Ypur app is horrible. You do not allow badic customization like hold the cheese...why dont you recognize dairy allergies. I had to pay $3 for coffee by being forced to order at the store.

I have the obligation to write this comment, unfortunately I have never had any problem with this store, although I have been shopping there for 6 years, last week on the 29th I went to buy my bagels in the morning to take to my coworkers from my restaurant, but I arrived and found everything strange, his place was completely dirty, there was new staff in training without supervision, there was only one woman who shouted from one corner to the other without respecting the customers, they had the man who made me take the shot of the order without any supervision, that's why my order went all wrong and even worse when the woman got involved in it so much so that despite having paid for my desserts she never put them, her rude way and that nothing matters less to the customer. When I arrived at my place I found that my order was not complete, I called and she in a mocking and stubborn and lying way answered me, she told me to come the next day and that she would solve it, however I went and the situation was worse, I felt attacked and discriminated against by a liar and insolent person, nothing cultured or less attentive to her clients. I put it to your knowledge because I cannot let a person who represents your corporation be of this nature with clients, not everyone takes the time to write but only does not go back, I would like you to be very careful when selecting their staff even more so when they represent them. terrible experience hesitating to return to buy another day.

Extremely disappointed today. Went to the Einstein's on Kendall and 122 Ave. and was met with a highly incompetent staff and manager on site. We were there for my son's birthday and immediately asked for the free egg sandwich. After taking our order the Cashier said we needed to be a rewards member to get it. The manager, Cristina Wilson was there but didnot come over to assist. We left and came back with the rewards on hand only to be told that we didn't have points. At that point the manager comes over to say we had to register prior to the birthday. I paid for the sandwich, a médium chai latte and a médium coffee but they did not provide the coffee. Upon request they gave us the coffee in a unsealed cup which spilled on my car floor. This has been the worst experience ever. They are lucky my son didn't get burned.

This is my second visit to Einstein. My first experience was really good at the 12 mile and Orchard Lake Road, Michigan location.
This time my food preparation has been terrible.
I ordered a chili bagel toasted with butter. But I got a jalapeno bagel. They did not even cut the bagel in a proper way. One side is very thin, and the other side is too big and not enough toasted. Also, I orders a small late, I got a big late and charge more. Today morning I am disappointed with my order.

I've been having a HORRIBLE time trying to get a refund solved... but they are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with at their corporate office. Just a joke. They don't have a phone number posted... no e-mail... just a form. And when I do receive a response via e-mail... I can't respond back because it says the e-mail doesn't allow incoming messages. WTF?

This company is the biggest joke. Customer service is horrible. I've literally gone back and forth 8 times and they STILL can't get my refund correct. Never going to Einstein (HA! What a joke of a name... no geniuses there) Bagels again.

We have been going to Einsteins for years and normally it has always been a good experience at the Tucson, AZ Ina & Shannon location.
Unfortunately, it has been unacceptable our last 3 visits and the food preparation has been terrible.
On every order, the staff forgot to pack items.
This last order, this morning, the cream cheese and bags were left out and the prepared food was burned to a crisp with ingredients missing and sliding off the bagels. They were inedible.
Our iced coffees were terribly bitter like never before and our tubs of cream cheese were not packed at all.
I called to ask for the manager, and Monica said she is the manager. She was very abrupt and rude stating that they are understaffed and too busy.
I explained that we are weekly customers and the past 3 orders have been unacceptable where I have had to drive back to the location for missing sandwiches, cream cheese tubs and storage bags.
This last order was the absolute worst ever! I am really disappointed in the rude management, repeat mistakes that cost us time, gas and aggravation, and the decline in the service and food quality.
We will only walk in now for bagels that I can pick myself at the counter, insure I have everything together and leave. We will not order anything cooked and definitely not the bitter, disgusting iced coffee.
Einsteins needs to step up their game and quit asking people to dtive back for missing sandwiches and tubs of cream cheese.
These mistakes are happening every trip through the drive through or b6 walk in app pick up.
To add more insult, the attitude of the manager was appalling. I told her that I would contact the corporate office for a resolution to ongoing problems.
Truly awful that this location is being mismanaged. It used to be the best location on the NW side that actually cared about its customer service and quality.
Very disappointed. :(

Today I "redeemed" 100 points, but got nothing for it. Previously I redeemed another 120 points and got nothing for those points. I guess I need to call or contact the Better Business Bureau and the Fairfax County Consumer Affairs Office.

