I've stayed with ATT U-verse way longer than I should have. My wireless receivers continuously lose signal overnight. No problems during the day. It varies day to day how often the signal is lost, but tonight trying to watch a recorded movie, it has lost signal at least 20 times. I've called about this problem before and they said I just need to reconnect the box to the WPS. I just received a new receiver because the last one quit working and reconnecting it to WPS didn't help. I'm paying way too much money for this terrible service.

Called to report a suspicious call I received regarding out tv service. Was asked to get my remote..... I didn't wait, just hung up. The number was 815/724-5357 caller ID was Comed.
Called AT&T, while being transfer to UVerse was cutoff. Was this a legitimate call?

One word, AWFULL. I have been fighting ATT Internet service since November 2021 on my connection dropping in the same block of time 1030am until around 6pm everyday. It works fine at night and early morning, however, forget using it in the afternoons. So much for paying for streaming services. Technicians have been out at least 6 times and they have not been able to fix the problem. I feel like I'm just getting the run around when they tell me its a cable issue outside that they can not fix. You would think a company as big as ATT would have the capability of fixing a "cable issue". I would change my service to Xfinity, however, I'm told they would have to connect to the same cabling as ATT.I would like to get ATT fiber but they said it could be 3 months before its in my area which I doubt seriously if thats going to happen.

What. A. Joke. I feel like At&t uverse just doesn't want customers any longer. My service was running terribly. We did a check on how well the signal was, and it was putting out almost nothing. I request new hardware, as I've had the current hardware for many years. The CS gal tells me that I'll have to wait for a tech to come by, even though I just told her to mail it to me, and that I could do it. I'm only home on the weekends as I travel for work. I agree, and sit and wait from 10am to 4pm and no one ever showed. I call them and they say they'll send one out. Nothing ever happens. I've been dealing with this for going on 4 months. Things get promised, they don't follow through. Because one dept can't offer a credit or do something else I've needed addressed, I've been transferred so many times, and half the time the call is dropped, which means that I have to start the whole process all over again. DONE WITH ATT.

I have been trying to get my new uverse box set up since last night did all i could as far as trouble shooting goes in need my account re-set by a physical person and that's seems impossible. Customer Service for U-verse is garbage.

AT&T DOES NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS !!!!!!

No matter how long you've had their service, they will raise you bill EVERY MONTH even though customer service claims they lowered you bill.

They routinely sign you up for paperless billing even thought you say NO to this every time you contact then.

When you have to contact "customer service" (oxymoron with them) you will be on hold for AT LEAST 30 MINUTES, then dealing with whoever OVERSEAS for at least that long (but probably longer) and you will hang up extremely upset that tou didn't hang up in them and contact ANY of their competitors instead of wasting your time like you just did.

The customer service has ALWAYS BEEN ATROCIOUS!!!!! THAT IS NOT A PANDEMIC ISSUE!!! At&t has made it VERY CLEAR that their customers do not matter to them for WELL OVER A DECADE

We have had att direct TV for years now and every time I turn around they are jacking the price up. I call and they knock it down for a few months then it's back up again. Now this month my wife over paid the bill by $2000 and seen it the next day and called. The support person said it would be back in our account the next day. Next day the new support helper said 24-72 hours ... 1-3 business days. So yesterday should have been the last day. New support help today says 3-15 business days ... wtf I want my money back

I have had service( tv,internet + phone )with at&t for approximately 10 + years. In the past at+t delivered excellent service. Over the years I have experienced poor customer service as well as poor U-Verse service. My recent complaint is with the tv guide which does not show the program that is listed. I have called for tech support with no resolution of the problem. I have had this problem for the past 3-4 months. I am ready to cancel my service but have recordings that I need to catch up on. I will continue to call for credit on my bill until I cancel. I am very disappointed with the current company's performance.

Incompetency at its finest with U-Verse. They require the customer to call for billing, cancellations, and problems but NEVER have enough staff or competencies to answer without putting us on hold. Just to get someone to talk to takes 30-45 min of waiting. ALWAYS state high call volume but do nothing about it. Go to Spectrum were it;s one price no hassles.

Internet has been out since yesterday, July 6. The SOONEST someone can come out is July 19!!! On the phone with them for 2:49:31 hours, minutes, seconds. Spoke with five people. This is an ongoing issue. It has gone out 6 times in the last year. All with longer and longer delay response times. Please, I'm begging. DO NOT GET ATT UVERSE!

ZERO STARS!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!

