I have sent you a few emails telling the account in Leonard Jones name was forged. I have not seen where you understand. I have talked to my attorney about this matter. I have never ordered anything from you. The person who forged my name is Patricia Jones I am asking you to please send me a copy of the signature and agreement that I did not sign so I can take it to my lawyer. Leonard Jones 3100 sweetwater road apt I am very tired of receiving information that I did not order or agreement to.my email your company is wrong for harassing me. I told you from the first notice what happened. Let me know when the information will arrive.

absolutely awful...charged for purchases that have been returned as if you do not like it they still charge you a portion not 100% you can go to a store with your receipt and get 100% back. I ordered 2 things and sent 1 back second one was an over the door rack for $30 and my bill got to over $100 for what. This company is a rip off. Will not use them again...cut up card.

I have never had such a terrible service in my life .I cannot understand the people I talk to .This service is so bad that I all I want to do is pay you off at then I will never do business with you again .I will not refer you to anyone I know.So please stop the phone calls or I will have to report you for phone misuse.

I have had a fingerhut account for approximately 4 months. I faithfully make my payments. Two weeks ago I made a payment online for 60.00. One payment only. Fingerhut took 2 payments of 60.00 the same day. When I called them on to tell the it messed my checking account up they told me they would reverse the payment in 24 to 48 hours later. 72 hours later it had not gone back to my account they informed me they were sending a check. I told them no as quickly as you took my money out you put it back. They would not!!!!! Needless to say I am ticked off I immediately canceled my account and will neve never deal or recommend fh to anyone! Anyone. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with you have taken a double payment from me messed up my checking account and you are going to send me a check! Pack sand!

This bunch has turned "my order payments" over to a collections agency, and I have never ordered anything from them in over 50 years. That is when I ordered a supposedly to have been pure leather, which I paid dearly for when I ordered it. It was not pure genuine leather. It was cheap vinyl, and I do mean cheap. I tried to return it for a refund, but had no success. Now they have an order I was suppose to have placed with them and owe them for, which I have mentioned earlier. Like I"ve said I haven't ordered from them in 50 years or more. Now someone has gotten the information from them some how and placed an order in my name or in my husbands name one. We haven" received any books what so ever from them in 50 or more years. I"m having trouble getting them to understand that I have not placed nor received anything ordere4d from them. They have ruined our credit, and don't give a flying flip about it. They tell me that it is my fault and they had nothing to do with ruining my credit. That I should pay my bills. I couldn't even get themto tell me just what I ordered and they said I ordered it, I should know

This is the worst company I have dealt with. We ordered bunk beds for our grandchildren with a defended payment . This was at the end of December. We have been getting harassing calls from them stating payment is late . They want my credit card number by phone to make payments .I have never received one payment from them. My advice is to never order from fingering. The company is a fraud !!!!!!

I wish I never heard of "FINGERHUT" They are the worst mail order company ever..Don't ever order anything as you will be stuck in a vortex of lost payments, late fees,over charges,.Customer service is not helpful, the ones on the phone are in or from the Philippines and that woman give a different name every time(not like it matters)Because she only wants your bank information.
Every 6 months they lose my mailed in payment.NO OTHER company I deal with does this..Now comes the late fees and double payments..So, it makes it had to catch up.I did the buy a gift card at Walmart to pay one time online but..I get paid on the first of the month..my payment is due on the second day..Which I used to pay 1 month in advance until they claimed they did NOT get my payment..Now this month I got out of the hospital on 1/1/15 (Mayor emergency life threatening surgery )and mailed in my payment on the 1/2/15 and they are saying they never received it (AGAIN)I could not make it to Walmart..
It takes 2/12 months to get the lost payment money order back from the Post Office..
So, Fingerhut wants a payment of $180..with late fees of $37.00 for 2 months for a $43 credit line..which was a credit line of $762 last month..!!!
I am closing my account and seeing a lawyer or legal advice as soon as possible.

