I have noticed that when Chick-fil-A is extremely busy the fries are undercooked especially at the location on Campbell Boulevard in White marsh Maryland and when you asked somebody there if you could get them well done they don't refuse to do it but I wouldn't be rude asking if they would just cook the fries like they should so I refuse to ever go to Chick-fil-A ever again not even for my kids

If you go to Chick fil a for a wrap or regular chicken tenders don't bother going. If you like spicy by all means go for it. Your online menu says you have these items but you don't. Change your website ass holes!

I just left the oaks mall chick fil a. It is a busy store, and I go often, cause it is close and convenient. Usually meals are in order, but since it was not right on the order, I thought I should comment.
I always get the cagin chick fil a, with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a choc shake.
This time I gave my order, got the receipt, checked it, and it said cfad1x,
so I assumed it meant cajin, so I waited and got order , sat down and ate a regular chick fil a sandwich, it had the extras I asked for, but was not cajin.

Because I got table 10 yards from ordering place, and didn't want to wait for a re-fix, I ate meal, and told person who took my order. he gave it to mgr, and she said since you ate it, we can not assist.
My order # was 5861140. I was not asking for another shake, but thought the credit for a cajin sandwich on next trip was not an unreasonable request?

I loved this resturant. I realised i had not been there in alomost a year. So today i went to get my food. Fries where NOT cooked, again not cold, but NOT cooked, and their burger's bun was moist and wet. I called the place up so tell them this. They first asked for my receipt which is okay, i gave them that... what they said afterward what i was shocked. They told ne to bring the receipt and the food back... lol. Allas, wont be their customer agin, esp if i have to wait in line for 200 min for food like that, and cust9mer sertivice like this.

Chick-Fil-A has horrific customer service! Sat September 11th at 12:00 was our daughters 5th birthday and all she requested for food was chick-fil-a chicken nuggets. We ordered $165 worth of food and sauces a week before from the Ashbridge Square location in Downingtown, PA. When my husband arrived at 10:30, for our order to be ready at 11:30, the person at the counter had no record of our order. I texted my husband the confirmation and they somehow located it but it was not ready! My husband was told the order would be ready by 11:15, so he left to go pick up a tray order from Giant10 minutes away. He came back at 12:00, giving the staff an extra 45 minutes to prepare our order! When he arrived there was a line of customers waiting for their catering orders, others waiting for their in store orders, and numerous people waiting to speak to the manager about their orders and service. It was chaos! It took until 12:15 for him to finally get to the front of the line to show his receipt, to which he was told they were just now cooking the order; at this point it was 12:35. At 1:00 my husband finally received our order. In turn he missed almost 2 hours of our daughters 5th birthday and the food was LATE. In the end my husband was offered two free sandwiches which far from remedies this letdown. hope you find a way to compensate my family, although you can never give my husband back the time he missed at her party! I have emailed chick-fil-a regarding this matter to which I received no response! It is an awful company!!!

I have been coming to the Chick-fil-A located at 6350 Cimmaron Blvd. in Orlando Florida since it opened.
I have watched to go through transformation now to the new outside ordering system of the awning and the double machines unfortunately it serves no purpose when they put attendance out here trying to take orders that does not speed up the process it slows the process down whenever it's just the machines and the car is allowed to go through individually it moves much faster much smoother apparently when a person is in front of someone taking an order it in soon as a conversation which slows down the whole concept of having two monitors to speed up the process I sit for sometimes 15 and 20 minutes as I watch a server trying to take an order from a vehicle that I am stuck behind

Milk Shakes are small, with no choice of cup size, at the Same prior price. Bad customer service and greed. I will no longer buy there.

I went to chick fil A in Calera, Alabama I was greeted very nice. I placed my order for TWO COBB Salads I also ordered a 4 ct nugget My condiments was 5 AVO ranch and % Apple Cider Vinegars dressing I also offered to pay additional cost for the dressing and the young lady that took my order reassured that their is no limits and no cost for extra dressing so as di received my order I didn't have all my salad dressing I still offered to pay the cashier and helpers outside the window asked if I will pull down. The manager still didn't address me until I pull to the front door. The Manager Brad Johnson was so rude to me I have never experience such rudeness in my life! Brad Johnson told me that I have been inconsistent and that " CHICK FIL DOSENT SALE SALAD DRESSING AND CHICK FIL A IS NOT A GROCERY STORE" I was Flabbergasted in complete shock. I immediately contacted cooperate and found out that this MR. Brad Johnson is the owner of the store to be be owner of a store a major cooperation to indulge in disclination is not a good way to represent the brand of Chick Fil A there needs to be something done about this behavior from Mr. Brad Johnson. Please do something about this matter.

Hello - I visited a local Chick-fil-a earlier this evening and the order did not include all of the food for which we paid. It was order # 5646838, and the large fries were not included. We noticed this after we arrived home. Also missing was the CFS and Buffalo sauces. We tried calling the store but we were put on hold, and I am still waiting for someone to answer as I write this message. The total wait time thus far has been over 30 minutes. I would also like to note that the service for the order was slow, as the two employees outside the drive-through window were joking and laughing with the people inside while customers continued to wait for their food. I would just like to have the large fries my daughter wanted but I cannot get through to anyone at both the resturaunt or on the CFS Cares Line.