Awful Service! Beware!! Stay far away! Use any other phone company than AT&T! They have taken $2,000 out of my account....TWICE.....now and give me nothing but a run around, when trying to resolve the issue. I have spent over 4 hours on the phone, waiting on hold, getting moved around from representative to representative and even hung up on by a supervisor. I have wasted 3 hours of my life on chat, having the same issues. Moving around from representative to representative to end up with a representative who just stopped responding and didn't come back until I mentioned a lawsuit and even then, he was completely incompetent. His name was Christian, and I have reported him to AT&T, but we all know what little that means. These companies tell you what you want to hear while telling the employee that it is nothing and to not worry. This company admitted that their system messed up and pulled the funds in error, put the money back in after hours of yelling at them and then turned around not even a month later, and pulled the money out again. AT&T is awful, and I would highly recommend staying away from them. They will steal your money and then take time out of your day, when you, yourself have a job to do. They read you a script and tell you they understand as if that helps to deescalate the issue. Well, that only works so many times before it sounds like a load of crap. I no longer buy the s**t that they are selling. Going to the store tomorrow and if the problem is not resolved, I will be going to a lawyer and suing AT&T. Plllllleeeease stay far away from them. They are scammers, frauds and lowlifes. I have canceled my card and reported them to my bank for fraud. Trust me when I say that I am trying to save you from this nightmare of a "company". Who can afford for these corporate pieces of crap to pull this s**t on a normal day, let alone right now with the current state of the world with gas and food prices??

Horrible. Internet is slow when it works which is rarely anymore. Up and down like a yoyo. Can't stream. Can't download. Call center in India where nobody speaks English that I can understand.

Awful. Service outage for 3 days. No way to talk to a human. Only chat available and it seems like it is a sophisticated robot - not a human. Keeps telling me my service will be back on in 24 hours. It's been 72, same message. They. Don't. Care.

I just realized that my ATT Uverse service stopped broadcasting OAN News, this is a great disappointment. I'm going to wait a few days before switching to Spectrum which broadcasts OAN, in the hope that ATT-Uverse will realize that OAN is an important part of information and entertainment for their viewers. OTHERWISE I WILL BE SWITCHING TO SPECTRUM !

Well, I warned you AT and T what would happen if you canceled OAN news. And you did it today. I will call tomorrow and cancel my 354.00 per month service. I tried to warn you and I know that I am not the only one doing it . You have to be taught a lesson and the customer will do it. BYE BYE LIberals , I am gone. I hate the unverse service anyway. I only had it because of OANN . So I have no need for all the rest of the queer commercials and over 4500 stations that I do not watch. BYE , BYE and I feel much better. AT&T U-Verse,

If you're like me, you want more bang for your buck. I had AT&T uverse for several years. In late 2021, I noticed that my home internet (AT&T uverse) was running slow. I thought it was due to too many devices on my end. I, therefore, eliminated several devices, but the internet was still slow. When I called AT&T to find out why, I was informed that AT&T had upgraded to fiber optics and cables in my area, but I was not eligible for the upgrade at the time. The call taker tried to convince me that my internet was the same speed. However, she confirmed that I was smoking at 1 kbps. I was paying for at least 100 mbps. Just to keep you updated, 1000 kb equals 1 mb. Do the math and you will see that I was being charged for something that I wasn't getting. I believe this is breach of contract and theft. Unfortunately, the little guy like me has no way of prevailing in this issue. Please note the AT&T did this to me. I switched to a wireless carrier with 5G service and it's much, much better and less expensive. I will soon drop DirecTV for similar reasons.

I called AT&T U-Verse Customer Service last week 7th March to resolve billing issues, but ended up talking to Filipina who was in the Philippines. It was a struggle communicating with her. A week later (today) 15th March, I have to call again for much worse billing issue than last week, unfortunately I ended up talking to another Filipino in the Philippines... way much worse than last week. Even before, every single time I had issues, holding on the phone for over 20 minutes (listening to their very annoying recording lady of non-stop yakking) was bad enough, but talking to unreliable Filipinos are much much worse. Finally, tonight I ended up with an American lady (Ms. April) in USA, who helped me efficiently without hassle. AT&T should stop hiring Filipinos to handle Customer Care issues. They are not reliable, and could not resolve any issues. Always very frustrating experience, indeed.

The customer service is terrible and I am t thinking seriously about switching service. Where are your ENGLISH speaking personnel?? Most of the people you have fonts understand engliy speaking people. This is VERY UPSETTING!!!

My services was supposed to be cancelled on 01262022. I see that my services is still connected and Im still be charged for services. Which is ridiculous at this point I have been calling to confirm services were disconnected and I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and passed around to so many different departments. I am so frustrated and feed up with dealing with this situation. Seems to me that it just a scam to get customers to pay more money after services are disconnected since its so difficult to speak to an actual person. Disconnect my services and send my final bill from 01262022.

I HATE ATT. They will never get another dollar from us. We owe them no money. This isnt about a bill. This is about the constant interruptions of service and the absolute lack of respect for our time or money as a customer. Their efficiency is unacceptable. NEVER AGAIN. We were with them for 11 years. I am a fool for giving them so many opportunities to make things right.

Customer service? That's far fetched! I had the fiber optic cable installed on Monday (at their request), internet and TV went out on Tuesday. My calls to customer service started out in India where there was a severe language barrier, then to US where I was initially told there was an outage in the area. I called when the outage wasn't fixed and was told there was a problem with my service. After talking to neighbors, none of them have had any problems this week! One of the people I talked to (out of several) was very condescending, almost rude. My service is still not restored after something they obviously did not install correctly!
