Hate the new light dough bagels! That's a different version of their bagel.. the dough is now like a white bread dough with no taste. You lost me as a long time customer unless you offer The Original Bagel. You had a good receipe why did you change it?

I was at the Einstein Bagel shop this morning at University Hills, Denver CO. I believe it is a company owned store and not a franchise. If this was the only Einsteins I have been in, I would never go back. There is NO seating. The employee said is was for convenience. WHOSE? The floor is old and needs replacing as does the entire shop. The girl at the counter could care less about the customer and was rude. You certainly are not doing your franchisees a service.

Turns out, the employee involved in this issue is actually the "General Manager".
It is unbelievable that NO ONE at Corporate is actually responding to the issue below which happened June 21, 2023. I understand and I am fully aware that a particular Franchise Store is not under you jurisdiction, however, any Franchise Store which serves the public still represents the name "Einstein Bros Bagels" Is the young lady going to continue with her attitude? How has it been corrected? That employee seemed to think that the Store Manager was not following procedures when he at one time chose to assist me. Is she following procedures with her attitude?

I am a 75 year old Greek lady that is VERY disappointed! Please have the curtesy to at least respond. PLEASE SEE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT BELOW.

On Wed., June 21, 2023, I walked in to have a Breakfast sandwich and coffee at Store #4234 at 7301 N. Freeway in Ft. Worth. The Manager, Brandon was not there. He is a very polite and helpful person with all customers. I am 75 and usually not able to work with cell phone offers I receive. The young lady, I believe she spelled her name Mario, Tall Hispanic person was not able to complete my request of a small cup of coffee offered free with online order. She asked another young Hispanic female (Anna/Asst. Mgr?) to assist. That person was VERY rude. When I mentioned that Brandon usually will assist with that issue I was having. I had ordered a Breakfast Sandwich and some Bagels to go AND I was having problems adding a SMALL Coffee. She started talking loud as to let her staff and ALL Customers know she was going to win that argument. She replied that Brandon (The Manager) should not have done that for me, that he was not following procedures. How rude is that! Being disrespectful, unprofessional, and letting everyone know that the Manager should NOT have gone out of his way. All this Big scene for a SMALL cup of Coffee to add to my Order. And all because she was NOT willing to assist a customer. My entire morning Breakfast was ruined. She canceled the entire order at my request, but after I walked out, I notice that the "FREE BAGEL & SMEAR" on my App had been taken off. I've always enjoyed this particular location, however, she made the Entire Incident a LOUD VERBAL Horrible Ordeal! OVER A SMALL FREE CUP OF COFFEE on my App that she would NOT help me with! This should NOT have happened. Expecting a Respond!

I went to your establishment in gurnee earlier today for the first time. I have never felt so disrespected like I was today. The manager didn't acknowledge me not once but noticed everybody else. I'm a nurse that helps people everyday. I never treat people like they're less than me and I'm above. We have to do better, life is too short. The racism really has to stop no matter what nationality the person is. I didn't get an apology for the long 30 minute wait. I only got was here's the food and bye. I must say, I will never come back to this establishment again ever. Worst customer ever!!!!

My husband and I used to go frequently to Einstein Bagels in Springfield, PA. You closed the store. We traveled often to Paoli, PA to enjoy your bagels. My husband moved on to his Heavenly home. I didn't want to travel alo e to Paoli, at least a half hour drive alone, so my best friend went with me. We were there frequently till Covid hit. Today we went back and were sadly disappointed. We went all that way to find no inside dining. So we sat in my car and ate our bagels and drank our drinks. We will not be coming that far anymore to have to eat outside. I get it during Covid. You had to survive, but I am sorry, it us now a big letdown. Your bagels are tops, but not worth the effort. We are sorry to see you fade into the past. Truly, nothing good ever lasts forever.

I just went to one of your locations in Albuquerque NM, on Osuna and Jefferson. I ordered a burrito with a bagel and orange juice. The person who took my order was angry because he had to make a burrito. I believe his name is chuck, according to my receipt. He told a coworker he was mad because he had to make a burrito. They were a bagel place not a burrito place. He continued to complain throughout the whole time I was there. He was cussing slamming the microwave door and throwing things. He grabbed the food and was throwing it on the counter. His coworkers told him to take a break and he did not. He was very angry when he handed me my food. Every thing in the bag is thrown together. I will not be eating it and I would like a refund. Not only did he ruin my breakfast but he ruined my mood, I was not happy when I left. I will not go to this location again unless he is not there. This is the closest location to my work, that I frequently visit. You will be losing me as a customer if this is not remedied in some way. I love Einstein Bagels it is one of my favorite places to eat when I get a chance.

Manager in Ellisville, MO and staff need to be fired! Was in there today! Ridiculous no tables and you can drink but NOT eat! Was kicked out for not wanting to eat outside in 40 degrees! Wake up! Pandemic and covid are done - get with it! CEO and Directors need to wake up! This will put you out of business! Not spending another dime there! Deleting app and rewards!

