Piggly Wiggly Customer Service Complaints - page 2

I love the PW in Wrightsville Ga especially the meat department. Gary has become a friend due to his great customer service and willingness to cut custom meat. And he always says thank you.
I live in Sandersville Ga where we have 3 grocery stores and one custom meat market but I get AND recommend the Wrightsville PW for the quality in the meat market and service.
So kudos to Gary and his team. BUT there is a check out guy that completely ruins my experience. I checked out and he did not utter a word. I don't think that he has a clue I am paying his salary or he trust does not care.

My ratings below should be considered for the guy in the check out line.

At the piggy wiggly in troy alabama has a very rude store manager I was in the store right at check out at register and she said she didn't care she had been there since 7 am and we could leave earthing and just get out.we did and won't be back to shop there agian I own my own company and that attude will get my employees fired on the spot

I have been cashing my checks a the Piggly Wiggly store located in Birmingham Al Barney Points for better part of ten years I sadden me to learn they could not cash my check because they no longer do that. I may need to take my service to another company. I know I am only one person but I am a senior citizen and cashing my check there was very convenient. Thank you for listening.

A employee who is rude to me and my husband, name is Gabby. Not very nice and I love Piggly Wiggly and manager is so nice..2 time Gabby was rude to us.. needs to have a smile and talk nice.. not rude.

I live in point pleasant wv and our ads are messed up and not loading right the date is off and the ad isn't coming up can you fix this

A Piggly Wiggley store recently opened in our town. The prices are outrageously expensive and the service is poor especially at the self checkout. I bought a bag of catfood that costs $6.99. I could buy it anywhere for $4.99 The deli is poorly stocked and the cooked ham I bought was uneatable. They should label it grizzled ham.
I bought an apple pie today that was labeled as $3.99. I went to the self checkout aisle to pay and the pie rung up as $5.99. I asked the attendant why was it was $5.99 when the sign said $3.99. I was told because I didn't enter my phone number. Nowhere near that machine did it state that I had to enter my phone number before starting. The attendant told me to go the service counter for a refund. I said screw it and left. I will only shop there in an absolute emergency. I only went there because it's near to my home. Never again!

The Piggly wiggly store in redsprings NC always have out of date food. Before I stopped going there I had to check the expiration date on most of what I picked up.my opinion sell or go out of business.

Went to piggly wiggly Kenosha Wisconsin the girl parking g my groceries was putting her hand in her mouth to get fingers wet to open the plastic bags when I wanted my stuff repaired. The clerk verbally with hands up attacked me

I Like this store however some of the employees are very disrespect
my very first time coming inside this store i was profiled
i barely come here because of the looks i get and the rude behavior of some of the people
Today i came for bread and went straight to the cashier who continued to ask me if i wanted a bag when i said yes 3 time after answering her question

Jermaine Walker in the meat department in Columbia Alabama is rude and he threatened me as well as walked up on me forcefully. I felt threatened. The manager at Columbia Store is a liar saying there was other witnesses to this incident that happened yesterday is not true except for all pictured in the video. I been a customer at this store for many years and customer service as of now is downhill. The workers are dangerous.He stated the video does not have sound which makes me Question the safety of the store in general. When in the video he can clearly see Jermaine Walker approach me as im lookin at meats. I felt very threatened. He needs to be fired because he verbally threatened me and violated my personal space. New cameras and sounds performance needs to added to the video surveillance

I had called piggy wiggly and I had asked if they had something, they didn't let me know to hold and I was waiting on the phone for over 15 minutes with no assistance, and I hung up. I had called back who knows how many times and no one picked up. When I had called one more time the lady was so rude and abrupt this was the worse service I had ever gotten and will not be shopping there again.

