Snap in Splendora, Tx is in absolute disarray. It's young members congregate there throughout the day,music blaring with profanity, throwing weights around carelessly ALWAYS messy and disorganized where is management much less ownership? Out of control. New Caney location much more in control, better managed. You've lost a loyal member in me....and my family.

Owners of Milwaukie Snap Fitness, poor or no customers service, place is dirty windows dirty, tried to talk to the owners and I got were in a meeting get back to you later, very rude I want corporate to take action Russ Harashberger and Mike Nielsen

I tried several times to go to the Snap Fitness in Thibodaux, Louisiana to take care of my bill from last month and to cancel membership with you all. They have poor service in Thibodaux, LA snap fitness because they girl is never working at the time we go. I better not be charged for next months membership when I need to take care of a return check for this past month whe n I barely used the place because you all locked me out. I had to get my mother to come take care of the bill but like I said whenever we came and it was in the day time no one was there to take care of the situation. I do not like your customer service nor your place. You all do not have good business when it is time to take care of business situation. Poor service. My name is Katrice Adair and I was a member. My name is Taryn Young, I am a 17 year old girl who signed up for a year long membership at Snap Fitness in Milton Ontario. After the first 2 months I was double charged for the payment that month. I then had negative dollars in my account and my bank charged me an extra 90 dollars for having negative dollars. Being a high school girl with a only one job I asked the manager if I could have the money back that I was double charged for and have a free month for the hassle. He laughed at my offer and told me I was ridiculous and after tons of persuasion and having to get my mom to talk to him he agreed. The next 10 months I did not go to the gym seeing as I started going to another facility and felt uncomfortable being around someone who didn't respect me. In September 2015 I went into the gym to cancel my membership and he told me that it hadn't been 12 months yet (when I started in August 2014) He explained that it won't be done until November seeing as he gave me a free month and would now be charging me for it. I didn't argue because he was my elder and I didn't want to start anything to I agreed.

Yesterday I went into Snap fitness Milton to cancel my gym membership and he told me that it looks like "I lost motivation" then wrongfully accused me of being high and telling me that I smell like marijuana.. I assured him that I wasn't high and he canceled my membership.

This man manipulated a 17 year old girl into paying for certain things I didn't need to and was sneaky and rude.

I don't know if there is anything you can do to raise awareness about how ridiculous this is but if you can that would be awesome.

In Jeffersonville indiana I visited and called the snap fitness for membership 5 times each. Never recieved a call back or even saw a customer in the store. Last nite I drove by and saw lights on and still no attendang during business hours so I called and left a message. Today the attendant called me back and told me she didn't want my business. Good thing there are about 4 other gyms in our small city.

Access card always has problems, don't return phone calls to resolve problems. Says you will receive a call back within 24hrs that never happens. Worst customer service! Wouldn't.go back to this gym if.it were free!

I became a member in April,2015.I brought it to the attention of the "staff" that 6 light bulbs were burnt out in the tanning booth.I have been given quite a number of excuses why it has not been fixed.I find this totally unacceptable.I am paying for a service and this needs to be taken care of ASAP.I will NOT be recommended them to anyone.

I am a member of the Madison Ohio snap fitness ...... i have been going there for a few months now and it seems the longer you are a customer the more you don't matter, my card as issues working just because i signed up through a different snap fitness because they were offering a spaical and i was told if my card works good if not its not thier problem its mine....... not a good way to run a business.......

The havre Grace snap fitness is becoming a nasty place to work out. The bath rooms are filthy toilets haven't been cleaned in weeks... Some times no toilet paper to wipe. No wipes to wipe down equipment. Please look into this or you will be looking good customer..

I am in snap fitness in carson city Michigan this morning. as I look around the place is excellent. It is so clean the windows and mirrors just sparkle. Carpets vacuum michines are clean. Beautiful flowers on Tonya's desk. Nice music playing. TVs are on muted. Lots of promitions around to referee friends ,member advantages,health tips , weight loss challenge going on , offers for one time free trainer seasons.
Very welcoming and friendly here. Thank you Tonya for all you do. Thank you snap fitness for opening a club in Carson City. By far the best place in town.

I have a membership at the gym in Winchester, Va and I am going to be canceling my membership tomorrow considering I have already complained about it being dirty. It looked like they hadn't vacuumed in a month, and because 2 disinfectant towel dispensers were empty for an entire week. I came in today after leaving a comment in the comment box over the weekend on my own paper because they don't have any comment cards (for months) and 3 out of 4 dispensers are empty? Dirty gym and employees who don't care. And the gym is too small.

I belong to saugatuck snap fitness, I have sent messages previously regarding how bad the internet is and how frequently the on demand does not work.

I got no response, but here goes again. The gym is filthy. And smells so bad today that I am not even going to stay to workout. I prepaid for a year, and have been mostly disappointed with my membership.

Do not give your bank info to this company. They took 1,000 dollars from my bank account 6 days ago and I have still have not been reimbursed. TERRIBLE company . The manager of the Conneat Ohio snap did not even return my call. It was some error on there part in a change to their computer system . The real kicker... I'm not even a member any more.
