Today is Monday November 9, 2020. I'm make this complaint against the Piggly Wiggly on 13th Street regarding Tomeko Johnson co manager. My visit i had been awarded $5 on my app I went in to use my $5 app put my items on the counter. I was over the 5.00 mark so i had to put something back to equal to the 5.00 I had to put the cookies back and get me a dollar pack of cookies to equal up to $5. Tamiko Johnson the co-manager was call to void the transaction off. And to re ring my items over because my app code wouldn't take the transaction again.. Therefore, Tomeko Johnson ask to see my phone she started pushing buttons on my phone.And when she gave it back to me my app had gone and asking me for my pass word and user name. I asked Tomeka, Why she deleted my app she didnt say a word but told the cashier to void my items again as i stood their trying to pull my app back up. Tomeko, told the cashier to started ringing up the next customer as i stood in front of the person . Tomeko was rude and nasty and didn't try to refill my needs.But were told to leave the store why she on the phone with the police. Yes, I got ? upset just like any other customer would have ..It could've been handle in a better professional way but she wasn't. she not a people person and shouldn't be in the line of duty

I was blamed for letting a lady walk away with 197 dollars worth of baby milk and was accused of being in on it and they claimed I knew the lady which I didn't know the manager had a very messed up attitude towards his employers all day on 11/6/2020 she had used her wic card I kept telling her to press yes on her side and I figured she did but didn't so I had told her 3x excuse me mam you got to press yes on the other side so the man behind her accidentally pressed no and the lady had left after he did that he told the manager that he accidentally did that and the manager got mad at me and said so u just let her walk away with the merchandise so after I had got through and clocked out he told me we got a serious problem and made it seem like I did that on purpose and knew the lady after I told him what had happened I even called him on intercom and told him I needed him at register 4 and her never came but he told me im sorry I don't wanna do this but don't come into work

I was discriminated against by the employee that work in the deli department I want something done about it I'm a disabled person and my husband is to I don't appreciate it.thank you

Piggly wiggly on river Rd Columbus ga is the WORST!!! Let me tell you they need to fire DOUG!! I was checking out in line and I was talking to the cashier about a loaf of bread that was blue and full of mold, my typical 5 year old grabs the Mic and says "ok" in it Doug the manager comes over and he's like "Who did that was it you?" Talking to my child he then says "Go move Get get go on somewhere" totally unacceptable I will NEVER RETURN!! I spend so much money there it's ridiculous but I promise you I will shop at save a lot before I go back there!! I would love to file a complaint as well , you DO NOT discipline someone's child you talk to the parent not the child!

I was in eufaula alabama piggly wiggly 10/28/2020 tonight suppose to be senior citizens discount day.i told cashier about discount before she finished ringing items.she said all items had to be returned and resold. Because she wasn't listening. The manager refund item after he blow his nose on tissue and didn't disinfectant them. hasnt he been trained on corvid 19.

Poor customer service at Piggly Wiggly at 1807 S Lumpkin Rd in Columbus, Ga 32903. Cashiers will have you standing there waiting to check out while they stop to hold conversations with co workers. Cashiers works with no since of urgency. The manager is never around to correct the behavior. Sometimes I will just put my items back because I don't have the time to wait on them to finish their conversation. There also been times where they will allow some customer to hold up the check out while still in the store shopping and will have you waiting in the line until they are ready to check out.

Your store in Nashville, Nc constantly allow customers to shop in the store without wearing a face cover. Customers enter the store knowing they don't meet any of the 11 exceptions listed on the front door but they are still allowed to shop without a face covering. Some customers have face covering in their hands or around their necks but not wearing them. There is one store manager in the store who never wears a face cover. On occasion, I observed Cashiers and baggers not wearing face covering with management standing right beside them. I am over 65 years old and I am getting to the point where I don't want to shop there.

In your Norfolk virginia store cant understand why your Male employees are allowed to walk through the store with their paints off their behinds it's a bad look this store is bad enough

If you have an issue with some of the employees then when you go to management you are told things like " It's your word against the employees ". Or " you know that old saying you can bring a horse to water but you can't make him drink". I have been made fun of for my speech impediment. Been yelled at. No one in management would do anything about it.

I would like to get a call from corporate because I have been sexually harrassed by another employee at the store I now used to work as I am now terminated because my store manager would not accept one of my doctors notes as I had all notes for any days missed if I could get an email As I know I was treated in fairly

I live in a rural area of North Carolina. The Piggly Wiggly in Faison North Carolina is our most convenient store to run to. It really bothers me that non of the employees are wearing mask. I know other large stores are all complying with the mask order. Why is this store excluded?