Attached are the previous (8/6/20) Screenshots showing that 120 points were lost AND the Screenshots from the 2/25/21 loss of 100 points (though nothing was received/redeemed). Einstein Bagels owes me 220 points, but if I cannot use the points, then what is the use of having them restored? I also should be compensated for the time and effort I've wasted with these complaints. I would think that at least a $12 credit is fair. If I receive no reply by COB on 2/26/21, I will proceed with my complaints.

Yes hello I visited Einstein Bagels this morning Saturday January 2nd. We visited the drive-thru at location 1356 in Colorado. Receipt number DT50113. We paid for two Farmhouse bagels with two eggs each. I requested the meat on the side of my bagel because I am a vegetarian. I was pretty disappointed to get my bagel home and see a bagel with literally only shmear and cheese. There was no egg on my bagel. So I paid for double egg that I did not receive. I do have a photo for this and can provide that if needed. I then called the location and asked to speak with the manager and was told the person on the phone was the supervisor. I described my concern and then was told that I had to drive all the way back down there to resolve my issue. I offered to send a photo and I was told again that I had to drive down there to resolve my issue. This is appalling to me! I will not drive 20 minutes back for a mistake that was made by your employees. Would they then reimburse me for the gas and mileage that I have to waste on their mistake? Furthermore the employee gave me lots of excuses about a new system and why the employees couldn't read the receipt on the new system. I am an operations manager for a very successful restaurant in Denver and I would never tell a customer that they have to come back down to the restaurant for a mistake that we made. I want my money back for this and I will not be visiting this location again. I also think that this supervisor should be retrained as well as your staff on how to read a KDS screen and receipt tickets. I don't know too many people who would be satisfied receiving a bagel with cream cheese and cheese only. I do want a call back and I do want a refund. I have no problem paying for the bagel but I want a refund for the egg. I understand that Covid has caused hardships and I have lived those myself, but that is unacceptable customer service for a mistake that was not my fault.

I treated myself to choco chip coffee cake
I asked if it could be warmed

When I got to my car
It was not warm at all
Also it was so stale

I went back into the store
I told them if items are good I praise if not I speak up

The man behind counter said ok

Nothing else
Never offered to replace
Or refund.

Einstein store locations continue to use their store as propaganda zone to spread gossip to customers. It is worthy of a civil lawsuit.

The first time I reported it at one of the worse locations in Dallas on Beltline/Marsh.The drive thru was going for 3 hours with gossip to each customer. It could be heard all across the shopping mall parking lot because the speaker was turned up so loud. Despite reporting it, they have continued.

I am homeless and have been for over a year, targeted with a stoning of targeted hate comments per day, discrimination in over 60 jobs etc. The other locations have participated as well. Reports have yielded nothing other than the manager threatening me if I report it he will encourage 4 more stores to ganag up even more with more gossip. Beyond inhumane.

I am a marriageable quality single woman. However because I have standards I have been crucified to the metroplex with absolute public humiliation and destruction of dignity. I am not allowed to work or live. I am going to be murdered at this rate.

Businesses should be about their business, not have rights to use their drive thrus and stores to damage by spreading defamation and forming the minds of people. Businesses like this one need to be out of business. Propaganda spreading is worse than Coronavirus and more damaging. Who can go to court. The police can do nothing. Thers need to be turnover and legislation to fine businesses like this for this hazard.

