I order the same thing almost every time I come here... tonight my order wasn't correct!!! This food is not cheap and I don't appreciate my food being prepared incorrectly and when I went back in to let them know it wasn't correct I was told it was! I know how smoked wings look and taste and these were not smoked wings. I ordered a 15 count all flats smoked wing and my wings were fried they have never been smoked and look or taste like this! I am very upset and honestly just want my money back this is not the way to do business and I don't appreciate how I have been treated especially when I patronize this establishment as often and I do!

Wanted to have some good hooter wings like I thought they used to be I ordered 10 wings with ranch dressing they told me it was going to be ready and 15 minutes I got there earlier than 15 minutes and they are already had them done I pay $17 for 10 wings really didn't care about the money until I looked at my wings they look like they just grabbed them from the customers that leave food behind after they're done and just put them in a box and sprinkle some sauce on it wings were terrible hard weren't even warm I guess what they really do charge for is to look at the waitresses because the wings ain't worth $17 very disappointed and I feel like throwing up those chicken wings only ate one through the rest away

Had a horrible experience at hooters in Fairfax, Virginia. I ordered rounds for a group of 6 six and got cut off because i had ordered enough drinks even tho i had not consumed enough drinks. Horrible service never coming back. Managers don't even know what's going on

Hello, I placed a order for pick up through your website to pick up at your hooters store in McKinney, Tx I specifically said please put two sauce on the side not on the chicken but the sauce was still put on the chicken I called the mgr to let him know what happened to my order and he ask what time was the order placed to I guess look up the order and he said: "that was almost 3 hours ago" with sarcasm and later just said I'm sorry we messed up your order. I just spent money on something I couldn't enjoy plus it was too far to go back up there to talk to someone in person gas is too costly. I've been a long time customer of hooters. My husband stop eating hooters after they got rid of the wing tip but I've been still eating hooters wing even after the wing tips were gone but after this experience today from store manager (Fernando) I have second thoughts about going back spending my money because this is the second time this store has done this to me the first time outcome was better than the outcome today it's just the way he spoke to me it was like: "oh well I'm sorry"

We as a family go there after the farm show every year there was 9 different couples when we was leaving all asking questions about how the food was all strangers in the parking lot said the same thing was terrible its a shame used to have a one food the waitress smaller like strong I had my grandson with me we are country people he kept telling he he smalled a stuck the wings was not fit to eat all the people in there to do other things then work lot of girls working was eat up with hickeys we paid bill and left had to stop a McDonald's to get some food

I'm so disappointed in Hooters. Went in ordered Daytona style wings and Onion rings. The wings were not actual Daytona style not grilled and the onion rings looked like the bottom of the bag, scraps. This is in January no heat in the restaurant. This is not the first time I've come in during the winter to NO HEAT in the restaurant.

Went to the Albuquerque San Mateo location. Told there would be a 90 minute wait . But my problem I saw at least 4 open tables????? I have decided not to visit any hooters location!!!!! Will go to other businesses.

To whom it may concern, we have a hooters customer for years, we dine in but since Covid we just order, in the pass it's been great but today 11/16/2021, we are very very disappointed, the wings are not cook well, bloody inside, so I called when I stated why I called she hang up on me, my husband said give it another try , some of your employees sucks

The ladies was not friendly even the manager. They act like they really did not want to be there. My waitress ran off to be with a couple of guys showing off their tattoos. The only one that made me feel like I was welcomed was the little girl at the front door she was very friendly. The manager didn't welcome me to the place at all. No wonder you are loosing money. I will be back here.

No waiting for seating but terrible response for drinks and no one asked for meal selection. Pitiful place, they don't care about customers. They care about $$$.

Come by on 10/15/21 and the food was not good at all. I would have rather had them tell me the kitchen was closer to be honest. 5 of my boneless wings didn't have the dry rub I asked for. 3 out of the 10 boneless wings I ordered where so tough I couldn't even bite through them or pull apart with my hands. The frys they gave me where so old they were not warm and had started to go stale and harder to chew. I had gotten it to go and so by the time I got to my food I was home so just thought I'd give feed back here. I wish I would not have paid $15 for old food for which most of went in the trash. Hopefully next time is better.

