Hi i went to Burger King in tallahassee at Walmart 1408. on Febuary the 1st. The Jung Lady at the cash Register was so Nice Helping the Customers To get ordernd and also Handlung the Ordners out. I think her Name is Samantha. Then the Manager Talked To her like sches nothing. She did her best To so what needet To done. If MY Manager would Talk to me the way that this mgr Talked To that jung Lady WHO was Great at what she was Doing and didnt needet no One To Talk to her but help her instead. Isolde have told the Mgr. She can have it. I Hope you all get this mgr straightend out.

I live in Perry Fla and am extremely satisifed with our Burger King. All staff are very helpful and polite and anxious to satify their customers. I have been going to this BK for the past several years and its always the same. The food is fresh and what is suppose to be hot, is hot. My one question is: i love the salads and am very disappointed to find out that they no longer carry the apple cider vinaigrette dressing. It is my favorite and do not care for the others that are offered. Is there ANY way you can bring this dressing back? I certainly would appreciate it!! Thanx for your time. Linda Knudsen

I went into Burger King on Sunday, Nov 29, to get breakfast for my family. I had just left Bojangles because of a bad experience! I was telling the young lady about what had just happened and she said I put a chicken biscuit in for you, because of what happened at the other restaurant! She apologized for the other business!!!! She did not have to do that! I will not go back to Bojangles! ...and, I had spend a lot of money there! Just wanted you to know about the good service! Burger King will be the breakfast place from now on!

11/21/15 I'm complaining about an assistant manager that works at the franklin new jersey burger king. I believe her name is Cassie or something like that. She was extremely rude to the cashier that was taking our order. Me my husband and our three kids came in for dinner and the cashier forgot to put a large fry on our tray and that assistant manager was very nasty and told the cashier just go get the fry now. And the was simply just asking the manager for help. The cashier was a sweet girl and she did a awesome job and I made sure that I told the cashier that she did a great job and to keep up the good work. But as for that assistant manager she really stinks and should not have disrespected her employee the way she did. That manager needs to either be fired or get a new job. But the cashier was so sweet and so nice and she did a wonderful job.

I had the most fun i have ever had at a drive thru window in my 62 years on earth .The older gentleman at the Bay Shore New york store is so nice so smart so clever what a true ambassador of a great company in my opinion .This man should be commended i will go nack not just for the onion rings but to interact with him what fun great job burger king

The store was very clean and cozy all employees were very friendly ..We received our food before we could fix our drinks again I have to say Tha service was excellent nd we will come again.

We were at the Burger King on 126 old tower hill in Wakefield RI and my husband's atm card would not work and he only had $20 in cash. My husband asked if they could remove some things off list to bring down to the $20 and the cashier named Wendy said that so could not , Wendy put in $5 from her OWN pocket to pay for rest of order! What an excellent employee! Plus she flagged us down in parking lot to give us the atm card my husband forgot! Please give this employee the recognition that she deserves! Awesome job Burger King! thank you so much!

I know that most people only want to make negative remarks about service and tend to forget the good experiences. I wanted to make sure Corporate knew about the young lady who waited on me last night, November 24, 2014. The time was 10:00 PM at store #8502 - 4377 Augusta Rd, Lexington, SC. She was not only courteous but very timely in getting my order, making sure the order was correct, and the food was hot. Her appearance was very professional. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised since previous experiences at this location have not been so good.

I would like to acknowledge and show great appreciation to an employee working out of your Dillingham location. She was very customer service orientated, patient, and polite. My orders were large and complicated with various changes to almost each meal. I.e Add bacon and cheese to one/ Minus tamatos to another/ Plain ect. The employee showed a great deal of patients and not once showed and signs of frustration or unwillingness to help. Her name was KIT. I am a regional VP for my company and also a member of the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii. Please extend my gratitude to KIT and to the rest of the BK staff of the Dillingham location.

