I ordered 3 items. 2 were services. In order to finalize it states 'Redeem now'. I unde5dtood that no charge would be processed until item was redeemed, noting emphasis on 2 dates (a) term of discount & (b) expiration date once Redeemed.
I attempted calling from day 2 being unable to edit/cancel one of items. Also attempted repeatedly over next week to speak with a Live person. Instead of Virtual chat. an exercise in futility. The issues on screen are limited to 3 issues. Biggest problem is after relaying issue...NO response compoundef by their charging my credit card. Tried one last time and after told about 3 day refund policy. I reiterated same difficulties in live communication, virtual chat. & canceling online. More importantly tjat items were zNot Redeemed & should not have been charged. Confirmed by emails telling me to Redeem & highlighting ecpiration date. Upon relaying this & rejecting coupons with dayes and times of attempted contacts...NO further response provided. This is +$216 they improperly charged. Collected. and now refuse to 'charge back' (credit back to my card)

I have been taken by the amount of 56.99. I never heard of Groupon until it appeared on my bank statement. I asked to have it refunded. Groupon refused. I live on SsDI. This is a hunk out of my monthly funds. Please be decent and refund my money

I received and was charged for incomplete items. There seem to be no live phone communication with Groupon and callers are referred to a virtual chat link with no real person at the other end. This virtual chat link generates a standard messages to merchant that does not communicated the true nature of problem. Buyers beware as it seem next to impossible contacting Groupon or merchants directly.

Have order received Monday June 13 2022, order # starts with 1543, don't have handy; they are Swavorski earrings. Not as pictured, cheap looking. Have tried to return, no cooperation from seller, now no chat answer with Groupon ?all I asked for is printable return label to return. This is , I believe, 5th conversation with Groupon, still no resolution. I've always been for most part satisfied with orders but this one is turning out to be a pain .PLEASE send label, allow me to return for refund.

It is impossible to get my problem resolved. You charged me for a purchase that I never received. I have spent all day trying to get this resolved, but to no avail. This has been a ridiculous waste of my time. I am going to take this further because it seems like a scam to me.

Groupon also promises to refund a voucher if the location goes out of business, an event gets postponed or canceled, or for whatever reason a business won't accept your unredeemed voucher.

I purchased an oil change I didn't see that it wasn't for my state, which the website should have known. Let me purchase it, couldn't redeem it it expired, i was told I would get $ off for what i paid. Nope! They got me too. Can't contact anybody at groupon! This is where i say goodbye Felicia! I really don't like giving my money away!

I purchased 3 restaurant vouchers before corona. Totally understand that during corona restaurants were closed etc. but am not able to use vouchers. On Groupon app it states I was issued a refund - which I never received - now I can't use the voucher for the amount paid either. Trying to get in touch w/customer service is impossible. Am out over $60.

I bought a coupon for hair to be done at a salon and it was cancelled by Groupon themselves and they would not refund my money; only offered me trade for Groupon Bucks. As this is so wrong and i will not take it, i turned them over to the California Consumers Affairs board to check on all that has been going on with how they do business. May i surgess each of you that are unhappy do the same and maybe things can change

I hate that you can't talk to a live person. I've been trying to use a voucher and it tells me to use a correct voucher number. I copy and past just as it tells me to and I get the same response!? Getting frustrated I think that ill go to a different web site that has live person to help me out with any problems that I may enter.. If I don't get any feed back consider me gone...!

I also have trouble getting the return label when trying to return an unwanted item because what was delivered was not as I ordered or damaged. I will not be ordering anything from Groupoin the future. Crap products and extremely difficult to return the rubbish.

I am very unhappy at the moment! I don't intend on using these Groupon buck I would indeed use them for bills and they will not return money in my bank account! It is in called for and unfair u do not have a choice!

Hi I bought a voucher for a day out riding a Ferrari then realized it was for kids. I cancelled it immediately but it's been three weeks and no sign of the 99 euros in my account. So I'm not at all happy.

Have been trying to contact for a refund for Bursch Gardens which was close due to COVID 19!! No responses almost $400.00 This is so unacceptable!! I hope I don't have to get a lawyer or find a public network to get my money back or a updated expiration date for next year!! I'm so disappointed I have been a loyal customer to Groupon:(

I have bought from Groupon for a cut and blow dry from Oceanic Hair and Beauty. When I tried to book for an appointment, I was told that the arrangement with Groupon has ceased a month ago. Why did Groupon advertise for a deal when it is no longer available and accept money at the same time?
I have tried to contact Groupon (via email) for a refund at least twice. The refund website cannot be accessed at all!
I will no longer utilise Groupon for any deals! This is a big con!

I have been trying for over and hour to either get someone or some kind of Help.. I ordered two dresses and need to return them. Oh my God what a nightmare! I received them in the same pkg. and all I want is a refund or Groupon bucks. I buy a lot of groupons but after this nightmare I will only buy restaurant deals!