We was there tonight 4/14/2021 pretty much the worst service and food I have had in a long time I still paid my bill and tipped $60 but I won't be back never received plate or forks then had to stop eating what little food they brought out to get my family and I napkins the fried shrimp appetizer was cold drowned in sauce sent back second go around was better then they came said they ran out of burgers then my wife's wings come out NO tots 4 of us started eating 10 wings after that we waited 20mins my wings came but the girl said they lost our order and was making it so we started eating my 10 wings still no tots 20mins later my daughters bones less wings come she and her sister eat those last but not least the Tots came and sucked we order loaded tots they came with cheese and sour cream that's all I still paid and tipped your kitchen guy was more worried about his friends food and hanging out with them then make sure his kitchen is working keep in mind we still never got a plate even tho the girl seen we didn't have any hooters needs to step there game up used to be a great place

My family ordered dinner on 3/26/2021 after a long week. When my wife picked up food and paid almost 70 dollars the bag was big and sealed. When she arrived home and opened bag our 10 dollar salad was missing our wings only had sauce on two wings. We called the manager her name was Hailey this is the South County location in St.Louis Missouri. The manager says well what do you want to do. I said what does that mean? The manager says you can drive back to the store and get the salad or we will give you one next time for free. I informed Hailey the manager we live in the city this unacceptable.Manager says I don't know what to tell you this is all I'm doing for you!

This again is about the Hooters Restaurant in Burlington NC. It is in reference to the on-line order I placed on February 7th that was supposed to be ready at 6:19pm and was not filled. After being told it would be another hour until it would be ready to pick up, I called to confirm it was ready only to be told it was not started yet and they could not tell me when it would be ready to pick up. At that point I asked the person that I was speaking with to cancel my order and she said a manager would have to approve the cancelation. I waited for 10 minutes for a manager and finally hung up and recalled Hooters again. Finally I was able to speak with a manager and she said she would process the cancelation but it might take a couple of days. I am writing this as proof that I can show to my bank if Hooters messes this up. I will not place orders at Hooters again. Anybody wanting to place orders with Hooters in Burlington NC may want to order now and maybe they will have it ready for next year's super bowl.

Ordered from Hooters in Burlington NC at 534pm on Super Bowl night and received an email stating my order would be ready to pick up at 619pm. I arrived on time to pick up my order only to find that there will be a delay for about an hour. They had my phone number and could have at least called me about the delay but I guess they do not care about customer satisfaction. Maybe they should have their management team train at Chick-fil-A on how to properly treat their customers and not screw over them.

We were at the Chattanooga Tn Hooters last night got there about 6 waited 40 or more minutes to be seated. We sat outside in the heat with nothing to drink water tea nothing. Then after being seated took forever to get a drink and even more time to get out foo. Got there at 6 left at 830. We love the food but this was a first for us. Wasn't happy with the time or the service.

