This is the fifth time in a month that I had to return an expired item this time it was pizza rolls and then I checked had to go in my house and check $450 worth of groceries every label and then I go today to bring the salads back because they're clearly expired and she takes them out of my hand and throws him in the trash and says she is not going to return them she's not going to exchange them but she'll gladly throw them away from me took them out of my hand and threw them away her name is Miranda Surfside Beach South Carolina Piggly Wiggly I'm filing the complaint I'm taking all my $450 groceries back what I can and I will never stop there again they better do something for me or fire her immediately

I spent an hour and a half shopping in Piggly wiggly in Kingston off at 2:58 and with the next counter and try to use in my food stamp card and it wouldn't need it and it wouldn't go in manually and we tried three different times so I went to a different grocery store after shopping for an hour and a half and it worked at a different grocery store that was food Lion went today to go grocery shopping and talk to your supervisor and he goes well all I can tell you is we got somebody coming out here every month and checking our card scanners that's all I can tell you this happened at 12:30 today on Sunday the 29th I will never shop at pigman weekly again with the answer like well I guess I'm telling you they only take him every month they're checked out I don't like answers like that world and he was a silver-headed man with glasses and I'll never walked in that store again or any other stores thank you

This is my second complaint with this store Piggly wiggly on 1st avenue in Birmingham i had got to the store about 8:50 so i had 10 minutes to get in i just needed one item also there were a heard of shoppers and cars still there also the security guard was there so I had really 10 minutes left but according to what the manager said they lock the doors five minutes before but I still would have had five minutes to purchase my one item one of the employee was very very rude also calling me out of my name and not only that he was a male employee there were a big argument escalated between myself and the guy that worked there and the male employee threatened me the manager going along with the guy I've had to report this same guy before because of them locking the doors to soon I think they really need to be fired but of their behavior some of those workers attitude need adjusting or better yet need to be fired the lady manger that I once spoke to said she apologize for that same guy locking the door ahead of time and it wouldn't happen again she assured me of that but she wasn't there tonight the black manager was there the security guard was blocking the door while there were people still in there all that time he was standing up there trying to prove a point i could have been in the store getting the one bottle of shortening that I had gone to get the manager waited time as well those people were and are awful

I visited Birmingham, Al Piggly Wiggly late January 2023 while visiting some relatives. Even before I entered the store there was this female police officer questioning patrons if they had anything else in their bags. The male patron was offended because he was with his pregnant wife. That moment I thought about turning around and finding another store to find affordable sustenance. I went into the store and bought a meal from the deli, some yogurt and utensils. The same female police officer was at the counter I was at. The male cashier asked me what did I have in the container from the deli. I said 'chicken', as it was labeled on the sticker from the deli cashier. He then glanced over at the female officer to signal to her that somethings amiss. I asked the male cashier why did he ask that and he said he's thinking about getting some too. I said ok sarcastically because I did not believe him and he literally yelled "I will and thank you very much!" It's obvious this store was in the business of instigating its customers in the hopes of meeting some type of quota to justify the high theft in the store. After my experience there, I do believe this Piggly Wiggly in Birmingham, Al has high internal theft and there are a couple of local employees vicious, and conniving enough to instigate negative attention to steer blame from them and onto the customer. I've seen it before. This was a garbage experience and I did not feel welcome or safe there. I contacted the store afterwards to complain but was hung up on.

Your meats are less than reported, I never wished for tops to be back before you. 3 to 4 dollars more for less quality totally crap meat. Really

I visited the establishment on 1/14/2023 from out of town and the cashier was extremely rude in behavior. I greeted her with no response. I had two separate orders with two separate people, my sister and I. We loaded individually she scanned it when it was realized she was advised, the orders are separate. She did not apologize for her error. She should've clarified before assuming. After completing my transaction the receipt prints and drops on the floor my sister I am with tries to stop it. Again no apology or fair well. Thank you, good night, nothing. She just starts ringing up my sister. The same thing again. She can laugh and play with her co-worker about Zaxbys but has an attitude with a paying customer. Faith definitely needs to be re-trained in customer service. I am so disgusted! This can be seen on camera receipts constantly dropping.