I have a question about a gift card and I sent multiple emails to get an answer. The website says you will get a response within 3 - 5 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks and still no answer. This is very bad customer service. I am not sure why there isn't a customer service line where you can talk to a live person. My issue would have been resolved with one phone call. Very frustrating!!

I go to the St. Petersburg location and I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service there. Donna has a nasty attitude and is disrespectful. She's had a bad attitude multiple times before. I don't see how she hasn't been reported yet.

I went into an Einstines located at 9041 W Sahara Ave Ste 300, Las Vegas, NV 89117 and could not get waited on. A young male was at the counter taking orders and I walked up with my son and he turned his back to me. I just stood there looking at his back. Another employee was standing off to the side just watching what was going on. I literally stood there for 3 or 4 minutes just looking at his back. It was done deliberately. We just walked out.

I live in Salt Lake City and it makes zero sense why not one worker or customer wears a mask or is concerned at all about covid anymore but they still don't have a table we can sit at to feed my family. It's ridicules that I take my large family to your establishment spend 60$ for breakfast and we have to eat on our laps in the car parked out front. It's time to open up your seating. You will go out of business if you don't open up like every other restaurant has. You are literally the only eating establishment not offering indoor seating in the entire city. Wake up!! We like your restaurant and want you to succeed!!

For the store in Gaithersburg MD, next to quince orchard rd, the gentlemen making drinks is a joke. This event occurred on Friday may 27th 2022 around 830 am. Everyone else in the store was fine. Got my sandwich in under 5 minutes. The young gentlemen making drinks wearing AirPods ignored me, my girlfriend, and another customer while making drinks for people that weren't even there. I waited 24 minutes for a 5 buck coffee I never got . Three people left with me without drinks. He took 5 trips to the back and came out with nothing. And proceed to just keep making smoothies and frozen drinks no one ordered. By then my sandwich was cold so I started eating, I have a medical condition where I need food with medicine. He has the audacity to stop making the random drinks he was making to tell me there is no in store dining. 5 other customers were eating in there and he has the time to stop and come after me when he hasn't made a single drink for a customer in 20 plus minutes. The AirPods in the ears while working put me over the edge. I want my five bucks back for the coffee and a damn written apology from that clown show of an employee. I can't stress enough that the other employees were very nice and timely.

Rudest cashier at Einstein's on ray and rural . Not even busy and very crappy tone and response to a simple order. Don't need to come to this place anymore, good luck keeping customers at this rate .

We love Einstein's, however our local store at 1919 S. Gilbert Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204, is absolutely disgusting and they don't care one bit about their customers' experiences. This location has been going downhill for the past 3-years. When I went this morning 7:15, as always the outside patio was disgusting. The garbage was overflowing so it obviously wasn't dumped at end of shift the day before, or that morning. The spills are caked on the tables, chairs, and ground, from lack of ever cleaning. One spill on top of another spill, on top of another spill. How hard is it to power wash the outside? wash a window? throw out the trash? pick up the litter? Or even just care a little bit?

The front doors are in terrible condition and going so horribly it makes your skin crawl. There was a pink bathroom rug flung in front of the door and doubled over, so you tripped on it on the way in. Not one of the employees bothered to go out and move the tripping hazard even after they had been open for a while.

When I called to complain and ask if they were going to do anything about how terrible the conditions have become there, the shift supervisor "Eric", hung the phone up on me. Apparently he doesn't have time or care about loyal customers who come every week. This place is an embarrassment to the Einstein and Panera brand, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Today April 2, 2022 at the Miami International Airport store in the morning hours. As we routinely do, I went to this store to buy a coffee; the employees already had the line open and the store as such with the lights on. After 5 minutes the manager tells me that they open at 5:30 I told him that it's fine, there's no problem, I was waiting, what was missing was 10 minutes to open. The manager decided to start attending the line, he was first and his comment was that I had made him open the line very early; I told him why he didn't put the tape closed so that no one would enter common sense. the answer he gave was once between one is like the cockroaches the rest that were in the line come. This guy has always had an attitude and more with the airport employees he is very low profile to be a store manager. lack of respect with customers. I should take headquarters action with this individual

Hi,
My Name Is Megan Mcginley. I Have Frequented The Einsteins Bagels At 3300 South 1300 Est In Salt Lake City,utah For 8 Years!! I Have Always Encountered Very Friendly Personnel.
Today, February 17th Was A Huge Exception. I Had Placed And Paid For An Order One Hour Before Arriving To Pick Up My Order. The Order Was To Be Picked P At 1:30pm. The Traffic Was Horrible Because Of Road Construction. I Arrive Slightly Before 2:00.when I Arrived The Cashier, Bryan Told Me That They Had Thrown My Order Away. I Asked For A Refund. They Informed Me That They Couldn't Do That Because They Had Cleaned Up And The Cash Register Was Locked. The Entire Restaurant Was Cleaned And Chairs Stacked Before 2 Pm.i Was Very Upset That I Received Such Disrespect. The Employees Began Heckling Me And Told Me To Get Out! I Asked For Their Names And They Refused To Give Them To Me. On The Way Out Of The Door, A Bearded Employee Opened The Door And Slammed The Door Into My Right Arm, Causing Bruising To That Arm. I Was In Tears When I Left And A Customer Outside The Restaurant Asked If I Was Alright. They Obviously Witnessed This!
I Am Requesting 100% Refund And Compensation For Treatment And Injury.

