I think it bull crap that I bought my phone from y'all and y'all are refusing to unlock it because I didn't have this phone with y'all for 6 months of service when I been with y'all for two years y'all failed to communicate that with me I'm tell all my friends to leave y'all cause y'all suck and I'll never go back to y'all survive cause I bought this phone it should be unlocked all are money hungry scammers

Called CS about hotspot data usage issue, rep could not explain, I asked for supervisor, call terminated. 2nd call, explained issue, again rep could not explain issue, asked for supervisor, call terminated again. 3rd call asked for supervisor right away, got put on hold for 50 minutes then call was terminated. I'm tired of lousy reception and horrid customer service....will be going elsewhere soon. Oh! And who puts you on hold and doesn't check back occasionally?.. Cricket

Today 3/11 around 1400 we was trying to park in a parking spot but your employee a heavy set female with bright pink hair located at 10826 A I45 north was standing there and refused to move because she was saving the spot for her boyfriend finally she moved after 10 minutes then she went to his car ro smoke then went into the store after he was able to park she came back out of the store to talk with him instead of doing her job. Of course this whole time we had to stay in out truck because of her rude comments we thought she would do something to our truck.

Worst company been with cricket for over 4 years on n offs they over charge you and service still works horribly. You pay bridge pay extension and on holidays they still cut off your phone instead of allowing one business for customers to even receive a paycheck to pay a bill. On holidays all federal and state associated offices are closed. They call you a loyal customer and have consideration no concern of empathy towards their customers who have lives. I not only had to pay $35 but also another $68 plus $3 charge to turn my phone on because I couldn't pay $43 to finish my bridge pay due to a holiday they didn't even want to give a courtesy day extension even after paying all of this money to have my phone on I'm only on a 55 dollar plan I have no idea where all these extra charges are coming from it's disgusting and this is the worst company you could ever enroll with Even their staff members pretend to be extremely airheaded. Complete and utter nonsense chime is a fraud company.

I bought an iPhone through Cricket and signed up with their cell service. After a couple months of poor coverage at my home I tried to switch to another carrier. Well they disconnected my service just fine but "LOCKED" my phone so that I couldn't sign up with a different service. It will be locked for 6 months. I thought damn they are holding my phone hostage!!! Tried to reactivate with no luck after hours on the phone. Twenty-four hours and still NO phone service.

I called them in the evening. They promised a sim card delivered tonight and I told them I wanted the 10 mb/15 month/45 for 3 months. He had me go online and pay $50.90 startup. The money never got posted to my account, probably went into his pocket, and when I went to the store to straiten it up. They told me I had to get a new phone. The phone was free but ended up costing me over a $100.99. Liars and scammers. I will be leaving.

Trying to add the government plan cricket completely shut my phone down and mandy fees were takes on the activate it. Also horrible consumer service by one on the sales associates. Very unprofessional and extremely unhelpful when I needed the phone the most due to issues.

Sold me a phone with the emergency calling with out telling me that it's a feature that can't be turned off or removed. I have been insulted by several cricket employees, hung up on or told bad information trying to get this issue resolved. Cricket is not a company that I will be staying with. They use to be good but not no more. I've been with them for over 11 years. They don't care about the customer at all

Supposed to be free on the government plan.it is not you get a month then they shut your phone off.now they want an activation fee plus a month billing not worth it for bad service

CALL CRICKET CORPORATE OFFICE DIRECTLY!!! I have just verified who has claimed to be an executive manager at Cricket HQ in Atlanta. So far verified these numbers... 470-563-7630 thru 7640. At 7635 you will probably reach Daisy, who will not give her company id or the first letter of her last name. They are filled with deciept and lies, even at HQ. Daisy claims she is in the same team as CEO Dwyer CALL THEM NOW AND OFTEN! PUSH FOR REAL CHANGE IN HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL BE POSTING THE RECORDED CONVERSATION VERY SOON! THEN YOU CAN HEAR IT ALL FOR YOURSELF!

Cricket sucks I have four lines and I just payed 100 dollars for that and they never let me use the two phones that I had and I payed for six months and I asked them 3 times if they can fix it and they finally told me that I have to upgrade it to charge me some extra money to give to them don't you ever ever trust cricket they just want money they suck and are some big lies they dont want to help you at all they only want the money cricket sucks..

I think it's really sad that I've been with you guys for over a year and never offered a phone upgrade I purchase the phone when I change my service now it looks like I'm going to change the service again and get a new phone for free

Worst ever. They updated an application and my phone cannot make or receive calls. Called them 3 times. First time they checked if everything is upgraded on my phone. Second time, they said there was no ticket service for my problem in file. Third time, I was told that my phone (Samsung galaxy S8+) is not compatible with their service. Everybody in my plan has either Samsung 8 or 9 phones and theirs work. I was told to upgrade to a new phone model. What a piece of BS!

