yes I agree. I've asked the managers why the three-way mirrors have been removed from the stores, she said she didn't know why, but they seem to be remodeling all the stores with the mirrors to be removed. extremely frustrating to not have them

why would TJ Maxx do the disservice of customers by taking out three-way mirrors out of their dressing rooms so people cannot view the clothing all around. I find this extremely frustrating they cannot do this. that being said I am also very disappointed in the quality of their clothes in the last few years and have moved on to shopping elsewhere. a store I used to love

Visited the store located at crossings at Katy-fulshear 26936 fm 1093 Richmond TX 77406. Manager Lionel has no customer service nor his employees, they are very rude and the store is very disorganized, I'm in a wheelchair and it's almost impossible to shop in the bath section , they are always barriers no matter what time you go in the store.

I have been visiting our local Lewiston, Idaho TJ Maxx daily looking for my usual purchase of the 4oz StrVecten SD, with no luck. I asked the girl at the dressing room who directed me to the associate who takes care of the "sensitive " products. When I asked her the same question she was very short and acted angered, saying she never knew what was coming in or when it came in. Visiting with a cashier as I was buying my other purchases, she told me that a lady was coming in from another town, buying the product to resell on EBay. I looked, the product is there, for $20 more...guess I'll be moving on.

I made an order online but I enter a wrong address, but I realize that just a minute after I confirmed the order, I contact customer service, he said cancel the order for me but he did not. I contact them again TJ max customer service said I have to contact delivery agent, and hand up my call after I said I cancel right after making order not two days later. Then I contact delivery company they said TJmax have to do authorization. I called again they did not do any thing but ask me contact delivery company again. They kicking the ball back and forth.
I dont understand why this is so complicated. And both customer services are awful not solving problem at all !!!!

On March 16, 2023, I went to the TJ max located in the Janaf Shopping Center, at 5900 E Virginia Beach Blvd Norfolk, 23502. I wanted to purchase a few items, one of which was a bottle of shampoo with no price label. When I went to pay, the cashier Mrs. Tiffany, stated that it does not have a label, and I asked what she wanted me to do. I wanted to know how to proceed so I could purchase the shampoo. She looked me in the eye and said, "I am not dealing with this attitude." Instead of looking to find out how much the shampoo was or to call someone else to find out the price, she just walked away while continuing to mutter profanities like, "I don't give a s***... I don't care even if I lose my job." I then spoke with another cashier, to which she asked to move to another register, and I was fine with that, but I still needed my other items to be rung up as well. I don't think she understood me because she called the manager. As I was speaking with the Manager, Tiffany was still talking at the end of the counter. At this point I am bothered so I replied, "What do you want me to do? Do I have to find the price for the item that you are selling...do I have to do the job for you?" The manager found the price for the item, and I left. However, the response that I got from her was unacceptable - to keep cursing at me in front of the other customers as well was very unprofessional.

Good Day,
I just want to make a complaint about one of your tj maxx store. I didn't appreciate that your staff at fontana area are very rude. I paid with my Google pay which clearly state that i can use my google pay.. then one of the staff ask for an ID to verify and i pointed it out that the card in my google pay is the same in the card and went to use my google pay at store# 81231 on 03/10/2023 (friday) at 6:12pm. The store manager went ahead and cancelled my order and told that they dont take google pay while my sister had no problem using her apple pay and they didnt even ask for her ID. So, what is the difference between the those transactions? I ask the Manager and he just walk away and stated "we just told you not to use google pay!" with an angry voice and the cash register was giving me an attitude as well.

If your store does not use google pay dont post it in the cash register if this will give your customer complicated check outs! Someone needs to do an attitude check for those people in that shift.

Thank you hopefully i get to here from someone that they will do a corrective actions with customer service in that store!

It's too long for this but I will cut it down until a later date. I am homeless so I don't lookike the " norm" but I've never been disrespectful nor have I given anyone reason to think I'm a thief. I carry a backpack and without employees asking to put it up as soon as I walked in I asked where I could stash it. The you g lady told me where to put it and so I went to find 2 shirts and possibly a pair of pan to s or 2. I was ready to try the stuff on so I went and grabbed my backpack because it has my meds in it and I was starting to have a panic attack because in total3 employees and a security guard were harassing me saying I don't need to try anything on. We have a strict hygiene policy and kept incenuating I had drugs or something In my bag. I went in and tried on the stuff I grabbed and I could hear them out the door talking crap about having to disinfect the room when I left and arguing over who's job it will be. So the big deal I horrified about is , I'm done and ready to go check out so I grabbed my bag because it t had 5 items with a receipt I need to return. As soon as I picked up my backpack it felt noticeable lighter to the point I got alarmed dropped it and when I opened it I was in such shock I was at a loss for words. I that didn't last long and I tore into their asses , like a gentleman of course. But they just called the security guard who just happened to be 20 feet away. I was allowed to buy the new stuff but the main woman involved with everything came to the register as the teller had no issues to cause her to come over and she pushed my returns back and said the tags aren't attached we can't take them. I've returned things at a million places including tj max and never had this problem I mean never. I'm going tomorrow to get their name s and will contact to y'all again to le to y of u knw

I've Shopped At Tjmaxx For Over Twenty Years. I'm A Tjmaxx Card Holder That Will Never Use The Card Again! Due To The Way Customer Service Handles Things That They Are Paid To Handle, Know, Etc. And One Tells You One Thing. Another Tells You Different, Then Your Statement Shows Something Wow! What A Business!

