We enjoy the HEB Sea Salt Tortilla Chips.I. However recently we have noticed that the salt content seems to be excessive. We took one package back and the replacement seemed less salty. Our last package was excessively salty so my wife put the chips in a colander and shook out the extra salt and the chips tasted fine.
Has HEB considered reducing the salt content in these chips.? There are a lot of folks in this country who could use less salt in their diet and the chips would taste better. In our opinion.

Thank you so much for requiring customers to mask up in your stores! Y'all have
been fabulous during such a tough year & I appreciate this safety measure.
Most of us have been brought up to hold a door open for people as a basic courtesy. Mask wearing is another way to be thoughtful of others.

I just wanted to thank you so much fir making the decision to continue wearing the masks in your stores. I know it's hard to please everyone. I'm 71 and have shopped at the Waco HEB stores since 1987. I appreciate all you do to help the community to help and keep us safe. I use curbside pickup sometimes...I thought it might be nice to get a compliment instead of a complaint ?. Sincerely Michelle DiMarcantonio

Today I went to HEB on WW White and the woman working there was not helpful at all. She was actually just turning me away and sending me on my way. I didn't get her name but she looked Hispanic like me and short older woman with glasses. Lilliana was a young lady that stepped in and helped me. I had ordered a cake on Saturday to be picked up on Sunday. I arrived at HEB at 5pm when the store waa closing, I didn't know the store was closing early due to bad weather. I couldn't pick it up Monday due to bad weather. So today I picked up cake and I am grateful for the kind customer friendly young lady that was a Blessing. I hope she will be promoted or receive a reward because she is working in the right place. She treated me like Family.

I can't thank HEB enough for all they do to help my husband and I. From delivery of prescriptions and groceries to bringing groceries to the car. CHRISTIAN helped me today and even went back into the store to see if he could find a missing item. He found it! Thank God for people like him, willing to go the extra mile.

I recently had the privilege of volunteering at a flu shot and drive-through PPE distribution event in Manor, Texas. HEB members Liz and Brandon, from the nearby Elgin Store, were representing HEB at the event. They were very welcoming of everyone who drove through, had an enthusiastic greeting (even with masks on), and worked to make the experience a great one for all in attendance. Thank you, HEB, for all that you do for the community.

RE: EXCEPTIONAL SERVE BY DUSY AT STORE # 746

On Thanksgiving eve, 2020, I was in store # 746 in College Station Texas, and was having some extreme difficulty with an issue with my purchases...

The service manager on duty that night was named Dusty... He immediately came to my assistance, comforted me in my distress (I am a senior citizen) And immediately solved my issues, and went way beyond the call of duty to make my H-E-B shopping experience a good one for my Thanksgiving holiday

I cannot praise him enough for being an exceptional employee and representing your company in an Incredible way! Please let his store manager and regional manager know what an exceptional person and employee he is!

PRODUCT COMPLAINT:
Heavyweight Laminated Foam Plates - hill country

Really liked the durable plates at beginning.
HOWEVER...The last 3 pkgs of plates I bought have some defective plates in them. 1/3 to 1/2 of the plate is flimsy, worse than even regular foam plates.
1 bag had approximately 25% of pkg of defective plates. Another pkg had just a few.
I like the product, but this defeat needs to be addressed.

HEB is a wonderful place to shop.

Service is the best.

Move to Alabama or Georgia - enjoy the grocery stores there. In Baltimore they have Wegmans that is a great grocery to shop.

It is really nice we have Walmart & Target & others so shoppers can choose.

Appreciate curbside service in Austin! Just a quick question for shopping in the store: will HEB be instituting one-way aisles to minimize closeness so customers can adhere more readily to 6' social distancing?

Since the pandemic changes, the staff at HEB(281 & Evans) have been extraordinarily helpful, supportive and patient. They make every attempt to make the altered process as "painless" as possible. From the friendly greeting with sanitizer wipes to aisle helpers to the new exit, the entire experience is a good one. Today, I noticed a manager(not certain?) named Ashley(short brunette hair) that was the most efficient staff(in any business) I've ever observed in my life! She was all over the checkout area helping shoppers find the best lines, helped cashiers with questions and was making the entire process work better than anywhere else. I was so impressed by her! I stopped to just watch her in action, she was that outstanding. HEB is lucky to have her. What an asset!

