Customer support really stinks I spent over an hour trying to prove that I had an account and have had one for almost 15 years. And then they want to charge me for asking a question I'm so done with Canon it is unreal I used to be able to call.. when I purchase another camera I guess it will be another brand we do not deserve to be treated like this

Canon is only interested in getting your money. Once they get it, they cease to give a crap about you. When we decided to go into the printing business for my studio, we called Canon directly and ask them what the best printer for our needs were they sold us a very expensive blueprint printer when there were other printers cheaper that were better for what we are doing. Now that the printer is giving Issues. They have ceased to care. Zero stars, Canon I won't ever spend another penny on any of Your products

I need a user manual for my cannon pima. I don't think i should have to give my credit card number to someone for a trial period of time.. I always got manuals for my other cannon printers. FOR FREE

I woukd never buy another cannon product 18 month old printer nothing but issues. They won't even speak to u because product is off warranty they have recorded message call back after you purchase a service contract disgraceful.

Cannon TS6420 worked good at first, then would not print from my iPhone unless I paid $14 a month, also tried calling Customer Service for help and they wanted to charge me a fee for that. I would never buy another canon product.!

unable to reach support for my canon printer ... called the 800 number was on hold endlessly and never got to speak to anyone ... their sales department Rep suggested i call on another day as Mondays. My printer was DEAD right out of the box ... will attempt to get a refund and buy another brand.

Canon is a disgeace to the business world,The Netherlands and its cusomer.(see figures above).They told me yester(by Sarah)day that I'd taken enough of their time even though my printer was not repared.What a cynical attitude'I h90e no one buys again from there
again.They will get only lies and empty promises.

Dont Buy Canon Printers They Are To Hard To Get Going Every Time You Want To Use It Then You Ring The Help Line And They Tell You That They Are Closed At 5pm Perth Time When The Time Is 440 Perth Time Dont Waste Your Time And Money On This F****** S*** Too Complicated To Use And Too User Unfriendly Not F****** Happy Canon
And To Top It Off You Are Not Alowed To Use Profanity To Explain How You Realy Feal About This Product And Service

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. 3hours on the phone and internet and was unable to even register my product much less get customer support. I'll never buy a cannon product again.

Terrible service. Call center is run with non English speaking staff who have trouble communicating. Because they do not understand they leave you hanging on the phone hoping you will hang up. It is an Americanised company that offers lip service but no actual service.
I have spent an hour on the the phone and 3 calls with still no result.

I bought a MG2522 printer and attempted to install software several times as it kept saying print drive not installed. I then tried to install off directions from on line and received the same message. Frustrated I call Canon, which you can't talk to anyone until you set up account, which I did. Called back, as instructed I entered my telephone number, recording then informed me they can't find account with telephone number!!!!! You CAN NOT speak to anyone until you enter information. I will wait 24 hours and if it still p hasn't recognize my number guess it will be returned for a HP printer. Never will I buy a Canon product again.

I just got my Canon TR4720 printer today. There aren't any instructions with it, you have to go to a website. I went to the website and a chat box popped up.I typed in that needed to setup the printer. The chat box said that I would need tech help. I gave my name and number and was told someone would call me. They did call. I ended up giving this person remote control over my laptop. He told me that I would have to pay $99.00 for the tech support. I said that I couldn't do that. He says that he will check with his supervisor to see if they can get me a better deal. After about a minute he came back and said that they would accept $59.99. I said no thank you and hung up. I then plugged a cable going from the printer to my laptop. I went into settings and added the new printer and printed out something from my email. It's really sad that canon has gotten to the point where they have to rip off an old lady(I'm 68 years old). I have been working with computers for years. I know my way around computers. I had to go in and remove the remote access to my laptop.

Iv recently bought a canon pixma tr4720 had it for 5 months and the tonar went on it I only printed maybe 150 pages maximum now I just went and bought another one instead of replacing the toner and I haven't even printed off 50 pages and the tonar is done on it ... thats not right at all!! Iv always stood with canon for printing but I will be looking into Epson I believe now because I'm not impressed I'm buying printers that are not in working service for near as long as they should be it's expensive now I find myself late handing in paperwork and I have to go pay for gas to go to staples and get help printing now that's embarrassing especially when you have major anxiety. I think maybe you should be making sure the quality of what your packaging to put on shelf is worth the price your asking for the products that's forsure and it's next to false advertisement at this point

0 out of 10. Cartridge is stuck. Serial number not where they say it is and no way to contact anyone without completely registering and no, I do not have my original receipt. I will be going to a different brand and I will never recommend this company or their products to anyone. My problem according to others in the community means it is an issue a tech has to fix and my device is brand new. Zero customer care or support, zero stars.

i have had many items from this brand every single one has given me a headache and mountains of issues such as my printer wont connect to the internet and when i call they said they don't have any info to help with my printer type "anymore" and hung up in my face. im not rich i dont have the money to go buy a new printer because they dont want to help me just connect mine they are a joke of a company HP way better Dell way better screw canon i also bough a camera tht doesnt even work every battery i have bought for it blows up the camera malfuctions an what a surprise canon WONT HELP

Very disappointed with printer g 3625 not being able to print double sided. What a waste of money and paper at this price point. I thought I was upgrading...what a clunker!

They have zero support for customers. They don't care at all. Worst ever experience just trying to get printer hooked up. Never buy or use canon products if your an average person like me. I'm going to buy a new printer tomorrow because canon is. That bad.

just bought a new maxify and ink does not print after two months. Extremely difficult to reach their customer service even after following their online instruction- sign up an account and register the product. Just stating can not locate my account then hang up.
So frustrated.

I love my canon G3060 pixima mega tank printer.I was having remodeling done at my home and had to unplug it for 2 months.I was dreading having to plug it in and try to remember how to set it up to print off my phone. But it was so easy I didn't have to enter a bunch of things to get it to work. I just pressed the canon icon on my android press a couple of OK's on my printer. Wait for a few minutes choose a pic off my phone and it printed first try.There is one thing it's not a complaint,more of a suggestion. If your screen on the printer could be illuminated would make it easier to see what it says.i have to use a mini flash light.That's it. Your printer is the best printer I've ever owned.I would definitely buy another Canon printer in a heartbeat,even if I have to use a mini flash light to read the screen.(Let's hope I won't have to).

I purchased a canon eos t7 brand new. I took two pictures with it then it started saying change battery pack. I tried another new battery same thing so I send it in bc it's under warranty. They send the camera back saying they could not fix it because it had corrosion inside of it. They stated there was nothing they could do for me. Therefore I'm stuck paying for this camera that won't even work. Then they put it against my credit so now I'm messed up there to. My thing is how in the world am I to blame for a brand new camera not working correctly? I have never dropped the camera, had it close to water, nothing!!! So if it did in fact have corrosion then that's how it was when I received it. I contacted the president and vice president of canon of course no reply. Support no help. I'm beyond upset and will not ever buy another canon product!! If they can't stick behind what they sell then that right there tells me all I need to know!