I am a black Africa America who work hard everyday I decided to drive across town to buy some meat because all the other stores was empty. I enter the store today and started shopping and I noticed a police men following me around once . This white office step up to me and ask me about my hand bag I told him it was my handbag nut hinge in there but my school wooed and paper for my job. He step away so I decided just to pay for the items I have and leave to avoid anything. Once I paid for all my item this same white office step up behind me and stated here is the fun part open that bag. yes I open the bag and allowed him to Take a look in there He laughed and said you can close it and go now . This is so sad

I'm the checkout line we were no greeted, told the total, thanked or acknowledged at all. Even after I thanked her. The two customers in front of us were spoken to, though. We were white. The cashier and customers were not. I did nothin to deserve ton be acknowledged. I was polite. The cashier was young. I am a 50 year old woman and I will not be going back there.

with the pandemic we should at least keep stores clean . The store in Mobile Ala on Moffett road is filthy . No sanitizer for customers and they are not sanitizing anything. There is no social distancing either . I was shocked to see everyone was standing on top of each other . the manager just acted like it was another day and showed no concern for people's safety . will never ever enter this store again but I do fear for lives !!

Store in oak hill ohio. Pushing the cart all the way through the store sideways. I mentioned it to Alice. She imeadiately became offensive at me. Automactly blamed the customers because of the carts being hard to push. I'm in that store a lot, but i won't be going back because she was rude to me in front of another customer. Customer experience today left me being less then happy. I shouldn't have to waste my time complaining about this. Ask your employes to be nicer to your customers, or before long u won't have any, and also fix the carts. Thank you.

Went to the store in Newport News VA. And I have never seen such rude employees in my life. The one young lady in customer service is extremely rude. Yelling at customers. She does not need to be there at all.

I went to the piggly wiggle to get something for dinner and as usual they were in the process of closing early they two hamburger steak remaining I ask how much for the one remaining the answer was$1 dollar I said ok I'll take it at least you want have to throw it away they bring over me the plant trying to change me$ 3 dollars an 59 cents for something that they told me was a dollar I told them to throw the whole damn plate away you're going to rip me that way you poor ass management at that store.that my last trip to any piggly wiggle store and I will be reporting to the health department about the nasty fly all over the food.it needs to be closed down completely that store has gone down hill so much with in the last year you fire good employees so you can save a dime your going to lose.you get an ffff

About two weeks ago,purchased two of the small bottles of barefoot wine which are supposed to be $1.25ea. Got charged 4.99. Not too big a deal, except that overcharges seem to happen often. So I go today to return them, she would only give the difference. Didn't really want it anymore, but ok. I had mentioned to her that I needed receipt for a $5 rebate; lo and behold I get home, no receipt. Call the store, talk to 2 people, no one knows what to do. Want me to come back tomorrow & talk to manager.(it's not like I live close) Since I asked the person who answered the phone if there was a mgr there & she said yes, I assumed I was. So, out another $5. Maybe not much to alot of people. I have had bad experiences before, just let it go. I guess I've had enough!

Very rude cashiers. An elderly lady and her grandchildren checked out and proceeded to leave not knowing she had left items that SHE DID want to purchase in her basket because the cashier had proceeded with her first purchase packing it into the basket when a completely different cashier not hers stops her about it and then proceeded to be nasty and rude talking about her not knowing she had got back in line about to purchase the same items she claimed the young lady was trying to steal and proceed to say she was trying to blame it on her grandmother. This cashier should most definitely be retrained on customer service.

I went into Woodlawn location on yesterday . lot of people out shopping for the 4th so store was crowded.talking to my husband, lady in her 20s begin to curse me saying that's my momma .I explained to her I didn't say anything about her mom who was the cashier coming on register 1 not only did her as well as mom threat was to off me over something that was never said I never said anything about her mom her mom told me to leave her register I didn't I called the police as she the cashier kept saying yelling at me manger looked really scared but he never said anything.o yeah the daughter said I called her mom low down .I didn't but is that worth my life . daughter bought food mom only charged for 1thing

The store manager Tim at the mccalla location in Alabama is one of the rudest person ever. You have a very nice lady who works their only making 8hr and been their for 31/2 trying to make it as a single mom of 3 kids just trying to talk to the manager Tim about a pay raise and he tells her that he doesn't have time to hear what she wants to talk about. Now what company wants any management talking to their employees like that? She was just simply asking a simple question!! This lady that works their is well known by each customer that comes in the store because she has been their so long!! I feel sorry for her and it's very unacceptable to how Tim as a store manager was talking to her. Can someone please help this young lady out as she has been very loyal to this company.

Roberta Mcgrinn is a cashier at the Piggly Wiggly in Palmetto, Georgia. She has been having a sexual relationship with my husband. I have been going in that store since I was 5 years old, when it was called Bradley's. I will never go back in that store as long as she continues working there. I know my husband is not innocent but as an employee she should not be allowed to continue this conduct. He is not the only one. I went to the store and confronted her and she laughed.My granddaughter is a bagger there, she has wanted to work there since she was 3 years old. Roberta Mcgrinn and some other employees have been making hateful, and embarrassing remarks in front of her and laughing. They are bullying her, she is only 15 years old and is upset she wanted to quit but I convinced her not to let this woman run her away. Something must be done. It is bad enough that she has no morals but she is bullying a 15 year old girl. I will report this to anyone I can until this is resolved. She must be terminated or I will go to the authorities about the bullying.
