Moorestown NJ.
Once again I go to check out and the unhelpful check out girl just stands there doing nothing while I load my bags.
You need a line just for the elderly
I'm not coming back because or the mad rush to get to check out the next person behind me.

Wegman's basting oil made with sunflower oil had a wonderful garlic flavor. It disappeared from the shelves, only to be replaced by a new basting oil made with olive oil. The new basting oil has virtually NO garlic flavor; bummer ! ! ! I don't even detect the taste of olive oil...........this new product is a profound disappointment. I will not be buying any more bottles.

I had a horrible experience with the "specialty" sector of the pharmacy. Trying to get Xarelto at a cheaper rate than our original pharmacy. I spoke to 5 different people and had to repeat myself 5 different times. Then I was told that nothing could be done for my patient because he is severely handicapped and could not talk on the phone. I am also the DPOA...the girl had no clue what that meant!

Great market, nice employees except for1. PATRICIA on till 7 October 4 at 3pm was the rudest, meanest cashier we've ever had the displeasure to meet. There are so many words to describe her service..... poor, very rude, and unkind are just some.

Sushi dept. in Bridgewater, NJ store has a new item, which is my favorite - eel sushi. But they make it wrong, leaving the skin of eel on! The eel's skin is not edible and I had to spit half of the sushi.Who is in a right mind put eel's skin in sushi!?I talk to a person who make them and she said that there is a regulation how to make it and they go by this regulation! Well it so wrong that this regulations has to be changed! Also eel goes together with avocado, not cucumber. Please take this in consideration and follow good recipes.

The hot bar price of 15.99 per lb is crazy. Not only could you eat at a nice restaurant for that, the food on the hot bar is no longer fresh.

When the price got over 10.00 per lb, people bought less. Wegmans responded by raising the price even more. People bought less. Then they cut the hours that the hot bar was available. People bought less. Now the food just sits until they throw it out at the end of the availability period. Then they put less and less in the pan to reduce that waste. Now no one can count on the items they want being available.

When the food was a fair price and good value, it was fresh due to constant turnover. You could count on the pans being full. People flocked to the hot bar.

As far as I'm concerned, wegmans may as well close down the bar.

I have been shopping at Wegman's in Collegeville for 13 years. Of course, prices are expected to rise, but it's becoming too expensive for me to continue shopping there any more. A ladle of soup at the soup bar is $5.69, which I feel is way out of line for a grocery store. Sour dough bread is now $6.99! If I go to Lidl's or Aldi it is 1/3 the price. I feel you are pricing your loyal seniors right out of the market. Ver sad to go.

I was at the Westwood store yesterday. We got food at the hot bar. When we went to the register to pay, we learned it was 15.99 a pound. I did not see any signs where the price was posted. I wouldn't have purchased the food had I known it was so expensive. I wonder how many others didn't know either. That was definitely a ripoff. Very disappointed. Also, we bought some of your hummus, the black bean was bad. Had to throw it away. Very disappointed with your store and your prices. And the lack of information on the price of food.

I have no idea where all of those symbols came from- I was saying how super hot it is outside and your bakery has nothing but heavy super sweet super expensive cakes.
I'll go somewhere else. You don't get what you pay for at Wegmans.

What is going on with your bakery?
You USED to have the best cakes- It's 95°outside and I called for a lemon raspberry whipped cream cake-DISCONTINUED!But they had heavy chocolate raspberry. And the ULTIMATE cake is garbage- good if you want cavities.

We ordered two large pizzas and twenty wings and spent seventy dollars for a gathering yesterday. I was surprised when we got it home to see it wasnt cooked all the way. The crust was very soft like it was barely cooked. I was very disappointed.

July 7th was at Wegmans store copper Ridge employee was very rude at the sub shop I had to tell the manager about his behavior when ordering my food manager assured me that he would take care of the problem I guess they've had it with this employee before doesn't seem like they weren't surprised he offered me a free sandwich I got home the sandwiches made real terrible no hardly any lettuce what I asked for I don't know if the manager didn't check it but my point is the conduct of these young employees they're not have customer relations they don't know how to speak to customers they get an attitude and when was it not based on epic anymore with these young kids it's going to be based on prejudices you aim to please the customer but it's turning in is turning brutal with the communication gap with these young people I just want to wish you well in the future I know you have to keep the business and you have to have these young people in there but it's going to be a lot of stumbles along the way so just be prepared I still love my Wegmans

Regarding bag bans from wegmans-Don't be fooled, this is all about saving wegmans money on bags. Donations to food banks? Bologna! They already make those donations. Now they can supplement with the bag money and still get a tax deduction. Hey wegmans, way to become Aldi!

Why does the deli at John Glenn close at 4. Not customer oriented to working folks that work 9 to 5

I went on to your store to order sub and wrap trays for a baby shower. Was told I could only do it online. Ok so the next day I placed my order and went to pay with a Wegmans gift card and it wouldn't let me .it only accepted visa, Mastercard, American Express and discovery. Why would you as a company not take your gift cards for an order.

So I had some mussels delivered from Wegmans, Midlothian, Richmond VA through instacart. My order was delivered in 48 minutes as I pay for expedited service. All of the mussels were open and rotten! What kind of seafood department would do this ... and when I called customer service this evening , June 7th... the rude associate said you're gonna need to call instacart for the refund. I said I'm calling to advise your seafood department to do better! Do better wegmans and don't kill people with seafood! If I was a seafood novice I would have thought these mussels were acceptable!

I am extremely disappointed with Wegmans, in the Pharmacy, I have a monthly medication for my child that gets delivered to my home. Wegmans dropped the ball and did not deliver the much need medication and I am here on-site, and am being told not only do I have to pay for the medication as insurance will not cover a second order, when it is their fault for not getting it in the first place! Now I am waiting for pharmacists to actually tell me what they can do about this issue. I hope this is resolved quickly as my child needs the medication tonight. Extremely disappointed.

I am also disappointed with Wegmans because their prices seem to go beyond the realm of our current inflation rate. I do understand cost rates in this industry. I have been a valued customer over 30 years, and I feel this store has become more uncaring.

I shop at the West side store in Erie, PA and have to agree with may other reviews that the personal need training in dealing with customers. The only edge you have in this competitive market is customer satisfaction. Much larger companies have gone under because of that.I was at Walmart the other day and asked one the employees where I could find an item and he took me right to it,guess Wegmans can take some lessons from leader!

Some of the younger staff need customer service training. I just checked out with Ethan @ the warrington store and felt uncomfortable. Not only did he not act approachable, but after packing my items he didn't put them in the cart and as I was putting them in my cart he pushed my bags aside so he could put the next customer's bag in its place. No thank you. No goodbye, have a nice day, nothing. In addition, he mixed meats with produce. I felt like I was a nuisance to him and almost had to apologize for making him work. The older cashiers are wonderful and a number of the young ones are, too.

Yesterday, while using the ATM at Wegmans in Fredericksburg, VA, I overheard a conversation between 2 employees behind the counter at the Customer Service Center. These 2 employees were talking about another store employee. If these 2 employees feel this way about an employee, it makes me wonder what they saying about the customers? This is very unprofessional. It should also be noted, that these employees were eating behind the counter. Do they not get a lunch? There is a place to eat and I'm sure this is not it. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

C Bratter