Hi I have four lines with Cricket mobile and one of my lines was no longer compatible with the 4G 5G Network so I went into the store to get a phone that was compatible the manager Kim has given me a hard time from day one she has been very rude and disrespectful and not trying to help me out any question I asked she avoids answering I have asked her to speak with the district manager because Kim and I are not seeing eye to eye about the situation the district manager of the Greer South Carolina Cricket Wireless I believe her name is Jennifer I have asked him to let Jennifer call me or let me call Jennifer to help resolve this situation I went into the store and was told the Galaxy a12 cost $160 so I paid $160 when I got home and looked online the phone should have only cost $99 so I returned the phone to the store and Kim told me that she could not return new phone she could only exchange it so she charged me another $133 and exchange the Galaxy a12 for the Galaxy a13 which was compatible with the 5G Network so I have paid a total of $173 the first time I went to the store and another $133 the second time I went to the store I asked Kim after I purchase the Galaxy a13 why I am expected to pay so much more than what customer service quotes me on the phones and Kim told me that she has nothing to do with customer service and their prices so I ask her if I could speak with Jennifer about the situation and she has refused repetitively I have asked for a refund and she has refused so I left my phone at the store with them and I am looking to seek help to resolve my situation I just want my money refunded and to no longer deal with the Greer Cricket Wireless because of the way that they handle business she told me that I am not allowed to purchase a phone without purchasing the phone case and the screen protection also and that is the reason that my price for the phone is way higher than customer service price for the phone so if Kim will just refund me my money I can go home and call customer service and get the phone almost $100 cheaper than I can get it in the store please help me get my money back Donovan shackle 864-384-3172 that is my Cricket Wireless number you can reach my email at ryan. First of all I don't know what's going on with your company that I've been with you for five years and all the sudden you guys are making changes and all the sudden now the phones that we bought last year and they're not even that old are you guys want us to buy more phones for it because of what you choose to have on your new plan well that's not going to work for me unless you're going to and you're going to give us I'm going to service for my troubles of you guys shutting off her phone I have a Stylo 5 he has a Stylo 4 and apparently that's not good enough I'm sorry but that my phone works on your service is phone works on your service just needs to tired of talking to please act like I'm an idiot

I have been with cricket for 2 months and the service is horrible. I set up bridge pay paid $50 then I didn't have the money for $66 to finish payment in full. I got a message not to forget to pay and if I needed an extension on my extended bridge pay to call so I did that was told to pay $50 which i borrowed and paid for extension this morning my phone is off. So PISSED disguished that I am crying. I am waiting for a phone call for a job and now they are asking me to pay $71 more, what the hell I have already paid $100 and my bill is $106. I wish I never changed my services and I will be going somewhere else this is a rip off. Waited for 3.5 hrs to talk to a manager and still waiting. talk to 5 different agents and nobody could do nothing. I am so frustrated with cricket. Thanks for nothing. I have no job, was cut off unemployment but I worked upon this money to keep my phone on to find a job and this bull happens. Cricket needs better understanding and people on these calls that actually help people. Going back to where I came from but I'm ripped off of $100 just not right

Unsatisfied with the number of trips to the local Cricket store(5), number of unanswered phone calls(6), number of attempts online(3) & attempts thru customer service just to get an upgrade on my phone. Extremely frustrated with Crickets policy your shipping address & the billing address on your credit/debt card HAS TO MATCH in order to place an online order or get upgrade online. They suggest I change my billing address on my credit card to my shipping address. Seriously folks? My billing address is a P.O. Box for my security reasons! I have never had an issue with this anywhere or at anytime in my life! For them to suggest I CHANGE my credit card address is completely unsatisfactory! They have no other alternative options for their customers. Yet they allowed my exhusband to walk into their store & close an account that was in my name only. Looks like I'll be changing phone providers real soon!

I have never experienced such bad customer service phone number but first stop was a defective phone is burnt my face I could not take it back because that's when we went on lockdown for COVID-19 second off I have been dealing with hardships and also have been in the disaster of Laura I made a bridge pay because The representative that I spoke to when I made the bridge. Tell me that it would be fine if I paid on the 31st I explain to him my situation that I was in a vacuolation center at that time I go to pay my bill this morning which was $47 they told me that I needed to pay the whole bill of $72 now mind you on the 24th I've already paid $25 I tried to speak to customer service also a supervisor the customer service person I spoke to name was Jordan the supervisor supposedly name Axel I advised him my situation and tell him I was unable to make a $70 payment it was only supposed to be $47 he gave me no help I have a child here in the evacuation center that can't not even get online to try to do any type of work I have never experienced anyone that does not help anyone or have any empathy during a crisis manager during this time I did lose my father to COVID-19 I am disappointed with the service I will be writing a letter to corporate

Failed to honor promised price on order

I placed an order for new service on a brand new account with Cricket Wireless. Their current promotional offer was for a Samsung A10e for the price of $9.99, instead of its regular pricing, if the customer ports in a new number to Cricket. I successfully did port a number from another carrier to Cricket Wireless.

After the number successfully ported out from my old carrier to Cricket, I received an order confirmation confirming the successful transfer and opening of my new Cricket account. But it failed to include the Samsung A10e phone I specifically ordered for $9.99 on the order. When calling their customer service I was advised that they cannot correct their error and send me the Samsung A10e for $9.99, as they promised before I ported my number to them.

I would like to express my feelings about my account with cricket. First i have constantly had my service payment questioned 3 times now from cricket and every time i call they tell me my account cwrd wont go thru on billing so each time i call the bank and they find cricket each time put in the wrong expiration date i call cricket and teee the cricket rep to plrsase input the correct ex date she did i got another I'm sorry ok done . With all this i decided to remove the auto billing and call the payment in well i did and my service was cut off during all Christmas the serviced is still off i have phone call saying payment was received 12 21 17 this is my only work phone someone needs to help me or i will persure other means.

I went in to get a replacement for my screen saver after I spent 400.00 plus $ on cells. The protector was installed incorrectly. Long story short the called the laws on me b/c I told them it was bs.