Overcharged for drinks I did not order. So call manager, AJ AND Trish, appeared to be confused When asked to remedy the situation AJ, manager, then did a stared like he was going to get physical long story short, the order was wrong. I have the receipts, and hopefully the encounter was taped via your cameras.

We had an amazing experience with a person at the Charlotte North Carolina airport. Her name was Cora.
I think every passengers itinerary was changing. Our flights were delayed and we realized we may need food. Einstein was closing but Cora offered anything that was still available for a few people in the line before they officially closed. Thank you so much. It certainly helped my family and I we appreciated Cora offering to Remain open a past closing Time to assist customers.

I would like to commend your store at the DFW Airport Terminal A for not only having a great product, but your staff has just tremendous customer service that the customer walks away with it only what he ordered but also with a smile on his face. I would like to personally recongnize Twylah M. for her personal greetings and making each and every customer feel valued and wanting to return. Great job!

I work for your establishment in Austin tx and the manager at my location is horrible and rude and very demeaning to the employees! This person should not be in charge and there are plenty of things going on at the store that shouldn't be! There is no number to call to complain you need to fix that asap.

I worked at Einstein in Reston. I loved that job but it was deteriorating my mental health. Any time I had a food safety issue with the employees nothing was done about it. I was physically harassed twice and told two different managers I would leave if this was going to be and issue and they wouldnt fire the person in question. Some team members will use the same gloves almost the whole shift even after going to the bathroom and touching thier phones. I've seen people pick up bagels from the ground and still try to serve it to customers. Employees get bullied and nothing is done about it. I wished to continue regardless and try to invoke change but it didn't seem like they would let me. I mean is it my fault that I needed a break from such unprofessionalism? I'm a victim of harrasment for crying out loud. Shift lead, general manager, district manager all know this. Now I'm gone and the "bully" is not. So who am I supposed to inform now? Or should I not say anything just because I don't work there? This feels like grounds to sue but I don't know. Don't really feel like doing that but something needs to change for them seriously.

I work at Einstein's and we have a non speaking baker who counts the tips she's not given me tips three times since I started working here three weeks ago and she takes more than anyone else and yet I'm the cashier who makes the tips not only that but my gm only cleaners the store before corporate visits this place is disgusting. Found a stinking eggshell on a shelf and a hardened piece of ham that didn't even look like ham anymore after sweeping once

DO YOU NOT PAY YOUR WORKERS? Einstein Bros. Bagels Einstein Bros. Bagels TELL ME WHY I'VE WORKED 10 SHIFTS AT YOUR GLEN ELLYN LOCATION DURING THE MONTH OF JUNE (with Don Kuntz and Rebecca (Becca) Olds) AND ITS AUGUST 5th AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN PAID? I have been in contact with Frank B, Rebecca Olds, and Don Kuntz in hopes of having someone help me and all I've received 1) Ignored messages 2) No money & 3) Lack of respect. Rebecca Olds claims that payroll and Don Kuntz have been in contact with me which is NOT true, seeing as I have no missed calls or emails from anyone working through the Caribou Coffee Company chain. I've worked at this "professional establishment" since January of 2018, so I know having the information to mail me my check is readily available. Einstein Bros. Bagels I have numerous co-workers, and message threads, that can serve witness that I've been ignored and my request for MY money has gone neglected. I really did not want to make this a public issue but if you read above you can see why I'm at ends wits

Hello i recently used to work for einstein bros and bagels and coffee at the airport ive been sick three times up there and told the manager name brittany myers that i was getting sick from the food and she did absolutely nothing about that situation and people up there are still getting sick. Brittany the manager was rude towards the associates talking down on them like they wasnt worth nothing The associates dont eat anything from them. The prep people dont wash there hands and most of them have attitudes and talks back to the customers just like the manager brittany does. Over night unsanitary. They dont wash nor clean properly before leaving there stations. I came to them personally and told her about. Still nothing being done. She is the worst manager ever to work with. I've witness prep people using the spatula they stir food with to use it to clean out the drain in the kitchen and then clean it back and reuse it for the next day. Brittany myers told me it was ok to wash out the big black trash we take out side to dump trash to clean it in the kitchen unsanitary. I have pictures from overnight not cleaning there dishes properly and leaving them in the stations till the next morning and i will not work for this company ever again and i will let it be known. Thank you have a blessed day.