The Burgar king on greenbush. Wow there's a lot to say. I visit every day almost faithfully. My concern is you had a young lady who works the window every Day and still manages to smile and be polite!! Great job. My concern is she was oh so very sick today and she was still working you know I'm a manager at Rack Room Shoes in the mall and if I were to have an employee whom puts that much effort in everyday in the Freezing weather she sure would have gotten sent home. But different strokes for different folks. The food was hot and fresh. I will be back and I will continue to commend the young lady. At the window everyday.

I went to the BK on Hwy 491 in Gallup, NM four weeks ago and had a Whooper HB and when I started to eat it I noticed there were no onions on it. I went up to the counter to get some onions and was told that they were out of onions because the night shift did not cut any up?? I complained to BK customer service and they sent me two complimentary whooper combo dinners. I went to the BK at 2400 E. 66th Ave in Gallup three days ago and their hamburgers are so much better. Great meal. A lot better than the last time we ate at BK. The employees were so nice also. Thanks

Anyone who may have been following the saga of my horrible experience at the Ellsworth, Maine BK with Andrew might be interested to know that I just received a phone call from Matt, who is the store manager. In just a few minutes conversation this very kind and compassionate person was able to actually UNDO the harm caused by Andrew. I know. It sounds so unreal, but this really just happened. Matt is a definite asset to not only Burger King, but to the human race. He has this healing quality and ability that I can't quite find words for yet, but it's quite remarkable. I've been under a great deal of stress lately with a flooded out home and severe health issues which I'm sure contributed to my reaction. I want you to understand what a big deal it was to take myself out to BK, even if it was only to eat from the value menu! (I'd spent all my money on the UHaul and storage facilty due to flood when my water heater rusted out). Anyway, my point is that we have no idea what is going on in other peoples' lives. We all need to be thoughtful and kind to one another, especially during holiday seasons, and most especially at Christmas time. My Christmas has been cancelled this year. Anyway, my most heartfelt thank you to Matt! And as for Andrew? I don't know what your life is like, so I do hope you get to keep your job after all, but I'm not sorry you had to clean up those fries! You deserved that!

Just Would Like To Mention We Visited The Burger King In Hesperia, Ca On Main Street. Sometimes There They Get Things Wrong But This One Day We Went Inside And The Customer Service Was Incredible. I Just Wanted To Mention That The Employees Were Great And The One I Truly Wanted To Mention By Name Is David Pray. He Was So Helpful And Polite. He Was A Very Nice Person And So Much That I Came To The Library To Post This. Been Here Trying To Find A Site That I Can Post For Over 32 Minutes. At store #613 in Valrico Florida is a young lady named Brittney who is the, or one of the managers of this particular BK. Brittney is a very polite, kind, and very personable. If all employees of BK were like Brittney, that would be a wonderful asset to BK. Brittney, you are a wonderful person and a great asset to the Valrico Burger King. Keep up the good work. I hope someone in the BK business will acknowledge Brittney and reward her greatly........thanks Cindy

I recieved exceptional service from crystal at the Gibson and warm springs location in henderson, nv. I was given the wrong food on my order, and the soda I ordered tasted sour. When I returned to exchange my food she was very apologetic and quick to make it right. She was very pleasant and made me forget that I had to drive all the way back to get the food I ordered in the first place. She gave GREAT customer service, and because of her, I will return

I just had THE BEST EXPERIENCE at the bk in Taylor's sc off of wade Hampton. Great food and even better service. The manager Bernard is someone to keep he is friendly well spoken and genuine. I hope he is recognized for all his hard work!

I want to let the district mgr who handles the east main street location in Meriden, CT know that I want to compliment a worker at that location. I am in 3 times a week. Her name is Krystal. She is very friendly, and no one better at serving the customer. She is very good at her job. Thank you.

Your restaurant # 5609 in Ocala, Fl. has to be the cleanest and politest Burger King that I have ever been in. It looks as if they have a great manager, as the employees is the reflection of their manager. I hope that all of your restaurants in the future will be as good as this one is. The next time that I'm in Ocala, I will visit this restaurant again.
