This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at this =restaurant. O
It was nasty,, the food was awful,the wings were burnt and the steak I got was like chewing on leather. My shoe would have been better. The waitress was rude and to top it off, I was not leaving a tip she said she would charge my card for 15percent of the $120 bill. My husband not wanting to argue with them decided to pay. Basically , she robbed us. I am mortified.. I want to speak to someone immediately, I'm tired of getting the runaround. Mrs. Sherrie Minor. I feel a lawsuit coming on.

Jackson tn location had the worst staff ever they ran my card for just not my table but two tables then tell me i have to wait 5 days for my funds wow... Dont eat here

My husband and I visited the west Chester location 2/19/22. We entered the restaurant and waited for 15 minutes to be seated by the bartender when there was only a handful of people in the restaurant along with that starting off the cutlery was dirty that should have been the second sign which the waiter did return with a new set acted like it was not a big deal. My husband ordered the shrimp/chicken which he said was not fresh and was served lukewarm, I had the half slab of whiskey ribs, cole slaw fries and a Dr. Pepper. .the ribs were tough and just awful the coleslaw flavorless and our sodas were flat. Found them to be overpriced for what was a terrible experience and a waste of money for the awful food. Very disappointed. Will never eat at a Friday's again.

I had a terrible experience on February 12th 2022 .U went out with my partner to celebrate Valentine's day .The whole experience has left me quite disappointed . Table service was slow or very poor .We were left so long before any one came over ,( we actually had to go and find someone so we could order food) Cleaning tables were slow with plates/ cutlery were left from previous customers . Orders incomplete .hot drinks brought Luke warm. . Noone checking up in between courses . Waiting ages for dessert and decided to leave as it took too long .We complained and the staff got quite devensive with the manager leaving serving staff to deal with not just my complaints but other diners that night .to a point one dinner had to actually going into the kitchen to get his own cutlery and to see if his food was ready ! We finally got some discount but it's not about the money it's about enjoying the experience while dinning out ! I definitely won't be going there again

I Am At The Tgi Fridays In Greenville Sc Off Woodruff Rd And I Ordered A Glass Of Wine And When The Waiter Brought Me My Glass You Could Literally See That The Glass Was Filthy It Still Had Another Customer Lip Stains And Hand Prints Still On It During Covind And They Never Apologized And The Manager Yank The Glass Out Of My Hand And Nobody Apologized And Bever Came Back To Take My Order Or Bring Me Anything Back !!!!! I Have Spent Plenty Of Money Here And Tip Well Everytime I Will Never Come Back And Management Need To Me Fired

I use to love TGIF restaurants. I just went to eat. Please do not eat there. Food is very poor quality. Mash potatoes looks from a box of powder potatoes add water tastes less food. Service a 5 , the margaritas too sweet and no alcohol. I rate them with a 1.

The bar tender at TGI in White Oak silver spring is so rude, he forced to pack my food and asked me to leave just because I asked him about delayed french fries and wings I ordered 38 minutes ago. He is so rude and he even want to prevent the lady who brought my food to return it. How is it allowed a bar tender acts so rude to a client. When I asked him if my food is coming or not he said just pay for the drink and leave. When my food comes he took it away from me and put it in a to box....how are they trained in customer care..When i asked for a manager they all refused to speak with me

I went to TGIF Tuesday night and had the worse food I have ever had! I ordered a steak & ribs,,the steak was cut I cubes and was so tough you could hardly cut it..the ribs were burnt! I paid $34 for that meal and all I could eat was the potatoes! I have never ordered a steak that was cut up like that..I said something to the waitress and she said it depends on the cook..if I wanted cubed beef I would of ordered it..it was horrible..I have ate there many times and this was the worse! I'll never eat steak there again!

TGI Fridays in Waldorf Maryland provided awful service to myself and my family. We made an order on line and the meal not only was cold and the meal was supposed to be ready by 647 pm and it was not ready until 705 and there was no crowd. The waitress had to give me a free drink and when we arrive home the food is not prepared S ordered.

TGI Friday's Berlin Turnpike location was awful! We waited for over 1hr. N half for the food to arrive and it never came! There was no time being given as to when? How much longer?! Nothing! The drinks arrived about 15 min after ordering. N which I was told. They were waiting on the bartender! This place needs help!

I used to luv TGIF not just the food but the staff as well and the price is reasonable. Today , I visited TGIF Deira and I'm disappointed with the staffs, the female branch supervisor I guess took me to my table and she said someone will come. I waited for a couple of minutes and no one came to take my order. I have seen staff giving orders on table near me and didn't even bother to ask as if didn't see me at all. Another male staff came to serve the customer opposite to my table so I told him that I wanted to order. He said ok, unfortunately forgot to comeback and take my order.
At last, I catch one of the male staff and luckily got my order.

DCC TGIF was one of my fave place cuz staff were so friendly and attentive, but this time it's the opposite experience.

