How to get back online on nba 2k17

Been trying to get in touch with someone about some issues that I have with nba 2k17 when I purchased a backboard from the my player store it won't let me play on the backboard that I purchased also are any new jerseys coming to the game also is there any way to get the Christmas jerseys from the previous games

I have tried to call 2k support because i have an issue of recieving my 200,000 vc credit that I have purchased for nba 2k16. Every time I call i get an answering machine unacceptable. The customer service number is the same number as 2k support. I have even reached out via 2k support.com to write a support ticket on this subject and still no reply via email. Im very disappointed on how they handle this.

Every Time I turn on 2k17 my player account has been "expired" I've tried fixing it but I can't, I also have xbox live and it won't let me customize my pause or is the store with virtual currency, now it's only points please help me, this is favorite game but it is really aggravating me.

I spent 50 dollars on this game and it won't even let me play online or anything. Everytime I go to play online it says there is a service error. I've looked at the status online for my area and everything is functional. honestly think 2k17 took a huge step backwards in online gameplay the threes were terrible before but now you go in the park which im only doing to become a 99 for pro am because 2k changed the way you upgrade your player this year and its filled with 6'9 point guards and stretch forwards who dont even play the game of basketball right,you go on myteam black top and its who has the most threes like you can face a wilt chamberlin and your not worried cause atleast it only counts for one when he scores, i think the people here at 2k need to adjust the 3pt tendency or just keep trashing the game more and more each year

I'm having the same problem , My Player has a 95 rating and when it says I've unlocked an upgrade, I go to see and it's not there. Also, this has happened the past 4 or 5 times.

Turned my game on this morning both of my men I cannot see them and one of them is gone he was a lockdown of overall 90 he had his grand badge.now it show his overall as 84 he only has a couple badges and he is on no team.I put to much money and time in these men on top of what I paid for the game for this to happen it needs to be corrected asap
