I purchased the club valero membership @25000 which gives us membership of vacations they said "we will give u 4 star property in the range of 8000 rupees" but at time of booking they said that rooms aren't available and told that only the low rate property is available and demanded to buy breakfast to book high rate rooms. To complaint about this we tried to contact them but they did not gave any responce for many many days.club valero fraud company

Hello I've been a customer for about 20 plus years .I go often at least 4 times a week.so I just leftvthe store on blanco rd near basse in san antonio texas..young lady working there is the most rude obnoxious employee I've seen yet anywhere..she was rude to other customers.did not let 2 other customers use the rr, but did let her dad use it when he wentvin.not even sure he paid full price for his beer..anyhow she had a friend sitting on a chair or laying on the phonecw her boyfriend cussing talking loud and the employee was also on the phone with her earpiece while attending all her customers which must have been about 8..even telling a customer she was gonna kick his ass.cuz he paid in 9.00 in change .mind u I can tell she knew him but this man was about 70 so respect was in order..she had her dad tell him something. This was ridiculous..was very rude not professional at all

The Valero on hwy 62 orange texas I have been going to for over 5 yrs. I will no longer go. Being forced to leave with my service dog for one out of blue along with many other things is sad.And the reason for this is u have a tyrant managing this store that intentionally tried to bully her employees in front of us customers and loves to us3 her power to make things very uncomfortable and or hard for customers. Hopefully some day I can return but only when the female Hitler is gone. Thx a lossed customer.

Now you are only doing self service only. I am not an employee and I refuse to do work for free. I have always bought beer and beverages from your store over supermarkets. I guess I will have to start stopping at 7-11

I went to Valero 2637 Little York Rd Houston, TX 77093 and the clerk that works the morning shift up to about 1:00pm or 1:30pm is rude and so unprofessional. The sidewalk is so small and unsafe for the disabled that use a power chair wheelchair, wheelchair, or scooter you do not have space to turn around and go the other way to get back to the ramp.The ramp need to be in front of the door of the store.
The first time this clerk came to us is when we park our power chair and scooter on the paking space in front of the store instead of coming in the store. This workers said, why you park there and not come in the store I told the worker it was very unsafe the sidewalk was to small to turn around and go to the ramp. The clerk was so unconcerned.
Second time I came in the store this worker got upset because he had to tell me the machine was broke.
Third time I went in the store I ask the clerk was the debit card machine working again the worker did not want to answer me I ask who was his supervisor, the clerk said he was the supervisor than he said he was the boss, than the clerk sent me to a lady in the store that was working at a business and said she was the boss I went to this lady she said she was not the boss but the clerk was the boss. So I do not know it this worker is the supervisor or not he is so rude and this need to be resolved and things need to change for the right.

I will never buy from yiur Valero again. I purchased my grand-baby1/2 gallon of milk on 0ct 24, about 11:25 pm.. The store number was 2742271. The man didnt give a receipt. To be honest we didn't think much about the receipt. We needed the milk for morning for my grand baby. When we woke up and I opened the milk it has chunks in it and was sour. After I got off of work and tried to exchange it. First she said I couldn't without a receipt. I told her I had it on my phone because I paid with cash AP. She said that was not good enough, and I should of brought it back last night. I tried I explain to her we didn't try to use it until the morning. The milk has a date of Oct 25, which was not expired when we purchased it. I was not asking for my money back, and just wanted yo exchange it. No where in your returned does it say I can not exchange it. I get it not a lot of money, but the principal that I spend so much at this location, but never again. You have a competitor right across the street. You have lost business, but I sure you don't really care.

Customer service is lacking at valeros on 11b potsdam new york as they are supposed to be open for gas at 6 am.
.you can see the worker inside....but at 6:15 you can't get the gas!!! Today's date is August 17/22

Their customer service stinks. After getting the app, I got an email offering 30 cents discount with first fill-up. I never got that discount. Sent them an email, with all of the details - NO REPLY. Called them, and the Rep said that "the offer expired on June 30."" When I told him the original email was sent July 5th, he then switched gears and said "oh, Valero reserves the right to withdraw an offer at any time." I told him I wouldn't waste any more time, they had my contact information, and there are literally dozens of other brands nearby I will be using instead.