I placed an order, and they took my down payment, and I'm still seeing asked for my payment.my older number is . I can't reach any one by phone now they have my money it's confirmed through my bank. I would like to know when my order still be delivered.

This company is full of idiots who cant speak nor understand the English language. They lie to you to get the sale. This is the biggest scam I've ever seen. You can never get through to someone who can help you and they keep transferring you to some other idiot who can't or won't help you either.

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with! I was over charged by $60.78 had spoken to numerous representatives with no prevail! I will be cancelling my account ASAP. No one seems to understand English or even begin to care about what your concerns are. I am surprised this company is still in business! Most concerning is the fact I did not read the reviews before I trusted this company with my account. NEVER and I mean NEVER will I order a single thing from them. if you are reading this please note my concerns before moving forward with this company. I can guarantee you the disappointment and frustrations if you do "business" with them.

I have been a customer of Fingerhut for over a year, I have one $67.00 dollar payment and I will be done with Fingerhut.. Thank God. I Closed my account months ago, due to poor customer service, the Customer service reps talk to you as if your not a paying customers, they talk to like your nothing!!!, they are rude and I have never had a good experience when calling the., I just called today to get some information, regarding the closing of my account, to see if they documented my concerns at the time, after waiting for someone to answer for 25 minutes a rep got on the phone ask me my information hardly letting me complete what I was saying before jumping to the next questions. I ask the rep can you tell me if my account shows that it is closed and if there is a note stating why. the guy say,"The account was closed by you!!!", yelling at me, I said , sir I understand, but can you read the notation, if there is one. The Guy then says, "what don't you understand, the account was closed by you!!" by this time I am livid so yell back at him, if you don't like your job, please put someone on the phone who can help me, he continues to yell and argue, I then told him again, sir read the notation, and he says, " your account was closed due to poor customer service issue" I said, well we will just leave it at that. every time I have placed a order or spoke with someone I have been treated poorly, Fingerhut needs to invest some of that money they get from charging ridiculous prices and high interest rates and spend it on some intense customer service training, .

They suck suck suck when I placed an order everything was available but ten I got a notice that one item had been canceld an they still charged me for it and they won't replace it and I can't get a supervisor on the phone

These people are awful. Have spoken with several different CSR about a $23.00 payment that was missed one time due to being in the hospital. Informed when payment would be received and they have not stopped calling. Have been an outstanding customer for 10 yrs. Just ridiculous!!!!!

Fingerhut sold me a tv that was made for panama use only! I have been calling for months now to get help with this issue and to no avail. Managers have promised me that they would take care of it and havent. Look at my nites on my acct. I have been hung up on at least 15 times because they did not want to help me. Im frustrated and upset but not one time did I get irate with the agents because every time I call I get someone new. I have emails from samsung that state the tv should not have been sold in the u.s because the system works differently and that the tv can not be fixed here! I want fingerhut to do the right thing! I have been a loyal customer but have been treated very unprofessionally and very mean!

I bought a gold bracelet from Fingerhut, had it approx. 2 weeks, wore it once and one of the links broke in half. right in the center of the bracelet. I sent it back and never had a refund applied to my account so I phoned them. The customer service agent (who's ENGLISH sucks) told me that due to excessive use and abuse no refund would be issued! WTF??? Excessive use??? How the hell do you do that? I refuse to pay them one more dime.

I had order a Marcy Diamond Elite Weight Bench MD-2080 either July or August of 2014. And it was missing two very important parts one Backrest support and one M10x2 3/8" Hex Bolt; therefore, I had called Fingerhut about the missing pieces about three weeks ago from today date 9/8/14, and I had received no answered or the missing parts from Fingerhut Corporation. I will wait one more month (September 2014). Then I will contact the Better Business Bureau about the situation, if I don't hear from you!!

