For on Line delivery - just charge a flat fee, but don't add a 10 to 15% increase on each item.
This is not clearly explained when you order on line . You already have a minimum delivery charge and I received two different invoices with different itemized cost.
I will not recommend this service to anyone.

Wegmans has gone downhill. I can't tell you how many of their products I've had to take back, bad potatoes that were spoiled, horrible lettuce, today I put mozzarella cheese on my pasta and didn't realize that down deep in the bag it was all green mold. Sickening. But she's had a good date till July 27th. Today is the 10th. Most of their prepared products to take home are extremely small now and much more expensive. A quality of those items have gone downhill also. Wegmans is all about the money now. I rarely go there anymore. I go to Aldi's and tops friendly markets.

We had an awful experience at Wegman Hanover NJ from the insults and disrespect by the male customer and the cashier Cheryn on 5/31/23. Cheryn already checked out the male customer in front of us for a while but she was still with him and did not acknowledge that we were waiting. We waited for about 4-5 minutes before my husband reminded them that we have been waiting. The
male customer replied nastily that we didn't have patience and can't even wait for two minutes and added that we were terrible people. He questioned my husband if he was Cuban. I responded to him that was none of his business. He looked at me with disgust and said that I was very ugly and said it at least three times and continued saying we were terrible people for at least five times. Meanwhile Cheryn did not stop him instead she told me that was enough. While we were paying I told Cheryn that she should had acknowledged that we were waiting. Instead of apologizing she dismissed us and said she didn't the customer next to us to wait and so she just wanted us out of there. We were never been insulted and disrespected in our life until now.

The pandemic is over. The supply chain is back to normal . Why are prices Constantly going up and up. It's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !
Prices on Many items have increased by 50% or more !
And for prepared food like sandwiches and ther prepared foods, itcheaper to eat in Restaurants including tipping.
Bakery bread is $6 and up , and the loaves get smaller and smaller!
People in Penfield where I live are flocking to Walmart and Aldis for food. Wegmans has absolutely no variety at all compared to Walmart and Tops. People don't need stores that look like Country Clubs, they need food at decent prices. Everyone I talk to in your stores is frustrated with Wegmans and looking for other places to shop, even your employees say it's ridiculous and shop elsewhere !

I loved Wegmans until I tried the new pistachio muffins. Absolutely disgusting. It made me vomit it was so gross and even thinking of them makes me gag. I can't go into Wegmans without feeling sick to my stomach because of those AWFUL muffins. I've had to find other grocery stores it's so bad. Please get rid of them, it has to be illegal to sell things that disgusting.

I just recently got over the worst toothache in history and hadn't eaten anything solid in 5 days I went into Wegmans thinking I like their soup or have in the past should I say and picked up a container of New England clam chowder I thought well that should stick to my ribs well it would have if I could have got over the fishy Taste of the clams number one the clams that I was able to bite into number two were full of grit and number three the potatoes were hard and raw I was so so disappointed this is below par for even Wegmans LOL

I am a new shopper relatively speaking to Wegmans at Central Park (on Fall Hill Avenue) but may not ever return. When I complained tonight that the price of Farmer John's Popcorn rang up at $6.99 instead of the price listed on the shelf at 6.49, the Manager named "Brandon" said "I'm sorry" but seemed unconcerned by the mistake. He said "it happens," and agreed to charge me the lower price of $6.49. I replied that "You should take whatever actions are needed to fix the problem," adding that "How many customers right now checking out are paying more than they thought?" In these days of price gouging, we the customers should feel confident the grocery chain is not duping us with a a bait and switch pricing scheme. So, Wegmans shoppers, caveat emptor. Check your receipts. Or shop somewhere else.

Unless I was cheated, I paid 31.00 for the worse Asia food from the buffet. It was 15.95 a pound. Never again. The Loren main was dry and the noodles stuck together. The egg rolls over cooked and not a very large variety. In the past, you were my place to go for Asian food. What happened?

I recently had some of your chicken noodle soup in the plastic containers... A bit of advice to not sell this horrible product it was like dishwater.... I can't believe Wegmans would sell something this in adequate... you shouldn't put your name on a product that's as bad as that is... maybe you should call Costco and find out how they make their chicken soup it's excellent, i'm just saying....

$9.00 for a loaf of bread.....Somebody thinks we are stupid.

Anyway, my complaint is with the cheese shop. I needed an 8 oz wheel of brie for a recipe in which the brie is wrapped and baked in puff pastry. The round shape is important. The weight is important. Wegmans only sells 'pie slice' shaped brie. That won't work. They sell large wheels that are way to big also. This is all fine a good, wegmans doesn't have to sell everything. The problem arose when the person I was dealing with tried to tell me that their 8 oz camembert wheels are the same as brie.

When I treid to explain the difference, two other employees joined-uninvited- the argument and now I'm trying to explain the difference to three ignorant people. This gangup technique is something they use to run people off. All this accompolished for wegmans is to show me that no one in the cheese department knew what they were talking about.

