I had a salesgirl tell security I was shoplifting because I didn't want to buy a piece of jewelry when I realised it was a religious piece. I was followed by some guy in a cheap suit for 20 minutes. I should have called 911.

Went to Almaden San Jose to shop and customers were not allowed because they are doing inventory. What? Are they supposed to do that outside of the office hours? The other day got an item that had been returned and cut along the opening that was almost cut in half and still asked me to pay full price. Care about business and competition but seems poor management.What an arrogant way of saying we don't want your business.

Worst most confusing credit card on the planet Earth! Received a TJMaxx Gift Card and cannot add it to my account or to my balance!! Never again. As soon as all clear will cancel this one.

We returned items to Bristol branch 2 weeks ago and money its not back to my account. Today I went there talked to manager ( vALERY) she is not helping, rude and said only call to customer service which nobody answered
They took money same day and not return after 2 weeks

Hi I bought a mk purse last year in the beginning of December. The straps are falling a part on her. I thought I bought it at Michaels kors store but I guess I didn't. I have the receipt. Don't want money back just wanted to ask if it's covered? Thanks

Absolutely useless , they are the company who treat customers like villain they do not care about the service after you have placed and paid fir your order , their customer service team are useless

I wrote a complaint about an issue that we had with TJMAX.

Now i will tell the names of the employees we dealt with on a call that took place today.

First is (Bill account manager) who treated my wife like we were stealing something from them, and was so rude and then kept her on hold for 25 minutes.

Second was JIM was as rude as Bill they are both from the same tree.

My wife recently went to Europe to visit her sick father, she got her ticket from price line. On the way back she was told at the airport that her flight was over booked that in order for her to return to the US she had to buy another ticket. She took 2 credit cards TJmax card & chase.
my wife reported the incident to both credit cards to see if they could help get her second charge of $ 2.600.00 dollars back this was made on the TJMAX card, after talking to Chase she was told that they have seen this happen to many costumers of price line that they will investigate the issue and try the get the first charge of $ 1.500.00 which was made on the chase credit card refunded back to her, they kept in touch with her thru out the investigation. On the other hand TJMAX took the information and did nothing to follow up, we had to call them all the time to get info on what was the progress. Chase called a few weeks later and said we would get the refund and also were very upset that this happened to us. Today my wife called TJMAX to see what was going on and some rude agent answer the call. He proceeded to tell my wife that all this was her fault that they would not help with this matter. I couldn't believe what my wife was saying to me when we spoke. She said the person from TJMAX treated her like she did something wrong, like was trying to scam them. this may sound harsh to some but put yourselves in our shoes if your credit card company treated you like this. It is clear to me that TJMAX is lacking customer service, we will cancel the credit card with them and i hope that the company goes broke and people don't shop with them anymore. We hire a lawyer and go after them to show them you don't do this to good costumers like us. Again i wish the person that spoke to my wife today has a horrible life going forward.

Corporate sucks ..cant get a complaint to the higher person ..the little guys taking the complaint are flippant and don't give a rats behind ..

Visiting from out of town. Cardholder I'm good standing. Accidentally left my card home, wasn't able to put any charges on my TJX credit card. I cannot comprehend that you could not look up an account with the appropriate drivers license & Ss#.

I bought a rug at a Home Goods in another city from the one in which I live. Home Goods is an affiliation of TJMaxx. I read on line that I could return the item to any TJMaxx store or a Home Goods store. I need to return the rug, and my local TJMaxx says the Home Goods computer system is not compatible with their store's system, and they can't accept the return. Now I have to drive an hour one way to return the rug. Shouldn't their computer system be compatible?

This company will not last . They have horrible customer service. Returning online purchases in the store is the most frustrating experience ever. Clearly they don't invest in their people or technology.

Have no problem with TJ Maxx store or things that I have purchased in the past! However, I did purchase sheets recently (wish I could find receipt) that I was very disappointed with. First of all sheets made in China, that should have given me a clue right there! Another clue, when I took sheets out, I noticed how thin they were. Of course, I am a optimist, and thought, just will keep me cooler in summer! LOL! Suppose to be 4 pillow cases, but only 3. Last but not least, sheets will not stay on the bed after sleeping on them. Corners come off! The brand name of sheet is Style Loft. Be on the look out for this brand!

I feel desapointed when i heard one of member staff speak about me spreading fallse rumers about me i work in a surper market for the past 14 years i feel humiliated by theas accusations i would appreciate if caslebar store managment will stop thease fallse rumars i always enjoy shopping in tk max but if this is going to continue then i have no choice but to take my custom somwhere else

Wow very disappointing to buy something already broken. Almost makes you wonder if thats why it was on clearance! Very annoying to have to go back and do a return! Won't be shipping there anymore!

Been a TJ Maxx shopper for many years. I've been aware of their scam credit cards for a while and have avoided that trap. I've been rudely spoken to when trying to make a return. The staff are very suspicious of returns and place their customer on the defensive immediately if they come in to return a damaged item sold in their stores. Inept management who can't enforce mask wearing in their store, won't call the police if there are issues and basically roll up into a helpless ball when it comes to handling rule breaking customers. Their CYA (cover your ass) attitude is obvious in the way they treat their customers. Avoid shopping there.

I've been a TJMx customer for many years, visiting stores all over the nation. I was so excited to finally get a store in my town of RUSTON, Louisiana. But what a disappointment to see the store deteriorating to the point of resembling a Ross or Burkes at best. Only 30 miles away in Monroe, we can visit another TJMx store with a noticeable difference in clothing and shoes.
Please treat our college town with more respect and offer us decent merchandise.

Just bought a item recently wanted to switch the size it does not fit how to exchange ???? Tj Maxx said they wasn't taking exchange during covid so basically a customer is stuck with a product they couldn't try on no matter what or is there an extension?????

The Home Goods' marketing department went off the rails.
I went to the store in Overlsnd Park to buy stuff for my garden and found only statues from far-east cultures. Where are the angels snd the cute animals ? Even the flower pots are ugly.
Home decor is also ugly.
.The buyers in marketing should be fired right away. There is
no reason to go back to the store. Very sad

I went in to TJ Maxx 7-7-21 with my daughter in Manassas off 28 near target and the manager kept watching us as we were leaving after paying for our items she walked near the door like waiting for the alarm to go off really lady. This store need more train on welcoming there customers. I watched several people leaving of different race nor did she watch them. Tj will never get my business back no thank you. I should not have to leave a store feeling like I would never come back again.

My son brought my husband a shirt from the Bournemouth store for fathers day, but it's too small. Went to exchange it in the Crawley branch without the receipt and the cashier said I couldn't exchange it. What can I do please.
