I just purchased the grill chicken, bacon and cheese sandwich. The bread was old. It was so crumbly that it kept breaking up every time I bit into it. And the sandwich was not hot.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget meal and the chicken was terrible. Little pieces of nuggets smaller than my smallest finger nail and oily and full of gristle fat. I ate about 3-4 pieces but they were so bad I threw away the rest. Charging $14.15 for this meal was outrageous. I would never buy this meal again

Chick-fil-a has the worst app I've ever used. They've royally screwed up my order multiple times, yet my wife still tries to use it. They know it sucks and yet insist that I have to prove that they screwed up. Don't use it unless you enjoy being really frustrated.

I have always been proud to eat at your restaurants because of what I considered to be Christian based ownership. After the public comments by the demented owner, I realized I was wrong. Now one of your managers tells a young lady to go home and change her hair color because "it's not natural?" I hope she sues your company and YOU personally, into oblivion. I will never patronize your restaurants again and I have asked my friends and family to avoid giving our business to your company under any circumstances. I have learned an important lesson: What may seem good on the surface can be evil inside, like chick-fil-a.

Purchased lunch a large combo. I literally had 10 broken pieces of waffle fries In large red box. I paid for a large combo I expect to get it. I eat here at least 3x a week at a different location. River city stores sucks. $11.45

My Mama went to Chick-fil-A on Wheatland Rd. Dallas TX. She ordered $48 worth of food for my 4 nieces & nephews. She passed out the food in the car ( they just came from swimming lessons and where hungry) Realizes that she was shorted 2 Fries. She goes back and tells them she was missing 2 fries. The 1st person comes to the car and tell her we don't mess up. We check all the bags. Mama us like where are.the fries then? A second person says well you have to send the whole bag back in for us to check. Keep in mind the kids are eating and the lady sees this. Okay. Mama grabs us the food from the kids the lady takes it. Only for her to come back amd say here is a refund you can't come to this chic-fil-a anymore. No explanation. Now I told mama that I don't go up there because they have started with them attitudes and opening and closing when they want. So I'm finna be on they corporate line and if you have had a terrible experience with this location you should do the same!! And had it been me we definitely would be on the news or at least Smash DFW Breaking News cause knaw!!(My post from FB) and local news

Worst experience was at a Chick fil-A in Findlay Ohio. Worst Manager there is Howard. First they got my order wrong, I asked for cheese only on my sandwich and got cheese and pickles Which is the worst thing for me to eat. Called the place and Howard was the most unChristian like person. Yelled and insulted me, on speaker phone with 3 witnesses. Called Hdqrtrs was promised a call or email, it's been 3 weeks And still no communication from Hdqrtrs. Never go there. I've only have been to 3 or 4 and will never go back. I tell everyone how awful it is.

Went into your location on Ellison in ABQ today about 445. The lines outside were long and the inside seemed to not be busy as there were very few cars in the lot. Upon entering there were only 3 people ahead of me. The first in line were two younger kids. At that time there were two associates taking orders ... then both left. A girl came up several minutes later and the kids moved forward. One of the kids around the age of 12 placed her order and waited fir her food. She walked to the side and the younger kid ( about 8 yes old ordered. There was some confusion and it took time. Meantime I counted 12 associates behind the counter with several more in the back and the lobby. Maybe a shift change. The customer in front of me and I stayed waiting . With at least 15- 20 associates walking back and forth I guess not one of the could figure out that there were customers in line ??? There were associates in pinkish , red and black shirts ... not one of them was a manager ? You wasted enough of my time so I left. On my way out I went around the side and told an associate about it .... Yes, I was polite . She didn't respond or seem to care. Guess I won't be going back .

You use soy and peanut all for all you cooking, and say you do so because they're not bad allergens. Well I thought you were smarter and more knowledgeable than that. There are whole states that don't allow peanuts to even be brought on the grounds in any way shape or form because of how bad an allergen it really is. This is beyond atrocious ! Ordered Cobb salad and waffle fries. 14.00. Got home had a Cobb salad and $4.00 Mac and cheese. Called and spoke to Kirsten, who suggested we drive back and get free waffle fries. Advised waffle fries are 2.80 and Mac and cheese $4 so how was waffle fries free? She said well you got the Mac and cheese. She spoke with her manager who said bring receipt and get $4 back. I advised her this was 2nd time this happened (wrong order), but 1st time did not say anything as they were new. I said many places offer a free order or a gift card for the wrong order, such as culvers. Kirsten said she didn't care for the way I was talking to her and she was sorry I felt the way I did. What a crock for customer service.

I went to Chick-Fil-A in Schertz Texas this morning to have breakfast. I was unable to park because the 2 handicapped parking places were being used by the Chick-Fil-A delivery cars. Since the only other place to park was behind the building in a different parking lot (some ways from the door), I was unable to eat at this Chick-Fil-A.

