I am writing to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for a young woman Daronda Harris at the Chicago Cricket store on 116th & Halsted, store #4196875. After having a problem with my andriod phone and two attempts at two other locations, I was finally able to get the assistance I needed from Ms. Harris. The other two locations provided me incorrect information indicating that I needed to buy another phone and with my husband out of work this expense would have been too much for me. Additionally, I was considering changing my service to another carrier. However, Daronda was very professional and provided me with correct information regarding my phone which did not require me to purchase another phone and she also introduced me to features on my phone that I had not used. Her patience, assistance and professionalism had me so very grateful that I purchased two accessories in her store. I hope that this notice will prompt management to acknowledge this beautiful woman in some way.

Excellent Customer Service from Karina R. at the Cricket location at 9480 S. Eastern Ave., Henderson, NV. Karina is friendly, professional and knowledgeable and handled my purchase and sign-up (as well as other walk-ins' transactions)with poise, patience and speed. Kudos for Karina! Cricket would scream to the top with more people like Karina and by pulling the product from Radio Shack.

I am not a cricket wireless customer, but, my phone somehow got locked up and I didn't know what to do. I was at walmart in Pearland, Texas and I saw the cricket store so I stopped. I went and told the gentleman, his name is Nick, the problem and that I didnn't get the phone from his company. Nick did not hesitate a bit. He took my phone and reset it correcting the problem. I don't know about anyone else, but, Nick did something for me without hesitation even tho it did not benefit him or his store. Thank you Nick, you are a credit to your company

Cricket used to be a crappy company but now they offer better customer service and phones! I was going to buy my iPhone 5 in Denmark for around 750dlls but came to the US to cricket pay 55 a month no contract and when I go to Denmark I use it with my local provider since their version is unlocked for international use.Unlike att that forces you to use their roaming. to all those blaming cricket phones, understand that cricket or verizon or att dont make phones, they just provide you with services. Samsung, HTC apple etc are the ones making phones. Just like any other company cricket offers cheap crappy phones or expensive good phones, so if you expect a 20 dlls phone to work like iphone forget about it.

I think it's really funny to see all these complaints. People just expect too much from customer service. No, the agents can't be there every step of the way to hold your hand.

If your mature enough to open your own account, then your mature enough to manage it on your own. I've had Cricket for several years now and have NEVER had any issues to were I needed to call in. Be independent:)!

I order a phone online, today on: April. 17, 2012..after I ordered they say estimated date on April. 19, 2012. Is this really, when FedEx will delivered the phone I don't answer, will they take my phone to the post office?, or leave it on my porch?

There are only two locations in San Antonio where I've personally experienced enjoyable or awesome service. In Universal City (not the corporate office but the other one on Pat Booker), a gentleman named Chris exceeded my expectations (I was even driving farther just for the better customer service experience). But recently I visited a new location in Kirby, Texas and a woman by the name of Brenda did a great job as well. Those two locations alone changed my view of Cricket and is probably the only reason why I will continue to stay with Cricket.

I called the customer support #800-274-2538 as my phone would not work properly.when I dialed a # it would switch to a recording saying my phone was not authorized at this time-bill had been pd for some time. The rep that I spokewit waspolite and helpful and fixed the problem.

just an FYI about calling Cricket, you will not be able to talk to a live person if your bill is past due, or if you are are on a Bridgepayment (a partial payment that allows you to have another 7 days to pay the balance). If you hear a recording about high call volume and it asks you to call back later or visit the website, DO NOT HANG UP, the system will not disconnect you. Know your PIN #, last 4 of SS#, zip cope and birthdate. it has to match what has been entered into the system. If it was entered wrong, go to a Cricket store, show your ID and have them corret it. If the system asks you to tell it how it can help you--say "disconnect service" and if you are to punch numbers go for the technical support options. By the way, our cs reps speak perfect English, better that you or I, its the dialects that can be hard to understand. In dealing with Cricket it is best to do so in person, find an authorized dealer and calmly and clearly explain the problem. Use that location exclusively, visitng several different locations and making many calls compounds the problem.

I got a phone 2 weeks ago from Cricket Wireless. Unlike most here... I had a very good experience. Yes... the sales rep was obviously overseas. He was courteous, knowledgeable. The only issue i have had with my phone is the battery life... but come to find out that is centric to the phone itself... and i did not read the specs correctly.. so that is my bad... All in all... everything was setup correctly... and have had no issues at all. I would try online chat before calling though... sounds like the phone # is not all that great to call into... but great experience so far!

Yeah I got through to a person pretty darn quick. Pretty sure she was in India, but no matter. I got my answers quick. A good experience.

I had to deal with customer service twice while I was with cricket. Both times they were very helpful.

Just had a positive encounter with a real person at 866-384-4425. Don't bother with *611 or 1-800-cricket if you need a live person - doesn't happen. She changed my plan (no cahrge to downgrade) and went over specifics with me. She was capable, personable, helpful, and fast. Cricket's a far cry from perfect, but I've had much worse experiences with AT&T. Good service seems to be the exception rather than the rule and negative comments likewise, so I just wanted to share this. Peace.

I dont see what all the big fuss ia about...
They have great service in california. Perhaphs it depends where you have your service. Not every cricket associate is terrible.
Ohh, For all of the poeple out there complaining about cricket probably make cricket feel good to loose YOU.
Cricket is amazing and that is that.

I got great service. Held for a couple of minuets. Young man didn't know the answer, but he transferred me to a tech and I got my question answered. Took 2 or 3 minuets. Good job Cricket! Thanks

As I read through these comments I have to ask whether these are true stories or simply people paid to destroy Cricket Wireless. I have been a Cricket customer since 2010 and have used their customer service several times and whether in the store or my electronic communication, they have been very helpful. However, you need to contact either a actual Cricket store or their CS by email/phone, not a convenience store that sells Cricket.

As far as billing, some of the comments just don't ring true. The Cricket billing system prevents suprise charges, overages, etc.

I could not be happier with Cricket except for poor reception in concrete buildings. Other than that, the service works great whether I am in California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Kentucky, or the other places I travel.

If you want the best celluar service, go with Verizon. If you want very good celluar service without paying an arm and a leg, go with Cricket.

Thank you very much.
I have called this # and received courteous and prompt attention. The 611 # and the # listed on the Cricket websites are USELESS when attempting to contact a LIVE customer service representative.
I don't know why Cricket makes it ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE for customers to speak with a live person... so many thanks to you my friend for sharing this #

Cricket is not that bad. Ive had it for a couple of months nd the only complain i have is i get the messages late & talking on the phone , i can bearly hear the other person . I like that when i cant pay my bill ,it still lets me text . Even though my bill is now up to $175 , i dont know how that happened , i still think cricket is pretty good . Low prices , you get what u pay for . ^__^

ONLY A PERCENTAGE OF THE CUSTOMERS THAT CRICKET HAVE ARE HAPPY

THE REASON i BELIEVE IS BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP SERVICE.. YEAH.. THEY'RE CHEAP PRICE BUT ALSO CHEAP SERVICE.
ONLY PEOPLE WITH LOW SERVICE EXPECTATION ARE USING CRICKET
THAT'S WHY I QUIT THEIR BI%&N SERVICE.
RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, OVERSEAS REP THAT DONT HAVE ANY IDEA THINGS ARE HANDLE OVER HERE
AND RETURN POLICY ARE JUST NON-SENSE