Was calling to get an issue resolved for my GF's mom. Called the credit department cause that was what the message said. The guy said it's not his department and he was kindly to transfer me to customer service. Was put on hold for 2-3 minutes and got hung up on. Called the customer service number and was on hold again and finally got through. I told the lady that I was calling for my GF's mom. She told me to give her the information she needed and told me that she's not able to talk to me without the customer consent in a really horrible manner, so I gave the phone to the GF's mom. She also asked my GF's mom about the same information that I had already given her. The lady told my GF's mom to wait and was hung up on. My GF's mom told me to call again but I told her that the lady was a realI wasn't going to deal with customer over the phone because of the bad manner.

I purchased a 40" LED SAMSUNG, 3D Television from Fingerhut on November 15, 2013. Immediately the TV began turning on and off by itself. I was within the 30 Day Home Trial Period, so I called Fingerhut to return the television. I was told by an EXTREMELY RUDE phone representative "It is not Fingerhut's problem, you must contact the manufacturer", then hung up on me.
I called and emailed NUMEROUS times. I got absolutely nowhere with the Fingerhut representatives. They refused to let me speak with a supervisor, they hang up on me and they are completely unwilling to assist me. It is a total nightmare dealing with Fingerhut.
December 2013 - I spoke with Kyle ID # MADRILEJO - He stated I was no longer within the 30 Day Home Trial period and there was nothing he could do. Again, he refused to let me speak with a supervisor and claimed he was unable to transfer my call or provide me with additional phone numbers to contact Customer Service.
Again, I emailed several times and I left a negative product rating through the Fingerhut website. I received no response to the numerous emails, but Fingerhut removed my negative rating from their website. Fingerhut is misleading consumers by removing negative ratings and displaying only the positive.
I finally decided to contact Samsung, the manufacturer of the TV.
Samsung arranged for a company to come to my home and repair the television. The repairman replaced the defective part twice (the first part blew as soon as it was inserted). The "band-aid" repair held for less than a week. Again, the TV was on and on, on and off.
I called Samsung and their ECR Representative told me "YOUR TV IS OLD & OUTDATED". I would have to go through another repair, but first, I must prove the TV is still under warranty.
At this point, I stopped making payments to Fingerhut. They sold me an OLD, OUTDATED, DEFECTIVE TV.
Well, It didn't take long for the harassing, collection phone calls from Fingerhut to start. They want their money, but still unwilling to take the TV back. They reported my account to the credit agencies as default, which brought my credit score down.
I started to threaten Fingerhut and Samsung with a lawsuit, BBB, Consumer Protection, anything I could rattle off to make someone listen. The TV came with a 1 year warranty that guaranteed against defect....I wanted it replaced.
Finally, 7 months into this ordeal, Samsung has agreed to exchange the TV. This should happen within the next 7 -10 business days.
BACK TO FINGERHUT - I called Fingerhut today (June 30, 2014). I explained that Samsung has agreed to exchange the TV and I would be willing to make my monthly payments, if Fingerhut removed the late fees and updated my credit report. I was told " you pay the late fees $260.00 now and Fingerhut will reimburse you and update your credit report" . REALLY? I asked him to send the information to me in an email, which he refused to do. I asked him to remove the late fees first, which he refused to do. After going several rounds with this blatantly deceptive person, he stated he was not authorized to remove the late fees or update the credit report. Why did he tell me he would????? OMG - SO NTENTIONALLY DECEPTIVE!!!
Again, I asked for a supervisor and again I was not allowed to speak with one. I asked to be transferred to someone that could assist me and again, he refused.
I called Fingerhut back 6 times today, I have spoken with Sarah, Kerriann, Kim, Stephanie, Samuel and Ellis. All of these representatives were unwilling to assist, unable to help, unwilling to connect me with a supervisor, unable to provide me with additional phone numbers and so on.
This has caused me a great deal of anxiety & stress, it has ruined my credit, which has affected me financially.
I am more than happy to speak with any law firm or media regarding this issue with FINGERHUT.

I tried applying on line and it would not let me. I called two different numbers and both times it asked for information I could not give. What is the matter with you people? Don't you believe that some one would like to talk to a live person? I will never try and contact you people again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