I would just like to give a SHOUT OUT to HEB for their SENIOR DELIVERY SERVICES!!! I finally convinced my mom who is 80 to order from you today! You made the process super easy and she had her order in 2 hours! She was absolutely thrilled! Thank you for your continued support for helping the over 60 population! I just want to say "Thank You" to HEB at Nac/Thousand Oak, my wife went there this morning (Wed/Mar 18th) and she cannot believe have organized the store had sanitizier and hand wipes for the carts, even though she was 95th-in-line to get into the store, the staff was so polite and professional. They handed us our own carts as we walked-in and made sure we had everything we needed.

I want to praise an employee from H-E-B in San Antonio store at commerce and Rosillo location. Her name is Elenor. While two other employees and the security guard were being rude to a disabled man in a wheelchair, Elenor came out and spread reassurance and peace amongst the people in line outside. Her words of encouragement were greatly appreciated. Please acknowledge her with kind words because that is all we need during this time of fear and confusion. Thank you

This is a note of sincere appreciation for the curbside shopping option. What a blessing. I work in home health for elders in their homes. We can order by email, drive up to the curbside pickup, and get their groceries put right in the car. This allows folks who probably can't navigate a walk through the store to choose their own groceries, and makes it easy for them to pick up the order, or me to get the order for them, while those who can, ride along. Thank you for this, and for the always friendly and cheerful folks who bring the groceries to our cars!!

I'd like to voice my compliments to two of your employees at the Georgetown HEB (store number two) both Courtney Kelly in the meat department and Anthony Stasulli (one of your managers) both completely went out of their way to make our New Year's dinner a terrific one. Courtney is always so helpful, friendly and fun, she knew that I wanted to purchase a pre-cooked prime rib, but because it is just my husband and myself it was too much money. I was walking through the store when she came up with a prime rib that had been marked down as well as a $10 off coupon, As they were expiring soon. I also had tasted your garlic roasted horseradish at the cooking connection and wanted that desperately to go with the prime rib but the store was out of them and Anthony was able to find one for me! Both employees completely went out of their way to make a very loyal customer happy ! I have to say that 95 to 97% of your employees are absolutely terrific that is why it is my HEB! Thanks so much

We recently ordered a pizza from y'all it in Delhi at the Hancock Center in Austin Texas on 41st Street it was nice to be able to sit in the store have our pizza cooked us and eat it at the deli the price was great and the pizza quality and staff were out of this world our hats are off to y'all keep up the good work

Exceptional customer service in bakery at Barker Cypress/290 77433 today.!! Susie went above and beyond by offering to make me an edible cake image using my photo for my mom's birthday cake - she actually went in the back and found a cake that MATCHED the colors in my photo - it was beautiful !! My mom and the rest of us just loved it. Susie was very busy and handling lots of customers by HERSELF but she offered on her own anyway - was overwhelmed by her kindness and thoughtfulness - what a wonderful employee !!!

went to laredo on guadalupe in laredo texas on friday july 1st was told by the ex ast mgr of the now closed heb store downtown as i was talking to another employee there ALFREDO came up to me and said there aint no deals here (mark downs) if want for mev togo to another store because that was a se3riouse store and for me to shop else where at another heb not his .first you close3 store downtown then when we come to shop at the nearest stor you guys tell us were not welcome in your store

My wife has been shopping at HEB for years. During the last year we have been extremely unhappy with the produce that is being supplied from Mexico. Within a couple of days of purchase, the produce begins to rot and develop black fungus on lettuce for example. Green bananas are very bruised inside and rot quickly. Your produce from Mexico is not up to your normally good standard.

Cashier's and bagers need to be trained. How would you like your cookies packed in the same bag with a heavy bottle of dish soap. All the cookies broke. dog shampoo packed in the same bag with my fresh ground beef. I separate my food for them but their to busy talking about their personal life. Please train them.

I odered the Thanksgiving "Feast" from the deli department. The picture on the website looked and sounded wonderful. What is not revealed is the dried out turkey and microwaveable, prepackaged sides dishes. I could have made the sides for a lot less money and tasted better but my husband didn't want me to cook this year. If I had any idea they were just prepackaged meals I would not have chosen to buy this "dinner". It is partly my fault for not asking if the side dishes were fresh made. Should have gone to Lubys! In spite of the non-appetizing dinner, the customer service was very good!
