For being a multi-billion dollar company, they have the worst customer ever. First off, 90% of the time the automated service just straight up hangs up on you. And if you are willing to 5o spend the 7 hours to try to to to am actual person. They are from India, don't speak English very well... have no idea how to solve your issue... and ultimately just hang up on you. After 30 years of being a loyal playstation member... I am done. I am finally willing to go to xbox and their goofy ass remotes.

I will never purchase a Playstation console or do business

is my reason,

#1.they say they refund my money never received it.


#2.took twenty games away from that was free that already downloaded when Playstation 5 first came out.



#3 Playstation plus is over priced on Playstation plus when I pay 14 dollars for xbox game pass not to mention I get xbox live with it and a ea pass.



#4 they told to go threw my bank to get my money and a band my Playstation account for it.




#5 when I'm playing a game on the ps5 it crash all the time.once again I never had that problem when I play my Xbox series s and it run smooth when play games on my Xbox series s


#6 Playstation dose not have a decade of backwards compatible games from ps2 or the ps1 but have the ps3 where that you can stream on the ps5 which it sucks.not mention when you play the ps3 by streaming it, it lags pretty bad on the ps5 whish is a disappointing.


#7 There's Barley any games I play on the Playstation system that I like.like xbox the have alot of games I like in there line up.also Playstation dose not have gears of war,max payne 3,fable,black college football xperince,halo,and I can go on down the list.



8.ps5 is to expensive where I can buy a xbox series s and it's really cheap to afford in my budget.



#9 Playstation keep remaking the same game over and over and over it gets to the where you want to jump over to the xbox side.hands down xbox is better.



#10 Playstation is really,really,really money hungry and always will be they don't care about the gamers at yall and there customer service sucks.



#11 Playstation go off of how old your kid can be to play any games which is dumb.And wonder why once again why are people switching from Playstation to the xbox ?.

Do not buy a Sony TV. If it breaks, which mine did after just 16 months, their customer service people just lie to get you off the phone. Apparently too many of the products break, because I was told by a Sony representative that they don't have enough repair people. I'll never buy a Sony product again.

I recently had to talk to the Sony repair technician about my HT-A9 and got nothing but a bunch of guesses that were all over the board. Who are these people, do they have degrees, they certainly don't act like it, and the way they insult your intelligence is appalling. I have a 6 year old Samsung QLED tv and Harman Kardon speaker

TV is 14 months old plus $1400. TV is frozen second problem I've had no warranty. Customer service was very poor I'm deathly not buy another Sony TV recommend anybody who's interested to not buy.

The Sony 4-480-527-13(1) clock radio fails in its primary mission, keeping the correct time. This seems impossible to rectify; resetting the time just results in a default setting that is 3-4 minutes faster than local time.

Besides poor ergonomics, one would at least expect a CLOCK to keep correct TIME.

Terrible service, I've never had so much difficulty trying to get an agent to assist me. Took me multiple trying throughout the week. I was told since I have the disc version of the game my digital refund for a game that was purchased without my permission is not valid. This has to be the worse customer service I've ever had. They make it so difficult for you to find someone to help, cause they want you to not get your money back and want to wear you down to not find an agent. I used to love Sony, but now this really crushed me how greedy they are.

So I have a PS5. Using the PS5 UI,I scroll down from my PS5 game icon to find DLC. I decide to buy some credits for Marvel's Avengers. The button they have below the PS5 version of the game, accessed through my PS5 UI sells me... PS4 credits, which despite using the same account across systems, don't work on the PS5 version of the game for some inexplicable reason. I can't use it, they're inaccessible. So that's a problem.

I try to contact support and see if something can be done. They use an automated chat system that connects to agents (supposedly). It tells me that any resolution is time sensitive. It says an agent is available. I enter the chat, now it's a 15 minute wait for the agent that was available a second ago. So an hour and a half later, instead of 15 minutes (with my kid wanting to go for a walk the whole time) I'm still waiting, and then the chat system just crashes.

So I log back in, because it's already told me that there's a time limit. And it says an agent is available. So I click to join the chat. It immediately tells me that currently the system is overwhelmed and that I should try back another day. So they kick me, and won't even let me rejoin the chat. They just lock me out of the support system entirely. And remember: the system itself tells you this is time sensitive.

So I log back in the next day, and essentially have the exact same experience.

I wait a couple days. Logging into their broken system I gave my information, so maybe they'll contact me to see what the problem is? Nope.

Failing to even reach a single human being, and unable to find a help line or alternate way to reach support beyond this system that isn't working at all, I go through PayPal, since Sony aren't even giving me an option to argue my case, I figure maybe they can hash it out with PayPal, since they don't seem to want to talk to me.

PayPal apparently agrees with me and refunds me my money and Sony... permanently suspends my account for trying to get a refund for following a link THEY gave me for something I can't use on the system through which THEY gave me the link. Which to be clear... means that I have lost access to EVERYTHING I've EVER paid for on the PlayStation Network.

And I literally just wanted my money back to spend it on the CORRECT version of the product I wanted, as opposed to the one they put a purchasing link to directly under the product I own within the UI of the product that IT WON'T WORK WITH.