Doing my experience at the store Piggly Wiggly in Andrews South Carolina located at West 15 Ashley Street; I went to the counter to ask for assistance from one at one of the cashiers. She had her back turned to me so I tapped her on the shoulder to ask her for help at the counter she turned around and told me that she should have slapped me because she don't like no one touching her and she repeatedly continue to see how she should have slapped me because I was a stranger and she didn't know me and I thought it was very disrespectful that she would say that to me being a customer just asking for help I didn't touch her in any appropriate way and I didn't say anything disrespectful to her after she said that to me but I continue with my shopping and I informed the manager at the store about what she said to me this incident happened Monday January 9th and I'm very displeased I felt like it was a racial thing the way she said it and she said it was what hatred in her face that she was disgusted with me my phone number is 843-983-1059 and my name is Edward Rouse

I have been disappointed with the beef quality at the Wagener, SC store for several years now and rarely shop there for anything; however, I took a leap of faith two days ago and purchased two chuck roasts for $25. They were freshly cut and displayed with a "use by" date of 12-18-22. Today, 12-16-22, I opened both packages and they already had a rotting smell to them and were turning brown underneath and around the edges. My questions: does Piggly Wiggly source inferior quality beef or does this store use contaminated cutting equipment? I truly would like my questions answered. This is not my first experience of poor beef from the Wagener Store. I know perfectly well how to transport and store fresh meats so that is not an issue. Please improve your beef products that are sold to so many people in our community.

I hope y'all will value this information. Because I have verbally told the management in this store ( Childersburg) about how the opening customer service lady and the opening cashier herself (both have brunette hair) is always matter of fact and could care less if anyone was in the store or not. If it were not for customers these two pretentious ladies would not have a job. I purposely walked past them this time when I came n and they not only acted like I had interrupted their conversation but waited to continue u til I had passed (all without saying a word to me) Being that this is the 5th time I have said something I am assuming management does not care. I get it, we have a small pool to pull from. PMEASE make them accountable. Having a job does not mean you can treat folks however you want. For the w live of all that's good do we not have standards anymore???!!!! Are we going to let todays society run how we treat people??!! I would soon grow my own stuff and graze my own meat. You guys depend for n who shops there. I can assure you I am NOT your usual meth head and drunk that frequents there. I use you guys because my job brought me to this area I really don't have many choices. But I can assure you you will now be on the end of my list!!!!

The piggly wiggly in Goldsboro NC sucks. The manager is very nice. Mr K. But I'm going to tell yall. Just left there had to take my Mom. I would have never been in there otherwise. The assistant manager has always been Rude Loud And Nasty Hateful Disrespectful!!! And I can name more words. I have had enough of Chris. Yes chris with the bad braids. The men managers in that store can be loud and mean and rude Except for Mr.K the store manager is very Nice. I will try to get someone in cooperate tomorrow I promise you that!!!!!

I ordered a Minion theme birthday cake for my 12 yr old grandson on 11/23/62 to be picked up on 11/26/22. I was already running late when I got there to pick up the cake. I was very disappointed with the cake. It had Happy Birthday and his name in the middle with black sprinkles and yellow around the outside. The cake designer had told me that he could freehand a minion in blue and yellow colors but it appears that he didnt take the time or rushed it.

I was at the penguin Wiggly at 2:05 Highway 75 North Albertville Alabama store manager Scott Potter and I was waiting for them to unload a truck with something they had advertised. First of all I want to say Jean Anne who helped me find some juice she was wonderful and went out of her way to help me and I think that's wonderful. And Kevin actually helped me and got to some butter for me that was on a pallet so I didn't have to wait and I thought that was very sweet of him because he went above and beyond. But William who I believe was some sort of assistant manager or something when I came in and asked him about the sugar it seemed like I made him mad and then from there he kept looking at me even though I was shopping and I had other things in my car finally he came up to me and basically threw two bags of sugar at me and said that's all you get and it was very rude and I'm professional I only asked him one time about the sugar it's not like I was bugging him. So I bought the sugar and put the other stuff back. There was no reason for him to be rude to me I wasn't like going over and asking every 5 minutes I was willing to wait that 2 to 3 hours he said it would take when actually when he threw the cigarette me and had only been about 45 minutes I was just shopping. I also went over to the Boaz Piggly Wiggly and they were very nice they did have a limit on their sugar which was fine and understandable since it's before Thanksgiving so there was no reason for that man to be rude to me but it made me extremely upset but I'm not going to bought more stuff from Piggly Wiggly but I won't stop there anymore thank you. Someone needs to send someone head of piggly Wiggly down to the boscobel store they treat people like hell the managers gets away with everything. I was there the other nite 1 checker was backed up and the managers dauther was over talking to someone in customer service just so she don't have to check the checker was checking people out was 4 or 5 people backed up. Need someone to go there and spie on them. One lady that's working there gave this lady her check back and all the cash back too so the lady got all her groceries for free.
They don't treat people well that's why they can't keep help and the pay too.

