ant's on table's floor . And on bar suger fly's in front dining area. Waitress leav bottle's of cleaner and rag's on table's .. people chewing tabaco on. Table sign's on table..!! For the second time. On my birthday. Waitresses did not sing happy birthday. Or announce there's a birthday..

Had a meal at the Hooters in Yuma AZ. Worse service I've ever had. No one came over to our table until we went up the the hostess and asked about a waiter about 15 minutes had gone by. Our waitress took the order a salad and chicken strips .... 30 to 45 minutes later we hunted down the manager and asked about our food. We hadn't seen the waitress once since she took the order. Our food came no checking on us and not even the manager came by to see how things were. That's a way to ruin a customers evening.
A sorry from the manager a coupon a free drink, something to show you are not accepting that service from your employees would have put things straight.
Now we will never return to a Hooters. Things could have been resolved if customer service meant anything to Hooters.

Went to the Knoxville TN 8050 Kingston Pike location . Was seated in reasonable time . Had Loryn as my server . Very nice and polite . Took my order and wait time for food was quick. Very personable and great attitude . Will continue to go to that location. Thanks for the service.

I just wanted to let you know that Angel can cook!! I usually get the Baja Shrimp tacos and the smoked wings with Garlic Habanero dry rub and this was the best I've ever had!
I thanked her in person.
My waitress, Bella was also very sweet and attentive. Overall amazing service and the best meal I've ever had from a hooters.

I just had dinner at the Hoooters in Springfield IL and had a great experience! I believe my waitress name was Abbi. Long story short I've been having a really hard week. My ex wife kicked me out on Father's Day and I barely got to see my daughter.I shared this with Abbi and while I was eating she sat at my table with me and we had a really good conversation. I hope she sees it. And I hope she knows how much I really appreciate her compassion. This girl went above and beyond!

I came in this Sunday afternoon with my family, we were on a wait list for a few but after we got sat our server erin was amazing! Had an amazing lunch at the Citadel Hooters. Manager Amy sat with us and was very friendly and made sure we had all we needed. Yaz our bartender server was a "10" and the wings and cold beer were the best.

Hooters in South OKC..... we hadn't been in while.... New girl Lanessa.....she was fabulous! Absolutely awesome! She made us laugh and really enjoy our evening! She was an absolute refreshing change from most of the girls! Most girls give us all their sob stories that we don't want but get anyway. But thank you Lanessa for being such a joy!!!!

Went to Hooters today in Knoxville on merchants and our server shamika was just AMAZING. Beautiful and so sweet , food came out on time and we didn't even have to ask for our refills ?. Well always come back and see her. She's a keeper

I used to be a hooters girl in Duluth and Atlanta, Georgia, you won't have anything to show for it working at that place. They need better management because other women that wanna work at it will compete with you so you won't have a job there. I need money too to pay my rent and bills.

I work at the evansville restaurant in Indiana and I found this site so that I can express my concerns about my job. We had a manager let go for humiliation, verbal abuse and tampering with payroll. So when they sent our new store manager the restaurant did a 360. He came in and got things back on track and our sales are up higher than they have been and the reason I and everyone else knows that is because he has our huddles and let's everyone know that us as a team is why the store is doing a lot more business. It's great to have a manager who cares and takes the initiative to let us know he appreciates us for not only our work but for sticking around and giving him a chance to show there is always a way to make things better not for just his staff but our customers. But my biggest concern is that this place is going to fall apart again now that he gave a notice, and the lady that is his boss came in and started talking at him instead of to him which doesn't set well with our team mates cause if he goes a lot of us won't stay either and the reason for that is an assistant manager who goes get high in her car for about 20 minutes and after work with a couple of employees and she is useless then the man assistant is lazy and does nothing as well. The store manager has no problem jumping in the kitchen and help getting out food or any other position. How can you let a boss like this lady come in and start down talking to people and belittling others including the one positive thing that made this store more successful than its ever been and that's our store manager. I just hope this gets to the right person so that they know when we start losing staff and sales it's because of the higher up manageme that allows the district manager to treat or talk to anyone like this. Even customers have a great relationship with him. Please look into this for not only our sake but the store as well.

I am a current employee at the 2nd Ave hooters in Nashville, TN I have been there for a year now. I love my job and enjoy working there how ever recently we have switched from franchise to corporate which has caused us to have a new management team along with this new management a new rule was placed if you fail two mystery shops you will be fired and unrehirmable at any hooters. I find this new rule extermly harsh and unfair. We recently had a mystery shopper come in and say that the manager on duty didn't do a table touch but myself and serval other hooters girls watched our manager run the mystery shoppers food to the his table. We can sometimes tell who's a mystery shopper and who is not but wheather or not they are or not we still do the required procedure every time. The mystery shoppers do not always tell the truth on their shops. I feel that hooters should value there girls a little more maybe a week suspension or a month in training but taking someone's job away is a little extreme and hurtful especially when you care and put so much into being a hooter girl. I understand that it is very important to give every guest the proper procedures and precautions in which I feel that we are taking all the right steps. Maybe the mystery shoppers are under the impression that if they give an outstanding grade that it may not be believable but why is our job in jeopardy over someone who may not be paying full attention. I've seen several girls get fired; girls that have worked there for almost 6 years. It's sad to me that the company we take pride in and work so hard for are willing to end everything over a shopper not a guest but someone who gets payed for there time spent at hooters, someone who gets payed regardless if they tell the truth or not, someone who holds our fate in their hands. It's not right.