Before ordering, I asked if they have lemon for my meal. They said yes, placed order and no lemon, again and again! The manager at INDIANLAND, SC said we don't have time to cut lemon. I explained every time I ask they dont have it and today, he did not or could not cut lemon.

This is the second complaint I've had about the Chick-fil-A store on Westheimer in front of Target. I was given a milkshake and cookies as recompense for a very serious problem about two weeks ago and thank you for that . However a few days ago my daughter and granddaughter went to that store and the Sprite was nothing but water . She requested ketchup and received none and she also requested gluten-free bun and did not get that either. It's necessary for her diet. I'm kind of shocked at these occurrences at Chick-fil-A. The absolute worst customer service Tucson Az oracle rd store September 2020, food service worker Anika, the worst I have ever seen in my 50 years of eating fast food. She lunged at me at the drive thru windows because I pointed out that I had waited 40 minutes in the drive thru line. She was yelling and other workers had to hold her back lol, from a 65 year old customer in a drive thru window. I will never go to a chick filet ever again.

Order 6292368 & 6292080 8/112020

I ordered 4 salads. One of the Cobb Salads had been eaten out of. Someone ate a lot of the ingredients out of it and probably put it back in the little fridge area to eat later but the server I had accidentally grabbed the half eaten one. But, it shouldn't have been an unnoticed salad because the sticker was not on it.
On the french fry order I politely asked for a cup of pickles. I eat the pickles with my fries by wrapping the fries around the pickle. So good. But the server felt they had to be smart and only put 2 pickles in the cup. Now 4 would've still been facetious but not as evil as just two little slices. Wow. Shortage of pickles?

Bartlett, TN Kirby Whitten location. Ordered grilled chicken salad , got fried. Looked like about 5 nuggets cut up on it. Medium fry and very cold, container was only half full. Grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken was like half of a serving. Disappointed. Love their food

Place a mobile order pick my order I never check my order I never checked my order so when I get home everybody was looking for the stuff that we order but we're missing few things I did call back soon and they told me did u wan to come back for u missing item yes cuz my kids wan that soon i trying to eat my sandwich it was hair in my sandwich I was so upset cuz who want to eat sandwich like that Soon I get to the Restaurant I told the employees I find a hair in my sandwich he just look at me like did you find it before did you trying to eat it or did you find the hair just right now really 1505 n Collins

The first time I went to Chick-fil-A in Clinton and had a complaint but I didn't say anything. I ordered a Cobb Salad w/out cheese. The next morning I was very sick. I ordered a grill nugget yesterday and my girlfriend ordered a fried nugget. She and I claimed it was hard to eat both of our meals. This morning I've been throwing up and having bad digestion issues. Chick-fil-A has bad chicken, reason being, I haven't eaten anywhere else.

Sandwich was not hot, bun was soggy, bun was much bigger than grilled chicken piece. Lettuce has black spots on it. The waffle fries wasn't even close to hot, near the bottom it was all crumbs, very disatisfied.

Just visited pleasant hills pa location. 8.9.19Chicken was very overdone on both sandwiches. Called store.no one answered..poor business. I spent almost $30 on this order# 4969873. I am totally disappointed. I would like to be refunded

Rebecca at the drive thru window was very snotty. The restaurant at Broadway and Dartmouth in Denver area treats there customers poorly. I suggested they put someone on the drive thru microphone that spoke English. The lady taking orders spoke in an Asian accent that was difficult to understand. She also got my order wrong. I was called a very rude lady for mentioning this. The manager agreed with Rebecca that she had the right to call me a rude person. The manager was not willing to accept any type of suggestion. The manager seemed amused i'd called and asked what else he could help me with. I told him Rebecca should be fired. He laughingly told me that wasn't going to happen. I did not know that chik fil A employees could smart mouth customers and be supported by management. WOW!!

Hi, I've been going to the one in La Plata for years & always been treated like I'm garbage by the employees in the drive through. I will no longer go to that location ever again cause of there attitude towards me, every single time. I will also wanted to let you know that they always troll me when I'm ordering my food.I feel very disturbed by there haynes comments and did I memtion it happens all the time.

what started out as a missing kids meal, has now turned into a compeltely disgusted customer expereience. i have left 3 voice messages at the store and no one returned my call. talked to, on 3 separate occasions the customer help line and was assured that the owner would return my calls and NOTHING. in addition I have no follow up, either calls or emails from CUSTOMER SERVICE. so what is my next course of action? will someone contact me? i am appalled at this service from the store all the way thru my calls to customer service. 24 hours until I file formal complaint. this is ridiculous, not even the store will call me back.

I went to the Reasturant in Stockton, Ca. Located on pacific avenue. I asked for an pint of ice cream which I have ordered at
Other Chick-fil-A before. The manager told me they do not
Have that item, I mention that there should be consistency
In the business. She was not listening and chose not
To even try to look if the company has that item on the menu.
As a customer, I left the business and went to the Sacramento
Store, please train staff to ensure consistency.