So I went to the Valero on 4025 Bosque Blvd Waco Tx 76710. I needed gas to get to work early in the morning. As soon as I walked up the lady at the counter grabs my $50 Dollar bill and states without checking with a pen that it was fake. She stated she didn't need a pen and she could tell with her eyes. I was upset because I had just received this 50. I went to where I received it and when it was proven to me that it was a real indeed a real 50 dollar. So I called the store and asked for the manager. Apparently the person who stated she could tell the $50 was fake was the manager. I explained to her that it was proven to me that it was a genuine $50. She stated that I was lying that it was fake and she could tell. Clearlt not willing to admit her mistake or an I am sorry. I am appalled at how I was treated and cannot believe that a manager no less was the one who acted this way. I have never been in contact with fake money so I would not know the difference but for her to treat a customer this way is horrendous.

I bought gas at this location at 9:45 pm. There was no employee at the store. Door was locked. I wanted a receipt for my purchase. I am also unhappy that the window's on the pumps are often scratched to be unreadable . Last when I ask for a receipt the pump does provide one. For all the Money I spend on gasoline, you the owner of the pump's could at least maintain the in a proper manor.

If a Valero/Circle K has two prices on their sign, cash/credit, why are they allowed to charge cash paying customers the same credit price?
The cashier states the only way to get the day price is by signing up for the Circle K easy pay card.
This is like extortion...
How can it be stopped?

I went to the store in Mabank, texas to get gas. I had $6.00 in quarters and $2.00 in dimes, the lady refused to take my change so I had to go to the Excon down the road and they took my change! It was the only money I had and she said no! This really made me upset and I will NEVER return to that store!

Yes I was at the Valero on ww white,on April 1stin the morning getting my coffe after I paided for my coffe I wentto the restroom when I went to the door and walked out all of a sudden came behind me and hit me in the back said I didn't pay for my coffe when I did white by I 10

***3/24/22 @ about 10AM stopped for fuel @ VALERO 7213 N. Ingram Ave. Fresno, CA 93722
Fuel pumped did not register on my vehicles fuel gauge....

Drove over to next gas station which happened to be another VALERO....
***3/24/22 @ 10:22 added more fuel and STILL did not register on fuel gauge.

Drover over to COSTCO @ RiverPark - Abby Ave.
*** 3/24/22 @ 11:04 (mind you the lines are long and have to wait) added fuel AGAIN - This time i fueled up all the way and my vehicle took in a whole tank as if i had never added any. As if i was on complete empty.

Is VALERO fuel gouging??

I did not reach out as i was sure to get excuses/cover-up?

Went to the Valero on 1815 N Central Expy in McKinney, TX to air up my tire as one of them was below the standard. When putting air, instead of putting air in, it sucked air out of my tires. I went from 36psi to 13psi. I went inside to let the worker know and was treated rudely even though I explained to her the situation. I asked for my $$ back so I can go to another location. The store manager came out and also rudely just told the employee to just refund me and get it over with. Not once did they even check to see if the actual machine was malfunctioning. I got my refund and went to another Valero down the street and had NO ISSUES airing up my tire. I then decided to be courteous and called the store back to let them know that it was in fact their machine. She rudely said, "ok, I'll submit the issue". Horrible service.

What a SCAM!! bought a gift card at Valero, didnt give it out so tried to use it card won't read, now Valero says its not their problem contact Fas Mart, but they have no #. Found a # myself they never call back or email back. DONT THROW YOUR $$ AWAY ON A VALERO OR FAS MART OR GPM INVESTMENT CARD.

