Good Evening
I just purchased a Uniden XDECT 8155 + 3WP telephone system. I have set up the system, but I am having trouble accessing my voicemail messages left on the phone. The only way I can do it is to dial Telstra 125101. How can I access my voice mail messages directly from the Uniden system? Please. Thank You

Very, very bad experience talking with them. I am working in a support center too and I haven't encountered this kind of support yet from any company I've dealt with. I waited on the line for more than 15mins just to be told that they don't have any support with the model number of the product I am calling about, the representative didn't even placed me on hold or asked for a moment to check references and just told me that right of the bat! What a horrible support service they have!

Disappointed in Customer service or "lack of". An automessage that hangs up on you is not customer friendly. The website doesn't address problem and trying to ask question on website went nowhere

Scanner quit working after havng it for a year. Called uniden and they said send it in. So I did, after waiting almost two weeks I called, after being on hold for a total of a hour and a half they told me they pretty much had no idea where my scanner was. I called back a week later and they located it and said it would be about 2 weeks before it was fixed. Worst time I have ever had trying to get ahold of a company, very bad customer service. Although it took a little over a month to get back I did receive my unit back in perfect working order so the technicians are top notch just need to improve the customer service.

I bought a Uniden FP1200 phone which was faulty. I am having extreme problems getting them to reply to me.

Have owned Uniden products since my teenage years am a 55 and still go with the Uniden line and maybe hold time is longer but consider they are busy. Thanks Uniden .

Rudest customer service agent ever. Kept cutting me short without allowing me to ask questions. Just downright RUDE. She even had the nerve to say at the end of the call her name which she offered. However, at the present I cannot think of it.

Uniden is a horrible company and they do not stand by there products and the best thing you could do is purchase what your looking for from another company entirely you will regret not doing so if you do not take this advice and you end up having a problem.

Sadly we bought a police scanner for a Christmas gift paid 170.00 for it, from a business in our town, without any warnings from any one our system went digital so we no longer have any channels they will not reimburse us and told us the company gave them no warning! My advice don't waste your money on this item the company should have been on this and made a sanner that could adapt to digital!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!!!!!

Called today and waited approx. 30 minutes for help. I did get someone only to find out my phone base was dead and could not be fixed. Not happy, but at least I found out what was wrong. Uniden Dect 60 model 1484-3.

Per my customer service call today, as of 2013, Uniden is no longer selling any phones.and they cannot help you with parts of any kind.

your service is absolutely poor and disgraceful, I waited on the customer service line for 35 minutes on cell phone and a ignorant girl answered and said I can not help you-yet the parts and service dept. said the customer service will help you. what a crappy service you have. they seem all lazy and shiftless. I won't buy uniden products again . I spend over 2000.00 a month on your products for our company and this is what we get. get lost your company is bad.

I was trying to reach customer svc for long several minutes - no luck. I started to read other people reviews - same thing! what a coincident!

this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced....For the past several months I've been trying to get through to some one about my phone....The toll free # is always stating that there is high call volume and go to the website. Your company actually wants to charge for something that has been implied that your problems can be trouble shoot via the web. The price you want to charge is more than the price of the phone. to return the device to the retailer but call UNIDEN.....This phone practically new and it doesn't work the base works but the phone itself won't charge....changed the batteries (by the way cost almost what I paid for of the price of the phone....such an inconvenience I want a replacement @ no charge model # D1680 digital dect

I have a uniden cordless phone and although I can recieve calls none of the functions work. I tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and not working. I can't retrieve my ph messages and like I said, non of the functions work. i've had the phone about 8 years so maybe it just died. But when I called the 800 number-good luck! No one available. I don't think we should have to pay $47 dollars for an hours worth of tech support that I have run into. Last time for this company.

I bought a uniden phone unit with 4 extra handsets. Two of the handsets failed within a year of use. While I explained that I did not install the product immediately and I took several months to contact them, Uniden would not replace the handsets notwithstanding that the failure was a month and a half after the warranty expired. Christmas fell in between. I will never buy another uniden product.

They keep calling me a valued uniden customer. Apparently they don't care to keep their valued customers.