I have sent several emails trying to get a refund from your company and it keeps getting returned to me that it cannot reach your website. Your message says that you are trying to keep your employees safe and it seems as if your corporate offices are closed but your stores are still open exposing your employees to the virus while the corporate office is safe and not responding to requests for refunds. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND YOU HAVE PERMANENTLY LOST A CUSTOMER. I placed an order this morning for pickup under the name of Janet and called the store to find out how long it would take to fill the order only to be told that they didn't have any of the bagels I wanted that they had sold out so I canceled my order. They told me I would have to call corporate to get a refund so, please refund me $28.58. I had $55 dollars in the app and the balance is now $26.42.

If you have any questions, please let me know. Also, could you kindly let me know how long it will take to process my refund? Many thanks for your help, keeping people safe by offering curbside delivery and delivery and also the "Buy a Box" and contributing a box to people in need." Keep up the good work!

I have been collecting the bagels at the end of the day to give to a food soup kitchen. These homeless people sleep on filthy streets, in the freezing cold and are starving!!

It has been decided by you and my local branch that you are no longer giving these away rather you would throw them away. UNBELIEVABLE!

We are all staggered by this decision. We knew long before the Virus scare that there was something int he air and and then you changed your policy back to the free bagels at the end of the day, and now back to greed and suffering and waste!

This is tragic and i hope you reconsider this policy.

I'm very disappointed in the Einstein's stores in Naples, FL because they don't have ancient grain bagels, my favorite. Could you correct this ASAP as we'll be spending our Winter there again this year.

Deterioration of Quality - Not sure what to make of your store in canton, Michigan. When it first opened quality of product was exceptional, over past 6 months seems loke quality of product is no longer a concern as bagels lack flavor, consistency does not exist and freshness of product is poor. Bagels although made daily appear to have day old consistency ( stale ) . Quality control and importance of such does not appear to be monitored nr controlled in this location. Pricing for product exceeds local national competitor and as such makes it difficult to continue to support when so many things are going against

Maitland, Florida store. The outside of the store is disgusting. There are cigarette butts in the mulch that goes around the patio. No effort has been made to clean them up in a long time. Why cannot the corporate office that owns this store come to Maitland, Florida and look at this store. If the company that this store is leased from has the responsibility to keep property clean, they are not doing it!! Panears has signs posted all over, THIS IS A NON SMOKING PATIO. The patio in Maitland needs to be chained off at night to keep people from going up there. Also signs saying NO SMOKING. When I ask management about this, it all goes back to cororate. Filthy, disgusting patio. Management does not care.

The average wait time for a bagel is 25 min. Which you will find is a bit insane.

I come to the store just about everyday, the shift manager Taylor always has her mom standing in the back talking, while the other crew members are working, while having a meal i over heard the shift Taylor and her Mom talking about other crew members and the general manager, ordering my food shes rude and carcastic. This shift lead makes the store look bad when im trying to have a good meal and over hear how bad the store is, i will not be returning to the lowry store again or recomend it to anybody

Went to your store 16th st mall
Denver, Colorado on 6/29/19
Ordered a wheat bagel with regular cream cheese, warmed not toasted, and cut in half. Waited over 15 minutes with only one other customer before me. Finally I had to ask where my bagel was, gee I guess we forgot, sorry says the worker, I received a cold bagel, asked for it to be warmed which it wasn't, cold as ice, made another one, wasn't cut in half as I requested. Second day in a row at this store where the service was terrible. Time to find a new bagel store.

Hi I was at the Einsteins location in plantation, Florida at the Broward Blvd store. I ordered a lox with cream cheese and the cashier added it on the computer. When I received my cream cheese on the bagel it was flat the manager Nancy was the one who made it. So she told the other person to give me a side of it. I went to ask for another one because I needed it on my other half of the bagel. She tells me no it's $1.50 more for another one. After being a Costumer for 15 years. She had a poor attitude and after she gave me the attitude I asked for a refund. I will never come back to this store and will pass the word out to friends and family about it. Last note: when I have came too the store in the past other staff always made my food correctly and never a problem, but this manager NANCY was not professional and rather throw out the food in the trash then put more cream cheese on my bagel which was flat pancake on it lol. Thank you very much.
