I ordered afew items on sunday and paid express shopping 2items were sjoppef on 4/22 the other one the main one I ordered just got a tracking # and ups saod as soon as it gets to thier facility it will start tracking
now how i that the itm was in stock when I ordered so paying for express shipping is not express when its still waitng to be picked up.

Fingerhut is so desperate. I ordered a 32 inch TV via telephone and I cancelled the order the same day. Not only the same day, but less than 5 seconds later (on the same call). The agent said that the order was cancelled and a few days later the TV was delivered to my house. I called Fingerhut to inform them that this order was cancelled and they apologized for shipping it. Apparently the agent did not do her job in cancelling this order therefore, I am not responsible for shipping it back to them. I called them to let them, know that they needed to send me the appropriate paperwork to ship it back to them. They mailed the paperwork and I returned the TV to them. They have since hounded me for the shipping cost for which they shipped to me in error. They call my house everyday, every three hours. Not only that, they call and ask to speak with me and then once they have confirmed that it is me on the phone, they hang up. What kind of nonsense is this. I am not paying the return shipping cost because they were at fault for not cancelling this order. Yes, sure the prices are just like any other convenient on-line services: You pay out of the butt, but for them to constantly harass me is another issue altogether. I have since retained a lawyer just for FINGERHUT. THEY ARE DESPERATE FOR SHIPPING COST FOR AN ITEM I CANCELLED AND ARE CONSTANTLY HARRASING ME. Therefore, I do not recommend Fingerhut to anyone. If this message is received by management, I suggest you take care of this situation. I have phone records of every time you called my house and also taped messages of how you ask for me and then hang up.

I bought air mattress from finger hut and both mattresses deflated and now I'm stuck with a bill of 300 bucks! Never will I order from them again!

I am a new customer of fingerhut. These people gave me the run around after my mailing address was incorrect. Talk to several reps. & nothing. So I finally decided to call back to get an catalog mailed out which they never did. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! !!!

I have now going on 3 months tried to get a person with this company to fix a problem with my account ( which I am canceling ) I order some items for Chtistmas , which I have never recieved !!!!! I would check the information in

Be deliveried toy home . When this information got to me that these items had been deliveried ( which I never recieved ) I called and send emails to this company , which 3 times I was told I would recieve a form to fill out and return to this company . I was also told that the 15 to 20 calls a week would stop . All lies , 3 months later I still have not recieved this form and the calls continue !!!!! I don't mine paying for something that I order and recieve , BUT I will not pay for something I have never recieved ! And now I call their CS number and I am placed on hold forever !!!!! BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!

was told I would not have a payment until March. and I have used them for many years never paid fees and interest on a oo balance, now I'M CHARGED. will never use Fingerhut again.

I wanted to talk to costumer service, but I was told they where in a meeting.every time I call they are in a meeting.there is nothing good that I can say about the service from fingerhut.I was trying to resolve an issue regarding my account.It is said when you cant get somebody to really help you.

I don't know how you people can sit back and say there is a late fee of the same amount as the payment for being less than 24 hours late on a payment. The customer service reps are very rude. I will not recommend fingerhut to anyone. I will never shop with you again.

Ok right now am very pissed and about to b very ballistic. I ordered a ds3xl from this website...delivery was good. I ordered in december am awaiting a bill in the post which I am expecting to pay for January. ..check d mail every other day, no bill. Check internet there system is always down u cant access ure account..ok I always go to check my credit score to c whats up. Checked my credit score theres points taken of my credit score.very furious I checked finger hut reported that I didnt pay my bill. How d hell am I suppose to pay a frikkin bill when I didnt get one and system is always down am really frustated n cant wait to speak to a supervisor cause I dnt play with my credit score..

had the worst experience with customer service, my father has recently had a stroke and is unable to speak and understand things clearly. I have been making the payments on his account and when there was a discrepancy with the payments, I asked what I needed to do so that a customer representative would speak with me, each rep was very rude and overly confrontational. I wasn't able to get the account settled and I still don't know how to go about getting this situation handled. will never encourage anyone to buy anything from fingerhut or encourage anyone to be a customer. and I have strongly urged my father NOT to send another payment to this company

My wife placed an order of 5 items...we received 3.. But they said they shipped all 5. There was a hole in the box, that was somewhat tapped up. Called Fingerhut and Fedx and told them about the box, and that the camera and IPAD were missing..Get a police repot Fingerhut said..did that..sent it to them..There response was, well Fedx said that you got your box..told them I got my box but not all items nor the packing slip was in the box...camera showed back up to Fingerhut two weeks later,which was supposedly in the box that I received...still disputing the IPAD, which doesn't help with the poor customer service...going on 10 months..please help!