They report to the credit bureau as soon as you increase your balance which decrease your credit score. But not when you pay before your next cycle. They even report no usage of the card. My credit score decreased 3 points because of their report THIS MONTH. It takes forever to raise it and very little to lower it. DO NOT OPEN A TJMAXX CREDIT CARD!!!

I just walked out of the Aliana, Texas store. I forgot my TJMAXX CC, when I changed purses, so I asked if they could look up my card so I could make the purchase, they did it at Christmas time. The cashier said no and I asked for the store manager who is female. She looked me up and down, openly, publicly , dismissed me and said NO. I'm burning up furious, I'm wearing casual Saturday wear, just came from a doctor appointment and she dismisses me, like I'm begging for money vs. shopping. She didn't look up my account, just made a decision based on my brown skin and found me not worthy. In my book it's discrimination based on a protected class, color of my skin and ethnicity, I demand an apology and they need training. I wonder how many other decisions she makes based on the superficial?

I thought the cashier had put everything I bought in the big bag along with the hangers. Apparently there was another bag that I did not notice or grab when leaving the store. My fault but when I got home, the only thing in the bag were the two sets of hangers I bought. I returned to the store in DeKalb IL and explained I thought I must've forgotten a bag. The associate that initially helped me was really nice. She checked behind the registers and spoke with cashiers when she couldn't locate it. She returned and told me there was not any bag back there. She got a manager. The manager came out and I explained what happened. She said to check my car again because there is nothing she can do. She did not look at cameras or replace the other items on my receipt. Why would I come back to the store without double and triple checking my car! I have shopped there all the time.

These chain of stores should get in the game with Amazon, Macys, Nordstrom etc. I dont order online with them because the shipping rate for free shipping is 89.00 Also, I dont have a TJ Maxx closer then 45 minutes to my house and then I have to pay to return ship
They need to rethink their policy

Okay, I have a jewelery return that I purchased about 5 days ago. I have both(gift receipt and original receipt). Original boxing and the jewelry tags have not been removed. So my question is how will I receive my refund? My purchase was made from a prepaid gift card that I totalled out,cut up and discarded. So I am just curious to know what my situation falls under and what I would get exactly for my return? I believe a cash refund would be the next option,but after reading a lot of these comments... I'm really not sure what my outcome would be

I went to TJMax at Sandhills in Columbia, SC, and a employee cashier was very rude, I came up and said hi, and she did not respond while having an irritated face, then she proceeded to talk with other employees about how they aren't getting paid enough, stating kids sneezing in their faces, rude parents and on and on, which I find very unethical to even discuss that in front of customers, it made my shopping not pleasant at all, people like that deserve to work in Walmart not TJMax, please address this and have the store managers hire more professional employees, this is not a good look for your stores.

Every f*cking TJ Maxx is understaffed. You could replace every cash register with a self checkout and hire one security guard checking receipts. Problem solved . Jesus Christ every line is 45 minutes long. The only reason they have any staff at all is to trick dumb people into signing up for credit cards and to get people to 'donate to charity' (getting a good tax write off for the company f*ck you)

283 Henry Blvd Statesboro GA, This store is the dirtiest store I have ever been. Old gum stuck all over the front entrance on the side walk. The entry way does not look if it's ever been vacuumed. Real inviting! The inside of the store left much to be desired! Filthy again nothing swept or clean! I'm from Minnesota our stores don't look like this! I would be looking for a new manager! Has no one have pride in how things look.Paula

I have been buying at tjmaxx for unbelievably long time but ever since they started using the rewards App, and not just certificates, I am not able to use them electronically or on paper. I have called customer service about this issue several times but all I have heard, is sorry nothing we can do. I use my TjMaxx card on so many other purchases and the rewards are almost negligible compared to most reward cards. I pay my bill not only on time but many times not only before it is due, but several times in the month. Okay, time to find another rewards card....maybe airline miles,

While I was trying on a pair of pants the tag fell off. When I checked out I told the sales clerk how much they cost and what room I was in. She left with the pants after 10 minutes I walked to the fitting room found the tag but they would not honor the price. I left my other purchases and will never shop there again.

I tried to return some items that I had bought online and they would only give me store credit because I had used my paypal that is connected to my bank card..I told them this is done to protect me since my account was compromised last year but they still refused...now I have a large store credit that I promise I will not use in their store...I realize Home Goods is a part of this company but I will shop there instead...horrible customer service..