Our experience with our 6 grandchildren & son & daughter in law was very unpleasant.
While in Orlando we had dinner our last night at the Fridays across from universal studios.
The music was so so loud & the words in the song playing were not family friendly. We asked the waitress if the music could be turned down she said she would try but was having a battle with the manager about lowering it..
It was turned down but for only a few minutes but then turned up louder than before..
Just blasting & the words in the songs were vulgar.
At that point our son got up to speak to the manager & the manager first said the people at the bar were complaining it was too low & my son said don't we count as customers 10 of us...
The manager then gave a lame excuse why it was so loud..
He said it was faulty wiring, The discussion got a little heated & the manager Ernst said he was calling the police.
Our son did nothing wrong, it was the manager who was at fault by not trying to please his customers. If this is supposed to be a family restaurant it definitely was not last night...
Very disappointed in our experience at Fridays ...
We were so excited about eating at Friday's since we no longer have one in Birmingham but this will be our last time spending our money at a Friday's.

Pigeon Forge, we were on a wait in your lobby for over an hour and we roasted, we mentioned to the hostess that it was miserably hot and she said your air conditioner in the lobby had not worked in over a year. C'mon management get it fixed, too late for us but not too late for your other customers. July hits, it's gonna be bad!!!

My friend her child and I ate lunch at the Fridays near Great lakes crossing and the service was the worse. We stood and waited to get seated for at least 15 to 29 minutes. The waitress took forever bringing our drinks. My friend food was cold. Food didn't taste very good. The food took along time. They were short staffed but no excuses . Overall terrible experience. The waitress was stressed out. It took her along time to bring the check and the to go order. I searched for the waitress in order to pay the check .My friend food was not good. She complained about it. We will never go back there again.

When your restaurant at the ATL airport terminal T claims to be open until 10, but closes the kitchen at 9:45 & tells everyone in line too bad, it guarantees that I will never spend a dime in one of your restaurants again. Disgusting attitude by the employees.

My husband ordered his food and there was an object that look like burned plastic or a piece of salmon silver and black in color on his burger.. we asked for a manager @10:04 the manager didn't make it an urgent manner to attend our needs. As a matter of fact he didn't make it until 10:23. He claim it was a piece of salmon and my husband has a seafood allergy. This was a terrible experience.

I visited your white marsh store today. Before I came I called and asked if there was a wait for table of 5. They said no we aren't busy come right over. It took 5 min to get there. We were told we had about a 20 min wait. We went to sit on a Bench inside and they said due to covid you have to sit outside. Most places removed the benches if you can't sit there. This store did not. Ok we went outside. We walked by 6 ppl in the carry out line waiting for food that wasn't ready yet. I watched 2 tables of 4 be seated while waiting. I asked if we could get a table of 4 and we were told no. So I asked to speak to the manager. And the hostess Shannon promptly got her for me. While waiting another party of 4 was at the front door and not asked to wait outside. When Jenna the manager finally came to help me she literally said I don't know what the plan is and walked away. Wow really? She didn't even bother to check when our table would be ready! I visit Fridays frequently and can honestly say I've never been treated in this manner. I felt she completely dismissed me! I hope you can speak to this manager and have her work on her customer relations. Thank you for your time.

Tonight my husband had the unfortunate experience of being served uncooked chicken at TGI Fridays located in Waldorf, Md not once but TWICE. The manager (Tray or Trey) was not sympathetic nor understanding of the possible harmful position he put my husband in but instead offered to replace the meal with a freshly cooked one. When the second meal arrived (some 20 mins later) there were more uncooked pieces of chicken in it. Please be careful as you eat out. This was potentially very hazardous to my husband's health and others who were served this uncooked meat. (Whiskey Glaze Sampler)

Went to the Friday's at Northfield Mall last night. My husband had a Cobb salad that came with E. coli. I went to the first Friday's in Arkansas in the early 70's. Had not been to a Friday's for a long time because the last time we went to the one on Alameda in Denver it was not good. Will NOT go back to Northfield, or any other Friday's.

Went to the location in southaven ms this evening. Worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant I've ever been too!!! It took us 30 min to get our drinks and about 2 hrs to get our food which we no longer had drinks and we were almost finished with our food before she even brought refills, we had to ask another waitress for our silverware, we had 7 ppl at our table and were only brought 4 menus, my daughter didn't get her order of fries to go with her wings until she brought our check, when we asked for a manager she came to our table to "fix our checks" and they were still wrong.. And to add to it when she came to the table she was coughing her lungs out and stated that she had laryngitis!!!! And my check was still wrong and I paid it just so I could leave... will not ever be back

I have been trying to combine my accounts for the rewards program for 2 weeks now. I've called and cannot get a person to talk to. I've emailed and haven't received a response, I've gone to the restaurant and they tell me I have to call the 800 number. I have 208 points that I can't use because I can't access my accounts. It's frustrating when your answer is an automated voice telling me to go to tgifridays.com and log into your account. I CANT LOGIN. That's the problem. I hope someone responds to this.

TGI Friday on laburnum ave have the worst service ever. I have been coming here for many years and the service has't changed. Our server told us that if we order our drinks from the bar that we had to order our food from the even though we were sitting in a booth. The manager didn't even seem to care. The server number is 729 and the store number is 2208

We had a table booked for 7 people at 14.00 today at Cribbs Causeway we arrived on time and waited for someone to seat us,10 minutes later when no one even bothered to acknowledge we were waiting even though they clearly saw us we decided to eat elsewhere.Decent common courtesy and customer care were certainly lacking today .

I love going to TGI, but I also love the app to receive points. But unfortunately these last 3 visits I haven't been able to add my points. I asked the waiter to do it for me but he stated he couldn't either.