The day manager aka Tina has a very bad attitude,she shouldbt be in management..when you teller about a complain you have she doesn't try to resolve it..thinks if she raises her voice she can bully the customers...not only me..I've heard her raise her voice to the employees to...I know for a fact she has been reported to Tom..upper management without anything being said to her..,she walks around like she owns the place..she's on a power trip...I've talked to many exemployees that were there a long time,good workers that said they would still be their today if not for her highness Tina.. be aware if you've got a complaint and talk to the manager she will raise her voice and try to bully you...terrible

I went to the Piggly Wiggly in Point Pleasant WV today and I will never return to this or another Piggly Wiggly again. I carry a backpack instead of a purse to hold my medical supplies, instead of walking up to me to ask that I leave it up front at the checkout. The cashier yelled across the store gaining everyone's attention to tell me that backpacks are not allowed. I told my husband to hand me the keys and walked out. As I was leaving another cashier said " Well I guess she was planning on stealing." There are NO signs stating no backpacks at all. If this is how you train employees then you will never receive my patronage and money.

What happened to your aunt Em's mustard potato salad and deviled egg potato salad? It absolutely tastes terrible! Why? You've either changed your recipe or you're getting it from a different distributor. It's terrible. I just threw a pound of it out couldn't eat it. What a waste! So disappointed. It used to be my favorite.

Ashley in the Watertown deli is a saint. I needed 25 to 30 servings of sandwiches within a day and she was able to accomodate me. Made one happy group!! Thank you!

I love the Bigley piggly wiggly! The store is nicely stocked and clean. the deli has the best food. the cashiers and staff are friendly and helpful.I will drive the extra few miles to do my shopping at this store!

I went shopping for the first time at the piggly wiggly on north main street in Columbia,SC. I was extremely pleased with everything. I have been to several stores during this pandemic and could never find what I needed. However, this store was perfect in every way. They were fully stocked and everything was so neat and the customer service was great as well. I made sure to let the manager know how happy I was but I wanted to take it a step further. So many customers will complain when things are bad but never when they are good. This piggly wiggly will definitely be my new store. Thank you all for working so hard and being there for the community during this tough time. You are greatly appreciated

I have shopped at the Piggly Wiggly store in DILLARD, GEORGIA for many years.
Never has there been a better manager than Sterling G. He and his staff know and exhibit the best of southern hospitality and customer appreciation.
I hope corporate keeps these happy, because they are valuable assets to this community.

I visits the stores in Maxton and Laurinburg NC. I enjoy shopping in both stores except for the loud music. I am unable to concentrate on my shopping due to it being so distracting. I don't know if its about culture, but the music is the same. So what about the rest of the customers?. I enjoy the store itself, but its just hard to concentrate on why I went to the store, and if I remember I just pick up that item and get out of the store. I go to another to do my quiet shopping. It would help if it wasn't so loud. I am ware that you can not satisfy everyone, but it would help if all your customers could tell you were trying.

At30clock this fternoon myself and2 other church members..watched as 3of your employees harass a costmer..one followed him around thestore..another cut a hole in a bag..placed the glass bottles the man purchased in it.when the glass shatters they laughed this happened at your store in willaimston nc..if this matter is not addressed.my church members will boy cott. Please views if store cam..the express lane..the lane closes to it.and the beer lane
