i just wanted to say that i couldn't get logged in to the Groupon website to print out my coupons so i called the phone number listed here. Pressed 1 and less than 20 seconds later, James C came on the line and listened to what i had to say. He was able to send my coupons to my email as a pdf and i was able to make my reservations for my hotel room i had purchased. I can not say enough good things about Groupon and James C.
I love groupons and look forward to a long relationship of saving money with them. Keep up the good work James and thanks for saving our weekend! You need a raise!!!

I actually had to return 2 groupons and the customre service was awesome. I ordered 2 groupons, and once a friend and I went to the business they were charging an upgrade for the service we wanted, so we decided to return the groupon. It was a Saturday so we both sent emails to the customer service email and received an email back on Monday. I instantly got a groupon credit refund, and they request more information from her. We called on Monday afternoon, with no wait during the call, and I requested to get a credit back to my card instead of a groupon, and she requested a credit back to the card as well. We both got exactly what we asked for, with little questions asked. Awesome and super easy!

After reading the bad reviews of the Groupon customer service, I was prepared for annoyance, but I had a GREAT experience.

I just wanted to comment to give them a GOOD review, because I barely had to wait 20 seconds before a real person came on the line, and she resolved my issue and even admitted that there are problems with their app as far as ordering one deal for yourself and one as gift is concerned. (You can't do that in the same transaction, which is why I had to call to find out where my missing Groupon was-- it would be nice if the fine print made that clear!!). I had barely hung up the phone before my Groupon appeared in my account and all was right with the world again. :)

Thanks so much for the phone number. From dialing to hanging up, it took me a total of 15-20 minutes to get my purchase changed and it was confirmed immediately via email and on my account on Groupon. Great experience.

I have purchased quite a number of items on groupon and all have been successful. I always read the small print especially the return and refund policy. That way the only person that i can blame is myself. I put on my calendar when it will expire so that I don't forget. i i did this the first time one expired, however i was able to visit restaurant and use the amount that paid.

I just call for the first time and I waited some time = they told me how many people i had in front of me about how long the wait was. I left phone on speaker worked on computer and then i was helped. the lady was nice and she found the info that i needed and emailed me.

Do you people realise it's not Groupon that supply you with the products im reading things with people saying where is my product speak to the person that is sending you the actual thing. After using and reading about Groupon they basically just advertise for free which is a marketing tool for businesses and great for us as we get a deal. I have never had a problem with them I only by deals I want.

Great customer service. I bought a groupon for a massage place several months back, and finally got around to attempt to use it. I called the first location to set up appt, either nobody picked up the phone, or it routed to a mailbox that was full. The second number has been disconnected.

I submitted a ticket to Groupon, saying I want my money back. Within a few hours I got a response. Not a canned automatic response, but a real one that shows that a person has actually read what I wrote. He said Groupon will try to contact the massage place but meanwhile if I wish to get a refund I could. I replied that I want a refund. Again, within several hours I got a notification that money has been refunded.

Much easier, faster and painless than I thought. Now I feel safe buying groupons knowing that if there is an issue it will be taken care of.

I had an issue with the company of a groupon I purchased so I emailed them asking for an account credit. I received an email back in less than 24 hours resolving the issue. The employee's name was Ariella M. and she was wonderful. This is actually the second time I've had to use their customer service and both times have been great. Unfortunately there's nowhere on their website to compliment them!

I ordered an item from Groupon in August for $799, it was supposed to be shipped in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks it was not here. I went back into Groupon to my original order and filed a complaint - easy to do....by the next day they said that I would not be getting the shipment, but they immediately refunded my money. For those of you who have not received your items, go to the groupon website and complain, you will get your money refunded, this site here only gives their contact info, they cannot help you with your Groupon dispute. I have been vey happy with my Groupon experience.

The company I got the groupon for no longer was able to do the service so I called and they said my $100 refund should be on its way :)

I called and it said 12 person ahead of me, but my call was answered in less than 2 minutes. I explained my issue with servicer not cooperating with my groupon, and right away they issued a refund to my AMEX. I must say I buy groupons often and this was the only issue I had, not with groupon but with Brzail Bronze Tanning and it was promptly resolved by Groupon. Before getting off phone I already had my email refund confirmation in my inbox.

Took less than 1 minute to get my refund on a getaway deal that was booked on the days I needed. Great customer service. I have NO IDEA why people are leaving so many negative comments or saying they don't give refunds.

I called to get a refund on a massage groupon where the spa was closed when I got there (even though I jad an appointment). It took thirty seconds for Groupon to give me a refund. Great customer service!

ipurchased a kodak playtouch video camera from groupon goods for $39 which was a very good deal. the battery that came with it would not hold a charge. i called customer service and told them of the problem. they offered to return the camera including shipping. i wanted to keep the camera and asked for any other options. she offered to reimburse me in a groupon credit for the amount of a new battery. i purchased a battery on ebay and called back to let them know the amount. they immediately gave me the full credit amount and didnt even need verifaction. great service !! and both ladies i spoke with were very nice.

I purchased a groupon for smart lipo back in March. Prior to purchasing I saw in the Q&A section someone had asked the Dr if a person decides not to go through with the lipo can he/she get a refund and the Dr said yes that groupon does do refunds. This is why I felt comfortable making the purchase but I'm also not crazy, I took a picture of the Q&A section just in case the situation were to come up later which it did.
I went to the consult and the Dr was very nice but I decided that I didn't feel comfortable going through with the procedure especially since they don't put you out for it. I emailed Groupon about a refund and initially they tried to tell me they were going to give me Groupon credit. I nicely pointed out that I only bought it because I was under the impression I could get a refund if need be and I attached the photo as my proof. I immediatelt got a reply and a full refund. I've used Groupon many times and so far I've always been pleased. My only advise to people is always read the fine print on the deals and if you buy one based on something that was promised by a business in the Q&A section take a photo as proof like I did because then there will be no dispute.

Fortunately I have a good experience with Groupon's customer service. It only took me less then a minute to get connected. Chris, the customer service rep, was very pleasant and he helped me to resolve my problem in no time. I received the refund email notification soon after I hung up.

Customer service was awesome! After reading many of the negative comments on this site, I felt obligated to write a positive one. I phoned the direct number, got a representative right away and problem solved! I purchased a laser hair removal groupon ($200) and was not a good candidate (too blonde). Correy B had the refund in my account within 20 minutes. I also received a confirmation e-mail within minutes of my call. Professional, friendly, prompt and effective!! I was extremely satisfied with the customer service dept at group on.
