Ordered child bed. Got an order number and a shipping notification explaining it would be delivered in 5-8 business days and we would be contacted by the shipper. Was never contacted by the shipping company to deliver. Called Step2 after 12 business days, waited an hour and a half on hold, then was given the number of the shipping company versus investigating on our behalf. The number is not in service, and we cannot get a response from Step2 anymore. I will not buy any of their products, and I am out $500 for something that would really help for my growing family.

I recently purchased a step 2 sandbox and the side piece of the plastic just snapped in half now for the money I paid for it that shouldn't have happened I am very upset and dissatisfied

Customer service is terrible, they sent me the wrong replacement part and then would take it back plus they wanted me to pay for the new with outrageous shipping. A new steering wheel for a push car would have been $40. Ridiculous.

Hi I would like to thank yout for this amazing product. Radio flyer Babies love it. Ans it makes the mom life so much Easier have a Carriege in a bike and it's safe. U can trap the kids in. I would like to send u a picture of how many family enjoy the best product

Very bad customer service experience. The lady I spoke was suspecting us for the defective item.

I have a step 2 red wagon purchased just this summer
I'm very disappointed that the wagon did not even last one season
Both front tires are bent in and need to be replaced if that's even a possibility
Hopefully not all your step 2 products are made as cheap as we have purchased a few

Got through right away, but they wanted a FORTUNE for a replacement part--half the price of the item. It is NEW!! So I will return it instead and repurchase it--terrible customer service. I'll buy Little Tikes next time.
