Please! I have spent a good amount of money at Goodwill online.
The website difficult to navigate. When you click on an item, then go back, it goes back to the beginning instead of where you left off.
Please ask all the stores to at least give measurements if no size is available. Or both!!!
I swore I was done with Goodwill online. Please correct these minor problems that I consider big, because it takes so long to navigate.
Thank you, Laura Kubica

It's absolutely ridiculous how Goodwill has went up on the prices in there stores! You may as well shop at ROSS, Walmart, Marshall's etc

The price at the goodwill in cornelia ga are so high. Things get donated for free and then the company prices ridiculous high amounts. This is a company that suppose to help the community but instead is trying to make it impossible for some people to get what they need.

This store has ridiculous Sticker prices. It's the only Goodwill that has prices that is so high. The surrounding Goodwills in close by cities have reasonable sticker prices. I went to the Cumming store Saturday with my mom and we left very happy and pleased but it's 40 miles away. I visited the Neighbor Oakwood Goodwill today. I've never seen it so over stocked, which can be a good thing because of donations but I can't help but wonder if it's because they can't move the inventory. I over heard a manager fussing at an employee telling him to get everything off the shelves with an August date. I seen a plastic egg crate for 6.99!
Identical Mason Jars had different prices, why the difference?
Busted plastic tubs for 7.99
6 inch frying pan 12.99
These are just some examples.

My name is Lori Young and I went to goodwill on Manchester, and I had to do community service. I was so impressed by the management and how well they treated me. I must say that Angel, Jarred, and a younger Manager rocked. they were a real team that pulled together and did it with a smile. I had an encounter which I think that the president should review. This Manager name was Molly. I told Angel about a young man looking for work, and she interviewed him and he received a job. I came in to do my community service when i notice he was leaving. I asked how did it go and he responded thankyou.
Well when Molly seen me talking to him she did not know what we were talking about so she said Ms. Lori how do you know this person, I responded why? She stated this is my cousin kids father, and I need you to know I am bouty bouty, and I said what that mean. Then I told her this is not what you want. I took it as a threat, as well as you are suppose to be professional, but she went back to her cousin and told her where i work, as well as where he worked. She told her cousin how much he makes and when he gets paid. I found that so unprofessional. I talked to Mr. Jerreed and he assured me that this was not right. I came back to work and still finished my hours. I just want the President name Mark to know I thank you for putting your trust in me to complete my community service, and you have a beautiful staff and workers on Manchester. The only bad seed was Molly, and after she did all that on the floor she quit.
Thank you
Lori Ann Young

I purchased an item today that had missing parts. I guess I should have untaped the box and looked inside before buying it. Its not the first time either.I got a radio that didn't work either. AND the Prices are WAY to high ! Why not check things before putting them out to be sold to a sucker like me ! Now I have to return it ! Makes me mad .

Hello,

I went to store 81 in Riverside, Ca. I donated some items and accidentally left a small bag with the thumb drives in it, with the donated items. The information on the thumb drives were work related and highly important along with personal information.

General manager, Judy, her assistant, Perla and staff members, Jason and Omar went out of there way to locate the items, two days after I dropped them off. After Judy took my information and followed up with Jason, he found them in a trash Ben ready to be thrown away.

Thank you so much store 81, Riverside. Fantastic customer service!

I don't question those complaints registered here; but as a Goodwill customer for the past 70 years I obviously think they're at least "okay". Recently, prices (here in Warrenton/Astoria Oregon) have been going up at Goodwill, and I am changing my method of selecting items.
Here's my suggestion of what you can do when you return and item an have a credit slip. At my local store the Goodwill credit slip is useable for about 2 weeks (maybe longer - I have to read the slip each time.... my bad memory is to blame).
Before that time is up, if I don't find something I'd really love to buy, I can just buy Something (something I know is returnable)! I can keep the item and its sales slip in my car. I then have the next couple of weeks (at my G'will store) to look for something else to buy. Each purchase gives you another stretch of time for shopping with each "new" credit slip. Even so, I've never had to do this, because near the time limit, I have been lucky and found something I liked :-)

I want to highly commend Jonathan the manager at the Carbondale, Illinois store. He is very polite and courteous everytime you see him. He does his best to resolve issues for all the customers. He is an asset to your business. I will gladly donate and shop at that store.

Just wanted to let you know, when I was visiting Greenwood, SC store an employee was the very best. She was so helpful to me when I was looking for an item. Her name was Angie and she has beautiful red hair. She seemed a little shy but was friendly.

As I was shopping and looking around I experienced great outstanding customer service. Maria Avila was extremely helpful in helping me find the right items I was looking for. She is just the best most helpful employee I've met.

I have nothing negative to say about Goodwill. Their products are priced reasonably and most Goodwill stores that I have experienced are very clean and pleasant.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I once purchased a nightstand from a Goodwill in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and the worker helped me load the large (and heavy) item into my small car. It was certainly a challenge, but the worker was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me.

Great work, Goodwill!
