You charged my credit card for a product that I did NOT order. I have tried for several months to get my card credited with no luck! I talk with your technical department and am told billing does not have a contact phone number. I have been given a ticket number and told I would receive an email. this happens each time I call but I STILL have had no contact from avast. I think its time for some legal action to be taken with this shameful company.

My name is Jerry Scoggins. I have used Avast for years. My renewal for one year for 49.99 was paid for on July 22,2017. Then I wondered why I was charged 64.56 in June 22,2017. Of course, Avast prevents customers from talking to an agent. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME USING AVAST,IF I CAN'T ASK A LIVE PERSON ABOUT MY ACCOUNT. GOODBYE AVAST. MAYBE ANTIVIRUS MADE IN AMERICA,NOT EAST EUROPE!

I have used avast free for the past few years and cancelled this spring, low and behold your attempt to keep this customer cost me around 50.00 taken from my account. your rec ords should show I have not had your free version o0r a paid version since May of this year and your still charging me. This is not my first attempt to correct this problem and I would not have changed if I was not swamped with your efforts continually to upgrade. Someone answer me please.

I cancelled my Avast Clean up last month. On June 5th 2017 you took out $64.19 from my debit card. Please put this back on my card. My e-mail address is win. Phone number Activation . If not put back on my card tomorrow I will get my attorney involved. Thank you.

I was billed by DiscoverCard $24.98 on May 17 by "DRI Avast Software Avast.com/ORDMN"

(I don't know for what kind of program, although I was considering an antivirus program.)



REGARDLESS....I have not received anything, either downloaded or mailed nor any reason why.



Until I receive an Avast antivirus program (not a FREE PROGRAM) of the value noted, I

refuse to pay the amount in question. ATTEMPTS TO FIND A PHONE # TO MAKE A COMPLAINT

HAVE BEEN A WASTE OF HOURS!

I was billed $24.98 on May 17 for an antivirus program, which I never received
AS OF JUNE 4. I have advised My discover Card account company to NOT pay this amount until the matter is resolved.

let me explain my problem again. why was I billed on 4/26/17 for $59.99 when I did not authorize it. I just renewed on 5/5/17 for $19.99 for 1 year. I would like a refund of the #59.99 charged to my account without an ok from me.

I was billed to my credit card for both the months of March & April, 2017 (doubled billed) under DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE. in the amount of 39.99 each time. why you try to get £59.99 from my account and you knew very well that i have paid all ready in 26/11/2016 £54.99 and this cover me for two years. i want an answer very quickly and refund for the money you took plus i do not need your product any more plus if you don't do so, I will report you to the fraud office.

Latest update is almost as bad as the Technical Support that will charge a minimum of $199 to "diagnose", not "fix" the problems created by the update release.

My husband ordered the upgrade with AVAST for his computer. Please disregard my dispute for the charges in my bank account. My husband just came home & told me. I apologize for my mistake - he likes AVAST and therefore upgraded it from free to a better protection package.

I was charged $32.72 for a product I NEVER ordered. Can't reach anyone in person at that company. Very disgusting practice by AVAST to avoid any personal contact with people. Still trying to reach someone to reimburse me for something I did not want or need.

You can't talk to a "live" person period. Avast is charging 2 separate credit cards for services that I tried to cancel.

I was charged 49.99 on 16 Jan 17 on my credit card after I had cancelled this service on line on 3 Jan 17 , I even have the cancellation email. I want my money back and to get a credit on my credit card. I would love to be able to speak to someone from Avast that can take care of this issue immediately. I have pasted the wording from the cancellation email below. Awaiting a phone call from AVAST at 1-321-806-3878. Thank you.

If you're happy with Avast but simply want more control over your payments, you can easily renew your subscription manually.

Concerned! I have google as my internet provider. Why does Avast keep sending comment of tampering. I can't change that and Don't want to!

My card was charged for $54.11 on Avast Internet Security.

I have written to you and asked to be taken off automatically renewed list.

My credit card was renewed and i did not give you the new expiration date.

how were you able to charge me without my constant. Please credit my account.
