I BEEN WORKING WITH COMPANY ABOUT 4YEARS 7MONTH.I LOVE THE CHANGE THAT BEEN MADE NEW ACCOUNT MANAGER NEW DISTRICT MANAGER IT VERY POSTIVE PEOPLE ON SQUAD SO THAT WHAT ILOVE ABOUT THIS COMPANY THEY DO CARE ON THE CORPORATE IN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THEM.I JUST REMEMBER WHEN I STARTED WITH COMPANY IT WAS ALL BASCI PHONE NOW WE HAVE SMART PHONE YOU ALL THINGS ARE POSSBILE WITH CRICKET TURN THERE A GAMES AROUND TO THE BEST COMPANY IN TOWN RIGHT NOW CRICKET DOING MOST I BEEN WORKING AND SEEING BLESSSING HAPPEN CRICKET GIVING AWAY SMART PHONE THAT WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT KEEP DOING CRICKET SKY LIMIT. I was speaking with a cricket customer service rep, Derick, from the philippines, and i would have to say he was by far the nifty-est most helpful customer service representative iv'e ever spoken with. After being disconnected from the first rep i was speaking with, he was more than willing to help me with my issues regarding my bill. He helped me take care of my unwanted extra phone line as well as my over the phone payment. I would have to say though cricket does have the occasional customer service "gate-keepers" who seem all too unwilling to help, there are the nifty bunch of reps such as Derick who make the Cricket customer service an easier less-stressful experience :)

I read some people complaining about practically everything accept themselves? Here are the facts....
You can always talk to a live person unless that 1 person was talking about how he didnt pay his bill and could not get ahold of a live person. OK first of all PAY YOUR BILL STUPID. The fact that you cant pay your bill on the most affordable cell phone plan out there is your fault. Secondly Cricket even goes as far as if you are having trouble that week and u just had some bad luck, you can set up a bridge pay with them. Meaning, you can pay $17 that day or within 48 hrs and then pay the remainder of ur bill a week later. I dont see why everybody has a problem with paying $55 a month for web,text,long distance, everything. So quit your crying, If anything i were to complain about cricket is the customer service reps could brush up on there english thanks. Chirp Chirp......

I so love my samsung muve music phone. it works like an iphone at a lower cost. i can get all the music that i want, whenever and wherever i want it. plus i have unlimited ringback tones, ringtones, calls, texts, mobile web.. i so love cricket! sorry guys, cant say anything bad about the service and the customer service people did help me out A LOT in figuring out my new phone.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ESPECIALLY THE ONLINE HELP AND PAYGO. VERY COURTEOUS. DIAL 1800-CRICKET FOR COMPLAINTS AND NOT THE NUMBER LISTED HERE. SOME HAVE ACCENT ISSUES BUT NOT ALL OF 'EM. MANAGERS ARE VERY HELPFUL. PHONES ARE ABOVE AVERAGE. AND VERY CHEAP. THIS COMPANY IS GOOD FOR US WHO HAVE POOR CREDIT SCORES AND HAVE LIMITED BUDGET DUE TO THE RECESSION SINCE THERE'S NO CONTRACT, YOU PAY FOR UNLIMITED SERVICE AND AFFORDABLE PLANS COMPARED TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS HERE. I'M STAYING WITH CRICKET FOREVER. =)

wow, so many ppl complaining here, ok i have cricket, have had it since last year when i lost my job and needed a phone becuse verizon was raping me, i have NEVER HAD EVEN ONE PROBLEM WITH CRICKET, its amazing how many people have had problems, i guess i am lucky, i call customer service, and its odd i know, they help me to the best they can, yes, its in india, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I have AT&T iphone 4 for my self and using a cricket phone for my real estate business

Now if this guy is giving this service for this much I like this ,if you dont pay your bill on time they are turning off service ,think other way if I don't pay at&t they will rip off my credit and everything.To cancel cotract they charge.

So basically I know they dont have good customer service but I dont care ,the prize I am paying is much better for cricket than at&t
Also they are improving I am waiting for my contract to finish with at&t.

I've had my Cricket phone since 2005 and I have no complaints. I got the plain Jane Kyocera Energi handset and the basic unlimited local service calling plan. I've never had a problem with the phone, the phone service (my area has great coverage) or the billing process. Well there was one tiny glitch the first month.

I had signed up online for automatic paperless billing. Thirty days later my phone was turned off. I called customer service (which at the time was in the US) and got a wonderful young woman who immediately solved the problem. The auto bill had not yet gone into effect. She took my credit card info and had my phone back on in minutes. No problems since.

I had one humorous moment with the handset. Last year the battery would no longer hold a charge. I stopped in a Cricket store and asked, "do you sell batteries here?" The clerk said, "yes." When I showed her my aging Kyocera she said, "but not for that." I got a new battery online. Problem solved.

