I've tried for several days to get a customer service and tech help with my recorded message. Each customer service phone # is recorded and the # given didn't work!!! I've called SEVEN different #'s and none of them is of help.....it keeps saying go online for help!! I followed the manual online instruction for my recorded message on my Uniden 6.0 phone and it won't record. I hear the playback that is correct but when I call the number the recorded message does not play instead a voice says to leave a message at the ph # given.
I also can't get rid of my blinking light on the phone indicating that I have messages.
Please give me some help!!

I purchased 2 Uniden AppCam21 Wi-fi cameras which claim to work with Android phones; they do NOT work with the Samsung Android S6. I called customer service twice. The first time I was told tech support would send me an e-mail with information since the customer service rep did not know what to do. I have not received the e-mail. I called a second time and after waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes the customer service rep told me to send the cameras in for repairs.
The problem appears to be that the cameras are not compatible with the Android. I have wasted money and will never purchase another Uniden product.

Someway we need to be able to get this information to vendors who are selling these products. Uniden needs to be held accountable for the lack of action. This is a legal way to steal. We have all been took, and we need to share this with retailers. So please email any retailer who is selling these products and share!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Uniden unvr85 Home Security System and I was told from the agent that they are not familiar with the product and they cannot help me. I asked them why they are selling a product that they cannot give support to and her answer was that they don't have time to learn about it because they are too busy. Yes, that is true. They are too busy answering phone calls from consumers and telling them that they don't know their product...do you realize Uniden, that your competition is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week and they have trained techs that can help you with anything?! Amazing that you are still in business with the lack of knowledge that you have in your product. I will be returning my $700 camera system and buying another from your competitor who can give me the support that I need...24/7 Good luck trying to fix this. Your agents might as well be monkeys!

I have tried and tried both by phone and computer and have been unable to reach anyone by phone using the two numbers shown in my user manual for my cordless phone and also by computer. I am at a loss and really need help so that I can use by phone.

Have 2 Uniden UM525 marine radios, both quit receiving and transmitting. I also had a Radio Life Insurance certificate, issued by Uniden that promised to repair it for as long as you own it for $49.95. Sent the radios in with a check, got them back 2 weeks later with a note that they no longer repair that model. It is less than 5 years old and not exposed to the weather. They will not return calls or emails. What a crappy company. Hope anyone thinking about any of their products reads this first !!

tried for a week and no results.Always refer to their website. Got a robot last time and said they were closed for training.What a way to run a company.No more uniden for me.Before i buy next time i will call their customer service first and see if i can get a real person to talk with. Then i will buy.

I have a problem with my cordless phone and I have tried to contact customer service at the phone lines listed. I get either a robot message referring me to their website (which is totally useless) or a busy signal. I have read many of the reviews on this site and I note that some people were able to contact the company by email. As of this date this option is no longer available. I have read most of the positive reviews and most of these are clearly bogus company reviews. I suspect the rest are as well. It is amazing to me that a company would operate in this maner. I surely wish I would have checked this site before I purchased their product. Stupid of me to do this !

Uniden customer service is terrible. Cant speak to anyone at all & even if you ring sales & you tell them you are trying to talk to someone they are very rude & they just put you back through to service, where nobody ever answers you just get to leave a message for a call back that never happens, ive been waiting 3 months, after leaving 6 messages & have written to them. Possibly the worst customer service ever

I have tried numerous times to contact someone by phone, over a five day period and I could not get through. I received messages that you were not open yet; you were closed for lunch, call back after one pm; and the most messages were : please contact us on the web at www.uniden.com. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! I spent $119.00 on your phones and I have a question and I cannot talk to a live person?

I called about 9AM today and recording said to call at 1PM CST well I called at 3:40PM and recording said they were closed? It is very difficult to call Uniden. I have several questions. 1) Some persons I call do not answer my calls because they say my number is blocked how do I have my telephone # to show so they do answer my calls?

2) How do I delete some of those telephone #'s showing on my phone I have tried & tried and there must be something I am not doing because they do not get deleted. I have model. Can someone help me?

These people are robots and do not listen to resolve the problem. They say they will get the answers and call back but do not. I tried 7 times trying to get different reps. They all are lousy with follow through and resolving problems with their products.

I purchased a Uniden Bearcat CB 980SSB radio. It worked for two months. I sent it in for repair on 4 December 2015 at a cost of $17.00 to myself. On 6 January 2016 I received a replacement factory serviced model and guess what it did not work either as the freaking LED for RF gain did not work and the single side band was non-operative. Today (8 Jan 2016) I sent the radio back. Yesterday I called Uniden and spoke with a Customer Service person and asked to speak to a Supervisor. He connected me, but all I got was a recording telling me to leave a message and someone will call be back within 24 hours. Guess what folks, no call back. I will not purchase another Uniden product. Lesson Learned.

We have a set of four Uniden phones dect 6.0. Lately after a few minutes of talking on the phones we have been cut off in contacting the person we are talking to. Our phones are about three years old. Do they need new batteries or what? Is this your problem or our service with AT&T?

I Purchased A Bearcat 396 Police Scanner And Sent To Uniden To Program For 100 Dollars. Two Weeks Later I Recieved But The Antenna Was Missing. Customer Service Said They Would Send Another One Out. One Mounth Later Because They Were Out Of Stock I Recieved A New One But Nothing Happened When I Turned It On.when I Called Custemer Service They Said I Should Have Left It On While Waiting For Antenna But Iwas Never Told To Do So They Said There Was Nothing They Could Do, But For Me To Write To Corprate.3 Mounths Later And Havent Heard Anything. Thanks For Nothing!

I purchased a Uniden cordless phone Dect1560-2 from Sears in 2013. The phone lasted about 6 months. When I took it back to Sears was informed I need to send to manufacturer. Have called customer service several times & no results. I have a dual cordless phone that was a waste of money to me since your automated system kept saying they did not recognize the number. Unable to get to a live representative. I have not thrown them away. Keeping as a reminder to never buy your product again.

For many, many days I have attempted to reach someone at UNIDEN in re: to a replacement battery for my phone. It needs a DECT 6.0 and I was sent a strange little green-wrapped double battery of 2.8, and it does NOT work!



Each time I call I cannot speak with anyone...in person! I am handicapped so I need some help! Please call me.. Thanks, Jeanne

when i called customer service they said they stoppred making that model phone and referred me to tech support on the internet. first thing they want is a good faith deposit to view the problem. i guess once you buy their phone your screwed if you have a problem nice going uniden great customer service program. thanks for screwing me and god knows how many others

My security cameral monitor quit operating after nine months. I contacted the office and sent the items in for repair. I was informed I would be contacted about my monitor. A week went by an no call about the monitor. I contacted them a week later and I was inform it was ready an I would receive it a week later. They must chose the slowest way possible to get something to me that is need immediately. Still do not know if the monitor was replaced, fixed, or what was the problem.