Good morning, First off I need to let you know I have never put a complaint in anywhere before, this is not something I do. I just had to let you know what a horrible experience I had this morning. I am hoping that your 1053 Valero Bristol, CT store has recorded video cameras so you can see for yourself. This morning 12.07.21 at approximately 6:28 I went in to get $10 dollars of gas because I forgot my debit card at home. When I went in to pay there was a customer at the counter and there were two girls behind the counter. One girl was sitting directly on the counter with her back towards the customers and she would not move. I could not believe my eyes that these girls were just joking around and one girl sitting on the counter next to the cash register, acting like nobody was in the store. The two female employees were joking around with the customer. I think its great to have fun at work but this was beyond belief. I could not be late to work and I was very upset by the entire thing that I slowly moved in next to the existing customer and put down my money and asked for it to go on pump 9. The look I received from the other customer and the two girls were looks to kill. I said to myself that when I went back out to pump gas that the workers were not going to set the pump and I was right. I went back in and they were joking about me to another customer. They thought it was so funny that I had to come back in to ask again. Not only I was late to work but I was so upset I broke my gas insert. I just needed to let someone know. I did not ask for a manager because more that likely it was one of the two girls who were working there. I have been in there before in the morning and they think its a playground. The worst customer service I have ever seen. It's just sad because that store is on my way to work. Thank you. Lisa Larson

The Valero in St Paul VA has 2 employees that work night shift one's name is Mark and the other is Peggy they are both the rudest nastiest people working at a convenience store that I have ever met they are never friendly they never smile they talk about other customers in front of customers they make fun of you they're simply non-professional they need to be replaced your son says that you're hiring friendly faces well you should send somebody down there during the night shift and see how friendly their faces are they're not that is in Saint Paul Virginia 24283 Peggy and Mark

The owner at Valero gas station at 698 fairoaks ave. Just informed me there is $5.00 minimum of purchase on gas at his station. Even with a cash payments cause he says his computer won't allow anything less although his gas is 4.85 per gallon. Not a sign is posted anywhere ar the station.

Valero at the corner of Thousand Oaks and Henderson has the rudest customer service representative I have ever done business with. She literally swore at me because of an error in sending fuel to the incorrect pump. I will never solicit that store again and will be closing my Valero account.

Good Afternoon,
I just left the Valero at 2142 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Stafford. I was blown away to find they had a men's bathroom but not a ladies bathroom. When I asked the employee about it, she told me that the women mess up the bathroom with blood and stuff (as she put it) so they decided to turn it into an employee only bathroom. Mind you she's at the front register stuffing her face with a biacuot. Needless to say, you definitely lost a customer because of this. Is it really OK to have a men's bathroom and not a ladies bathroom because someone doesn't want to clean it? I'm completely floored by this.

Valero 27042390 Houston Texas July 1,2021 employee has around 10 people waiting outside for about 30 minutes. He's just looking out the window with a mop and a attitude. This store is sad one employee was walking around with a butcher knife one day.

Was told to leave after requesting restroom sanitation and went back and forth arguing eventually I was threatened to be pressed violently out the store... seeing as I'm an 1u year old I felt I was in danger at the store and eventually left with an bad expectation and was disappointed in the valero store, please talk to that assosiate and politely ask the man to be polite to minors that request restroom sanitation... ps. It smelled like urine in the restroom and expect better sanitation on the daily seeing as I pay taxes to take care of stores like yours. Thx and email me on the progress of the store restroom reason being I use that restroom to change into different clothes and use the restroom, nobody wants to smell that smell but I'd like to use the restroom without being threatened to leave as an innocent minor wanting an clean restroom. I was going to report the assosiate to the police and file a complaint to austin city but I feel if I get in contact with an higher up we can make your store and it's maintenance better. Again thx and email me the progress of the stores maintenance.

We were traveling through Oklahoma and stopped at the Valero station off I 35 exit 21 near Marietta, Oklahoma. I carelessly left my billfold with many valuable items in the billfold. The manager or cashier of that station found my billfold, wer able to get my phone number and called me and let me know about my billfold. The cashier went above and beyond her duties to keep my valuable safe and intact plus calling me. I was so grateful for their honesty and drive to find me and I am so happy to give them an excellent review. Gloria H. I had not noticed that the billfold was not with me until they called due to many distractions.I was so worked up forgot to get their names but did give the cashier a reward ( which she did not want. But what service!!!