I only came to this website because I thought I was being double billed. The Bangalorean service rep assured me it was a bank error. He was right. I had looked at my online bank statement during the midnight to one a.m. period when the balances are being recalulated. An hour later it had corrected itself.

I am suprised by the kind of trouble other people are having especially with the add-on features. My phone doesn't do pictures, text, caller ID, voicemail or long distance. I only have one phone on my account. I suppose I have less to go wrong, but still it's been flawless service for 5 years.

The lady who I talked to helped me very much.
I switched to the 35/month cell plan along with the 3G broadband service.
Cricket has been very good service although I only use the broadband as back up to my wireless service.

This phone # is extremely helpful. Whoever answers has always been able to help me with whatever problem I have had. All cell phone companies have terrible customer service. Not sure where all the Cricket haters are located, but the service in Arizona is great. Phone and internet coverage is outstanding. Very seldom do I drop a call. As far as the bill, you can check for yourself what each individual charge is for online at www.mycricket.com For the money, Cricket is hard to beat. Their Blackberry plan is only $65.00 a month including taxes and fees. T-mobile is $30 more than that.

After reading all the horror stories about Cricket customer service I wasn't sure what I was going to get when I called. Customer rep was nice and transfered me to tech quickly. Tech helped directing me with my problem. Both were fluent in English even though you know they were from India or some where else. English was pretty clear yet a bit difficult at times. He guided me through some troubleshooting pretty easily.

Problem stems from going over the 5G mark and my internet running slow. I upgraded to the 10g plan ($60) yesterday. I upload and download music and videos for my business. Well they reset and it worked for an hour. Had good connection, fast download/upload speed. Then it stopped. Wasn't getting anything over 10kbps and at times the internet wouldn't work at all for a few minutes, then it would work for a min. or two then go back to not working. Back and forth through the whole night with nothing going over 10kbps.

This is after reformatting my computer, installing and reinstalling Cricket software, etc. Plus I use the connection on two computers and it was the same on both so I know it wasn't the computers issue.

This morning went to Cricket store and they reset again and come home and internet was doing the same off and on again routine with nothing going over 10kbs. Called the number above, got through and connected fine. Tech ran me through some things.

At the moment which has been close to an hour of running different pages, checking speed as well as using a torrent server this is what has happened -

There was only one time the internet seemed to have froze and start up again, I still might have that issue to call them back on. I have had the same issue on IE, Firefox and Chrome. I did have to disconnect and reconnect to the server once and it seems to work fine from there. I have been testing speeds at speedtest.net, a few times the internet didnt hook up but that was before I disconnected and reconnected. Tests are avg and above average. I also have been using a torrent program to test upload and download speeds, so far things are running good.

But as far as customer service, in-store help has been good but only limited in their knowledge. Customer support on the phone, using the number above mind you, was pretty good as well. Problem seems to be resolved but wont truly know until a full day of being online.

I too have had a very difficult time with their Customer Service. Their 800-Cricket number is the worst customer service ever.
This number works. I Called. I was transferred to a live person at Cricket Broadband. Spoke to Glen. He did everything right. Listened. Ask me to pay my bill to reactivate. Removed the additional fees for reactivation. I pressed a bit harder since I've been trying to get them to do this for over 3 months. He put me on hold and talked to his super, who authorized a free month of service for my troubles and continued business.
I had them automatically debit my account monthly, but it seems like they can't get it right, but I am still overall very satisfied with them.
I love my Cricket Broadband and especially the price.

All apart form all these negative things the best part is i have never got a chance to contact a customer rep coz my phone after a i bought it two years back its still working fine and there is no issue with that. Enjoy with cricket.

I have read all the nagative comments written about cricket I agree with those however i would like to inform that cricket has the best rate plans with cheaper rate plans which comman man can access so I would say cricket is doing its best job here in US hope they would increase there services and offer us more services..............I'm happy to use cricket services.

cricket has the best customer service I have ever seen. Representatives are very friendly and they are very knowledgeable.cricket offers unlimited plans with the cheap rates which is the best part of cricket and representatives from India are the best, they are so helpful. However the ivr SUCKS!!!!!!!!!please do something about that................otherwise cricket is BEST.

a great job from the customer rep as he fixed the problem where in my phone was ablsolutey dead. But the rep fixed this problem in no time and my phone was workin fine an awesome job from the customer reps and he was speaking very although he was an INDIAN. He was very friendly and he helped me out,but as usual the IVR automated thing frustrates me..

Hi,

I would like to let you know a few things about my cricket broadband.It wasnt working for a few days and after a week or so it was escalated then i again called the customer rep again then a rep did a miracle and the cricket modem was working superb and going forward there was no issues with that. thanks to the customer rep but the IVR machine really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every cellular company has horrible customer service. Always have and probably always will. Thanks to whoever posted this number. Sure made it hassle free. I think the phone call lasted 3 to 4 minutes, including the troubleshooting portion.
