Bojangles Customer Service Complaints - page 2

Bojangles San Antonio Texas does NOT open until 6 am....the internet says 5am...it needs to be changed

My husband and I visited the Bojangles in Clinton, TN. 9/6/23. We waited 5 or more minutes, as 2 employees were filling several orders before ours. The serving station was very messy with all the food coverings scattered over the station and dried up food on the containers. One young man used the cash register and handled money, then served food without changing his gloves. The other server wore no gloves and continuously wiped his hands on his dirty apron while filling an order. One of them spilled food containers on the floor and the other one spilled the lids. There was litter on the kitchen floor. It seemed that they were short staffed. We really like the food at Bojangles, but we will never be stopping at that location again.

Ugh! I'm so frustrated! When because of my order being wrong, I try to stay at the window to check it before I drive off, I'm told to move along because the attendant said you got what you ordered! Well, once again, I didn't! Got home and it was NOT what I wanted or what I could eat! Once, I didn't receive my Bo Rounds, and that's ok, mistakes are made but when I said to the attendant (when I stayed at the window when they told me to drive on), I didn't get my Bo Rounds, she brought me a single Bo Round in the container and said, "here satisfied?". With for the most part you offer a good product, why can't you employ respectable people???? Ugh!!!!! Don't get me wrong, I always give praise for good service, even average service.

Bojangles in Maryland on Branch Ave in Iverson Mall is past terrible. I love the chicken but can never get chicken or any other food items from this Bojangles. This has been going on for weeks. Only 1 person working and he does the best he can do by himself. I've encountered him about 3 times. Very courteous and nice young man. I usually order online because I can't walk well. Last order was from Oxon Hill Md. I was brought the wrong order and chicken was terribly burnt,inside chicken, somyof the meat was black like it was old chicken,French fries burnt,biscuit hard and rice old and food was cold. The online ordering request menu is all not working tight..When I checked out what I requested did not come up. The computer ordering service is not working properly. The managers of both those locations should have worked with the 1 employee they had. Bojangles at 3727 Branch Ave , Hillcrest Heights, Maryland and 6135 Oxon Hill Td Oxon Hill Md. I was soso hungry and I did manage to fix me a sandwich with some bacon I only had in the refrigerator.So disappointed. No one was home with me. I live alone,77yrs old and I always order groceries and I order myself dinner a lot. Never had this problem..Bojangles was very disappointing.

My name is Lynnette Gilbert. I just moved from New York to Virginia. I went to the Bojangles on Midlothian in Richmond. The windows was so nasty in the drive-through until you couldn't see through it. I ordered three chicken wings which still had the feathers the long feathers on it fried it was disgusting. It taste like the chicken that they did not sell last night they re-Friday and sold it, you guys need to send someone out to check out your stores they are not selling quality

My family and I stopped at bojangles and we had some of the best tasting biscuits and chicken in a while BUT the food was cold the dirty rice was just bad. I couldn't eat it and we went up to the manager to let them know she dismissed my husband and went to the back. We really were just trying to let her know she had a problem. I mean 30. For food while traveling is a lot and we could choose to eat anywhere but we choose to eat at Bojangles

There was a incident when I was purchasing my food at 12 :25 pm. Sunday august 13 where the big boss was having confrontation yelling at her manager in front of us guests and the employees . I thought this was very unprofessional and that as management they would have discovered matters in private that doesn't make customers want to come back for service this took place in the graham bojangles

The Bojangles in Aynor SC is awful. They never have what you want. The managers are very rude. The place needs a thorough cleaning. A lot of playing around in back. Something needs to be done.

I live in China Grove NC. I have had 3 unhappy times lately at bojangles. Last was today, I'm tired of the crap. I had to go thru drive thru 2 different times to order and I still didn't get the right stuff.Today8/11/23 at 1237 I couldn't even get a 2pc. Meal without waiting 15min.in drive thru. So I got a breaded chic sandwich/mFF.I went back ordered a grill chic sandwich/drink got to school and it's breaded.I am so mad. This is the 3rd day that excuses for wrong orders and I tried the order on app.to give them time,but for 3 grilled chic sandwiches I had to wait 20 more minutes, then had to ask if my food was done and still wasn't and a manager was aware!! I won't be back. When I want chicken we will go to KFC.

Its just been bad food lately.....services horrible...... we have decide to boycott you forever............................................here is what it means just in case.
Because no one you hire understands English..............................it means ( withdraw from commercial or social relations with (a country, organization, or person) as a punishment or protest.

Please change your sweet tea. The last few times I have gotten sweet tea it has been less than sweet and more like unsweetened tea. A lot of co workers have expressed the same thing please please put the sweet back into your tea

The lady at the window taking orders was rude disrespectful and unprofessional she also told my husband it would be a 7 minute wait on our food we watched 6 cars pull out with their food before us 25 minutes later our food came out she literally was the worst person I've ever dealt with at a drive through store number #000172 employee number 472212 thank you !

I just left the Bojangles in Oxford, NC and recieved some watery rice with a long hair in it. The worker at the window was rude and very nasty. We tend to like Bojangle but this rude, nasty behavior needs to stop. Thank you keep making good food.