Stop riding on past glories Wegmans.

I bought Wegmans Cinnamon Oatmeal bread and was shocked that the price has increased from $6.50/loaf to $9.00/loaf! Middle income people like me are priced right out of Wegmans.

I cannot believe the terrible customer service we got today at Wegmans in Johnson City, NY?!
We only wanted two subs and we had a few special request for each sub so we could put our special request on the app because their is no place to do that so we called the sun and pizza pre order line and the guy was super slow ok, fine!! but he told us he couldn't help us with our special request because there isn't any where for him to put that?!?!?!! Really that is ridiculous! So much for giving the customer the help they need! This is so unfair what is the point of him answering that call if he can't do anything more than using the app that was why we called to get help with our order!!! That's not like Wegmans they are going down hill quick !!!

I just had the most horrible experience with your employee Brenda at the Bethlehem PA Wegmans in self check out. She was rude from the time we arrived and humiliated my husband and I by checking to be sure we paid for certain items! Then telling us it was protocol. Never in my life has I had such a negative experience. And to think only a few days before Christmas! To top it off she shouted in front of all the customers"Have the kind of day you deserve".

Good afternoon, I've never been in the Wegmans until you opened one Delaware. I've been In this store about 20 times, It has come new grocery of choice. I enjoy the Asian hot bar, For my last few visits time I get home my food is very dry. I enjoy the freshness of the store and the foods but as of late the food It's not been fresh it appears to be sitting for long periods of time.

Had the worst shopping experience in my life at you Owings Mills store the associate was so rude if I had the time to go to another store I would have refunded the entire purchase. Associate was asked by my wife if bagging groceries was part of his job after she asked him the third time he said no it was not part of his job, then her told her she was being rude , I suggested that other than elevating this situation she should speak with the manager, as she was walking away he voiced that you people must think I need this job. His associate number is A0000000031010.

I have been an exclusive Wegmans happy customer for over 30 years and I am very concerned
that the continuous price hike will end up forcing me to shop elsewhere.

Loved wegmans. Not anymore. I get just turkey every few days. They don't prepackage anymore so u have to wait at the deli counter and the manager there was nasty. Basically she said tough
Also they eliminated the pecan crusted tilapia. Alll there other fish dishes are covered in cheese or mayonaise

The buffet bar is lousy since they put it back in after covid. Food terrible. Soggy sesame chicken. The rice is hard and lumpy. Crusty layer of food on bottom of pans. Used to love eating here! Stuff is way over priced for this lousy food. I guess the worker shortage is to blame. That's what everyone blames their lousy service on now days! Put American food back on there!

my family shop in wegmans very often. this past weekend we decided to order steamed lobsters . the person that took
our order was very respectful and nice to deal with. . i
told him exactly what we wanted , after he told me what was available . we drove to
our sons , after purchasing 86 dollars worth of lobster and many yummy side dishes for over 40
dollars .. when we cracked the larger lobster open it was like chunks of wet mush baby food..and not cleaned ( as we requested),certainly not eatable , but more to the point very dangerous to
eat ,,, deadly to eat .. google why lobsters are mushy !!!! long story , short.. the lobster was not alive when ready to be steamed and that is extremely dangerous... we were very lucky .. other then some bathroom issues.. we didn't get the worst case possible ( thank
goodness ) they apologized and refunded our money for the lobsters ( our luncheon was ruined and so disappointing) i just to be clear , we ate alittle bit of one of them that was alittle harder
i then called the cooperate office the next day .. explained what happened ) more for safety reasons for other customers.. shame on. besides the fact of how it was handled .. besides the fact they were lucky we didn't die .. they don't care !!!
or die .. they don't take smy steps to make sure this doesn't happen again. he asked if i
told the store manager what happened. and that was good enough for him. i will never shop
they again for anything that
might be a danger to our health and well being .. prepared food , frozen food that sits outside of the freezer for hours before it's put away .. plse beware .., your health and your life is what matters here. good luck ..,

I've been shopping at wegmans for years . I could always come in and you would get personal service and you could order your party trays or whatever u needed to plan your party trays. They wouod have a nice book to look over with the employee in that department and u could ask questions as u go along. AND YOU WERE FACE TO FACE with them so u know it was ordered and done correctly. Now I went in to the store tonite and wanted to order a sub tray for my family party and they tell me everything has to done on an app to go meals. I don't want to take the time to do that when I was right there. I hate computers its so not personal and its too much on screen. I always ordered from wegmans and loved everything when I picked it up. Everything in this world doesn't have to be on line and still could be old school. Unfortunately I took my service to Walmart and didn't HAVE TO TAKE THE TIME ON A COMPUTER. They still have the little yellow slip you did in the past and it was nice to do it in person.
Very very disappointed and I was so upset to go elsewhere.

Forgot 2 fresh juoces we were overseas but I called and they said pick them up when your back so went to get them today and the women charged me because she couldn't find my name obviously I'm not paying twice for something. I spend thousands there a month and that's how I'm treated. Bye