Awesome customer service! I called and was able to get a representative on my first try. My computer was having technical difficulties not allowing me to purchase a deal. The Groupon site kept sending me back to the Log in page instead of allowing me to make purchase. The representative was able to log onto my account and purchase my deal for me. I was very pleased with their customer support.

Hello to you all i am Mrs Mccart Martin by name am from United State i want to use this medium in thanking Mr James Freeman for helping me solve the problem i was having i had been suffering for some time now i have a job but with very low income my credit was not good so i need money to pay some of my debts so i had to go online one day and i was searching online i saw a woman giving testimony on how she was helped my a man named Mr James Freeman who gave her an hacked atm card so i had to try my best because i need money to pay bills i had to applied for the card also and i forward everything he requested for to him, so he told me not to worry that am going to get the card as i was at home i heard a knock on my door and the dhl delivered to me the card which i requested for so i was able to get money from it and do everything i needed money for so am just thanking him for the good thing he did in my life so if you are interested you can just contact him on his and he will be ready to help you. his is for real and you just have to give his company a trial and hey will never fail you.

There was an error with an order and after a couple of days GROUPON corrected the situation.
Unfortunately there was some confusion on both sides and I am pleased to say that the situation was dealt with and I'm pleased with the out come and will stay a customer.

The lady that assisted me was fantastic and patient. I was not looking forwarded to making the call due to my experiences with other companies over the phone and/or in person. This was my first purchase with Groupon and will not be my last due to her kindness. I had purchased a 12-mounth Xbox Live Gold Membership for one of my grandsons.

I've been a groupon shopper for a long time and have never had any issues resolving a problem. Recently, I tried to contact them by phone and did get the "one hour wait time" message, however they give you an option to enter your phone number and not lose your place in line and they will call you back, so I used this option and got a call back within the hour time frame. Issue was quickly resolved - I have no complaints over this process.

I ordered a Groupon for a 8x10 canvas print. When I went to place my order, the amount I would owe would not be covered by the Groupon. The Customer Service Representative, went to the website, and walked through the ordering process and found out where the problem was.

Although I have had other experiences with Groupon customer service that were not good, this one was excellent.

After reading the comments about their service, I was pleasantly surprised that JO came on after about a minute and walked me thru the problem then had me talk to Chad. Chad explained to me what the problem was and that was it .I spent a total of 15 minutes on the phone with Jo, and Chad. So I was very happy with Gropon customer service. thank you.

I ordered a child's rocker on 10/5. I had a choice of a pig a dragon or a horse. (The horse was $10 cheaper then the other two.) I picked the pig. On 10/8 I was surprised to see my package had arrived! Amazing shipping time right? I opened the box to find i didn't get the pig but the horse instead. I checked my email for my confirmation. It said i ordered the pig. I had also received a shipping notification also saying i had ordered the pig. So after much searching i found the contact info... I emailed them. Hours later i received an email that seemed very fake and scripted. So i waited for business hours and called them. I got through in less then 3 mins. talked to Tim. Told him i would keep the horse but wanted a credit to my account for the difference . He agreed and promptly added it to my account. mistakes happen but i feel he made it right without much hassle.

Had to return another Groupon because I didn't need it anymore. The only problem I had was that I emailed customer support and someone responded that same day with "How would you like me to resolve this problem?" and I emailed him back the next morning saying I just wanted a refund to my card. He didn't respond after two days, so I ended up calling and the lady returned it within a matter of seconds. Very helpful. I advise people to CALL FIRST. They are very easy to get a hold of- call, press one button, then there is someone there very quickly. Also, they always ask first to credit it back to your Groupon account. If you want it back to your credit card make sure you tell them to credit it there and NOT your account. Overall, they were very helpful on the phone, and not so much online!

I had a great experience with their customer service. My order was not able to process, and I only had a few minutes to try and put it through before the offer ended. I called their customer support phone number and the guy helped me put me correct the error in my order and put it through with a few minutes to spare! I have never had a problem with Groupon!

I just want to say that I had a FANTASTIC experience with groupon's customer service! For my friend's bachelorette party we decided to go on vacation and have a spa day before the party. We all bought a groupon for the spa experience (10 of us) and when we went to book it they said we couldn't use the groupon until July ( we were going in May). We emailed or called right after (I emailed) and each and every one of us got our money back to our credit cards. My representative was named Anthony M. and he was amazing. He was prompt ( he got back to me the same
day), courteous and very understanding of the situation.I love groupon and use their services all the time. I will continue to because of their wonderful customer service.

I bought 3 ultrasonic honey comb deffuses from you gave them as Christmas gifts. my friend just put it together today & the moter doesn't work . I would like a replacement or refund. order .