I placed an order by phone and they tryed to get the money off my card and said it didnt have enought called my bank they said nobody tried to get anything off my card today WHAT THE DEAL I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DO MY BUSINESS BUT I REALLY DONTWANT THAT WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAYS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have that fresh start account. I made my payment agreement with fingerhut to pay 20.00 a month for 5 months. This agreement was made in july 2012, they not only didn't follow my agreement,but say I'm in default because I have a 12.82 balance owed. Had they followed my wishes I would have been payed up as of dec 2012. Seems the ponzi scheme hasn't died with the former owner going to jail. No one can help me at this company either. I hope they all burn.

I am trying to get assistance from one of your customer service reps (Shonda) She was not only rude; but, when asked to speak with a supervisor, she hung the phone up on me. My wife decided to create an account with Fingerhut to buy my daughter some pots and pans for her new apartment out of state. We completed the application and then realized we hadn't had the items shipped to her place, but to ours. We contacted Fingerhut and were told that they would only deliver to our home. We were a little annoyed, but no big deal.

A little while later my wife received her fingerhut package. First thing she noticed was that it was extremely light for what she had ordered. She opened the box and found a coat instead of the pots and pans she ordered. She contacted Fingerhut and proceeded to get the worst customer service ever.

The first guy she talked to said he had no idea what to do and told her that he would find a supervisor. After about fifteen minutes, the call cut off. She called again and got a different "customer service" agent. When she explained her problem, the agent said, " ". She then told my wife that she would have to talk to a supervisor because she didn't know what to do. After another fifteen minutes she came back and said she could not find a supervisor. She put my wife on hold again and, SHOCKING, the call was cut off.

My wife called a third time and immediately requested a supervisor. After being put on hold again she finally got in touch with one. She explained the problem and he said they would send out a return label for the items she got, but it would take another week. (This order was placed 12/20, this occurred 1/2). He then told her that because she was a new customer, he technically could not make an exchange. My wife explained that this was not an exchange because she got the wrong item. He said it was an exchange because they were "exchanging" the wrong item for the right one.

the absolute inability of these people to fix a simple error in shipping was mind boggling. Two different staff members who work for a company that does only shipping didn't know HOW to do a return for an improper order is beyond ignorant.

And to add salt to the wound, they would not allow her to cancel the entire order. We will never use this company again. And if I can find a way to get a refund, I definitely will. Horrible service.

absolutley HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!
1st time order: camcorder I paid a $30 down pymt, returned merchandise due to poor quality. i Also HAD TO PAY return postage of $12.00, they show merchandise returned, but will not refund my down pymt and to top it off they have me in collections for $12.72 !!! REALLY Who taught u how to count!!! I called the 800# listed at top of this page the rep gave me another 800# I called that # and they gave me the First # all over again !!! NO ONE HAS HELPED ME YET!!! THEY KEEP SAYING " THIS IS A ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT." what DEBT? OH, you mean the DEBT YOU OWE ME, LIKE MY $30.00 DOWN PYMT.

ridiculous worst ever can't talk to any one other than order takers very rude hateful people, unable to assit with any help they hang up. I work at a call center we try to please the customers, and can get fired if we are rude and hateful. I work with swiss colony, maybe fingerhut needs to call swiss for experience on being poliet and helpful. My opinion order elsewhere not with fingerhut

Merry Xmas, I order a purple comforter on-line and presented it as a gift, the order said that the comforter commes with a pillow case and sheet and more, I did not get that with the order, all I got was the comforter, please go back and recheck my order to see that is exactly what I order, not satisfied with the order I received.

Had an issue with my bill. Wasn't getting anywhere with the phone tech, so asked to talk to a supervisor. Got hung up on twice and got a "senior phone tech" third time. Each person I talked to wouldn't give me any info without getting any response from them. WORST company I've ever had to deal with!!!