Just... absolutely ridiculous. Terrible storefront, terrible chat system, how can a tech company, a software company, have systems THIS BAD in place!?

Long story short , brought a high end 55inch TV, broke with the first year (I have a 5 Year warranty) screen Just stopped working which they replaced but quality was much less (cheap screen), then the screen became unwatchable so they replaced the mother board and it went downhill from there. The refuse to fix or replace the issue (SONY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR WARRANTY) I have been emailing back and forth for 4 YEARS!!!!!!! and what they will do is get you to run errands for thdn (30 and counting) until you give up. So I decided to share my view as they have not intentions to fix the issue I will ensure EVERYONE knows about SONY and please buy other brand they have better reputation these days while SONY hangs on to its old days of glory

Sony service is terrible. I bought their best TV. $5000.00. The first day I got it I knew there was something terribly wrong with it. A year later and they only just now admit there is something wrong with it and it was bad out of the factory. Every time I called service they could only say do a factory reset. One service guy asked "are any red lights showing" I said no. He said "then there is nothing wrong with your TV stop calling us". I tried once more after that and finally landed the secret "second level support" finally the guy ran a test on it and reported that both the main computer board and the power supply boards need to be replaced. After a year of this very expensive SONY TV resting powering off hanging etc.
I asked them to replace it or at least extend the warranty they will not reply.
Been a Sony man all my life but never again. I had a LG with no issues.

Well, I bought the "It" top of the range super expensive earbuds "WF1000XM4". Let's put aside that they feel very uncomfortable in my ears, the right bud stopped working before it completed 1 year of very light usage. I took it to customer service, almost sure they will change them on the spot, they called me after more than a week to come n collect them. On the second day of use, the same R bud stopped working again, took it again, to be called again after more than a week, the told me " sorry the replaced bud had a manufacturing defect, we will replace"
That was a very poor customer service, I don't trust Sony products anymore!! Apple AirPods allllll the way!

Sony has one of the worst customer service every right next to UPS. I had someone keep logging into my POS 4 and kicking me off so I attempted to change my password well the email never came so I contacted support first agent dropped the chat because I didn't know the serial number of the system I created my account on which was a POS 3 that I got on release day the next agent told me to wait 24 hours and if I don't receive it contact them again so I attempted to contact them again starting at 8am until 3 pm and the next rep told me in order to keep the security of the account they can not make any changes to it and just dropped the chat and now I'm am lock out of the support all together like they put me on a block list I'm definitely going to Xbox and I just renewed my POS+ subscription but I can't get a refund because I don't have a password to my account

This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a product. This is no way to treat a consumer with replacement of a product. It's been 8 weeks and I still don't have my tv and was told today it will be yet another 2 weeks.

Sony online customer support live chat is a joke. Spoke with Andrea for less than 2 minutes. I bought a game, downloaded it, it didn't run correctly, I asked for a refund and they told me because it was downloaded I couldn't be refunded. She then disconnected without a warning, couldn't save the chat and I was dropped just like that. Word to the wise, don't buy digitally from Sony. They don't care about their customers. How would I know the game doesn't work until I download it? What a ****** joke. Gonna call their head office on Monday. Wish I could rate lower than 1.

Sony is a piece of s*** I basically asked them to help bring an old account back they want to do it because a friend of mine made the account for me on the PS3 I told him I forgot the email and I forgot the password by accident I've been trying to get for years and they're slacking up making up f****** lies so they can't get the s*** back and then I asked him at least get my name changed back to my old name that's similar to my other account they wouldn't do it in the same call the dude's a f****** Indian I don't give a f*** if he's Indian or not I don't need to deal with European f****** Indian who doesn't know how to speak f****** English can't even helping American do s*** that needs to get done so this is being ready to just want to do this f****** Arabian or whatever I don't give a f*** what he is he does not need to work for Sony he needs to get his ass fired from Sony or he's a flat out quit because I'm not dealing with a f****** Asian dude or anything else or a freaking Indian dude who doesn't know what the f*** he's doing it won't even help me and he's saying all in this and that's not I could barely understand what the m*********** was saying so next time Sony needs a fire this mother f***** and this is me reading the thing because this m************ ruined the experience way so f*** that mother f***** I hope he gets what are he gets coming towards them I hope he loses his job and I hope he goes homeless adios amigos

Very disappointed in Sony! Purchased a 2000 t.v. That went bad in year 2 and they refuse to do anything about it! It's a known problem with this model, I will never purchase Sony again!

Sony customer service only accepts a video taken of the problem on the TV which is difficult to capture the precise issue with the TV. Plus, the video upload is limited to 10MB so the video is limited to about 5 seconds on my phone. Trying to work with Sony for problem resolution is poor at best

So terrible man, selling this pos PlayStation just because the 0/10 support help. So useless man, all I want is to link my ps4 acc to the Sony account I already made. When I called the support number all I got was a useless bot redirecting me to a site that keeps crashing and won't allow me to message someone that can help me. Hands down the worst customer service and support I've seeing as I can't even talk to a live person or at least msg one.