Went to Bojangles on 7/11/23 around 7:30 pm went to drive thru to order pulled up to microphone to order food, I didn't understand what the person said on drive thru microphone so I begin ordering food, employee for Bojangles came back on microphone real rude,after a few minutes waiting in drive thru line I was told to come inside to place order,I went inside to place order,there in dining room were 3 Bojangles employees just sitting doing nothing one was the Manager just sitting there at on table with another employee talking on her cellphone, I ordered my food abd after I ordered my food there was a person who came from a car inthe parking lot,they came in the store and went to where the Manager was sitting in the dining room and she told him to go and wash his hands and go back in the kitchen and fix his own food, now this person had on regular clothes I couldn't believe what was happening I looked at all employees who were working in the kitchen area, no one had on hair bets,mo one had plastic gloves on there hands the employees who were handling food was not properly dressed to be even handling food, ther was one employee who was taking French fries that had dropped in another place outside of the fries storage bin and was picking them up with his bare hands and putting them in yhe bin with the freshly cooked fries, this place is really unorganized and the Manager didn't even care what her employees were doing, I've been to this place a few times especially in the evening hours,they always say we don't have this or that, after yesterday 7/11/23 I will never go back yo this peticular store again because the staff is very unprofessional they really don't care about their job, this is the Bojangles on Sears Street in Kannapolis NC they really need to go and monitor this place and fire all the dead weight they have there its totally ridiculous the way this place is.

Went to Bojangles on Market center drive in Clemmons NC this morning with my husband and it was horrible! Staff was cursing, vaping, never washed their hands. Order was wrong as it is majority of the time at this store. Sanitation grade is ok but the employees are disgusting.

Went to Bojangles on Market Center Drive in Clemmons NC this morning 7/6/23 this is definitely the rudest Bojangles I have ever encountered. Customer service is horrible! The young Manager was extremely rude and I never seen her wash her hands not once! They vape inside the store while working. Food was cold! Order was wrong! There was a hair in my food! The staff is lazy and can't get anything right. Whoever hired these people should be fired.

Breakfast potatoes terrible ... coffee nasty....window person could not count money...he told me to chill out .....I in turn called store manager....worst....only thing good is the biscuits

We wanted to buy an 8 piece. We do not understand. Why we have to buy your stupid sweet tea? We wanted to buy sides were forced to buy the sweet tea also, so we just bought the chicken and biscuits.

Always have loved Bojangles, however recent visits to the Lenoir N.C. Restaurant has declined tremendously. Food cold, Workers can't follow basic requests. Slow service. This location has lost my business!

The service here sucks I been sitting in drive thur for 15-20 mins no one said can I help you, I had to say hello 3 times before someone took my order! Now I'm sitting here for another 10 mins before I got my food. I used to eat here 3 times out the week now I barely come !

Loganville ga drive thru is charging for a sausage, egg and chees biscuit when it should be a sausage biscuit. This is about 30 cents more and if they are doing this with others , it can add up to a lot for the day. It's a ripoff!!

Close the La Vergne, Tn. Bojangles! Been there maybe 8 times all 8 of those times something was missing order was just forgot about. Never have French fries never have cups etc I mean the list goes on and on. Rude staff as well. Not much more to say about this location and how it's ran besides piss poor!

5867 Normal, IL. After waiting about 10 minutes. Everyone was asking the poor girl to repeat herself, A/C was loud, calling out the names to pick up their food. I received no napkins or spoon. I had the 5 chicken tenders. It was enough batter to choke a horse and while removing the batter and taking a bite I thought I ordered catfish. It had a catfish taste. Just wow, shut this place down and retrain. I could not eat more than 3 tenders. Cole slaw was good. If I was Tom, I'd be pissed.

I got sent home today because of labor and while that shouldn't be a problem I feel like I'm being targeted.im the only person that is being sent home because I seen the paper on the desk that say I'm the only one being sent home for labor and the management lied and said there was 3 other people. I don't think I can share pictures because I would if I could I have a picture of the daily schedule where it shows I'm the only person with labor written beside their name .I would like to be transferred to a different Bojangles or if possible get certain manager fired ..Shay have been clocking her husband in and out when he's not there which should be enough to get her fired but I don't know the full rules on that. And I don't know if I clarified that Mathew was sexually harassing a minor.and I think they sent him to another Bojangles to cover it up.

I visited your store #009, in Rome Georgia, on 6/07/23. I ordered 3 Chicken breast. I live 45 minutes away, so round trip, I have to drive 1 hour and a half. Once I got home I realized that I had 1 breast and two thighs.I stared calling the store, when I got home and called through Saturday. No one answered the phone, so I went Rome and left my receipt at home so I explained everything to your Manager(Crystal)on Saturday 06/10/2023 and she explained to me that I had to go back home and get my receipt.So I am having to drive 4 and one half hours Total,just to get what I ordered, the first time. It is costing me, the price of the chick,my time and my Gas, just because someone does not know the difference between a breast and a thigh and a Manager that just did not care.(Check#30580) Please help me correct this situation.I still did not get my 3 breast.