I like working here because of the people I work with and some of the regular customers but management is not very good and some of the rules are downright stupid, like about having to call off and you need a doctor's note or you're getting written up. And 3 write ups in your entire history, you get fired. That seems very extreme to me and also asking a bit much from employees who you don't even pay a living wage and who have to rely on customers to pay them. Do you even offer health insurance? I can't speak for everyone but, I can't see my doctor whenever I want. I have to make an appointment and it's usually 2 weeks from when I make it. Am I supposed to go to the ER just to get a note when it's not an emergency? That's just nonsensical and somewhat irresponsible. I just had a tooth pulled yesterday and I didn't think I would be so sick to my stomach the next day so I had to call off. Now, I'll be written up. I will definitely be refusing to sign it and I will fight about it. And if they want the note they can have it whenever I can get to my doctor and IF I even have insurance to cover the doctor, because they're screwing me out of that. I work very hard here they can give me a break. My father has a "real" job and as many times as he's called off, has never been fired, suspended, none of that. This policy is just pure pettiness. It's Hooters not the gd Marines.
I think that they should quit ripping us off with these tights as well. The tights are extremely cheaply made. Why don't they offer better tights, like dance tights that last for years? Or let us buy our own "Suntan" colored tights. I've had all my dance tights for 5+ years and they've never run. They cost $12 a piece but I've already spent at least 3x that on Hooters tights. The tights they sell snag more easily than any tights I've ever had. It's just a rip off. How much do you think nylons cost to make? And the discounted price we get is $4.50... One pair of nylons does not not cost $7-8 at any store I've been in, unless they're fancy ones (that don't snag easily), so what are they playing at. The newer uniforms they've been distributing also seem to be of a lower quality than when I started a year ago. Especially noticeable in the shirts; you can see right through them. Also, extremely odd to me that Florida girls can wear long sleeves but we had to fight to wear ours for 5 of the coldest months of the year in CHICAGO.
Customers are very often rightfully dissatisfied with their food. The price for the quality is absurd. And the people they hire to prepare it either aren't capable or just don't care. They probably just don't care because they're not the ones that have to bring that trash to the customers. They don't have to deal with the anger and being stiffed, not because I didn't do my job, but because they didn't do their job. They get to make their little $15/ hour either way. They're not reprimanded unless it's for talking back to the managers. They don't care; they put anything in that window and then management tells us servers we can't argue with them, don't yell at them, be nice to them. Ridiculous! It's chicken and fries, how hard can it possibly be?? There's 5 people on the line! No customer should be waiting upwards of 15 minutes for that. EVERY TIME. Hooters should focus less on what Hooters Girls look like and more on their quality of service and food prep. How am I supposed to serve when the kitchen can't get the food out? I would never eat here off the clock.
They really don't care who they hire BOH either. Been dealing with this perverted dishwasher for months now. The man stares like a hungry, drooling dog at every girl that walks by. He's always making creepy comments. Trying to offer GIRLS food all the time. He doesn't offer the guys food. He's predatory. He's an older man; he knows what he's doing. None of the other men that work there behave that way, not even the younger ones that could even have the excuse of not knowing better. EVERYBODY has noticed it. Nobody likes it. It makes us uncomfortable. I have complained about him several times to management and not a thing has been done. Now, when I'm really sick of him and kick him in the nuts, I'll be the one in trouble.
I also have had a problem with my payroll and can't seem to get it resolved. Hooters is claiming I received way more pay than I have and it's resulted in me getting kicked off my health insurance. And it's getting close to tax time. I only make about 300/week I can't pay for their mistakes and I also can't afford private insurance. They just keep directing me to someone else. Payroll/HR department never answers when I call and the voice mailbox is full.
Like I said, I like working here. I like the flexibility and I feel that I do make pretty good money, but these issues make it not worth it and make me not want to come in to work. I'm trying to find new employment where I will be treated with understanding, respect, and some intelligence. Maybe Hooters can be a weekend gig...
Overall, I think Hooters as a whole is going down. Company is tone deaf and makes it seem like they care a lot more about the employees than they actually do. It's just another money hungry corporation that does the bare minimum to quell the dissatisfaction of their employees. They don't care unless it's affecting their profits.

We went to hooters in Knoxville tn the worst service I have ever had in my life!!!! Our appetizers came before our driinksdrinks ere wrong no refills server checked back after we were done and not before..asked for manager he was to busy..

Went To Hooters Sunday With My Husband And Family It Took 1 Hour And A Half To Get Our Food When I Got My Salad Which Was Suppose To Be Buffal0 Chicken Salad It Came With 4 Little Chicken On A Little Bed Of Spinach Which I Don't Eat At All Told The Waitress She Said They Where Out Of Lettuce Could Give Me Shred Lettuce So Ordered Some Daytona Wings Which I Never Got !!!!!! My Husbands Lemon Pepper Wings Where Terrible Also. And To Top This Off Charged Me For The Salad And The Wings That I Never Ate Neither One So We Sat There For 2 Hours And I Had A Soda!!!!! And They Have Put New Floors Which Both My Grandchildren 2 And 3 Fell Because So Slippery The Waitress Told Us Someone Mopped With Dish Soap And One Waitress Had Also Fell .a Waste Of A $100 And No Manger Ever Came