Today my daughter was almost attacked by cashier manager had to her back very unprofessional and Manger went alone with it camera in stop. My daughter get wic and because they couldn't figure it out cashier got mad. Everybody that get wic is not bad. My daughter have a bachelor of science degree and doesn't deserve to be attacked My old cashier Joyce is her name she mean anyway. To old should be home

Hi i live in Columbus Georgia there's a piggly wiggly store on south lumpkin road in my city there CASHIERS ARE SO RUDE there unpleasant like before u walk up they have a MEAN look on there face not tge first time this happened to me at this store i dont like going but its convenient if im in that area and it's a grocery store like today is 10 19 21 the cashier was Dyneisher and her demeanor was TERRIBLE its enough we scared to go in a store in these times we should be thankful we alive but to have to deal wit that i dont ever wanna go back in that store if i dont have to like i avoid that store as much as i can because of that please teach ur employees better CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE!! Cashier's are very rude texting on phone while checking me out very disrespecting to paying customer

Worst store in pontotoc miss. Located on Oxford street. Employers are ride and stand around looking at me like I was crazy. I Will never shop there again. Sorryiest place I have ever shopped at never again.

Shopped at the store in Hartland, WI. The prices are HORRIBLE atleast a dollar or two more expensive then Pick N Sav. NO selection. I will not be there again.

Was at the Sanford location trying to cash a check. Was having issues and was told it could take up to 30 minutes. The manager went to ask a question and was about to write the information ON MY PAY CHECK. I asked him what he was about to write on my check just in case they were unable to cash the check and may need to take it somewhere else. The store manager the proceeded to become rude and disrespectful, refused service, and kicked me out of the store telling me good luck elsewhere. Will never return to this store again

The Piggly wiggly here in Panama city fl. Is ridiculous to say the least. Some of the cashier's are rude as well as one of the managers (short chubby Caucasian lady whom where's glasses). I'll continue shopping at Walmart or grocery outlet!

I have shopped at Piggly Wiggly in Bay Minette, Alabama for a number of years. I have cashed payroll checks many many times and never had an issue until today. On my visit to the locate store today there was an older lady managing, she ask what she could help me with and I presented my check along with my driver's license. She then ask me have I been there before and I said yes, evèr week. She stated well I don't know you and due you mind I look in the book, I said yes you can, whatever you need to do. She proceed to check some book, then said I don't see it in the book so I'm going to say no. Then repeated again I don't know you, Mary know alot of y'all( whatever that statement suppose to have meant). I stayed to her that I don't no you either but I shop here every week. She gonna ask me did I know someone name Allen, and I was very upset because she made it seem like I was committing a crime or something. And as I was walking out of the stores she ask some of the workers did they know me. I was not going to stand there to be humiliated in front of other customers and workers like we are yet living in the early 1900s. I respect older people but she needs a lesson in customer service. I work too hard for my money to be treated unfairly, and I was trying to save a trip to.thebank but had to go anyway.

Employees at the Piggly Wiggly on 1807 South Lumpkin Rd, Columbus Ga 32903 has very poor customer service. I've complained about this before, how the cashiers holds up the registers for customers while they continue to shop. And will have no problem turning you away saying they are waiting on another customer.In the mean time they stand their eating while waiting leaving you looking for someone to cash you out. Is this is how you want your staff to represent your business?

Today I went to the piggly wiggly on Stadium Drive in Phenix City, Alabama and one of the cashiers mentioned to the Manager about placing her name on one of the shamrocks and she told him she had paid for it and that she wasn't stealing it and the Manager yells out "That's how those Democrats think" and I responded back to him as a Democrat "I am a Democrat and that is not how I think" totally rude and unacceptable he should be fired for that.

My wife will never stop at pontotoc miss piggly wiggly ever again. Employees are rude mistreated her and that ugly ass employees go to hell since that talk about my wife and she is the only one that gets treated cruel for yrs. Shopping there worse place ever.

Just shopped at my local piggly wiggly in cordova al. There was a another customer in the store who smelled really bad like a dead animal I asked the cashier to spray febreze or something because the other customer stunk so bad I couldn't breathe. And she said you dont have to be so rude sir. I couldn't believe how bad the smell was an I was looked at like I was crazy for saying something. If I had a redo I would have left my stuff in the store and shopped elsewhere.

The Pig doesn't enforce a mask policy. I guess they don't mind if they kill their customers from covid-19. Their corporate HQ also has no idea how to resolve customer service problems. They think giving out YOUR number to the local owner fixes the problems when it's the corporate policy that is the problem.