Chick-fil-A 1440 N DuPont Hwy has horrible customer service. I am a Doordash delivery person and almost every time I arrive and announce I am their to pick up an order they have me waiting for unnecessary minutes even when its not crowded. They need to teach these highschoolers to announce the order before placing it on the shelf. I stood waiting for 10 minutes and had to go back over to see if the order was ready for the second time!! Did I say it was not crowded when I arrived?

They have all these commercials about how they go out of the way for customers.
They wouldn't even do a split shake for me. Every other restaurant that serves shakes has always done a half strawberry half vanilla for me.
They were rude and flat out refused to do it! Said it was impossible, even though they serve both those shake flavors???????
Told them to cancel my order and had to wait through their long drive for nothing. I would frequent this establishment at least 3 - 4 times a week, spending atheist 60-80 dollars. I know theywont go out of business without me but I will never go to this particular one again

I just wanted to say that chick FIL a will always be family to me. I met my husband in 1982 at chick FIL a in the gallery mall in Philadelphia pa. We married in 1990 and had 2 beautiful children who only eat chick FIL a. I also met my mother in law she was the manager and she hand picked me for her son for that I love her more. We were a big family at work we used to attend Phillies games on Sunday and did a lot of community work. I still remember the owners name Wendell Lane from South Carolina We still keep in touch with a couple other employees that we grew up with. Now that's a true story

I just have to let you know how disappointed I was when I had your Cauliflower sandwich! Usually I don't complain, but this was truly awful, and expensive for a bun with stringy fried greasy sandwich, which cost $7.87...outrageous! I always loved your chicken, and still do but the cauliflower a huge disaster!

Chick Fil A in Broken Arrow OK does not go above and beyond and they don't even do the minimum. I asked them to give me mostly broth in my chicken noodle soup and they tell me they cant do that. Seriously? What do you ladle it out with your hands? Of course you can skim the top for mostly broth. It's not like it's going to cost you more. It will cost less as you aren't serving any vegetables or chicken. I really needed this so I could eat clear liquids for a cancer test tomorrow but of course they were not remotely interested in trying to find a solution for me. I won't be back, ever!!!!!

Just left chick-fil-A the service was bad, I ordered two kids meals with fruit I had to stand in a tiny area with a lot of people standing around for food and when I got my food it was so salty and there was any untisel for the fruit. I had stop going to chick-fil-a because I haven't liked the service for a while but thought I would give it another chance but they failed again, what a waist of my money.

ordered noon meal got home no dressing for the salad drove back to store get a sorry ass apology and my missing dressing asked for a tea for my inconvenience - store manager said it is not their policy to do so but begrudingly did so and made a nasty comment to me on my way out

I was disappointed today with your service at the Clinton, Md 20735.
I get there and my order that my daughter placed before 10:30 had not been done! I showed them the receipt, the money was taken out of my account, $42.37. The order was placed before 10:30, I'm 6min away. Wether or not you're at the location, when make the order, it should be done. Remember it's paid for and sorry just doesn't cut it.
We patronize your establishment all the time over all the others!

ITS WAY OVERPRICED!!! $13 for fries and 4 small strips of chicken. We could all just go to a nice restaurant with good quality for for that price. I spend $13 on a meal and I'm still hungry after. They try to say it's not "fast food" although everything is already cooked ahead of time and they are faster than McDonald's but somehow they aren't "fast food" they also say they make everything in house which is hard to believe because it doesn't take like good quality ingredients in my experience. They should lower the prices or give people more of a restaurant experience for $12-$25 dollar meals (with a desert ?)

So,I actually visited a Chick fil a in the lax Airport. I was told that they can't add points using the scanner but I can use my receipt. My order was more expensive (Airport prices) so I definitely want to add the points to my status. I found out later that these locations don't apply. Now I'm furious!! This should have been conveyed when I asked. Chick fil a, please do a better job training your employees.

I believe chick-fil-a has the best customer service of all time. I have only ever had one bad experience at chick-fil-a and I eat there frequently. I always feel like the employees actually care and I feel great when they say "my pleasure." In my opinion they care about their customer service than any other fast food restaurant I've ever been to.

chick-fil-a is my favorite restaurant! Every single time I have ever been to chick-fil-a, they always treat me with the utmost respect, and I go at least 3 times a week. The fact that it doesn't have any positive comments is sad, so I felt that it was necessary to add my opinion. I LOVE CHICK-FIL-AAAA. They are always always respectful. Examples: Every time you say "Thank you" they always say "my pleasure." Every time you order they ask your name and address you by it when they bring your food. I really see that chick-fil-a employees make an effort to treat people with respect and more people should see that.

A relative was fired today not by phone or in person but by email. Which she wasn't really upset because they kept scheduling her until after 10 on school nights and not giving her weekends. Just thought you might be interested on how sorry your management is treating HighSchool kids on NW Exoressway

I had a job interview with Chick Fil A last Wednesday, I was very upset when one of the Managers Tim, South Ridge, Charleston WV, asked me if i had any "skeletons" I'm my closet!!!
